Sir, I have left my above mobile for repair at the following service centre- Jain Computers Flat no. 6, first Floor, Manglam Complex, Samad Road, Aligarh-202001 Sir my mobile is under warranty but it is painful to say that I have submitted my mobile on 09.08.2014 for repair but I have not got any satisfactory answer from the above repair centre. Please look into the matter and let me know when I shall be able to get my mobile back. Hoping an early reply from your end. Thanks in anticipation. Regards.     i gave my micromax phone to get repaired on[protected] to the M/S SRI Mobiles, Nagercoil authorised centre for Micromax .the c no is s[protected].The girl who was in charge received the mobile and she said she would inform me thru mobile when the set has been repaired .she is still to inform me.and when contacted she gives no proper answer.i regret that i ever bought micromax

            A very bad experience of being a micromax customer... Completely dissatisfied with the M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI). B-36, GURU NANAK PURA OPP. V3S MALL, NEAR MAHARAJA BAQUETT HALL LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI- 92 service centre... Its been 2 days since i m visiting there and everytime i m got the same reply that server is down... I swear i will never suggest anyone to buy micromax products reason being their [censored]ing services... Neither the service center nor the customer care is giving any response on when the handset will be ready, i m totally fed up from micromax service. i want my mobile in this week any how. The issue is not resolved yet and they are just extending time. i request u to take necessary action about this issue . otherwise i will have to go through consumer forum or police station

              Hey, I have Purchased Micro max A110 Mobile, i observe that it has Camera Issue i visit to Micromac Service Centre in Shakkarpur (near Nirman Vihar Metro Station). they Replaces my camera in 15 days but after that i observed that the screen of my mobile has some problems(touch problems) but i ignored after that its Glu was removed which is not proper Sticked i visit again to the Same Service Centre they fix the problem ( Note : I did'nt Observed that at that time the seal on the back side was removed by Service Centre ) after that i have the Same Screen Issue & I Visited to the same Service Centre many times 9 Some time they are Closed Some time Server Problems ), Then after i visited again and they show me the seal that was not there on my phone ( I cleared them that it was removed by them itself becos i did'nt show it to any other Service Centre or any local Shop, There is One Executive who know me that i was visited there Centre Lot of time so she Accepted the phone & Checked by their Engineer, the engineer told that the Screen is a duplicate screen its not original, and returned my phone, i claim that it was changed by themself but they not accepted. The Worst Service Ever Provided by any Service Centre . I want my phone get in Good Condition.

                HI Micromax Staff. Its behalf of Mr. Anil Verma, who purchased a MMX A177 brand new phone but in a bad condition ...after 1.5 months approx. Here is details Purchasing Date - 24-May-2014 Purchasing Dealer - Mobile Shoppe - Shop no-43-44, Opp. Durga Cable, Geetabhawan chowk- Sonipat Concern Person - Lucky ( [protected]) Mobile Model No - Micromax MMX A177 S.No.- [protected]/ [protected] Price - 7800Rs Customer Name - Anil Verma Mobileshoppe - is a good shop. I already purchased many phones from there but there was no complaint before. But its first time, there is a big complaint in this phone. Very soon, Its dead phone.. approx 30 days. and I also complaint to Micromax Service center. Here is details: Service Center Name - OM Mobile Care, Purkhas Road, Sonipat Concern person - Paramjeet Dahiya ([protected]) Complaint Date - 08-July-2014 Condition of Mobile - The mobile was in dead condition. I came there 2-3 times, Service center fix it - but again and again the problem was going . So finally on 8th July 2014, He book a complaint and then take this phone. But after exactly 1 month - he give me back this phone on 27th Aug -2014. Mobile Returing Date - 27-Aug-2014 After a week, its 01st Sept2014, Its again dead and Automatically shutdown. I again go to service center and He again fix it - but today again 03rd Sept 2014, Its dead.. totally Dead. Finally, I am frustrated. Sevice Center is not responding properly. I went there more than 25 times in a month but - NO Response. I requested to Micromax QA / QC / Customer Support staff, please fix this issue and GIVE ME DOA for this. I am 105% not interested to take this phone back or any other phone from Micromax. If my complaint is not considered in a week, Then I will go to consumer court and take legal action.                   i have micromax turbo A250. which had problem regarding screen ...(firstly i would like to tell my phone is under warrenty)...which was resolved by service centre in month on december 2013 by replacing screen..after that again there is issue regarding screen...i visited customer care and told them about my problem...they refused to take it..and demanded 7500 for screen replacement...i told them that why are u charging me this amount... u just send my mobile t company.. they will look through it...they replied saying that ur phone is not in warrenty..i was shocked to hear this... they said there is no logo of micromax(which is usually placed after first repair)... i told them it was only repaired once that too in ur service centre..and i was unaware of this poinjt...firstly they diidnt accept what i told then they said maybe our service provider forgot to place logo..but said that u have to pay 7500 i[censored] want it repair... i want to sue a case on company..kindly help.

