i have submitted my micromax canvas3 doodle cell in micromax service center problem touchpad not working when i received back from them again same problem i am surferring again i have return them to solve that same problem please u help me what i do for this situation .

    on 6th of september i bought a micromax cg666 mobile phone from reliance store but it has a serious problem that it gets switched off automatically and starts after removing & reinserting the battery. I want solution for this problem. Either replace my phone or make it to work properly.

    I am facing the same issue, this handset has serious bugs. I purchased on 31 Jan 2016, 1 week is not past and i am facing issues. I tried to call Customer care team they are not interested. Pl. help Me.

    Dear team, i bought micromax cg666, it having issue with battery, it is like 4 hours battery back up only, could pls resolve my issue.
    Micromax still had not attended my complaint. This gives an idea about their after sales service

      Hi team micromax, still I didn't get any help from your side. Till few days ago my camera was working sometimes but from yesterday it stopped working permanently and it is showing same issue again and again. When I called customer service center they are not providing solution they were telling take this mobile to service center, I don't know how many time I need to go there. I am getting frustrate with this everyday I need to go to office also how I manage my time for last 2-3 months I am going there but they aren't resolving my problem every time they are telling me that submit your mobile and when I asked about backup mobile they are telling that they can't provide backup mobile. I need to attend my office calls and other works also I am basically from Bhopal so that sometimes my family also calls me if I will give my mobile to them every month then it is waste of money because I can't able to use it. Please provide me solution I am not satisfied with the services of micromax and their mobiles too.I want my mobile to be repaired as early as possible.

        i goted my cellphone but again same difficulties i am getting tommorow i will submit my cellphone once again after 80 days lying over their in your micromax service centre i don't know which kinds of service micromax is giving to customers which kinds of mother board has been replaced by micromax
        This is to inform you that after for being a customer of such a big grand micromax i am still suffering first of all i got a difficulties s set a lot of kinds of disturbance a and when when i complained about it to your customer excutive shubha and vishal and aayush three of your customer excutive but i have not got any solution i have submitted my cellphone on 25 th june and still i have not got back neither got any proper response in this suitions everyone should wants said to me you are in a problem i must help you but no some body giving the response to me your service centre also i had gone their 10-12 time over their so i am most humble and very very requested to you please take a action immediately againts your service centre last time please in to this good help in this issue i will be another person in the court whoze gona critigize micromax and i will take a action through consumer court
        i just wanted to confirmation know that knowledge few query about how long you would take to respond a simple issue mobile does not switched on second time i Am suffering this issue and when i called to your customer care so i had a word with one of your excutive ayush and vishal who is not giving any proper response to me so why are thease persons is seating over their whose can not help everyone customer i think he need a briefing for that how to deal with customer for anyway i need your help immediately as soon as possible

        Hi, This is Prakash chandra I Had bought Micromax android phone canvas doodle 3 A102 micromax canvas doodle 3 Canvas doodle last month. But its does’t switched on of the phone was not working properly even before completion of 7 days of purchasing this phone. Phone needed frequent Charging but it was working at that time. So I went to your nearest Micromax service center @ Noida sector Micromax Customer Care Noida

        i.e. on 26 JUNE 2014. They checked battery and phone and told me that there is problem in battery & phone too. Battery need to be replaced and phone had its does not switched on issue. I ordered for new phone - and gave phone for servicing. Satguru communications told me that they will return my phone within 07 days. On 1 July 2014 (after 07 days), I went to over their to receive my phone but it was not ready. I again went there on 10 July 2014. I received phone only and not get completed . I again went there on 12 July 2014. phone had not come. I again went there on 18 july 2014 and finally received a phone . But when I went home n tried to start my phone, it was not working. Phone was not getting switched on every time. I went to again on 20 July 2014 (immediately next day). They checked my phone and said I again have to submit my phone for servicing again as it’s not working. As it was already 1 and a half month passed I wanted my phone back in a working condition soon. So I called Customer care of Micromax. Customer care executive said we will try to give your phone on urgent basis and consider this a special case. I called to customer care on 2i july . at that time executive said ” You will get your phone after 15 working days from today” What does it mean? Why from 29 july just because I called on 29 july. And what if I haven’t called than? I told executive to register my complaint to make servicing of my phone on urgent basis as I was told. I called customer care on 29 july again. They told they have forwarded my complaint. I again called customer care on 29 July 2014 They said there is no complaint registered from me and Told me to wait till 15 working days starting from 29July 2014. It’s been 40 days from when I gave my phone to Micromax Service Center. And still there is no clear picture how much more time it will take to get my phone back. What’s the use of buying phone from Micromax where I can’t use it even for a year? I had gone at service centre for more than16 times in last 36 days and called customer care also many times. Toll Free Number :[protected] is never available. It’s either Busy, engage or there is no one to pick our call. This shows how important we are as a customer. This no is also on website. Executives at are also very rude sometime. It must be as almost every customer comes angry with a complaint. I had waited for 36 days for 1 phone. I had never experience such harassment. I want my phone back asap. Requesting you to reply and make a note of my complaint and help me getting my phone in working condition asap

        I was told that it will take 7days to 10 days from date of submit but one and half month already gone and still NO update is there at service center even at HO customer care.

