Dear sir, I purchased canvas knight cameo A290 on 15 th august' 14 with IMEI [protected], [protected], but not able to insert nano sim and memory card at same time. So finally one sim can only be used at a time with SD card. So kindly resolve this problem.

worst experience case.
I purchase cameo a290. on september-2-2014. n after 24 hours in night it display gone blank automatic. when i contacted seller he is saying obtain DOA Death on Arrival certificate from the service centre the with 2 original copy n send courier to the seller with seal from service centre. within 3 days. one more thing service centre give DOA in just 7days from the buying date only.

micromax service centre are not giving solution.they making fool people by saying we cant solve. i must say when you buy china mobile it can work for 1 year which i experience without any problem. but thrice bad experience of micromax mobile. i recommend before to buy must understand customer words n prefer to buy some good company mobile.

    Dear Sir, I am amit kumar baid, Micromax customer of your company. I have Micromax phone, Micromax modem and Micromax tablet. I purchased all such items only coz of trust and value. But days after days, trust of mine and other customers are also loosing by your company due to servicing problems by the service engineers at their respected area. I have given my mobile for touch screen problem on 30th July, 14 at M/S APEX SOLUTIONS, jalpai more, beside UCO bank, siliguri 734004. But they are telling me that they don't have parts of my mobile and company is not supplying coz of non manufacturing of such mobiles. Still they are not in a position to repair my mobile. So, tell and suggest me what should I do and where should I go? My mobile is in warranty period. I have to face alots of problems coz I don't have any alternate mobile to use. I request you to plz repair my mobile or change it as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to move to consumer court against Micromax. Attaching purchasing bill and job card of my mobile.         i had bought BOLT-A068 in may14 and in august my display is not working i have visited your laxmi nagar (east delhi) service centre, they dont have manners how to talk with people and dont have supportive nature they have not taken my handset by saying that it will take one month to repair why micromax takes this much of time in just replacing a display. if you dont want me to come to your corporate office and make a big issue there so contact me ASAP on [protected].

          Dear Sir, I have submitted my phone to Sataguru Communications Micromax Service Centre at Noida on 24-MAY-2014 due to auto switch problem and audio jack is not working properly(Job Sheet No: N[protected] and according to the service centre my phone should be return within a week but Now its more than 85 days and I am still following up. But the Micromax customer care and service centre and till date I haven't received my phone. I am regularly in contact with service center following on:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] dates, but every time they asked to await for a week. After the 5 July I contacted them on 19-July-2014 after the completion of 45 days because they said our maximum days limits is 45 days and also On 19th July they gave me in written that they will return my phone in 4-5 days. But i am still waiting . After that I contacted to Micromax customer care on 25-July-2014 and ask me for 10 days I said ok. After10 days (5-Aug-2014) I call them and talked to their senior officer as usual he asked me 15 days. Now Its around 85 days I haven't received my phone and your 45 days time period is also over. WHAT CAN I DO? HOW CAN I GETBACK MY HANDSET EARLY? I HOPE THAT YOUR TEAM IS HELP ME TO GETBACK MY HANDSET. Thanks

            I had buy a mobile phone handset micromax canvas balze mt500 on 18/07/2014 and its work fine for 10 days. But after 10 days i found a problem with battery backup but on 01/08/2014 i am not able to switch on the phone so i visited to nearest authorised micromax service center ccom telecommunications pvt. Ltd. And launch a comeplent { comeplent no, :- w[protected]} for the same. They told me that there is a problem with mother board, battary and we will replace it under warranty but it will take time of maximum 10 to 12 days. After 12 days again visited to service center they told me that your work order is in process and it will take again 10 to 12 days but they are not ready to give me confirm or aprox date of delivery. I had invested arround 10 thousand rupees for the new phone and i cant use it for just only 10 days. What can i do? How can i getback my handset early? I hope that your team is help me to getback my handset.

            micro max and authorised service center of micro max those are giving wrong feedback to customer and you too also this is third time that i got a mail and sms from them which shows my handset is ready with service center, but when i go to the service center or make a call to them i got a single and same answer that my handset is not ready and it will take 10 days more for repair.

            I did not understand if they are taking arround one month for repair and problem found in within 10 days from purchase, and they are going to replace mother board, battary then what is ballance parts in that handset why don't they replace with new one.

            what about warranty they are giving me 12 month warranty and around one or two month my handset is deposit with them if i found any problem after 10 or 11 months then can they consider it under warranty.

