I had problem in my handset micromax unite2 of Rs. 7200 which was purchased on 2 aug 2014 from nagpal store karnal (haryana) but that was not working properly so I created duo (replacement) for my headset on 9 aug 2014. But I have not received my new headset till now. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis because I need my mobile EOD.     I have purchased Micromax A76 model last year in october. My mobile is under warranty. In May, my mobile encountered Hang problems and was sent to company for repairs. It took 45 days. Now the mobile has got display problems and the service centre tells me that they will take my phone for repair and the repair will take more 15-20 working days.I want to ask whether should I use my mobile or send it to your services centres for repairing constantly.In my 12 month warranty the mobile is kept in your company for 3 months and its totally unfair. I am not satisfied with the services of micromax and their mobiles too.I want my mobile to be repaired as early as possible or else I will complain to consumer forum

      Hi my name is Udit Singh Bhati, I purchased Micromax A93 elanza on 30th April 2014. Till 1 month it was working correctly and then suddenly my camera stooped working and whenever I try to open camera application it was showing an error message "Unfortunately gallery has stooped working". I gave this mobile to micromax service centre jayanagar 4th block, Bangalore. They told me they will change the Camera and would repair this mobile within 10 days but they didn't repair this and after 20 days they repaired it and gave back to me. After this my mobile Camera worked correctly for only 2 days then again the same problem occur and I went again to micromax service centre but they are not responding correctly and till now I'm suffering from same problem. And whenever I'm asking about the problem they are not telling about the problem and they are not replacing my mobile. I'm sending a snapshot of camera. I am getting frustrate with this please provide me solution.

      It's very frustrating because I raised the complain 14 days ago and till now I haven't got any response or update from the MICROMAX team and I am very disappointed because I'v wasted my 80000 rupees on this useless mobile which worked correctly for a month only and also the service center people in Bangalore are so dumb and they don't know about the main problem of the device and when I asked about the main issue of the device, they said they don't know anything about the device and what they have done is they just change the camera. After that my mobile worked correctly only for 2 days and the problem occurred again and when I asked to them they didn't respond and till now I'm facing this problem that- "Unfortunately gallery has stooped working". I was believing that after complaining on consumer forum I would get some good response but till now no one is resolving my mobile problem even I sent mail on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and every required information which they want. Till now I don't know what I need to do. I just want one thing REPLACE MY MOBILE OR GIVE BACK MY MONEY.
      This photo I clicked today, , again my camera isn't working. Till now i didn't get any call from micromax and I'm getting frustrate. I don't know what I need to do.

      Sorry for mistake it was 8000 rupees mobile. Till now i didn't get any call from micromax customers care. Please provide me solution.

        The screen was defective in the white micromax phone, I got it repaired from Service centre. They took more than a month to repair it. NOw they have left a mark inside the screen. this mark is visible. Also, some how now there is dust entering inside the screen. Not sure how to get it solved.

          Dear Sir, I have purchased above Micromax Mobile set vide bill no. 72390 dated 10.01.2014 from M/s Satguru Telecom, N.C.Ramchandra Complex, 22, Civil Lines, Roorkee, Uttrakhand. After 5 months, I have started facing problem in Touch Screen. When any pop up message comes, then i am unable to press a button like CANCEL or OK. Lagging problem is also there. This mobile is under warranty for one year. Further, i have contacted service centre and is saying that he dont have stock of touch screen then after 8 days i had again contacted them and again they were telling that it will take about 15 to 20 days more. I want to inform you that I am a student of B.Tech and I can't afford the cost of another mobile phone. Hence, you are again requested to take up the matter with the service centre on priority basis in this regards. Otherwise I have no option but to lodge complaint in consumer forum to get the money back with panelty.             Dear Sir,
            I had purchase micromax a93 on march 14.
            but some problem is occurred in my mobile and i had submitted in simran communication faridabad on 24 june 14.But after 15 days i had gone there they saying that part had not came from company. Then again i had visited there after 15 days again same reply.
            After hat i had visited there so many times but problem is not resolved
            I had visited there 4-5 tomes till now but my problem had not resolved till now.
            Please replace my phone because 2 month had been passed .
            and i will not take the phone that i had submitted in customer care because today i had visited there they had given phone to me by saying that your problem is resolved after checking it i had seen that problem is not resolved till now.

            I have purchased micromax canvas 2.2.but after 4 months I m facing many problem in it like first of all it's power switch was not working, volume option was not proper n hang was regularly disturbing me.butbut after rereprepair fromfrom your service center other problems started like its screen has gone.whenver i call screen wen out..i have already emailed you but you didn't reply so i request you to replace my phone so that may enjoy tthe ffafacilities of this model..

              i had submitted my canvas turbo A250 mobile to m/sinfotech service centre near Pasalkar Bhawan, Opp. SSPMS school, pune on 23/08/2014. probelm is 4190-touch screen not working(capacitive touchbuttons).

              on september 04, september 05th 2014, i recieved msg from MMX that my phone is repaired plz collect from service centre, but service centre people are not returning my mobile saying 2-3days from last 15days for 4 times.

