    I bought new micromax unite 2 it have charging problem from first day i go for service center they sumit my mobile now its all most one month past but i did not get my mobile back i spend money for mobile but i did not use my mobile even one day plz help me to get my mobile back soon

      Part of my mobiles Board is missing after service centre in tirunelveli. Problem before servicing, symptom:applications phone restarts/reboots remarks:Automatic on off, temperature error msg, tone set with BAT9167 Date : 03/05/2014 estimated cost : 650 rs Item name :A117(BLUE) Model no : SERMOB0340 IMEI : [protected], [protected] Job sheet no :s[protected] They gave back my mobile last month. Saying that the problem cannot be solved. And by 21/08/2014 I gave my mobile back for servicing in a service centre in nagercoil Job sheet no : s[protected] . They are now saying that a part in my board is missing. I kept my mobile for a month feeling about the fraud activity of the service centre.I am A Micromax user as I used Canvas 2, Canvas HD and Canvas Magnus. And I also planned about buying Canvas Knight.I recommended lot of my friends to buy micromax mobiles. I have used my mobile just for a Week.Please Let me know If there is any chance to get my mobile repaired. Else please get me a link to purchase a new mother board for A117 I can Pay the amount . Let Me know I cant waste my fathers hard earned money.I Am Attaching the image of the board I got from Micromax service agent.

          I have purchased my moblie i.e. Micro max UNIT 2 A106 from Vendor-MY DEVICE, BOISAR, vide Biil no - . After 9 days of this purchase I faced strting problem in my Hand Set Switch ( on /off ). For this my self had gone there and reported the complaint. Service deprtment kept this Hand Set for more 30 days and returned to me stating that they have repaired. But again I started facing the same problem and so I had to go at service center again but the reply from there was not satisfatory. They told me that they can’t gaurranty of this reparing when I told them this should not be happne again. I am leaving in Boisar and service center is 40 KM far. I can’t go freqently there if Hand Set is not repired properly. They have denied to replace this hand set. Ineed my Hand set to be replaced with new ONE.               Hi, I have Micromax model A74, which was suddenly switched off and not power does not switch on, i have given that mobile to Micromax Service center Mobileseva marathalli bangalore on 22/07/14 and they said wait for sometime we will give now, i waited for 4 Hrs and finally they said there is some hardware problem we have to send it to head office for repair and it will take 10-15 days, i waited for 15 days and then i called them they said its not reddy yet, then i got call from them on 26/06/14(Almost 1 month), and i went and collected my phone, after inserting the SIM when i verified the problem was still there, Power was not getting switched on, i when again on 28/07/14 again they verified and i waited for 3 Hrs they said issue still there we will send it to head office and its high priority you will get it tomorrow and we will call you once it is reddy, i waited for there call and finally i went to there office on 16/08(19 days) and asked they said its not reddy you will get it by 18/08/14 and its 23/08/14 now i didn't got any call from them.Out of 1 Year warranty they have taken 2Months(Still not reddy) then what is that warranty for.This is worst experience i hade with micromax unfortunately i have 4 smart phones in my home from Micromax(Biggest mistake i did).I am planning to file a case against Micromax and going to consumer forum.I will not suggest anyone for micromax after this experience.Service center Details:M/S MOBILESEVADNO.791, SHOP NO 6, NARAYAN REDDY BUILDING.MARATHALLI RING ROAD BANGALORETEL[protected]MY REQUEST NO-S[protected] My [protected]@gmail.com

              After doing this complaint finally i got call from micro max service center on 27th saying that your mobile is repaired and i collected it on the same day when i inserted my SIM and verified issue still exist its not getting switched on.
              Now i am not going to micromax service center, i am going to service center i am going to consumer court and i will a case against micromax.
              They dont know how much loss i had in last 2 months because my smartphone is not working. and out of 12 months warranty they have kept 2 months with them.
              If micromax is not capable to fix 1 single issue of there phone in 2 months, then what service they are providing and how can we trust them.
              I had left no other option i am going to consumer court and file case against Micromax.

