Hi my mobile has been stolen and i mailed micromax company email id. Till now No response yet been received. I want to track the mobile and get it at the urgent. The Micromax service centers also didnt have any concerned person name or email id for assistance. I need help on urgent basis.

        I had given my micromax A74 phone to M/s D.R. Telecom service center in borivali on 19/08/14 for some changes in display parts, which in response they told me that it will take 8 to 10 working days for necessary replacement. When i called them after 10 days they told me its going to take another week.I called them after a week, my phone was still not ready and now they are even not telling me in how much time they will give me my phone back.So i told them to give me my phone back without fixing the parts for which they told me they dont have my phone they have given to the factory for replacement of some parts So they are neither giving me my phone back nor they are fixing the parts within the given time and just harassing the customers by keeping the phone with them.They also dont have the policy of giving spare phones.So its been really difficult to manage without phone from past 20 odd days. I expect you to look into matter as early as possible and get me my phone back after repairment because i have some data in my phone which i need it urgently.           I have given the phone to Micromax service center at " M/S VASHI TELECOM, Address: SHOP NO. G-182, HAWARE FANTASIA BUSINESS PARK, PLOT NO. 47, SECTOR-30A, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI – 400703". When I visited there service centre on 10th Sept 2014 and after waiting nearly 1 hour they said to wait for 10-12 days minimum but not ready to give it in writing. Fortunately I have seen 2-3 customers are shouting at them for the same reason. To all of them they said a weeks time but till yesterday it was almost a month’s time passed. I am not going to wait indefinitely or going to visit the service centre every week to check the status. Micromax toll free number[protected] never got answered. Please help me to get the micromax top management's email-ids so that i can pass this information. i have only names as Founders :Rahul Sharma, Vikas Jain, Sumeet Arora, Rajesh Agarwal Key people: Sanjay Kapoor (Chairman), Vineet Taneja(CEO), Shubhodip Pal (CMO) What is the way forward for me.

          Dear team, you guys at 'consumercomplaints' doing a great job and also Micromax delhi team. I got nearly 2 calls and hope this has worked out. Anyway i would like to mention that Micromax should learn from Amazon as there is no doubt that Amazon is more focused on customer value relation and not like Micromax who focus on aggressive sell. After sales service of Micromax is something this link. No need to explain. That's the difference. In my case Amazon was ready to refund even if it was not there fault. Thanks Ranjan Das

          With in 10 days the problem occurred and now its with service center.

          Micromax company executive Mr. Nishant discussed this issue at 12.20 PM today and they are supposed to inform me when this issue is going to be solved.I am waiting for there reply.
          My self lucky to get my problem resolved with in 3 days.
          On 10th i submitted the handset and on 13th I visited the service center to take back the handset either repaired or not. I have showed them email where Amazon is ready to refund me in spite of no fault of them. I have also showed them email which i wrote to ''micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com'. One thing i made clear to them that i won't wait for 3 days after seeing this link.
          Lucky enough within 10 mins its repaired and i left with a SMILE.

              Micromax canvas A210 ... Canvas 4 I gave my under warranty phone for repairement of lcd acreen which needs to be replaced... They took around 4 weeks.. finshing my warranty... Now what they did is either replaced my original glass or lcd with duplicate.. Cause my touxh is not working in few areas.. Ots not smooth ...and misinterprets... .. Should i take action or first talk to custOmer care representative...cause they dont talk properly... So i dont like... Very poor.service...

                Hi I have purchased Micromax knight cameo a 290 15days before, The sales executive didn't informed me the mobile can't be used for dual sim & SD card at a time. Then Battery is non removable. If we see 1000/- mobile have dual sim & SD card options, It's must n should for nowadays. Now i am not satisfied with this product, Shall i get the replacement of any other model of Micromax, I will pay the difference Amount for that new mobile. Kindly respond to this complaint.

                कुछ भी सुधार नहीं है मेरे मोबाइल में। तो अभी मुझे आप रिप्लेस करके नया मोबाइल दीजिये। क्योंकि 6 महीने भी पुरे नहीं हुए मुझे मोबाइल लेके..