        It is very surprising that so many days passed and nobody knows where is the phone right now and what is happening at company level.

        we would like to share my first experience of repairing of MICROMAX mobile: Just have a look ….

        Whenever I called at service center nobody picks up their phone no☎ :[protected]
        ✆ : [protected] . and if somebody picks after lots of call then he/she doesn’t know the current status and he/she says “ Your phone is in company itself and we don’t know when will be back” and “ We will inform you as soon as we receive the same”.

        This answer I have been hearing for long time.

        I called at customer care no. [protected] on dt. 18th july and 29 th july after 16 days of submission against complaint no., I was told that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now” means 1st wk of june. I could tell you note executive’s name aayush vishal and Varun shubha I said ok, pls expedite as I don’t have any other mobile with me and I am really stuck.

        Dated 05st july I made a call to customer care and Mr. Varun narang was there and again same statement I got that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means mid of April. I said you should keep your words as one month already gone and you are asking for another 15 days.

        Dated 30 july I made a call to customer care and Mr. Aayush and vishal was there and again same statement I got that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means end of April. I said you should keep your words and as more than one month already gone and you are asking for another 15 days. I didn’t have anything to say.

        Dated 05th august, I made a call to customer care and Ms. Varun narang was there and once again same statement that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means in May. I said you should keep your words and it was one and half month gone and you are asking for another 15 days.

        I requested Varun narang to escalate my request and connect me to any senior person then call came from Mr. Nishant on dt. 05 th august and again “he asked me to give final 15 days from date of discussion i.e. 05 nd july, 2014.

        I would like to know when will this 15 days be ending and my phone will be handed over to me?

        This is really disheartening that I opted for MICROMAX, as huge time company takes to get my phone repaired.

        My phone is under warranty and it expires on dt. 24nd April 2015, now they will say that warranty has been expires and you will have to pay so and so amount.

        Now anybody is there to hear my voice and try to understand my problem so that it can be repaired on most urgent basis.

        I will never buy any Micromax phone in future and even I’ll never suggest to anybody to go with this make.

        Again i called on dt. 05 august to customer support no. and again Varun narang has told me that it will take another 15 days.

        Today i called then again same answer that it is under process and we need 15 more days from today.

        Seriously, i fed up with MICROMAX brand.

        And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners.

        Kindly arrange to quick service ASAP

          Dated 05th august, I made a call to customer care and Ms. Varun narang was there and once again same statement that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means in May. I said you should keep your words and it was one and half month gone and you are asking for another 15 days.

          I requested Varun narang to escalate my request and connect me to any senior person then call came from Mr. Nishant on dt. 05 th august and again “he asked me to give final 15 days from date of discussion i.e. 05 nd july, 2014.

          I would like to know when will this 15 days be ending and my phone will be handed over to me?

          This is really disheartening that I opted for MICROMAX, as huge time company takes to get my phone repaired.

          My phone is under warranty and it expires on dt. 24nd April 2015, now they will say that warranty has been expires and you will have to pay so and so amount.

          Now anybody is there to hear my voice and try to understand my problem so that it can be repaired on most urgent basis.

          I will never buy any Micromax phone in future and even I’ll never suggest to anybody to go with this make.

          Again i called on dt. 05 august to customer support no. and again Varun narang has told me that it will take another 15 days.

          Today i called then again same answer that it is under process and we need 15 more days from today.

          Seriously, i fed up with MICROMAX brand.

          And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners.