                  I had purchased an Micromax A94 in April 2014. From starting I am unable to avail 3G facilities from the said mobile. I had also tested the same SIM into another mobile it is working properly. I had reported same to service center at Ambikapur C.G. There I was informed that it is manufacture problem. For the same I have to deposit my mobile for two month. If I will do the same I will unable to enjoy my mobile and have to purchase another for the said time. It is not good and also against consumer Laws. So please be make easy remedy for the same and inform accordingly.

                    Hi, this is s.k sinha... I Had bought Micromax android phone UNITE A106 last month. But there is a problem of power button and power button is not working at all even before completion of 7 days of purchasing this phone. So I went to your nearest Micromax service center @ care jone Micromax Customer Care ranchi...paras complex, opposite hotel landmark lalpur ranchi, phone no:- [protected].. job sheet no:- *E[protected]* they told me that they will return my phone within 07 days. On 22 July 2014 (submit date), I went to over their on 30 july 2014 to receive my phone but it was not ready. I again went there on 5 aug 2014 phone had not come. I again went there on 9 aug 2014 but didnt get my phone till date...now its 13 of august n my phone is still there... As it was already 23 days passed I want my phone back in a working condition soon...n there is a rule that if there is a problem in phone within 10 days u replace it with new one...plez sir look into the matter n take a step its very urgent n m facing to much difficulties without my phone...

                    sir i had bought a micromax phone in june 26 2014...but there is a problem of on/off button within 10 days...give it to service centre 2 time they take one month time in repairing my phone but still there is a problem my phone is not working...sir plez replace it with new one or give my money back...my biggest mistake is to buy micromax handset it didnot work properly for 10 day...why micromax made such kind of wrost product which doesnt work propery atleat a year...

                      Dear Service Provider i have purchased a newly launched mobile Micromax AE-90 as on dated 18.07.2014 containing IMEI NO. [protected]. There is a Hanging, Heating, Touch Problem occurred in the set. I have also visit to service centre and the problem remaining same. so it is kindly requested to you that please replace the mobile set or i have to take legal action.

                        I have bought micromax canvas A117 and faced display problem after 3 months. I have given at micromax service center in hyderabad. They said problem in display so they need to sent that phone to mumbai head office. After one month I got my device but while calling display going to off (just showing black screen). I need to switch off the phone to work properly every time. I don't know what they did in 1 month. And also they removed some parts in mobile, charging status light and notification lights are seeing outside and they are not working only red light appearing outside if it is not in charging mode also. I decided to not to buy micromax and I suggest this to my friends also.

With reference to the subject cited above that I purchased one Micromax Mobile MAD-A94 on Dt:-07.05.14 from M/s Shree Balaji Communication Sahibabad, Ghaziabad bearing IME No[protected] & [protected]. further after near about 45 day i am facing problem due to mobile was not Start and there is some problem in its On/Off System. Hence I give my Mobile Set for repair at M/s Supreme Services (Authorized Micromar Service Center) Vide Job Sheet No. N[protected]. Already more then one month is passed but i am not getting my mobile till date. I am also contacted many times to service center but he asked there is non availability of parts and I also called at your service center bering (Help Line) No. [protected] which is mention in Warranty Card and that no shows that it is the wrong No. as we also receive mail reply from your service center he is also agreed that there is non avbility of part and not given any date for repair Therefore I am requested You to Kindly Look in to the matter on Urgent basis because It is also the matter of your Brand Name.                             Hi all, Don't buy Micromax mobiles at any cost.. I have purchased Micromax A120 Colors (White) on 02/06/2014. From starting itself it has generated more heat and had poor touch response. I mailed to micromax and they said to forward to MMX Service center, Coimbatore. They checked and verified that it has Motherboard (PCB) problem and have to replace the board and taken for repair. (Job-Sheet Number : S[protected]) Again I mailed to Micromax about the issue and they also telling they will repair and then send back. Actually this is a Manufacturing defect and I used only for 2Months and handset is under full warranty period as well. I requested for complete replacement but they never respond to it. So if you get any defective piece you have to run the life with repaired piece only.. But other companies such as Samsung/Lava/Karbonn is better than MMX when compared in customer service.. So Don't buy this MMX mobiles...

                            I have done as you said. But no response till now and nobody called me to update the current status. Anyway after I bought this mobile, I have done 2 to 3 positive review and comments in GSMARENA. But now I have been paying for it by Micromax. If I was not get the proper solution in time and replacement of handset, Definitely I will post this also in same GSMARENA and FB since my feedback/review is being followed by many.
                            I have purchased Micromax A120 3 months ago . And till now I have 2 times touch problem, How you peoples made it, do you people only for making fools to the Indian public making fully products... I thought its an Indian brand so I have purchased it, but what the hell you people given me... dude, I have to go every month to the service center, N your service center is also not so fast, they take 20-30 days for making touch problem or other problems, what you guys doing!!!