                I hv purchased Micromax Canvas 4 mobile on 15-03-14 & after months it started giving me trouble. I went to Micromax service centre in N.A.C Manimajra (Chandigarh) owned by Mr. Arvind Vashisht on 02-03-14 where they have said that the phone's software just need to be updated & they did it.But even after that the problem remains the same as it was still hanging up. Then I went back there on 07-08-14 and they said the touch screen needs to be replaced & it will take 2 weeks.They also assured me that they will call me when my phone get repaired.ThereFore, I submitted my phone there.Many days passed but they didn't informed me about my phone's status.Finally after 2 weeks I took my phone back & when i checked it, the problem remains the same.I told one of their worker but he was trying to ignore what i m saying & imposing the fact that there's no problem at all.He was misguiding me by saying this is the least a touch screen & processor can perform.I am so disappointed with the service of Micromax & bad behaviour of its staff as my phone is in much more bad condition right now.They didn't even bothered to clean phone's display screen before fixing it.Its dusty & tilted now as u can see in attached pictures.When i asked service centre's head to replace my phone he simply refused.I have spend half of my salary on this, i feel cheated.Micromax has created such bad products as well as service centres, they are sitting there just to misguide their customers.They kept their customers waiting for weeks & months and after that they handed them garbage instead of their phone.I will never ever recommend MICROMAX to anyone now.I will make sure to publicise its Defaulty service by creating anti groups & pages on social websites.I will also take legal action against Micromax & Service centre of N.A.C Manimajra (Chandigarh).

                  I have submitted my phone micromax doodle A240 under warranty service on dated 25.06.2014 with a problem of sound up and down key . they told me to visit service centre next day and that day they your phone is not able to switch on.from that day25.06.2014 they giving me the date again n again .its been almost two months now and one is ready to answer the status for the same. Even today I visited the service center in janak puri and same answer phone is in under repair . Please look into this matter and try to resolve and get it repair asap. Regards Vinay [protected]

                  on 10th April 2014. Only after 2 months i.e on 24th June 2014 its volume key stopped working. I went to the Service Center "M/S Rapid Communication (Vikas-puri) WZ-1 Ganesh-nagar opp. pillar no. 535, New Delhi. They said to deposit the hand set and collect next day i.e on 25th June 2014. When i went next day the person said its not possible to repair here as your phone is on getting "starting on" and we have to send to the company. I was shocked to listen this as i was not facing this problem a day before. I was only facing problem of volume key. Wen i told the person that only volume key problem is there from where this off on thing came up, he said i don't know during repairing your phone was not booting up. i had no option an submitted the phone again. The service center people gave me a job sheet and said me you will receive your phone in 30-35 days maximum as we have to send the mobile to the company for repair. would you believe its 10th August and still i have not received my hand set. every time i go there they say it has not come back from the company 15 days more. Every time they say same thing. Can you imagine i have just used my handset for 2 months and its gone. i am really fed up and haressed by you micro max people the way you treating your customer. i am giving you all my bill details and model details and also job sheet details. please return my phone in its normal working conditions because its enough now, and if not returned soon i shall go to court and sue case against you people who are making fool o[censored]s.

I have sources and now i am going to take action against these micromax people and make them pay compensation as well for making me hares and mental torture. its my biggest mistake of my life to invest amount on micromax i swear and soon if these people don't tell me when they are given back my phone totally in perfect working condition consequences and not gonna be good i swear. i am not regretting using this language with you right now as you can imagine so much frustrated i am right now by the services.

                    Sir, I am Saket Rawat from Sagar Madhya Pradesh I have purchased Micromax Canvas 4 (A210) 30/5/2014 and about one month it has some problem in the screen. At the service center they told me that it will take 7-8 days they have taken about 25 to repair it . When I gone to collect my device my camera lense was not there its my mistake also that i didn't checked at that time .Next day when i have told about it they are blaming me for it .So after that they told me they have orderd my lense and will give my lense back after 15 -20 days .And not only lense after the reapair i have noticed that my sensor light was not working and touch screen was not correctly placed. They told that when your camera lense will come we will again repair it . when i again gone to service center they have replaced my camera lense the lense was of black color an my phone is white but still i accepted it but when asken about my touch screen and sensor light they told me to wait for 15 more days when i came to home i noticed that camera lense is not actually of my set i just sticked by glue but not placed correctly when i open my camera the black border of the lense is covering the camera very little i was very disappointed that they have solved my one problem and give my 2-3 more if i will again go there they wii told me to again wait. I am also sending a photo of my phone having black lense

                      on 0272014 and they asked me to come after 6 days and gave me job card. I start to visit service centre on due dates but they refuse to return hand set and started to delay delivery dates…..
                      Till now its been more than 50 days my Micromax Funbook Mini P410i Tablet has not been repaired and they are saying it’s send to the company and will return after 4 days. The head office is also not giving me any response on mail nor they are picking up my call .
                      I had Explained the whole matter, as I had been continiously loosing warranty dates.and I request you to help in recovery my tablet cost with convenience ( due to frequent visit to micromax service centre till date)

                          I have given my cell phone in the authorised service centre of MICROMAX on approx 18 July 2014 and given to me on 14 Aug 2014 but was not properly serviced and also they closed the job sheet for servicing even I told them that my cell phone is not properly repaired and then they have taken the cell phone again with new job sheet dated: 14.08.2014. However, my cell phone has not been repaired till today.

