Dear Sir I had purchased Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 White on 29-07-14 as per trailing e-mail through Snap deal. I am surprised to have experience that the screen went off after exactly one month. I had a great belief that Micromax mobile is a good company, but sorry to say that the experience was similar to the Nokia or samsung which we use to purchase. Even the phone numbers given on micromax website (M/s royal, shalimar bagh) is not attended by anyone. Shekhar Agarwal New delhi

The phone was submitted at M/s CARIANO TELECOM-302, MANGLAM PLACE M2K ROHINI, DELHI ON[protected] ITSELF.

Till date the same is lying with them only and they are giving excuses on daily basis, fed up with them. Even after 12 days there is no solution as LCD screen is went off and they are saying that it is to be despatched from Micromax.

really I have done a great mistake that I have purchased micromax mobile.

This is the third class services offered by MICROMAX, even after 20 days, I do not have any outcome and daily calling Micromax / service center people to get the mobile back. Being a house wife this is humiliating for me.

I think the right way is to get it set right through consumer court.

      Hi, On 12th Aug 2014 i submitted my mobile (model A177) in service center-- M/S ABC TELECOMMUNICATIONS, address- U 22, LCN, Ramesh Nagar Metro station, Opp Ticket counter Delhi-110015 ) to get the screen and touch replace . Its more then 20 days i am calling them every day, and i get the same answer every day that parts are not available . Its really not acceptable, Micromax been so big company screen and touch are not available and its been 20 days, as they promised it will take maximum 10 days . I have to go out and i am waiting for the mobile so that i can leave for my work. Request you to please see to it Form Varun contact- [protected]

        I have submitted my cell on micromax service center because of some problem, and yesterday i have received a msg, that my cell has been repaired after that i call service center they said my cell phone is not repaired and said call me after 20 days for my cell status. please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible .Name :- Nitin Sharma M.N0- [protected], [protected]My job sheet no[protected].

          I Purchased Moicromax canvas turbo a250 mobile 16/05/2014.not even a 3 month old and the Mobile one day din't power on.The service center after waiting for an hour said they have to send the cell to the Company back for repairs and will take a month's time to return. Really feeling cheated Very poor service from Micromax. My phone is not getting switched on. It was on the warranty so the body language of the engineer seemed as if he got a BAKRA. The engineer just opened the phone and locked it again without doing ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then he says board needs to be replaced . My mobile No. is [protected] service center job sheet no.             I just bought a new phone on 26 July, 2014 and yesterday when I was holding my phone in hand a person just hit the elbow of that hand and it turned out to be a little jerk and the phone was still in my hand. But when I checked my phone its lower half of the display was gone like turned white and upper half was still working and when I checked the touch of lower half it was still working good like the upper half was. When I went to the service station for getting it checked they straight way told me it as a physical damage. I mean how could be there a physical damage without any scratch with out any fall. And they straight way told me the expenditure of rupees 4000.

            I gived my phone on 16/04/2015 to repair (problem:- LCD, charging, and overheating) on gorakhpur service centre and they said they will give my phone in 1 weak.
            After, 1 weak I asked on phone he said phone is gone to company you will get in 30 days or before. I waited 30 days from 16/04/2015 .
            But not got my phone.I complained on micromax helpline number.

            And I given Rs 500 and to give Rs 500 more when Phone repaired.

              despite of an online complaint register on ur website. my issue is not been reolved. alothough i got a call from delhi and mr. rahul sharma micromax employee was on conference and he suggested me to pay rs 100 for so called N.O.C so that the service center can repair the phone quick..i considered it as an indirect style of asking bribe to get the phone repaired despite of bill box and everything.i need an answer within 24 hours whether i will get my phone till monday or not.because after that i will be free to take action legally. this is the complaint i lodged earlier on 26th aug 2014 i bought micromax canvas juice a177 from bhopal madhya pradesh on 3/7/2014, after just one month i got a problem in outgoing audio for which i submitted my phone to your so called service centre in bhopal - M/S KALRA MOBILE N COMPUTER SERVICES 0N 4/8/2014.they told me to collect the same in 5 days and i havent got my mobile yet.and still the say it wil take 3 more days whenever i go. this is their contact number [protected] which they never pick. due to extra inferior service and quality i regret of buying micromax. so i request you to plz look into this matter and help me get my phone back within 24 hours or else i will be forced to lodge complaint legally. regards, kunal assudani job sheet no and request no- N[protected] R1408FMP11328457 MODEL NO and IMEI NO A177(B)/SERMOB0417/[protected], [protected] MY CONTACT NO-[protected]

                Sir, I had purchased Micromax A67 in the month of Sept 2013. For the last four months the phone is giving trouble in one way or the other. I had to send it to service centre at Chandigarh for 3-4 times regularly. For all these months I was unable to use it at all. For my routine job I had to manage another phone set.Now the warranty about to end. In case it does not become functional and gives the in the same then the service centre will not entertain the repair of the set.I have not used the for the last about four months. I therefore you to solve the problem by providing with new set as it seems to be beyond repair. I shall be thankful if redress my complaint at the earliest by providing me another set in place of this one. Thanking you sir.                   I had given my defective Micromax A117 mobile for repair in their service centre(M/s Mobile Care) at Cuttack, Odisha on 9th August 2014. The phone has a defective touch screen which needs to be repaired. My mobile is under warranty. Initially they have told to get it repaired within 12 days but still to-day I am waiting for my mobile phone to use. All their excuses are the said part is not available. I am disgusted hearing this reply from the service centre. Pl help me.

