I purchased the Tablet "Micromax P350" on 4th of January 2013. Due to some issues in battery and speakers of the tablet, I gave the tablet to the Service center I have mentioned above on 04/05/2013. They told me that I will get the tablet after a month. I called them to check for the tablet, then they again said that it will take month. Next time I called they said that the "Manger has been changed so we cannot return you the tablet as they do not have any backup data regarding devices." I went at the service center and asked them personally to check the records and return the tablets as soon as possible, instead of solving issues by their own, the manger was reluctant to do anything. Then he asked me to come again after 15 days, I went again and so he jumbled me few times. So I went at the local Police station, the Police officer warned him saying that the manger should return the tablet as soon as possible. The manger called me and told that I will get it back soon and told me to check few days later. But the case was same. Finally I complained at the Customer Care of Micromax, initially they seemed to help, but they also stared to jumble things up and careless abut the issue. They told me that I can collect the tablet from other service center located at Hadapsar/JM ROAD Pune, but when I called service centers, they said they did not got any such instructions. Last, I tried to email them in April 2014, they first asked me to send scanned copies of invoice and Receipt and I got few calls, but later they did not respond much.
Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
