Dear sir /Madam I have purched canvas Knight A350 IMEI No.([protected]) ([protected]) on 11 Aug 2014 But set was defective with the problem of camera blurr..The set was return to the dealer/service centre Sanjay palace Agra on 16 Aug 2014 within one week for D.O.(Distributor Order) i.e. order for a replace with a new set but still we don't get any response from micromax/service centre but he says that the smart phone is not registered in a company record.kindly plz help and give us D.O. permission for a new set as soon as possible.     I have given my mobile at the service station at No 76/11-1(FF)JAYANAGAR, 3rdBlock at M/S S#COMMUNICATIONS on 26th July my mobile was not switching on .Now after every 10 days I am given a new jobsheet number but I have not received my mobile phone yet My mobile no to contact is [protected]

      I have bought Knight cameo on 18.08.14. But after only 1 week of purchase it's speaker stops working. Can't able to hear anything while calling as well as back speaker's sound quality also very bad. I can't imagine that after only 1week of purchase I had to face these unwanted problems. Pathetic... This is not acceptable from Micromax & that also from it's flagship model... Really pathetic... Now I need free replacement of my set only. IMEI: [protected] [protected]

        I had given my Micromax Canvas A116 HD mobile to the Plamoodu authorised service center, on Feb last week 2014, having an issue of mobile not turning on after showing the canvas logo. The service center checked and informed me that the board need to change and thus I submitted my mobile there. After 2 months, after many recurring calls (which they don't even attend most of the time) and visiting there, the informed that the board was arrived. "Fortunately" with their servicing skills, the mobile turns on. But it was only that and the device was not detecting any other cards. I again had to submit a petition for the network cable and after many weeks at last they called me and informed that it is working now. I go, collected and verified and found that its still not detecting. They again extended the date. After one week I went to the service center and at last in front of me, they took another mobile which came for service and from that they replaced my network cable. Wow... What a customer service. The cameras are currently not detecting. Again they tried to replace the camera from another device there. Back camera works(of course even I identify a spot in the camera lens and they told its in the panel, and it is still therein the lens ). They informed that they will file a petition internally as it was their defect and will call me back when its ready. And handed me the mobile as it was not a serious issue. Then my warranty period was over and they didn't call me. Later I went there after 3 months when I had a software complaint and asked them and they said there was no such filed petition. And later they agreed and informed me that they raised a petition with the date before the warranty date. For doing the software, I went there 5 days, and they told that the replaced camera is not working and the issue is on handset board. As the complaint was already raised I asked them that this has to register with the registry date before the warranty period. They said they can't do that and if I submit my mobile their they will fix it without registering the item, and currently they don't have the board in their service center(ofcourse, for camera they had already done that). I was not willing to do that as they might use its parts for servicing other mobiles and I don't have a proof that my mobile was submitted there. So I returned my handset. The performance of the device was good till it got an issue. And I might buy a new handset to upgrade from Micromax itself. But the servicing skill and the customer care for Micromax has helped me to change quickly from that decision. And I won't reccomend the device to any of my friends or family.

          I bought this phone hoping my office and pesonal calls can be attended at a time and data can be stored on sd card.But I don't understand the logic behind insertion of either sd card or nano sim at one time in the slot provided, which is ridiculous feature and the very purpose of external storage and dual sim support is not served.Moreover it tantamount to making buyers fools and cheated by this cheap trick.I hope this complaint will be resolved at the earliest and improve the trust and impression about micromax brand in buyers' hearts.               I had bought New Micromax Canvas Juice A177(B) online through amazon.in in month of May-2014,
              Suddenly on 3rd Aug 2014 phone gets shutdown automatically and unable to gets start
              So I have submitted my phone at Thane CCOM Authorized service centre for Micromax Android Phone on 4th Aug 2014.
              Person at Thane CCOM Authorized service centre told me that they will require 10-12 working days to repair my phone.
              After 12 working days when I checked with customer care executive they told me that job sheet no W[protected] is closed and your cell phone A177 is prepared and showing "Pending for customer delivery".
              Even I got 3 sms against mentioned job sheet no W[protected] that your cell phone is prepared please collect the same.
              Regularly I visit service centre to get my phone back, but service center guys are telling lies that pending for parts from head office, some time telling problem with mother board of cell phone, some times telling problem with software.
              some time telling we changed the mother board but fails in testing, some time telling we are working on your cell phone.

              So I have raised two complaint for the same through customer care executive [protected] and [protected].
              Now its almost 24 days, i haven't got my mobile yet, and still they say it will take 8-10 more days
              I request you to please look into this matter and help me get my phone back within 3 working days.

