I am facing issue with power button from last two months every time your service centre sort out my problem and after 2 or 3 days the same problem raised again and still my mobile is at service centre.     Sir, i have bought micromax funbook p410i from a shop shradha communication in delhi. The date of purchase of my handset is 15/06/2014. Near about 2 months have passed with this handset and the touch screen is not working. At present i am in arrah bihar. Due to my personal schedule i will not be able to be in delhi at present. My handset is under warranty. What should i do? Kindly response

      I have purchased Micromax A-74 from Sector 37-D, Chandigarh on dated 13/10/2014 On 25/06/2014 it stopped battery charging. I have shown my mobile in Micromax service centre at M/S Future communication, Sector 41-D Chandigarh, for repair on 01/07/2014. They have returned it back after 23 days and told me that mother board is not working due to moisture and we do not change motherboard. They send us to another service centre at NAC Manimajra to change the mother board. Service centre NAC Manimajra told me that mother board burnt from inside. Because the set is under warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced. But they have refused to repair it by saying that you have to go to the service centre at sector-41 Chandigarh where it was submitted before. I again visited sector 41 Chandigarh on 16/08/2014. They have returned it back by saying " Mother board is burnt and we will not repair it" Please guide me

          i had given my phone's battery and USB chord for servicing in the service station and it was rather under the warranty period. i was committed to get the new parts in a matter of 7 to 10 days but its very dissappointing that almost one and a half month has been passed and yet i didnt get my products replaced. now there is a situation where i have to leave the premisi of faridabad and anyhow i need the respective spare parts as else my phone would be non functioning. i filed a complaint also but yet there is no further action taken. more than that the callous and almost ignorant bvehaviour of the service station is more irritating. and this compells me in switching to other products to be very frank.

            I myself Mrs. Sohini Debnath purchased a Micromax canvas Doodle 3 on 12.06.14 from M/S S.M Telecom, Thakurpukur, Kolkata-700063. With in one month of time the phone is having a battery problem as it is not switching on. My husband Mr. Amit Debnath took it to Sun Infosolutions, 17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. They could't able to fixed the problem as the problem still persists. I went to your Gaja Park service centre they gave without doing anything even after holding 10 days appox. I am very depressed a company like Micromax can't have this type of post sale service. one more thing you have to strict with your selling agent regarding their post sale service as they were behaving that they don't have any responsibility. But they must as they are sharing the profit.Kindly do the needful asap.

              Sir, i have purchased micromax canvas 2.2 at may2014.. But one day ago my mobile charger and ear phone not working. At 14 august i went to its service center. I wait there 4 hours. Their staff was very slow and not good worker. Then they say today we will replace only one thing. Either charger or ear phone. Its our company rule. So i gave them charger and they give me new charger.today at 16 august i went service center for replacing earphone. Then they said our system says your id have a call for any product. We have to cancel your call. They take 2 hours then said today we cant cancel your call. Come monday. Then i sak about their manager, they said he is absent.you can complain about us.then i said them your system has problem then what can i do. Why i will face.problem. then one staff take my earphone and give me other earphone of any other mobile which was cheaper. It is also not working properly because its not of my set earphone. The replacement of earphone happend without any receipt or document.
              Thus i saw micromax service center at allahabad is worsen service center of mobile. It is bothering micromax customer. I m so sad after this service. Now i will avoid micromax sets for future due to this worsen service.

                Bought a Micromax Doodle A111 on 9th September 2013. Facing shut down problems ever since it has been bought. Unable to watch U tube or browse the net continuously more than half an hour or sometimes even much less before that the mobile shuts off and restarts automatically. Took it to the Service Centre at Dombivli many times but all they do is to reset it to factory resttings and gave me the piece back. Further they claimed that it is a software issue and nothing is wrong with the mobile but my problem is still unresolved although it is almost one year now and the warranty will soon expire. I demanded a replacement when I experienced frequent shut down problems but the Service Centre people (who seem to be underage boys/girls or inexperienced) told me that it was software issue and resetting the handset will resolve the issue. I need immediate solution to my problem and another disadvantage with this mobile is that we cannnot upgrade or update the software as there is no option.

                      1) Bought Micromax A106 Grey on 22nd July from Flipkart. 2) It came with a Dot(Pixel Problem) on the Display LCD on 26th July. 3) On 5th Aug, the Receiver of the phone stopped working. I couldn't hear what the other person was saying on the call. 4) On 9th Aug at 5:45 PM, went to Micromax Authorized Service Centre:SRI DHATRE Mobiles(Diamond Towers, Shop No 13, 14, Between Taj Tristar & Hotel Belson Taj Mahal, Opp. Manju Theatre, Secunderabad, Phone: [protected]/[protected]) to give it for warranty repair. By the way, This is the only place in Hyderabad where the other small service Centres will refer you to. So, no matter where you stay in Hyderabad, you have to come here. Surprise! 5)The Front Desk guy checked my phone & submitted it. He said to ignore the dot & he can fix the receiver problem in 1 day(i.e. 11th Aug Next Monday). Else, i have to wait for a week for the LCD to be replaced. I told him to fix all my problems. 6) Called back on 16th Aug & the lady on the phone confirmed that it is going to take a lot more time as there are no parts available. When asked how much time, she said more than a week or so. I have only 1 phone & i am using a friend's phone for the time being. Why should i wait for more than two weeks for a phone to be fixed which is 10 days old to me. I want Micromax to fix & give my phone back ASAP or replace it with a new phone.                         my Micromax canvas A102 (Doodle 3) was not working properly so I took it into service center. They said to me that they will call me after 15 days. but after 15 days it is in the same condition and then they decided to send it to company which is in noida (As they told me). But before sending it to company they tried some experiment on my mobile and they changed its touch and after changing it looks very bad. so please take my assesment very seriously

