hi, my name is aman james. I was purchased micromax a106 white from flipkart on
[protected]Product ID OD[protected]). after 5 days i was successfully received
my product. but, after 4 or 5 days i notice that the touch is not working properly. but, the problem is not only that, after 3 days microphone is not working and that was very big problem because nobody is able to listen my voice on phone call. that time i was very upset so i send it into micromax care. after 3 days i got my phone back and everything is working normally but sometimes touch is not working properly. but the problem is not only that after 7 days microphone and loud speaker both are not working. and that time i was became angry and upset so, again i send it into micromax care. i got my phone after 15 days and everything is working normally. but still touchpad is not working properly but, the problem is not only that, on[protected] my phone is turn off automatically, i was tried to press power key but nothing happened so i decided to connect with charger but nothing happened even battery icon was also not shown on screen. now i am very upset and angry. so, again is send my phone into micromax care and this time they do not have any idea that when they give it to me back.
If they are not able to repair my phone than why they do not replace it?
