;BDSir, I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model. A110(CANVAS 2) on 23/8/2014. I visited the Authorized Micromax Mobile Service Centre i.e. M/S HANS SERVICES, SCO -101, FIRST FLOOR, MAIN MARKET SECTOR-16FARIDABAD, 121002. Screen touch of the phone is not working properly, i went to the service station at the service station technician received the phone on 16/7/2014 and give me a job sheet no N[protected] then after 10 days i went to the service station they said the phone is not ready, then after 7-10 days i went 4 times to your service station every time they are saying we are doing our best your phone will be deliver soon, now today 21/08/2014 when i make phone call to your service station but they does not respond . A period of one and half month has elapsed but I have not received my handset after repair. PLEASE DO SOMETHING SIR.(scan copy of my last job sheet attached herewith)

    Sir, I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. 091 on 5th June 2014 from Ms Harjeet Bros, Patiala. After 25 days of purchase, the display touch screen starts giving trouble. I visited the Authorized Micromax Mobile Service Centre i.e. Ms Ganesh Electricals, 37-C, Mansahia Colony, Near 22 No. Railway Phatak, Patiala (Tele No.[protected]. The Service Personnel deposited my handset on 22.07.2014 against Job Sheet No. R1407FPUN11051901 and promised to return the set after 10 days. I have visited the Service Centre many times but every time the service personnel available there is demanding more time. A period of one month has elapsed but I have not received my handset after repair. It has come to my notice that if a handset purchased become defective within 3 months from the date of purchase, then a new handset will be provided by the company. Till date I have not received new mobile set or my mobile handset handed over at the service centre, which is clear cut deficiency in service. If I could not hear any thing from you, I will be forced to knock the court of law against the defficiency in service and claim the damages despite highlighting this episode in the Print Media as well as in the Electronic Media.         and the person from service center is telling that we dnt hav a part you inform to the company .we cant do anything.

          I had purchased micromax color canvas 2 months back, recently my mobile charging icu or mother board get defected when i went to jayanager S-3, bangalore service center they told me to go to richmand circle service center as they will erectify the issue fast, when i contact to richmond circle service center they are saying that plz ask jayanager service center to give this in written thay richmand circle service center will do the service faster then jayanager, now i dont know whom to give my mobile for repairing/servicing i am feed they are also saying that it will take 30 to 40 days, I think i had done mistake by trusting & purchasing micromax brand & will never buy and suggest other to buy any product of micromax.             Dear Sir, I am just disappointed with the services of Micromax. @ months back i purchase A120 suddenly its screen broke. Visited service centres nowhere it was repaired in fact all kept for few days and they didn't even updated me the status.Finally after 20 days i took my phone back and that to it was in a more bad condition its volume lock etc panels are not working. If such kind of services are provided to the customer why MICROMAX is misguiding the customer to go to customer care and get its phone repaired. NOW, my 10, 000 have been wasted and i am just not in the position to repair it or sell it. . We have earlier also written mails to you and in reply customer care called and said submit the phone and they will change the screen on the same day or second day. But after agreeing to your customer care my phone has become now almost DEAD.               I have given my mobile to micromax Service center on 9 July 2014 and he give me 20 days time for repair but still it was not repair. I also complaint to customer care center on 24 july 2014 they also gave me 20 days final time to repair .now customer care also not give me proper time for repair.

                  Dear Sir, I am amit jain, Micromax customer of your company. I have Micromax phone only coz of trust and value. But days after days, trust of mine and other customers are also loosing by your company due to servicing problems by the service engineers at their respected area. I have given my mobile for display problem on 1th august tirupati infotech g72 b -block ganpati plaza near pizza road mi road 302015 submission slip jobsheet no=R1408FRAj11308713 refernce no. w[protected] its been 20 days now. still i m not getting any response from your company. even they dont recieve my calls. in 100 calls they recieve 1 and then they answer that they don't have parts of my mobile and company is not supplying coz of non manufacturing of such mobiles. Still they are not in a position to repair my mobile. if i go local shop they have display and you havent. are you manufacturing or they? i live in kota and my phone is at service centre in jaipur. when i was not getting any response i personally went to jaipur and waste my full day nd still i have nothing. So, tell and suggest me what should I do and where should I go? My mobile is in warranty period. I have to face alots of problems coz I don't have any alternate mobile to use. I request you to plz repair my mobile or change it as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to move to consumer court against Micromax. my father is a lawyer so there will not be hard for me.                   sir maine micromax canvas 2+ lya tha 18 oct 13 ko nd few days back on 22 aug 14 ko usmai displays problem aa gyi so maine apna phone near micromax care par repairing k lye de diya and 2 week se jyada ho gyrr hai mujhe koi response nhi aya hai care se jb b mai jta hu vaha phone k lye puchne they r saying ki abi nhi hua hai tym jage ga nd ol so i want ki mera phone jaldi hi thk kar k muhje de diya ja ya nhi kar paa rhe hai to return kar so can try sum where else plzz take action on this complant otherwise i hve to do for consumer court