                  I want to complain about my Micromax Canvas Magnus A117, IMEI No.-[protected], [protected] which I purchased on[protected] .The mobile is under warranty . After 2 months from purchase, my mobile phone touch screen stopped working so I visited my nearest Micromax authorized service center "M/S MOBI TECH, DOOR NO 29, 1ST FLOOR, GST ROAD KADAPERI TAMBARAM, Chennai-600045 Tele[protected]. My screen problem got resolved, again after 1 month same problem arised, my touchscreen was coming out of its panel, again went to same service station and got repaired after 15 days. For the third time on 22 Aug 2014 i have submitted my mobile at Service Center for the same touch screen problem (3rd time in 5 months of purchase same problem) with Job sheet No. S[protected] dated 22/08/2014. Service center assured that it would be returned within 7 days. So I went after 7 days and was told that the mobile part was not available. When I went again after 7 days i.e, on 10 Sep 2014 I was again told that part is not available.

                  It is my first and only smartphone till now and minimum of 45 days it was with Service Center (total 05 months of purchase). What is the use of phone when my precious moments in life were not utilised using it.

                  This kind of customer service is pathetic and proving to be mental torment. I want my phone to be either replaced with newer one or my money refunded.


                  If parts aren't available then why should the customer be lead into so much of suffering. I look forward to early action and remedy of my complaint.

                    siri bought micromax A102 on august 15th within two days my hand got repaired the reason for it is battery is getting over heated and also burning smell was coming from my handset and i got replaced my hand set but the same problem is a rised in my new hand set within 3 weeks o[censored]sage.. does my 8000 rs handset is only worth for 3 weeks usage before first service i felt cheated, i dont want my new phone to be serviced i want a replacement or i want my money back instead kindly accept my request... and i am not satisfied with the response of the customer care because of their response im now mentally stressed. i attached the bill details for your reference.                     Sir, As per my previous complaint about my micromax A102 handset i have received a call from micromax out person yesterday from the number [protected] at the time 11:56 AM the person spoke in the phone told that he will enquire about the status of the handset in the Fone Care service center T-Nagar where I gave my phone for testing and he also noted all the details like contact details phone IMEI no etc... And then i received a call from[protected] at 12:22 PM the person spoke was Mr.Srinivasan check point mechanic in fone care service T-Nagar and told that there are many problems in the phone like software is not opening, battery is not getting charged, electrical failure, and total board is spoiled... And at 18:41 PM the same person Mr.srinivasan check point mechanic in fone care service center T-Nagar called from the no [protected] suggesting that the phone is need to be sent to bangalore service center for repairing all the problems and he also told that the time to service the phone may take around one month and by that time i also came to know that micromax out person who spoke with me around 11:56 AM haven t contacted the Fone service center in T-Nagar as he said to me... i want to know whether the call is just for an eye wash and If my phone is in service center around one month whats the use of buying it and i am also mentally very stressed because of it... NOTE:- SIR THIS IS MY JOB SHEET NO S[protected]****** If i got all my board and panels replaced in my new phone it becomes a second hand then whats the use of buying a company product instead i would gone for a local phone and prefer my friends also. Therefore i kindly request you to give a replacement of some other good model phone it may be higher than this price i can afford it if that is not possible there is no other option other than filing a complaint in consumer court... i dont want to use a second hand phone in 2 weeks of buying