                Its only two months after purchasing the phone and now the signal strength is poor and i am unable to work with the phone. when i visited the local phone shop they directed me to the workshop at Majestic City Bambalapitiya (colombo 05) they re-installed software and wanted me to use the phone and if same issue occurs to contact the head office (workshop) at Gangarama (colombo 03). now again the phone is not working. I paid Rs.15, 500 just for a mobile which is not working. The after sales support is very poor. i do not recommend MICROMAX to any other. when i request dealer to refund the cash they reject saying that there is no policy to refund the cash. Is this the service and solution that MICROMAX provide to their customers???? I request you to refund my money. Smart phones doesn't seems like his.                     Dear Sir / Madam, Bought a micromax smartphone (Model no. A117) on 4th april 2014. After exactly 4 months, the touch panal had some problem and was not working. Hence checked your official website for enquiring about service centre and went to M/S Vashi Services in Thane. Deposited the mobile on 4 Aug 2014. Where it was told that the mobile had some issues and hence some parts were to be changed which required 1-1.5 weeks of time. Hence deposited the mobile and from that day onwards I am regularly following up with them but they always say the same thing that the parts are still awaited from the company. Have attached the receipt for your reference. The Job sheet no. specified on it is : W[protected].                         I bought micro max phone purchased nov 2013.powerButton in phone.so i sent service center to my phone at 18.08.2014 .he says After 5 days please come, but complete 10 days my phone was not repaired.I call the phone but not response and phone was swiftch off .This company is good but bad service.                           I purchase my micro max bolt A089 in may, 2014 and I have to go for servicing 4 times.And finally my set go to hell because I gave my set on 22, July 2014 & I cant receive my set over a month. Before 1 month my set doesn't show 'towers' & I cant communicate to any one.If this types of set are launched by micro max than I cant buy micro max set anymore... I really very disappointed for this. When I go to service centre, they expands my time limits as well as my aggression.

                              My phone Micromax canvas hd A116 has been showing storage space running out again & again spontaneously from recent weeks...my sd card has more than 1 gb free space, internal space has also been cleared more than b4 and installed apps has also been made less in number than b4...though it is not working...In the case what to do? & my sd card i was using previously, worked for some weeks than it was automatically removed showing the message unexpectedly removed while it was properly working in other phones and loudspeaker sound was also not coming clear both the problems were discussed to the care and phone has been kept there for 2 days but not a considerable change was made! Hoping 4 an +ve response...Ty

                              I had recently purchased Micromax Canvas Magnus A117 model. My phone is constantly flashing "storage space is low" apart from the fact that I have almost 1.14 Gb external memory available and 49 Mb internal memory is available. Due to this I was forced to remove my apps and can't download or update any apps.
                              Bring your notice to my query as soon as possible.
                              I purchased micromax A117 and the experience was worst. Even after having suffient space i cant download apps.It states insufficient memory.

                                    My micromax a94 touch pad was not working. As my phone was in warranty, I showed up at Micromax bokaro steel cit (PIN 827004) Service Centre. They received it from me with Job Sheet No[protected] with assurance of repairing it within 15 Days. i submit my phone in service center at 30/07/2014 . But I still have not got my phone repaired till 26/8/2014.

                                    I brought canvas 4 A210 in Dec'13. It is giving very good satisfaction while I am using that. But in sep'13 I got problem in the power button. So that I gave to service center in warranty on 26/09/14. Next day I received a call from that center and they told me it will take 7 working days to clear the problem. I said ok. But after that if I try to reach them but there is no one ready to respond my calls. Lot of time I tried by way of calling. There is no response. Always saying busy and if I get a ring tone means on one answering me. This is very irritating. This is the way your service center responding customers means how can I suggest your products... Peel's take care of this otherwise customers will move to some other products which satisfying all the needs.

                                    I have submitted my mobile in a service center of micromax, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. They said that the mother board is complaint and will be replaced in warrenty and given back in 10 days but its now 30 days I am without my mobile they are giving silly exqueses like 2 days 1 week 3 days they are telling a figure which was ruining in their mouth and the response is not quite satisfactory I I am asking strictly they are asking to take the mobile what's the situation now I am micromax customer since 2and half years sheet no: 17762.                                     hi i purchased micromax unit 2 A106 MOBILE in july 2014 and in december the phone gets hangs and i was submitted to service center of aurnagabad, jobsheet no W[protected].they was told me as you get your mobile within 15 days but toady 2 months gone but still i not received my mobile, even service center does not receive any phone number.i shortly i published ad in newspaper as dont buy any micromax mobile, its provides third class services to customer .i request all friends come to facebook and reveals the truth of this nonsense company.
                                    Hi this is anil i bot the micromax turbo a250 it has a 2gb ram but iam unable to install more then 3 apps i all ready reset the phone two tree times but it not works i went to micromax service center at Hyderabad begampet. There us no response from them so plz do need full for me

They received it from me with Job Sheet No[protected] with assurance of repairing it within 12 Days. But I still have not got my phone repaired till 26/8/2014.

                                        I own a Micromax canvas A116. Its touch screen got a crack (the touch functionality is working), I went to the service station in trivandrum to replace the touch screen they said it will take 15 days and I have to deposit the Phone there. Since 15 days is too much and my phone is in working condition I said I will pay the full amount in advance and let me know once the parts are available I will bring the phone and get it replaced, but they said as per the policy I have to keep the phone there, I said 15 days is too long and I need to get a backup phone or need to get my phone serviced in 2-3 days. They said they don't have such provision and if I need to get it I have to deposit the phone there for all the 15 days or you can contact the customer care for exceptional approval and there approach was very rude and clearly conveying they dont care the customers Then I contacted the MMX customer care and they said as per the policy I have to deposit the phone there and then call them again with the job sheet number so that they can escalate the problem and get it done faster (they said 5-8 days) So I deposited the phone there on 19th Aug 2014 and tried to contact MMX call center that evening and i got the message saying i have to call them on working hours (10:00-6:00PM ). Next day onwards i was trying to reach the MMX call center and i was either getting a busy tone/ call could not be completed due to the conjunction in the destination network. At last on 25 Aug I got connected to the call center and they said they are raising the complaint and it will be resolved in 15 - 20 days. Is that strange? Also I have contacted the service center to enquire the status they said the system is down and will call me back with the detail and i never got a call back yet.
