    Hi Team, I had received my mobile on Wednesday on 27th august 2014 after 2 months and checked for the condition . it is was working till 30th August 2014. On 31st August 2014 all of the sudden in the morning around 9am. the mobile was not working neither switching on or getting Charged. The power button is very loose and the volume adjusting button is very tight... because of this the mobile is getting switched off and and switch on automatically in between calls which is very much irritating!!! I am wondering what type of service is provided... Kindly provide me the new hand set... because your team will be taking another one month to rectify this problem which I can't wait... Regards, Suba

      I have submited my cell phone ( micromax canvas a76 fun) sixth time to service center (Ayushi electronics, yeshwant plaza, indore) for having same problem of getting my cell sudden switch off.

      This service center and company together had given me a mental herasment and several losses in daily routine life.
      My biz. Is affected
      I had suffer many times by going service center again n again
      I had faced other xpenses and loses in biz. Like petrol and customers follow up etc.

      I want justice as new cell phone and compensation of rs.10000

        Sir, I have recently purchased a handset of Micromax Knight Cameo. I would like to bring to your notice that the phone got internal problem since the 8th day of purchase. I purchased it on 16.08.2014 and it is showing charging problem since 24.08.2014. We have wrecked our feet eversince. Micromax's service centre at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi have provided us with the most hostile after-sales environment I have ever witnessed. At first, they didn't even saw the handset for two days. Then they deposited our handset after three days of consistent trials and tribulation from my part. Sir, Micromax's Paschim Vihar New Delhi service centre provided us with most indifferent attitude. They never even play on their part to attend phone calls or even listen to their customer at once, even when customer is physically present. Also, there is no customer friendly HR culture in Micromax's service center. They never play their part to address customer's complaints in good manner

          To, The MD / CEO / COO Micromax Mobie Micro Max House Gurgaon – Haryana India Sub : Poor Quality Instruments intentionally supplied to the customers I have bought a Micromax – A96 from Mr. Talk, Teleservices, 270Carippa Street Razban ka pul Meerut Cantt on[protected], based on the tall claims made by you in your lofty advertisements in print and television (Bill no.372 worth Rs 8, 800/-. My horror trail started when I learnt that the mobile set supplied to me was not bearing the IMEI No.which was endorsed on the bill and the box of the set. On my approach to the dealer, he was not only rude to me but did not provide me the set which was having the IMEI written on the bill i.e.[protected]. Instead he changed the IMEI No. on the bill. It gives me feeling that he deliberately gave me the defective set. After having used the set for sometime, i realised that the battery of the set was getting heated up and discharging within half a day or on minimal usage, The display screen used to flicker violently and get hanged up quite frequently. The caller and recipient were not getting a clear voice, Consequently I approached your service centre in Meerut and deposited the instrument for the repair on 01 Aug 2014. Its more than a month now however my set has not been delivered to me. ( Customer Job Card No:[protected]. I have not been even provided the standby instrument. I would like the sr. management to note down the following about the quality of your products These are very very poor quality products, Pushed in to Indian market with an Indian brand with a clear intent of duping the customers. The ordinal design and the built of the product is so inferior that it seems as if the said model was introduced in the market with the sole intent of duping the ill informed Indian customers. I would request you to return my money paid to buy the phone or replace the same with a suitable model without any of the above stated defects or repair the set in next 7 days. Otherwise I would be forced to take up the issues with appropriate forums including Consumer forums Court, Press and TV shows and SEBI ( As it seems that the company is using the same kind of lofty advertisements to collect capital from a host of ill informed Indian investors.)             i brought a micromax xloli, im:[protected] on 3rd aug 2014 when i used that i found some problem with sim tray . on 5th aug 2014 i went to the customer care centre of berhampur, orissa .. they said it will take maximum 25 days but the issue is not resolved yet and they are just extending time. i request u to take necessary action about this issue . otherwise i will have to go through consumer forum or police station .. regards santosh

                I purchased a micromax BOLTGC232 on 4/7/14 from a dealer in calicut and within a month it developed charging problem and on 27/8 I took the set and charger to your service centre, and they checked and said that the charger is perfectly ok and the set has some miner loose connection which can be repaired in three days.Even after 5 days they didnt respond, I visited the thismorning when they said the board had gone out of order and it will take another 15 days to get it.When I protested against the delay they did something and returned the set saying it is now working perfectly. Since I didnt have the charger with me I couldnt check it then. When I took it home and checked, it was the same as before. Please let me know what I should do further to solve my problem. Incidently, i noticed a large crowed at the service centre with different types of complaints about their sets, and most of them dissatisfied and angry. This is my first experience with MICROMAX.

                  I bought canvas 2 colors A120 because the site says it supports CDMA network, the box says it supports CDMA, and the store guys sold it to me saying it supported both CDMA + GSM. But, my CDMA SIM does not work on it and the support guys say that it does not. Why do you people have to lie about your product being something when it is not? Don't you people want customers to believe in your products? I am definitely not buying any more Micromax products or suggesting it to anyone else.

