Purchased Canvas A177 through market on[protected].M-IMEI1:[protected], S-IMEI2:[protected] Lodged complaint with local service center at BHOPAL MP M/s POOJRIYA MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER MP NAGAR on9-6-14 for display problem . After 45 days they returned the set with display on but the mobile is not working properly now . It gets hangout/switch off frequently even a single call is not possible on this mobile set. Then I submit again my handset on service center at 5-7-14 .But service center staff is not responding properly and not setting it right.till the date.I have been going to their office for the last three days but no response at all.They are vary poor in service .You are requested to look into the matter and solve my problem.     Purchased Canvas A114 through Flipcart on 2-3-2014.IME /serial no.[protected] WIDJ81818 [protected]. Lodged complaint with local service center at Panipat M/s Gaurav Communication on21-7-14 for non display. after one month they returned the set with display on but the mobile is not working properly now . it gets hangout/swithch off frequently even a single call is not possible on this mobile set. There is some problem in mobile as discharging in five to six hours even though kept ideal. Automatic switching off. I have taken thrice in service centre but problem not solved.         i bought micromax canvas juice a177 from bhopal madhya pradesh on 3/7/2014, after just one month i got a problem in outgoing audio for which i submitted my phone to your so called service centre in bhopal - M/S KALRA MOBILE N COMPUTER SERVICES 0N 4/8/2014.they told me to collect the same in 5 days and i havent got my mobile yet.and still the say it wil take 3 more days whenever i go. this is their contact number [protected] which they never pick. due to extra inferior service and quality i regret of buying micromax. so i request you to plz look into this matter and help me get my phone back within 24 hours or else i will be forced to lodge complaint legally. regards, kunal assudani job sheet no and request no- N[protected] R1408FMP11328457 MODEL NO and IMEI NO A177(B)/SERMOB0417/[protected], [protected] MY CONTACT NO-[protected]

        despite of an online complaint register on ur website. my issue is not been reolved. alothough i got a call from delhi and mr. rahul sharma micromax employee was on conference and he suggested me to pay rs 100 for so called N.O.C so that the service center can repair the phone quick..i considered it as an indirect style of asking bribe to get the phone repaired despite of bill box and everything.i need an answer within 24 hours whether i will get my phone till monday or not.because after that i will be free to take action legally.

        this is the complaint i lodged earlier on 26th aug 2014

          hi,
          ths is rajesh, i hav bought micromax unite 2 mobile 2 months back from flipkart its back cover is white color

          but i dont know why that white colour has turned to red after two months slowly...it looks very worst what can i do now plz tell me can i able to replace that back cover...i hav attached the images...plz find and provide solution...plz help me

          i have already...went to service center and explained them about the problem but your service center(M/S SRINIVASA ELECTRONICS

          SHOP NO:24 CO-OPERATIVE BANK COMPLEX, TRUNK ROAD, NELLORE-524001. - 524001) representatives...these stupid fellows irritated me...telling that this will not cover under warrenty...phone is covered under warrenty upto 6 monts u have given then why this is not covered into warrenty...is the back cover is not a part of phone...what i want to do...


          actually see my phone back cover. it was turned to red(from white) colour.

            I was quite a fan of Micromax phone because their low cost & good features. But now, I have issue in it's power button my CANVAS 4 (A210) just in 6 months, (seems like material is of cheap quality). & that's how i lost faith in Micromax. Not even this, after sales service is worst even for flagship phones such as CANVAS 4. It's been a complete month since I gave my phone in Micromax service center, still my phone is whereabouts are unknown. I was not believing on the rumors about the bed service of Micromax, but Now i know it for sure, coz i'm the victim of it. I'm still waiting for my phone, but for sure i'll never-ever buy a Micromax phone, quality is cheap & service is worst.

              sir, I have purchased Micromax A63 (IMEI no. [protected], [protected]) from GOYKA SERVICE GWALIOR on 01/02/ 2014...It got recharging problem after 4 months of purchase. I had given my phone to the service center on 25 june2014 & still today after 2 month they haven't given me back .. everytime they say me...the company is not responding to our querries & it will take time.                 I have purchased unite 2 on 24th June 2014 and after six day but I could not approach to service station due to some reasons then I went to service center at gandhinagar, I informed branch manager that display of the phone is gone it self and its not working. He told me that he need to replace display of that phone and I need submit phone for 28 days and when they repaired it they will inform me with call but didn't do that so I went again to center and I asked for my phone. He told that yes your phone is repaired. Then he brought my phone and when he tried to swith on, phone was actually not working same problem was there. So they are trying make fool the customer then he told me that they have send that phone to company and I agree with him. He sent but he was not sure about time. He told that time period is not decided by company. I have already submit complaints to micromax my complaint number is MMX[protected] I received message about it on 05/08/2014 and promised me that my complaint will solve in 20 days but there is no result till today micromax service is very poor.