                    with reference to above complaint filed via id deep9087(Sir, I have recently purchased my micro max canvas 2.2 mobile and with in a month it started to shut down on its own I reported to the service centre . Where I was told its was just a minor moisture issue just clean it up with cotton n it will start working .. When tried I worked .. But after a short while moblie crashed and I put it up in a service centre on 06.08.2014where they reported to repair my mobile by 09.08.14. And on 9th aug014 when I got their to check my mobile they told me that my moile is yet to be checked and it will take at least 2 month to detect the problem. On being asked for the demo set they told no such thing will be provied and if I want can take back my mobile to any other service centre but they wo take a loook at the problem before 2 months Ive already lodged a complaint in same regard and my complaint no. is [protected]. Plesse let me know the syatus of my mobile as I m unable to get it from service centre.) posted on 11th August2014., i have already spoken with your complaint cell executives on 8th, 16th, 25th, 28 th August 2014 and 02nd sep2014 .Also each and Every time i was assured that i will get my mobile with in a week so even after registering my complaint on 8.08.2014 till date nothing has been done against the micromax service centre people as " on date 16th august 2014 irecived a call from them giving me a fake in formation that my mobile has been repaired and i can come and collect it from there.on reching to service centre they(service centre executive) told me that you do what ever you want to but your mobile will not be deliverdd to you before 2 months. and on 25th of august 2014, i requestred a call with a senior executive at complaint centre to know about the clear status of my mbile, that proved to be very interesting conversation because, he told me that ' we are here not to solve your problem bu just to provide with the tentative information about service status of my mobile and then disconnected my call when i was in a middle of discussion with him.
                    Now my 28 days experience with micromax complaint cell and service centre as follows:

                    1) Service centre executive misbehaved intially and even after lodging a complaint against them they clearly humiliated me by calling me to their service centre through a fake information that my mobile has been repaired, till date no action has been taken against them.

                    2) Micromax complaint cell executives didn't any action against service centre executives but are protecting them as no action has been done against those people.
                    3) At every end of week i get consolence from each till give me false information and tentative dates before which i will get my mobile.Till date no mobile phone received.

                    4)On 25th August 2014 on discusion with senior executive of Micromax complaint cell, I was conveyed that this cell is not for solving problem but on to provide informatin (its a Boldy information centre)
                    5) on my recent discussion with complaint cell executives, i was adviced to file RTI to know information location and date on which i will recieve my mobile and i should consult a lawyer and file a petition to get my mobile repaired.


                    So over all i pretty [censored]ing happy with this experience i having after buying Micromax mobile. and leets see how do you intend to end this great journey of mine by speeding up the process.

                      Sir, I R vinod kumar cell:[protected] of Hyderabad city Humbly submit that i have purchased Micromax Canvas Juice A177 in the month of April and it was working perfectly then on[protected] the touch screen suddenly stopped working in this regard i went to micromax care at Dilsukh Nagar and they took the phone vide registration no: *S[protected]*and said that it will be get repaired with in 7-10 days i gave them my mobile and took a receipt . But after completing 10days i called the service centre they said that the mobile will be given after 5 days, thus i waited for 7 days and again called but they said that it is not done and will be done in a week but till date compelted almost 1 month and no proper response is given regarding my phone, and they are prolonging the date, hence i request the kind officer to look into the matter and solve the problem as early as possible .Thanking you sir, Yours truly R vinod Kumar cell: [protected], [protected]

                        I am Deepa Davis native of kerala presently studying in VNIT Nagpur. I bought a micromax canvas HD A116 phone on[protected]. Its battery started swelling in januvary 2014. I replaced the battery since from service center in nagpur they told it is due to over charging. They charged 1200 for that. Within two months battery swelled again and service center nagpur replaced its motherboard and i got my phone back in may 2014. In june 2014 it was again showing some complaints it was not getting charged and i gave it for servicing in kerala kottayam district. They again replaced the motherboard and i got it back in august. And now its not getting on and charged. What should i do now? within 1 year it is the 4th time i am giving my phone for servicing. and from januvary 2014 i was not able to use the phone.                           I had purchased Micromax colors 2 A120 last week. The phone have a typical problem of wifi network connection. It gets connected for sometime and thereafter the network gets disconnected automatically. It starts showing Wifi Authentication problem.                                 Dear Sir, I bought a Micromax A116i handset during the year Dec2013, after some six months the phone was not charging when it is on and it gets charged when only after switch off, I submitted the phone to M/s Smart Communications on[protected] they told me that since the mobile is under warranty they will replace the board at free of cost, but even since after 23 days they are still to give me back my mobile, when ever i make a call they tell me that they have placed the order and yet to get the material once they get the will call, its is very annoying for me that the service center is able to resolve the problem within short time frame, kindly look up in to this and resolve the issue, herewith i have enclosed the job order copy for your ready reference.                                   I had purchased Micromax-A250-on 13/6/2014 and i had used only for 5-7 days only as the piece gets hang at the interval of 15-20 minutes and i had given the instrument to dadar service centre 2 times & atleast 5 times to Vile Parle service centre as the response is very very poor the concern person who is in-charge is also not talking proper and how many times to go to service center as i had paid full amount for the said instrument and than too i am facing the problem so please change the piece or give me full refund of the said instrument, as i dont think that Micromax co. can make good quality mobiles as whenever i go to the service center the same complain is there of other persons also. kindly reply me on [protected].                                       I have purchased a new battery for my micromax A110 from Nehru Palace, Delhi. He gave me that battery on 6 months warranty from the company itself. Now i am having some problem regarding battery. So I went to service centre of micromax in my city(Aligarh) to replace it. But the person there is saying the there is no warranty on purchased batteries. I am really disapointed by this type of service. My battery S/N is V[protected].

                                        The new Micromax mobile was pruchased on 03/07/2014. Due to problem of not working just in one month of purchase, it was given to M/s Allied Electronics, Salem, Tamilnadu for repair, who is the auth.service center for Micromax. The handset was given on 04.08.2014. But even after 28 days, it is not known when the handset will be ready ! The job sheet no. is *S[protected]* . Neither the service center nor the customer care is giving any response on when the handset will be ready, even after so many days. Pls let me know when I will be able to get it back ?                                         There is NO information on the status of repair. Already 50 days passed ! So pathetic
                                        The complaint is not attended yet, even after 50 days ! Besides, no information reg the mobile, neither through this consumer complaints nor through Micromax customer care. So pathetic ! K Girish