                    The under warranty phone hangs all the time. The phone has been submitted to the service center 4th time. still no respite. Long queue of people waiting to fight for the same issue. But it seems redressal to any complaint is not being handled at all. Out of last 8 months...the phone has been with the service centre for about 3 months.., , , , , How silly A210 phone...It seems no one can solve issues with this company...

Meri complaint apke service centre Satguru Communication, Sector 27, Noida - 201301. mene apna micromax A-116 service centre me submit kiya tha under warranty in August 1st Week. mere phone me sirf software ki problem thi. jab service centre wallo ne mere phone return kia tha unhone pahele to mere phone ka side panel and mere phone ki touch change kar de. Mene unke manager se bola but kisi ne meri koi baat nhi suni but unhone fir muje touch change kar ke de dia. but uske baat bhi touch me problm aayi unhone 4 aur 5 baar mere phone ki touch change ki fir bhi phone ki touch sahi nhi hui. fir unhone mere phone deposit kar dia aur muje second time job sheet no dia: N[protected]. 1st job sheet no muje yaad nhi hai but service centre ke record me sab milega and unke camera bhi check kar sakte ho aap ki mene waha kitni baar visit kia.uske baat bhi unhone meri touch sahi nhi ki fir me unse debate kia to unhone same day meri touch and full phone body change kar di jisme scratch he scratch hai, kisi aur ke phone ki used body and touch laga di. but uske baat bhi phone sahi nhi hua fir se phone hang, restart, phone start bhi nhi hota ba and heat hone laga, like software problem. muje ab 5 days ho gaye hai daily waha ke chakkar kaat kaat ke abhi tak mera phone sahi nhi hua. mene pure August k month bahut chakkar kaate hai and apke call centre me bhi complaint kia hai. me bahut pareshan ho gaya hu. roz unke service centre ki takkar kaat kaat kar. Please solve my problem and this is cheating apke service centre walo ne puri body and touch change kar dia. its all about cheating. mera pura belive micromax se khatam ho gaya hai. Please solve my problem and return my phone jaise mene submit kia tha. Thanks,

                        I have bought Doodle 2 on 16th October 2013 and till date i have faced the Same problem thrice of my Motherboard not working and against all the three times i had to go to the Service center and in total the Phone was with the Service Center for almost 1 Month. Today only i.e. the Service Center has told me that the Motherboard has some issue again like it was last time. Kindly help in getting the Replacement with a New One as it looks that the Phone had some Manufacturing Defect and cannot be repaired. IMEI No of the Mobile is [protected]. Also let me know what happens if the Same issue repeats in some time even after you give me the Phone. The Cell Phone is currently with the Service Center Details as given below:- M/S Vashi telecom, Shop No G182, Haware Fantasia Business Park, Plot No 47, Sector 30-A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Jobsheet No is W[protected]" Model No is A240. Job Card Date was 12/08/2014. Hereby requesting that because this is the 3rd time i am facing the same issue of Phone not powering on, so kindly help in replacing the Handset as it looks the issue is perennial and not being able to repair permanently.                           I have purchase Micrimax Unite 2 A106 (Pristin White) (B3039745) vide invoice no. TIL/14-15/N/DL/12195802 dt. 30.06.2014 from Times Internet Limited, New delhi. But i am facing hanging problem time to time i have contact to your service centre at Gwalior (Jayendra Ganj) but they ask me it is software problem only, but after rectified by them I observed hanging problem again.

                          Kindly advise us or resolve this problem at the earliest.

                            Problem facing since i bought Micromax A210 Canvas 4 mobile are listed below
                            1.) Call quality very bad my voice to receiver is very low.
                            2.) when you use one sim for internet other sim is out of coverage.
                            3.)Bad singnals aend antenna whomsoever is calling finding my phone out of coverage only able to connect to my number n phone after 3-4 calls its a major issue with micromax mobiles
                            4.) wifi never works properly since cheap bad quality chips are used
                            5.) GPS NAvigations and Google Maps never worked accurately and properly worst problem it works in even cheap phones of other brands it never works in micromax canvas4 A210 which is premium priced how poor
                            a buyer feels.

                            Do not trust Micromax n its paper specifications services are pathetic after sales n all parts used in phone are cheap n worst quality like gps chip, wifi, processor plastic quality motherboard
                            1.) Bought Micromax canvas A210 for INR 17999 on prelaunch no bill was provided when i asked for duplicate bill i got no response from anywhere called mmx head office as well as customer care 100 times .
                            Function never work properly since i bought phone are below even after giving mobile for 4 times no solution was provided.
                            1.) Gps navigation never worked properly tried every possible to fix its always been a prob of mediatek processor.
                            2.) Wifi signals are strong but due to cheap chips n hardware it never work or connect properly in micromax canvas 4 A210 at my home compared to it cheaper version like Motorola Moto G are far better.
                            3.) Struggled for many days visited service center 10 times made 100 calls to customer care headoffice n service center no solution provided no response sent 20 emails repeatedly on all poosible email address of micromax websites sales technical service n every department .
                            4.) The worst quality of micromax phone can never be described in words soon i will break my mobile or burn it infront of micromax service center.
                            In case micromax has any shame n bother they can call me at [protected].