                          Hi, Micromax has released the android 4.4 udpate on August 2, 2014 for Canvas knights. I tried to update my mobile using wifi and the update has been download in my mobile. While upgrading the android its not updating the mobile and shown 'Software update failed'. Then i went to the service center in chennai (Mobi Tech, Kadaperi) and asked for the update. They updated my knights mobile with the old version and said we dont have the new update. I waited for 2 hours for this old version update. I searched in Micromax site and called all the service centers in chennai and i got the reply as 'No Kitkat updates'. But Micromax claims if there is any error over OTA please contact the nearest service centers. I called the Micromax customer care also at [protected] to complaint the service center status and i explained my situation from the scratch. But i stunned with the customer care reply, they replied that "Go to nearest service center and update your mobile or call from the service center and give it to them to speak". I dont know what customer care people want to speak with service center guys. Micromax have to provide the update to the service center as soon as the update released itself. Everybody knows what respect would customer gets in the Micromax service center. I sent the mail also to know whether they are having the update but i did not get any replies from them. I think the mail ids are just for showing in the site. Micromax have to take any action for this.                                 Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 (IMEI No1# [protected], IMEI No # [protected]) on[protected] from Ezone, Metro Junction Mall Kalyan. After two days I found that the touchpad of the said handset is not working properly, So I showed it to the same outlet, where I have been informed, I will be getting replacement. handset. And I was Ok for it. But they told me that now they don't have same model in stock, so will arrange for it. Finally I got the replacement handset with (IMEI No 1# [protected] IMEI No 2# [protected]) on[protected] after 4 days. Since then the touchpad problem is regular. Finally I visited your service Centre in Dombivli East (Media Enterprises, Mob no- [protected]) on[protected] where I have been informed, I have to surrender handset which will go to company and touchpad will be replaced (not the handset) within 15 days. The Jobsheet no for the same is W[protected] and Request no is R1407FMH10761945. After 25 days, I got my handset. on[protected], but when I checked it, again the same problem was not resolved. And it was not working properly. When I showed the same to said service centre executive, he informed me again I have to surrender the handset, which will go for rectification and will take another 15 days. So again on 02-08-14, I handed over my handset to them. Jobsheet no is W[protected] and request no is R1408FMH11297722. I failed to understand, how the company can hand over the handset without correcting the error ? And most important, why the faulty handsets were kept to sell to the customers when it was not working properly ? In spite of paying Rs.16890/-, I have barely used this handset since the date I purchased.

                                  My name is Susanta Kumar Swain, Contact number [protected] and address is #1646, 2nd Stage, Srirampura, Near Naidu Store, Mysore – 570023 (Karnataka).

                                  I had purchased Micromax Canvas Doodle A111 before 4 months. But now it is not keeping the charge for 1 minute also. I had given to Micromax Servicing Center Mysore around 4 times within 1 month, but still the issue has not been resolved.

                                  Please look into this and do the necessary as soon as possible. Orelse I am going to put a case in consumer court because I am not getting the proper response from the servicing center people.

                                  Or please take some amount from me and exchange my set to some other model.

                                  Please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible, so I will be very grateful on you.

                                  Dear Sir, I purchased a mobile MICROMAX A 94 MODEL NUMBER- SERMOB0381 BEFORE 6 MONTHS AGO BUT AFTER THAT THE IS WAS GOING HANG AND ITS BLUETOOTH WAS NOT WORKING . I GAVE THE HANDSET TO THE SERVICE CENTRE . AFTER 45 days i got the handset back but again after few days the same problem occurred with camera issue again i sent the handset to the service centre they said it will take 2 months . Sir i am a business man and it is hampering my work . I need my handset either replace or money back as soon as possible because i am not at all happy this king of services provided by your service centre. Reply me as soon as possible.

                                    This is second instant with in one year I have problem with my MICROMAX Canvas 4 A210. First time the screen has become blank and got it serviced by service centre, again after two months it has gone down with the same problem, now the service centre people speek they found rust in side which is due to liquid. But the forming rust is not only the liquid ingression, even if the battdry is bad, or if the bad components are used it may form rust due to moisture in air, the air must have gone inside while repairing at the time of first complaint.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam Myself Sarabjot Singh, would like to throw light on the Pathetic services given by the service centres of Micromax. I purchased a handset Micromax Doodle A111 on March 3rd 2014 but only after few days it started showing its poor quality, the handset started hanging and within 15minutes o[censored]se it starts to heat up. Now, on 23rd of july the set went dead and i went the service centre as it was under Warranty Period, without even knowing the default the centre head said that come after 15days. On the said date, when i went there they again asked me for further one week extention. Now after almost 25days period they are not knowing the default in the handset and told me to come after 5 days.Now after such poor services I don't want that set and want my money back.                                         I gave my micromax canvas 4 (A210) on 28th july 2014 for servicing on the last day of warrenty period. Dust had entered in the screen and there was very weak connectivity of wifi and bluetooth. I gave my device in pune based authorised service center. They said it will take 10-12 days. Its been around 20 days now and when called to call center of micromax they said it will take more 20 days. If you people cannot give proper device and proper service then why do we buy your product? Really very upset with the company. My started having problems from 15th day after buying only. This is pathetic. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