                              Actually i buyed Micromax Unite 2 Two months ago and im not satisfied with it app and games like nfs most wanted, Modern combat does not Work on the device it shows unfortunately stopped the apps preloaded in device create much problem while working of apps plzz i request to fix this problem by updating the device thank you

                              I bought CANVAS 4 [A210] from Sangeetha Mobiles in UDUPI, going smoothly but after 3 months battery backup was poor. Hence I contacted the store, they suggested your service centre at Udupi which is of no use. They did something & gave me saying that now its ok. After that my phone is of no use, because some apps like FLASH TRANSFER, FM, WI FI, BLUETOOTH etc not working . I am using MICROMAX BRAND for last 8 years.

                                Hello I purchased the Tablet "Micromax P350" on 4th of January 2013. Due to some issues in battery and speakers of the tablet, I gave the tablet to the Service center I have mentioned above on 04/05/2013. They told me that I will get the tablet after a month. I called them to check for the tablet, then they again said that it will take month. Next time I called they said that the "Manger has been changed so we cannot return you the tablet as they do not have any backup data regarding devices." I went at the service center and asked them personally to check the records and return the tablets as soon as possible, instead of solving issues by their own, the manger was reluctant to do anything. Then he asked me to come again after 15 days, I went again and so he jumbled me few times. So I went at the local Police station, the Police officer warned him saying that the manger should return the tablet as soon as possible. The manger called me and told that I will get it back soon and told me to check few days later. But the case was same. Finally I complained at the Customer Care of Micromax, initially they seemed to help, but they also stared to jumble things up and careless abut the issue. They told me that I can collect the tablet from other service center located at Hadapsar/JM ROAD Pune, but when I called service centers, they said they did not got any such instructions. Last, I tried to email them in April 2014, they first asked me to send scanned copies of invoice and Receipt and I got few calls, but later they did not respond much.

                                  screen touch not working .service center response was very bad in a 1 month 2 times I submitted my mobile for same problem but no response was taken by micromax service centre only told me that we will call u .but 10 days over no call from micromax

                                    Micromax complaint number- MMX[protected] Job sheet No :- W[protected] Finally i received my phone after 20 days which i gave to the service centre for a simple button problem after being promised to return the phone after 10 days due to which I'm highly disappointed with micromax after sale services. Till date i have used around 6 micromax phones and i never had to go to the service centre for any of them. But this time even after giving my phone to the service centre and late delivery my issue has not been sorted and after few hours the same button has stopped working and my phone has not even been returned in original state the parts are very loose. This is really pathetic from the service centre. Please look into this matter and provide me with a replacement handset and take actions against the service centre. Otherwise i may have to take some legal steps. Being a loyal micromax customer I'm very disappointed.

Demage mobile deposit to M/S GLOBAL CUMMUNICATION, GREEN SQUARE MARKET, SHOP NO. 259 (FF) NEAR AGGARSAIN BHAWAN, HISAR - 125001 But replace the Demage Charging Jack he required 350 Rs with customer care. But I have no pay Rs. because my mobile is under warranty. Dated 08/08/2014 again deposit my micromax mobile A34 by hand and request no. N[protected] and again demand under demage charging jack some Rs 350 and i am agree to pay 350 Rs. But Mr Global Communication call my no. [protected] from this no. [protected] and then give me answer we have not repairing your micromax mobile no. because your mobile is open out of service centre. But my mobile is not open out of service centre because this mobile is warranty period is pending. Hisar service centre replies me we have not repair your mobile and take your mobile from our service centre.

                                        I Ravi Narula, Mobile No. [protected], working at Patiala City, purchased a Micromax Mobile handset A210 on[protected]. Not even worked for one complete year, the handset got defected in July’14, as it had no display. This handset was sent for repair in Zonal Service Centre at Mani Majra on[protected] during the warranty vide Job Card No. N[protected] – 10794434 dated[protected]. They noted down for fault no 4904 – Display black lines & 4908 – Display bad Pixel. After a long wait, this mobile was returned on24 /07/2014 and it was found that its Outgoing audio was not working. The same handset was deposited back in same office at M/S Abacus Systems, SCO NO. 824, NAC, Mani Majra, Above Indian bank, Chandigarh – 160101, on the same day[protected] vide Job Card No. N[protected] – 11081753 dated[protected]. This set is still under repair, while a complete month has been past. They noted the faults 4401 – Audio No Outgoing Audio, 4911 – Display Touch Screen Not Working, No Incoming Call, No Outgoing Call, Mike Problem. On daily chase at this office on phone and also on mobile, it is told that the handset is still under repair, while I understand the spares required in routine, are readily available in Head Office at least. In this fastgoing busy working environment, everyone can understand the need of a good working handset for daily use. So rather than repair of the old Handset, I claim a good replacement of the handset, as it had not worked for one complete year of its warranty period, otherwise the warranty of the repaired set should be increased for one more year further.