          Kindly arrange to quick service ASAP

          i.e. on 26 JUNE 2014. They checked battery and phone and told me that there is problem in battery & phone too. Battery need to be replaced and phone had its does not switched on issue. I ordered for new phone - and gave phone for servicing. Satguru communications told me that they will return my phone within 07 days. On 1 July 2014 (after 07 days), I went to over their to receive my phone but it was not ready. I again went there on 10 July 2014. I received phone only and not get completed . I again went there on 12 July 2014. phone had not come. I again went there on 18 july 2014 and finally received a phone . But when I went home n tried to start my phone, it was not working. Phone was not getting switched on every time. I went to again on 20 July 2014 (immediately next day). They checked my phone and said I again have to submit my phone for servicing again as it’s not working. As it was already 1 and a half month passed I wanted my phone back in a working condition soon. So I called Customer care of Micromax. Customer care executive said we will try to give your phone on urgent basis and consider this a special case. I called to customer care on 2i july . at that time executive said ” You will get your phone after 15 working days from today” What does it mean? Why from 29 july just because I called on 29 july. And what if I haven’t called than? I told executive to register my complaint to make servicing of my phone on urgent basis as I was told. I called customer care on 29 july again. They told they have forwarded my complaint. I again called customer care on 29 July 2014 They said there is no complaint registered from me and Told me to wait till 15 working days starting from 29July 2014. It’s been 40 days from when I gave my phone to Micromax Service Center. And still there is no clear picture how much more time it will take to get my phone back. What’s the use of buying phone from Micromax where I can’t use it even for a year? I had gone at service centre for more than16 times in last 36 days and called customer care also many times.               i orderer (3 jan 2015) micromax android one mobile from e-shopping site. and it delivered on 6 jan 2015. i found google play service is not working properly (no downloading app). when i contact (on dated 9 jan 2015) to authorised micromax service center they admitted that handset is faulty or had a manufacturing defect. but they denied to replace. they told me that replace (or D.O) is only applicable with in 7 days. i try to convey that i have a bill, and according to bill mobile is just 6 days old, but they totally denied my fact. (no value of bill). now i am feeling disgusting. after that when i find the solution on google i saw there are lots of people who suffered with this same problem. please solve my problem, otherwise i will definitely take some legal action with all evidence.

                I had a serious complain about MICROMAX INFORMATICS LTD. Regarding after sell services. I purchased a Micromax A63 and after few months it got a touch pad defect infect it started troubling within 10 days of purchase date. I approached to service centre. I must say a worst after sale service by Micromax. Long-long ques. Peoples are totally unsatisfied with services and staff behavior. No responsibility, No accountability of Duty. Customers are complaining about misplace of battery from their handsets given for repairing. Most of people were not satisfied by the services given by service center because they do delay in return back of their handsets after repair and if they return the problem arise again in few days after repair. i decided to not to give my phone in service centre. But after a few months it’s become dead touch not working at all and hanging a lot. Finally I gave it to a Micromax service center located in Lagpat Nagar (B R SERVICES, E-84, KRISHNA MARKET, LAGPAT NAGAR, DELHI-110024) on 02/09/2014. I am not able to do any of my work without my phone.                 They said they will change the screen with in 1 week. After 1 week I called on given phone number on job sheet. They don’t answer any call. No message or alert from service center. I called again and again but no response. I just visited service centre on 08.09.2014 and asked about my phone they said they have ordered the screen n it will take time around 1 or 2 week more and said they don’t pick the phone from customers.

                I am very much disappointed with micromax service center and their irresponsible behavior. Without my phone my daily work is suffering so much.
                I hope u will take a reasonable step towards my problem.

                    I had given my MICROMAX FUNBOOK TAB P365 for repairs at Micromax Service Centre, Shivajinagar, Pune on[protected]. I was given a JOB SHEET NO.W[protected] at that time and was told that the set would be sent to the company and in all probability i would get a NEW SET as replacement for the faulty set, within a span of 45 days. But till date, i have not received any communication from the company or service centre regarding the whereabouts of my set. No feedback could be got from Micromax's Customer helpline number too. As a result, i filed a complaint with their customer care on 12 Aug 2014 bearing number[protected]. It has been almost 2 months since i have given my tab for repairing. I request Micromax authorities to look into the matter and provide me with a resolution to my problem.

                      I purchased a Micromax Canvas Magnus A117 and after few months it got a touch pad defect. I gave it to a Micromax service center located in Ambernath, they said that you will get it in 10-12 days. So after few days I called the service center two times, they said that they have ordered the touch pad and you will get it in few days or will get a message from service center. But I have all the study materials in it. I cannot do my assignments, so please make it quick or replace my mobile. As quick as possible.

                        I have purchased a MIcromax Canvas HD A116 mobile on 2/8/2013. After using it for few months it started to troubling me. Many parts of my mobile were replaced by Micromax Service center due to many problems. They have replaced my mobile's mother board, touch screen for 4 times, speaker and battery. On 3/7/2014 I have given my mobile due to problem with the touch screen and they have taken two months to repair it and returned it on 3/9/2014. They didn't repaired my mobile before the warranty expiry date and they have given my mobile after one month of warranty expiry date. I have asked them many times to replace my mobile with a new one, but they didn't agree. Again i have asked at least to extend my mobile's warranty to some more months so that if any problem arises again i can make use of their service center. But they are saying that my mobile is out of warranty. What can i do if any problem arises again very soon. Where to i go?