                  I bought Micromax 110Q in May, 2013. After some time only it started giving problem and was sent to Service Centre. After service also it had poor signal issue but it was going on...Now, This is down again and when i approached Service Centre for problem resolution, I was told that this is beyond repairs . It is shocking that a phone as old as 14 months only without any damage/physical issue is returned back by Service Centre as " Non repairable".

                    I, Vaishakhi Shah i purchased Micromax A110Q on15 th aug 2013.my phone is in waranty and there is auto dispay problem occur in phone.so i given that at Micromax service centre, Nr. Mansi circle, Ahmedabad.I have given phone at 6 th aug for servicing and they told me it takes 7-10 days for repairing.but today almost 19 days completed and i didnt get my phone till yet.VERY POOR service they are providing and they not even talk nicely with me.when i go they just posponing.My job sheet number is W[protected].So its my request to work on this problem as soon as possible..Its directly effect your compnies image.

                      I had submitted a micomax canvas HD handset(model A116) for repairing(Request no.N[protected]) to micromax customer care office M/S Akhil Traders at indore (M.P)452001 on date 26/07/2014. But even after completion of one month they had niether repaired phone nor they are returning back it to the customer(even in unrepaired condition).During the period of this one month i had also taken multiple follow-ups by visiting customer care office but the response is inadequate.                           sir, I have purchased Micromax canvas turbo a250, on february 2014…It got touch problem after 4 months of purchase. I had given my phone to the service center on 2 july 2014 & he gave me on 2 august but in screen there are some design and also not working properly touch after 1 hr when he gave me.then i saw the mobile then he said that come after 15 days but still today they haven’t solve my touch problem and everytime they say me…the company is not responding to our querries & it will take time.                               Hi Micromax, I have purchased your product model A77, I am sorry to tell you that, I am getting big trouble with the purchased product, Invoice date is 27/01/2014, but since the product came to my home the problems are started in my life. I have purchased memory card to enhance the limited data storage, But unfortunately, I am unable to use it. I have already given this faulty product many times to your service center, which is located way far from my home around 40-50 kms, but after keeping my product there for 15-20 days each time, they were not able to correct the problem. Product has spent more time on repair shop then my hand. When i asked service center to replace the product if they are not able to fix it, they told me that they can not say to Micromax that we are not able to fix the product otherwise they will cancel our contract. Please come until the warranty period is over, after that there will be some amount of charge to look into your product if you wish to continue, but we will not be able to fix it and it is manufacturing fault. Service center : Diya Communication - Jamnagar Please guide me what should I do if this is a manufacturing defect and your own service center is telling me that they can not fix it but they will not forward the request to Micromax to change the product. Please suggest me a way, I am only seeing one way "consumer court complaint" as I am mentally harassed and I am paying charges to reach service center for multiple times. Please find attachments as a proof.

                                  Part of my mobiles Board is missing after service centre in tirunelveli. Problem before servicing, symptom:applications phone restarts/reboots remarks:Automatic on off, temperature error msg, tone set with BAT9167 Date : 03/05/2014 estimated cost : 650 rs Item name :A117(BLUE) Model no : SERMOB0340 IMEI : [protected], [protected] Job sheet no :s[protected] They gave back my mobile last month. Saying that the problem cannot be solved. And by 21/08/2014 I gave my mobile back for servicing in a servuce centre in nagercoil Job sheet no : s[protected] . They are now saying that a part in my board is missing. I kept my mobile for a month feeling about the fraud activity of the service centre.I am A Micromx user as I used Canvas 2, Canvas HD and Canvas Magnus. And I also planned about buying Canvas Knight.I recommended lot of my friends to buy micromax mobiles. I have used my mobile just for a month.Please Let me know If there is any chance to get my mobile repaired. Else please get me a link to purchase a new mother board for A117 I can Pay the amount . Let Me know I cant waste my fathers hard earned money.I Am Attaching the image of the board I got from Micromax service agent.

                                    Hello sir, i am very disappoint form your service support (Faridabad sector-16 micromax service centre) my job card number is N[protected] i want to get my phone micromax A117 canvas magnus touch changed as its soft keys were not working.it is in warrenty period.Service centre can't provide me he said we have not available display screen of your phone approximate 15 days gone but not any response please sir give solution for my problem so i continue to trust micromax being with your brand in future.                                       sir, I have purchased Micromax A63 (IMEI no. [protected], [protected]) from Sumit Computers (469 GREEK GANJ SITAPUR UP261001, on 10 may 2014...It got touch problem after 2 months of purchase. I had given my phone to the service center on 26 july 2014 & still today they haven't given me back .. everytime they say me...the company is not responding to our querries & it will take time.