                      1st of March 2014 I purchase a Cell phone Micromax Canvas-A93. The mobile touch started not working. so i submit the phone in micromax service centre in 24th july 2014 . i got my phone back 14 August 2014 . while using the phone i find the touch & 3G services (Wifi) are not working .so i submit the phone to micromax service centre in 18th August 2014. according the service centre people it was a software update issue. so the update the software. but suddenly i find the touch was still not working & language turned up the japanease. so they asked me to wait for more time. 1st of september 2014 i recieved an sms the phone was repaired & need to be collected. i went 2nd september 2014 but its still in the same condition. i want a new phone. i dont want to use that piece of a crap. i am feed up from visiting the service centre several times.                         I have purchased a Micromax Canvas doodle A111 Mobile from keonjhar odisha before six months.But i am regret to say that suddenly its stop showing the tower stick for which i have not received any call nither make a call to other.But the same sim is working in other Mobile with good signal.when i had visit to nearest Repairing centre he select factory reseting and seen the same problem accured.I wonder i do every thing with this mobile like connect Wi-Fi, Playing game etc...etc..Except make and recived call.Please do something Imediately for which i can able to call. But Prasanna Vidyarthi Telelink, Bharatpur giving me time again & again and not solve my mobile problem last 10 days.                                 Hi This is Umesh Gola My Job Card no is * N[protected] * on 03.09.14 I had been given my micromax Abolt for repairing at your service centre AVJ communication shop no 20, 2nd floor, hudson lane, kingsway camp. The mobile phone is faulty as the touch is not working properly and they also observed the same. First of all the contact nos which they have given to me no one is picking a phone and i have tried so many times and their reply to me we will call you once it done.                                   I took Micromax A114 some 4 month back, mobile was working fine but its MICE (outgoing voice ) stopped working. I have given my Mobile for repairing to Service Centre M/S Vaishno coomuication T-136/1, BEGUMPUR, SHIVALIK ROADMALVIYA NAGAR NEW DELHI -110017 Details of Mobile : Model No. A114(w)and its under warranty when I have given to service center. JOB SHEET NO:- N[protected] There was only one issue mike was not working, after 4 month purchasing mobile . i have given mobile in service center 01 Aug 2014 but still there are no any update.after calling customer care number according to him it will take time. i am facing lot of problem.                                     I want to complain about my Micromax Canvas Magnus A117, IMEI No.-[protected] which I purchased on[protected] .The mobile is under warranty . After 3 months from purchase, my mobile phone touch screen stopped working so I visited my nearest Micromax authorized service center "VI COMMUNICATION" shop no.83A, Ist floor, radhey puri extension, jagat puri Delhi 110051. I submitted my phone and was assured that it would be returned within 7 days. So I called after 7 days and was told that the mobile part was not available. When I called again after 7 days I was again told that part is not available. This kind of customer service is pathetic and proving to be mental torment. I want my phone to be either replaced or my money refunded within 7 days. If parts aren't available then why should the customer be lead into so much of suffering.                                       i bought a handset on 16/08/14, micromax A37, IMEI no. [protected], initally from the staring handfree/earphone not working, while charging, screen/touch pad stop working, handset does not support application like hike, line, wechat, problem in downloading.since 27/8/14, problem in display, software error, 4103 power switches off, initially i as a software engineering alocate promblem n solved, later again this kind of problem occured, on 2/09/14, we summit this to service centre, sp- ayushi electronics, M-115, Yashwant plaza, landmark railway station, indore, indore-452001, at service center a untrained 18year old guy, just show the shock in said water reached inside shocket but, that didnt happened, . service centre retured handset on 09/09/14, n charged rs. 1800/- even on warranty period, after that when we have a sight of loudspeaker . ringtone n music, no sound is emmitting from the handset.

                                        I purchase a Mobile A94 on 15th April, 2014 from Durga Communication, Rohtak, which invoice no. 35 dated 15/04/2014. After 2 month we face many type of problem of this mobile. Then we submit the phone to your service center, M/s Shri Hari Computer Solutions ASC code No50065 at Rohtak, Haryana on 25/07/2014. Service center asked me the problem and then I told the problems that overheating hand set, charging problem, battery backup nil, poor audio speaker and loudspeaker and touch system is not proper, Company give me Job sheet which no R1407FHX0143701 assurance that you have collect the mobile after one month but after one month service center said me that company not send your mobile so you come after 15 days. After 15 days then we collect the mobile and we reach at home and start the mobile we shocked that mobile charging is not proper. Next day we reach the service center and told me that battery are damaged and company send the battery after 10 days. First time service center was not proper check the mobile that battery are damaged. who is responsible of this mistake and who is the responsible of two month mobile warranty. please solve my problem earlier.