            Please reply i hav too much hope with you.

              i sk gousia purchase canvas a 120 colours on 21/07/2014 from purchase date i am facing battery backup problem.it gives 4 hours backup on calls only.i have contact the service centre on 11/8/2014.they confirm battery problem and they are replacing the battery new one .still now we are not getting the battery .they said 12 days for replacing.please solve my problem as early as possible.

                  Dear Micromax team, Just to inform you that My Smartphone, Canvas Turbo A250, that i have given to"Swastik Telekom", Mirzapur (U.P.) on 31-July 2014 due to touchscreen characater in keyboard "a s d.." was not working, has not been returned till today, The service center guy says that Micromax sent us defective touch screen, and when i ask to talk to customer care they say they will not update you as they have closed your file as they sent us the touchscreen. Further they say. your smartphone has gone to repair on Varanasi.The service center promised to deliver smartphone in 10 days that is on 9th Auust 2014 but they told me to wait till 18 August, i waited and today they say to check back in 2-3 days.                     I bought Micromax A88 on 5/8/2013. On the dealer's insistence I took CASHLESS PROTECTION PLAN from ROYAL GREEN SERVICES OF Rs.1000(i.e. a free pick and drop service). Problems started occuring after 2-3 months of my purchase.
                    One day my phone's display went blank. On 26/2/2014 RGS's official came and picked my phone from my place. Every time I called them they said that the part is not available. I got frustrated and went to the dealer(ANSH'S COMMUNICATION SERVICES), he talked to RGS's owner & after almost three months I got my phone back with another problem. Voice wasn't audible to the other person on call. I immediately went to the dealer again, he sent the phone to the nearest service centre(M/S SHREE SAI TELECOM (GURGAON))and I received the phone with another problem.
                    This time I couldn't make or receive a call. Then I decided to go to the service centre and everytime I went their they refreshed my phone and told me that its working fine now and didn't even provide me . This went on for 3-4 months. Then one day after a long time they told me that the seal of my phone is broken and we could not repair it in warranty(although it was in warranty) which they didnt tell me before.
                    They asked me for Rs 3800 for changing the motherboard. Then I again went to the dealer and he told me that he'll talk personally to the owner of the service center. I gave my phone to the dealer, its over a month now and everytime I visit to the dealer he misbehaves and doesn't even provide a receipt and says that the part is not availabe.

                    I have purchased one Micromax Canvas Blaze MT-500 handset on 14.02.14 against invoice no.00C3E5/13-14/93 from seller Tarun co. and after receiving the product, many types of problems showed up in the handset, like as sim card problem, data not connected, sound problem, so finally i went up to the Micromax service centre at M/S Sabsonic at RGM-170 V.I.P. Road, Teghoria, Kolkata-700059 on 11.06.14 vide Job request no.E[protected] or R1406FWB10213568 submit the handset for repair, but still my problem is not solved. The executive the tells me each and every day that parts have not come from head office at New Delhi, so I am unable to repair. We finally received the phone in the last week of July, 2014. Its condition is worse than before. The lower part of the screen is not responding to touch. New problems have come up. We don't think the old problems have been solved. On calling the Micromax CustomerCare on [protected] nobody answers the call. On trying for 3 days continuously we got someone on the line. They gave us an address of another service centre which doesn’t even exist. On reaching the address we came to know that the service centre had been closed down a long time back. We do not understand what kind of company we are dealing with.

                    This is regarding the job sheet number (031657#0914#[protected]I have submitted my phone Micromax (BOLT A089 ) at Mangalam Palace shop no 302 3rd floor Rohini Sec-7 11/9/2014 and today is 28rd oct 2014 and my phone is still with service center they are saying that there is one part that is pending from Micromax and Micromax is not delivering the part so they are not able to repair it I have escalated the issue to micromax but got reply that we are working already it has been 48 days, request you to please help me in this issue.because it seems that they are doing nothing to solve the issue.

                    My micromax mobile is facing mic problem and it is in warranty but Micromax care address- shop no. 83A, first floor Radhey Puri Extn. Jagatpuri refused me to take care of it. they spoil my time and mind such a worst service in the world.They crack my mobile LCD and start fighting with me. Now i am going for the legal actions against the company.