                    Hi I am Ranjan. Few days back my screen got damaged, so I have visited to nearest Micromax service center to Fix it. They have fixed the new screen for me. When I saw the edges of the mobile, it was not fixed properly. They told it will be like this only. I believed them and came to home. When I was using the screen touch was not functioning well. I visited again to the service station but they told it was because of software update issue and they have updated the software. Still i was facing the same issue. When i was using the screen touch automatically it got broke at the edge as it was nt fixed by the people properly. I went to the store and told them but the manager and the people are so badly behave with me, i lost the hope from Micromax. I believe Micromax should cancel the lincence of these people. They dont know how to behave with the customer. I put complain with Micromax and for the service station who got the lincence from Micromax. They should train the people and get them lincence. A69(B) through Flip cart the details are A69(B)/ SERMOB0433/[protected],[protected]/ 06/ 2014 ON DATED 07.06.14 in the name of Rajni Khare with address 106-Ganpati Tower, Khandari Byepass crossing, Sheetla Road, Agra and it became deffective on dated 04.08.2014 on the same day I contacted your local service center M/S SIMRAN ELECTRONICES (UP W), G-9, Narrain Tower, Opp. Police Chowki, Sanjay Place, Agra they kept the mobile and informed the deffect "as power does not switch on". I was told by them that I should contact after 20 days. I again contacted them on 20.08.14 and was told that still the required has not been received from head office and they are unable to ensure me that how many more days it will take they given me a phone no [protected] and asked me to contact after 20 days more. Is it the service of your company that mobile just purchased became deffective witn 2 months and will take again more than 40 days to get it repaired. I therefore request you to please take immediate notice of the same and instruct your repair center to handover me repaired mobile atonce so that I may use the same for which I purchased the same.

The touch of the phone is not working properly. I got its touch replaced once in the month of may-june just after 3 months of purchase. Now again the touch stopped working.                             When i submitted the Mobile to service center, two months after purchasing of mobile. That time mobile was in ruuning condition. Only problem was Ear Receiver Speaker was not working. They testes and accepted the mobile with mentioned into Job sheet only "Ear Receiver speaker" is not working. But after some time when service center called me then they said "Mobile has some internal Breakage" and we will not give you warranty. How this is possible even when i submitted my mobile into running condition. Most important thing is Service center mentioned Mobile is into Warranty in all Job sheets still he is saying mobile is not repaired, because he is enable to repait it. No body is taking responsibily either service center or Micromax.                                 I bought canvas doodle 3 after 1 month I have issued a problem of settings in which it doesn't work properly and cant open any of my applications the scrolling process is not working properly i take my cell to the service center they takes my cell to repair and told me to call next day for knowing about my cell and when i call to the service center until morning to evening they doesn't reply my call some time they were busy to another call and sometimes call is engaged.pls tell me what to do for this type of service.

                                  i had purchase a micromax unite 2 around 15days ago there was software issue in the handset so i submitted it to bhandup service centre in mumbai they told me to come next day and i went the next day handset was given to me they told software issue has been done when i check the handset it was not working so again i gave the handset to them they told me to come the next day and i went after two days they told me that my phone is dead and they will have to change the motherboard so its so embarrasing within 15days phone is dead so its so horrible please do not purchase such micromax phone its just waste of money and the service centre is the worst thing and u will had such worst service center expirence.

S. Mobile collection, Doranda Bazar Road, Near Markazi Masjid, Doranda, Ranchi-834002(Jharkhand) on 5th August 2014 approx at 01.00 PM. It is as follows: - 1. That problem started from same day at evening in the above said mobile phone. 2. That several times I complained about problem of mobile and it was repaired by M. S. Mobile collection or by service center but after some time it starts problem again in this mobile. 3. That this mobile is finally handed over now to local Service center i.e. “M/S MAX CARE (JHKD), SHOP NO.:- F30 1st FLOOR, ROSPA TOWER, MAIN ROAD RANCHI-834003 from[protected] by M. S. Mobile collection. And it is still unrepaired with them. 4. That I have purchased the mobile and suffering from same day, I requested with him from same day for change this mobile with next new one but they are not agree for this request. Therefore I request you that either replace this mobile with new one or repair it or refund my full money which is expense cost for this mobile with Rs.10000/- for my business loss and mental tension, Within TEN days from your receiving date.                                       I had purchased a Micromax Phone in March 2014, and the phone after 4 months have started giving me problems like. 1) Automatic Switch offs 2) No Charging I had visited Micromax service center for the repair they said they will repair the phone within 3 days and also it is within the guarantee period. Now after a week I am being called by the Service Center and told that the phone is not repaired and there will be an additional charge of Rs.3800/- I think this is just not acceptable.                                         Hi, I am using Micromax A110Q Canvas mobile. I am not getting range for any sim cards(tried idea, vodafone) at many places including inside my home and office. If I put the same sim cards in other phones like nokia etc. at the location they show very good range and even I can talk to my friends from inside my home using other phones. I guess its some issue related to my micromax A110Q mobile signal receivers. Please guide and register a request