                          Further, I have not been provided the standby for the same and I am suffering from many problem due to non availability of my cell phone for a long time.

                              Dear Sir, Sub.: Complain against Micromax for not returning of my Tablet P360. Respected Sir, It is brought to your kind notice that myself Mohit Sachdeva purchased a Micromax Funbook P360, Sr.No.[protected], from M/S MOBILE PLANNET, Shop No. 5K/104, NIT Faridabad-121001, (Contact No.[protected]) vide Bill No.689, dt.02/10/2013 @ Rs.6800/- in cash. Since its purchase it started giving problems. Now since last three months it is completely out of order, Then I contacted the Micromax authorised Service Centre at Simran Communication Pvt. Ltd. NH-5, NIT Faridabad and handed over the same for repair on dt. 08.07.2014 under warranty period. I am enclosing the concerned receipt for further needful please Now even after completion of about month and a half, M/S Micromax is not even repairing my Tablet and nor returning my above Tablet. Repeatedly I have contacted and requested them to return my above tablet, but nothing from them. As I am badly in need of the same, it is therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter and suitably instruct/ order M/S Micromax and arrange to return my above Micromax Funbook P360 at the earliest please.                                 I have purchase Micro max A106 Unite2 Batch:[protected] on 11.07.2014 from Agarwal Mobile Age Lucknow (Invoice 4395). On 21.07.2014 faced the problem in the set. When contacted the shop owner he suggested to contact service centre(Prince commn.). We contacted to service centre on 23nd July, 08th Aug and 21Aug 2014. He asked again n again to come now he have asked to come on 21 Sep 2014. In between we have approached personally and over phone also. But till date we have not received proper response. Kindly rectify the problem as early as possible.

                                  Will someone tell me the status of my phone?I am really fed up of this.I trusted in micromax but it did not stand up to full fill the trust of a customer.I bought mi9cromax a76.Within four months it started creating problem.It was switched of automatically and it never switched on again.I gave it to micromax care centre on 29th of july 2014 and from then onward there is no call and response from anyone.Whenever i call care centre they simply say me that my phone's pcb is damaged and they are also not aware when my phone will be available for me.At the same time i was not given any extra phone to use.I have send mail to micromax earlier also but they never responded to me.I was looking hopefully towards micromax and was expecting early repair or was expecting the change of phone but nothing happened as of now.Its already about a month.So will anyone say me the status of my phone?Can i expect the early delivery of my phone?Can i still trust in micromax?

I have purchased a micromax A69 mobile which IMEI No-[protected] and ESN No-[protected] on Dt-21/06/2014.From day one it has a problem that I can't hear the voice properly.But on Dt-07/07/2014 it's speaker was totally damaged.So on 09/07/2014 I have gone to M/s SPACE TELECOM, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar to repair this set which they have done which jobsheet No-E[protected].Then on Dt-17/07/2014 I can't open the set for which I have to go to this service centre again.After verification they told me that the circuit is born for which we have to sent this set to Mumbai for replacement and it will take ten to twelve days with same job sheet number.So on Dt-30/07/2014 I have gone this service centre for enquiry, they told me again that your set is dead and "we will send it to mumbai" which was told me earlier. On dt-07/08/2014 I again enquiry about my set and seen that the set was not sent and they told me we have already order the circuit and we will contact you over phone after two days. But not a single call they made. Today I have gone to this service centre and see that they have not taken any initiative about repair and make another job sheet No-E[protected] and told me to wait for another 20 days otherwise you may return your set today. So let me say that how much it is legal to harass me again and again with mentally.Always I have to spend above one hour to talk with them which is very painful in office hours.So just come to my side and think how can I trust you and your brand.So I aspect your replay soon otherwise I have to take further step.                                       I had given my Micromax tablet funbook mini with voice and gprs on dated 10/02/2015 for repairing as the set is not only dead but also not working to Micromax Service Center, Meerut, uttar pradesh. I recieved the message from Micromax Center that your funbook has been repaired, plaese come and collect the funbook. The moment I went there, they are saying it will take 10 more days to repaired. I am contiously roaming Service Center, but everytime the same response is coming from the Micromax Service Center meerutl. I was not expecting such response from the Indian company. In future, I need to 100 or even more times to go...

                                        Plz micromax.I am using 3 micromax phones and all are working fine but once my mobile canvas a63 went to service centre and tell treated me like hell. plz try to keep pressure on them and tell them to behave well on with customers. i had only one complaint that is service centre. the address of service centre is-arihant complex, surat, gujarat. plz pay attention towards them and tell them to behave well with consumers. otherwise i have too strictly go to consumers forums and lodge a complaint against you guys. clear this issue otherwise micromax is a decent mobile maker solve this issue to and you can easily takeover samsung.