                      I have given my micro max canvas 4 A210 to tambaram service center, Chennai on 23rd of last month . Due to display problem and 2nd of this month I got back my mobile after reaching room while switching on mobile I found that mobile touch not working and again next day I given back to same service center... While calling they are not responding properly and I'm not getting proper feedback... I'm really fed up with this.. so need immediate action to get my mobile back by servicing the same or new piece... Kindly do need full. Reg Mithun KV [protected] Chennai

                        I Purchased 2 Moicromax mobiles, model (A106).not even a month old and the Mobile one day din't power on.The service center after waiting for an hour said they have to send the cell to the Company back for repairs and will take a month's time to return. Really feeling cheated as i dont have a cell to use now cause they dint even give me a stand by mobile. Adding to all the misery today i have been calling the toll free number since morning and it is OUT Of SERVICE.

                          I bought my Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 on the 21st day of June, 2014. Then after only 20 days it stopped showing the network and the sim card. It was a very big problem as we could not even call a person. We submit it in the service centre at Gaurav Communication, Office No. 1, Upstairs Vodafone Store, GT Road, Near Railway Road, Panipat. They told us that you can take it tomorrow. Next day he told us to take it after 15 days i:e: 2nd August. But on that day They told us to take it after 15 days more i:e: 17 August. But on that day he was saying to take it after 15 days. Its not a good thing for the company. As not only the mobile has a fault but also the company is not repairing it or replacing it. Now after more than a month its intolerable. I request to take an action on this and repair the mobile or replace it. Here some details of the mobile are given: Model No. A102 IMEI Nos. [protected] [protected] 1 year warranty from the given purchase date.

                            I have purchased Micromax handset on 26th January, 2014. I had given my handset for repair to M/s. Dev Enterprise, Ahmedabad Service Centre on 25/06/2014. After continuous persuasion with the Centre, I could not get the handset repaired. Then I approached Customer care of Micromax and they booked a complaint which is numbered as

                            . They assured me of the best efforts, which till date have not been delivered. My handset may now be replaced with the new handset and compensation towards the inconvenience and mental agony caused may be paid to me at the earliest.

I was purchased micromax a106 white from flipkart on [protected]Product ID OD[protected]). after 5 days i was successfully received my product. but, after 4 or 5 days i notice that the touch is not working properly. but, the problem is not only that, after 3 days microphone is not working and that was very big problem because nobody is able to listen my voice on phone call. that time i was very upset so i send it into micromax care. after 3 days i got my phone back and everything is working normally but sometimes touch is not working properly. but the problem is not only that after 7 days microphone and loud speaker both are not working. and that time i was became angry and upset so, again i send it into micromax care. i got my phone after 15 days and everything is working normally. but still touchpad is not working properly but, the problem is not only that, on[protected] my phone is turn off automatically, i was tried to press power key but nothing happened so i decided to connect with charger but nothing happened even battery icon was also not shown on screen. now i am very upset and angry. so, again is send my phone into micromax care and this time they do not have any idea that when they give it to me back.                                   I had submitted my handfree at the delight services sadipur on 09/05/2014 but till now there is no updation about it from the service center . And between 2 months i had 4 time visited on the service center but they always said that we ordered the handfree it will take time 4 to 5 days. Please look into this matter it would be batter if you take prompt action otherwise I have to go to the consumer court regarding this matter. Now about my experience i had 4 times visited there but there is no arrangement to attending customers and they have lack of staff so that's why there is a lot of rush they have to improved their service quality otherwise they have to closed the service center.

                                    I purchased a micromax canvas xla 119 in the month of march 2014 and after 1 month only it stopped working. I went to a service center of micromax near by my place and he told me that this phone cant be repaired here and then on 1st of july 2014 i submitted it at another service center which is located in lucknow. ( PRINCE COMMUNICATION) since then there is no status update of my cell phone. I called on the complaint center no. of micromax and they always say 1 more week. Every now and then i keep calling but there is no proper response from the service center side. Its been more than a month!! Kindly help!!!

                                      I am having a Micromax mobile model no. A240 purchased on December 2013. In the month of June 2014(14th june2014) my mobile got blank automatically. Took to the service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore . they said motherboard has to be changed. so they gave me a job sheet said that mobile will be returned in 20 days of time. I got my mobile repaired on 11th July 2014. When I checked the my speaker was not working, screws were missing, beeding cut near charging connector, back cover was not fitting and no camera clarity. They said it was taken to L3 level so they have to repair it . So I had to submit my mobile on 12th July 2014, still I have not my mobile repaired. When I called the customer service they speak very rudely saying it is in L3 level. I just told them to replace a new handset if you can't repair it, no response from them.