B'cz, till I given this phone to service center for several technical problems. 1st service on 06-June-14 for battery backup problem. 2nd service on 1st week July month for display problem, hanging &amp; batter backup problem.                               Dear Team, Myself Mr. Pravin. i have given my mobile for repairing at M/S Tech Solution, Shivaji Nagar, Pune.Maharashatra from last four months in that period they provide me four different jobsheet no one of them is W[protected]. my mobile has volume key issue that's why i give it to mobile center but they change display with another faulty display without concern me i complain against this & return back mobile to service center for change display(i clearly Wright that for display change) but he replaced center body with old and scratches center body. i shouted on that people for this nonsense's. They were agreed for replacing those part with new one. But after 15 days they call me for collect your mobile. When i reach in Micromax office then i found that service center employee mess with each other and mobile not yet repaired. They give me fourth jobsheet no and said that yourmobile going to L3 repairing. After some days i m going to take follow up. they said that your mobile going to the Delhi office for repairing. Kindly look into this issue, without phone we unable to do daily work and my phone from last four month not in my hand that's why i am not satisfied with the services provided to the customers.                               I purchased a Mircomax mobile model number X457...ON 28th April 2014...after using 2 months I found my touch screen not working properly and sometimes it was working...I visited miromax service center Tirupati Infotech, Ganpati plaza Jaipur...and submitted the mobile on 8th July 2014...since den m waiting for my cell phone which is not ready yet...service center persons are not responding properly as well...I visited there so many times each time they say it will take 4 to 5 days...from last 2 months m waiting for my cell phone...i also sent a mail to micromax care delhi office but not got the proper reply from them. Even today also i called to the service center but they said it will take more 7 or 10 days...It is my humble request to u please help me to get rid out of this problem..i lost my all hopes this is the only option left for me..

                                My name is Parthiban and I faced touch screen problem in my mobile A116 Canvas HD so I have given my mobile to the Micro max service center at Chennai on 9/13/2014. After two days I got a call from the service center and they said we need to change your mobile touch screen so we are sending your mobile to head office and it will take maximum 25 days to resolve your problem. After 25 days I have contact the service center and asked the status, they said your mobile still in head office sir and within this week we will resolve the problem and call you. From that day I am contacting the service center and still they are saying the same answer. So I decided to call head office and I got the same answer from the head office service center. Almost 50 days are completed and they still not resolved my mobile issue.

                                in Taratala(Kolkata) service center gave a job sheet and didnt mentioned
                                the return date of the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on
                                27/1/2015 and i have called many times the micromax service center no
                                one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i
                                have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return
                                of the phone i am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen
                                just cut the call.

                                  Dear CC, I have canvas 2 A110Q modal, i bought in 24 March 2014, There is problem on my display like thumb spot on screen. I have visited two time at service center last two weeks. They resolve the spot issue after one days. But after resolving issue it is again getting same issue after using two days later. In Atta Noida service center spot removed, then told it is ok issue will not come. I use two three days again spot appear on screen. Please suggest what should do, in future this situation never i will buy Micromax phone

                                    dear sir, i am the customer of micromax and my mobile is creating problem, so i have given my mobile for repairing at gumanpura service station, Kota, Rajasthan on 14 august 2014. After 3 weeks my problem has not been resolved till today 5 september 2014. My jobsheet no is - NO[protected] and also my mobile 1 year warranty is also expired on 2 september 2014.So i am not satisfied with the services provided to the customers.                                         I am very disappointed after purchasing the mobile from Micromax A177 from reliance store Rajhamundry on 31st may 2014
                                        Immediately after 15 dates my struggle starts with your mobile the power button is not working properly
                                        After 16th day the Mobiles starts hang and after several days adjusting this case on 16th July 2014 mobile completely dead
                                        Now the drama starts with the micromax mobile
                                        I have given the mobile for servicing in Raigarh on 17th July 2014
                                        Till date the mobile is not rectified and nor return by their stupid servicing team
                                        I don’t know whether I will get the mobile or not but the thing is this is the first time I have purchased a mobile from Micromax after getting a message from my colleagues that please support indian companies by purchasing the mobiles from Micromax
                                        Like this cases how can I believe this stupid micromax for purchasing
                                        Please let me know when will I get my mobile after rectification