                            Do not get fooled by false specifications i suffered a lot within a year.

                            This is a fake email of micromax to get personal information n hack credit or debit card details
                            Facing Same Antenna Problem.
                            unfortunately bought Micro max instead of Other Company Mobile.
                            I have also faced the same problem. as am using canvas 4 a210 since last one and half years. the worst phone ever used in my life. low signal coverage, no updation, frequently hanging over these are the problems i have faced. last week itself my mobile is not getting on.first of all, i have given my mobile to mmx service centre at mangalore. they have told mother board problem. it will take one month to replace and its cost was above rs.5000. but they didnt do that. after that i have given my mobile to tiruppur mmx service center. they have opened my device and said some of the parts has been removed from mobile in previous service centre. one of the worst service centre. and worst mobile company mmx.

                            Whatever Prashant wrote is 100% true issues with Micromax canvas 4 a210. I too regret this purchase of phone. Cheap hardware, chips and sensors uses. Will never purchase any micromax product.

I have given it to the service center on 2.8.2014 and told me come after 15 days, when i reached them after 15 days they told its in HEAD office. its been one month they are telling me the same thing every time, solve this problem as soon as possible, Request no is S[protected]. More than one Month have been passed but no action talen yet. I am attaching my bill and both service centre Visiting card as photo, where i visited and they just ignoring Now its very hectic about poor warranty Micromax service.

                                  Sir, my name is vishnu vardhan, i am from Vizianagaram District of Andhra pradesh State, i have a problem with the service centers in vizianagaram and vishkapatnam Districts of Andhra pradesh state. first of all my phone is Micromax A210 (canvas 4) which was purchased on 20.11.2013, the is in warranty, The problem is, suddenly my phone was hanged and the display was gone, i took the phone to the Service center in Viziangaram District on July 17th 2014, and the service center management was taken the phone and told that there is display problem and it will take one week to rectify the problem, one week over there is no response two weeks over no response, finally he given the phone on 28th july and they told that the complaint is rectified, two days over, the same problem was arrived, sometimes dispay is coming and some times not coming. Then i taken the mobilel to the Vishakaptanam serive center on 13th August 2014, they also told that same display problem, and it will take 10 days to solve the problem, i given the phone and came back to home. On 28th Aug they call that the complaint is over and come and take the phone, on 30th i taken the phone, when i taken the phone the display is good, with in few minutes the phone was switched off, i think that charging is gone amd when i came back to my home which was 70 KM to the town, i put charging to the phone when i switch on the phone same problem the display is coming and with in few seconds the display was blank, they did'nt rectify the problem, so this is the problem from almost two months i am facing problem, From 7 years i am using only micromax mobiles only i know how best it is, so please solve my problem as early as possible. my recent jobsheet no is- s[protected] and my Request No. R1408FAN11543079. my contact no is [protected]

                                  worst service, the vizag service center, they are not solving my phone problem, they are simply jumping the problem to the micromax company for two times, and the company people was not taking any responsbility, still my phone is under service center people only

                                    i m shivankar dubey from kanpur(up) . i bought phone micromax unite 2 after 10 days phone not working .. and then i go to govind nagar, kanpur service centre for a replacement or repair . but the service is extremely poor they are not able to repair the phone and said that the phone is repaired in delhi so i taken back my phone and go to mall road service centre for repairing but they are not received my phone because job sheet not closed by govind nagar branch . i taken my phone back with them on 14/08/2014, but till date job sheet not closed . my job sheet no . 11186011 . their executive said they are responsible for closing of job sheet and told that mr. shyam ji gupta is know who is responsible for delay . i go many times govind to meet mr.shyam ji gupta but they are not present there . and not picking any calls from me . hence service is extremly worse ..please sir., make arrangement of repair of my phone or replacement of it .i am tired with service of micromax . please resovled my problems.

                                      sir, i am using micromax mobile unexpectedly my mobile display was broke down . iwent to nearest micromax service centre .at ameerpet near to green park hotel. i given my mobile for servicing cost of 4000 ruppes for display .the service centre person name :tulasiprovided me a slip containing contact no of the servicing centre as [protected] and [protected] when i tried to call these nos no body is answering the landline and mobile no is used by another person who is in ongole and micromax check point named as harihara electronics which is located near greenpark hotel at begumpet.i tried to call these nos no body is responding and there are not providing to services to the customers and how the government has given permissions to run these service centre in centre of the city.iam the customer from jeedimeetla which is so far to ameerpet how can i know the information regarding my mobile.the service centre is not providing any information correctly in the paper which they provide for servicing and not mentioning the charge in the paper they are charged for mobile please take a severe action on this.

                                        Dear sir, it is a complain on micromax A40. i am priyabrata satpathy, bought this mobile on the date[protected] for me. and it is not working properly. In eight month it is already gone 5/6 time, now it is in service center. i am already bore and unsatisfy with that mobile. in eight month maxmimum time this set in service center, and technician are also not working properly to service my mobile.