                  Sir there is a display problem in my phone I buy new phone (micromax canvas knight 2(E471)) on dated 18/06/2015 I goes to ur care centre locatea in Ludhiana... They tell me we have not any record of this mobile in our computer system and say to call me ur customer care number ...I calls approximates 50 times but they don't give me any response just hold my call I m really suffering from problem ...so I request to please solve my problem ...

                                i purchased a micromax phone on 25 may 2013 after 5-6 days the screen touch of the phone is not working properly, so i went to the service station at asansol at the service station technician received the phone and give me a job sheet then after 10 days i went to the service station they said the phone is not ready, then after 7-9 days i again went to the service station now they delivered the phone but i find a straight line in the lcd screen when i show this line to the technician they again received this phone and give a new job sheet on 9/7/2014, after this i went 4 times to your service station every time they are saying we are doing our best your phone will be deliver soon, now today 20/08/2014 when i make phone call to your service station your technician say you come and take a new job sheet and submit the old job sheet and the phone will be deliver to me after servicing, when i will gate back my phone ? i am not sure you can able to service this phone as i think you have not any well educate service technician, i am sorrey to say that i am a great fool that i have purchased a micromax phone . i am a retailer of computer spare so i went so many service station for servicing the computer spares but i have never seen such a notorius service station i.e service station of micromax at asansol.from my shop now i am saying to everybody purchase a china phone but never purchase a micromax phone.( scan copy of my last job sheet attached herewith)

                                  I AJITH.B, VALIYANILATH, MANNANCHERY.P.O, ALAPPUZHA, bought a micromax mobile(model-A94) in[protected] from Kalavoor. With in days I noticed that phone suffered very low battery backup and over heating. so, I approach my dealer, he collected the phone[protected]. Till this moment I did not get proper information about my phone. As an Indian customer I know about my rights. but the company behave to against my satisfaction. so, I humbly request you to solve my issue, and protect my rights as a customer. Thank you.

                                    i bought your canvas hd phone on nov 2013 and now its touch is not working. i contacted to your customer care at mohan garden near 750 pillar no and they said that they will not cover the warranty on this damage. i am totally unsatisfied with your service and totally fed up from your company stratergy.

                                      To, The CMD Micromax Infomatics Ltd. Delhi Dear Sir, I purchase a Smart Phone Micromax Canvas A114 IMEI No. [protected] from Top Ten Electronics Sector 30A Vashi on dt.30.12.2014. This set working fine 4 months but after passing 4 months some problem in display and touch screen. I give handset to M/S Vashi Telecom for repairing Display and touch functions. I received back set after 15 to 20 days after follow up. After using 2 month I faced same problem. Again on 17th July 2014 I give handset to M/S Vashi Telecom for repairing. Process of giving handset to service center is very time consuming. I wasted my entire day for only giving handset at this centre. Peoples working there are very hard talking and non co-operative. I got jobsheet no. W[protected]. After regular follow up one day on 19th Aug they said we have closed old job and new job no 11520149 created. Also they told some part required from Micromax mobile which is not in the stock. Finally after spending Rs 11950/- Handset is laying with service centre. So please confirm the above and pl mail your address so I send back this set you as Diwali Gift from my end and I circulate this email to entire friends to don’t purchase Micromax Products due to above reasons.                                         sir i submitted my micromax canvas 4 at lajpat nagar micromax care on 1st august 2014.my power button was not working properly so they assured me of repairing my phone in 7 -10 days ..then my brother went there on 18th aug and they asked him to wait for 20 mins and i got my phone back with the power button working properly but after reaching home we noticed that iemi number was not the same as was written on my bill.we dialled *#06# to check our imei number, it was showing some another imei number ..he went there again and they did something and changed the imei number to my old one ...they said they have changed my phone's motherboard and were not ready to listen to him..now that phone which they have given me has come up with a new problem of not showing the network...i am not able to call anyone as my vodafone network comes and goes( that too for a very long time).i think they have replaced my phone. with someone else's...
