Hi, I bought MicroMax Unite 2 on 6/Aug/2014. I noticed that Wifi is not being working even if Wifi is turned on. I complained Customer Care then they given DOA certificate and I got one more new mobile. It happened thrice in 2 days. And I exchanged for three times. Finally they agreed there is problem in Wifi in this model of MicroMax. that is Unite 2. It was really frustrating.

I'm from Nagpur. maine sirf 2 mhine pehle hi new Micromax A121 phone purchase kiya tha & sirf ek hi mhine me wo handset USB connectivity nhi de raha tha or uske mic ka bhi problem ho gaya.. pichle ek mahine se wo handset Service center me hai which is in Dhantoli, Nagpur.. but the service is so poor, wo log sirf ghuma rahe hai ye bolkar ki 2/3 din me ho jaega - 2/3 din me ho jaega.. its really very disappointing.. i belong to very poor family.. or itni mehnat se paise ikattha karke hum 10 thousand ka mobile lete hai taki uske fayde utha sake.. or ye aise kharab ho jata hai?!! Now u tell me, what should I do?? Main thak gayi hu customer care phone kar kar ke.. but aap sirf naam k "customer care" ho aur customer ki bilkul care nhi karte ho!!! Please do something.. I request u.. ya to muze mera phone ekdm thik karke do ya to mere paise vapis karo. Otherwise sorry to say par muze police ki help leni padegi.

      I had purchased micromax canvas 2 colorsA120 on 7th june 2014 and I had problem with its display.so i produced it to Sangli care center, Maharashtra which took 15days for its repairs..and then was the flash problem with in 1 day of repairs and now they are answering that the phone is dead. my request no is w[protected].no quick services..needs 10 to 15 days for the repairs.need some solution.

        respected sir/mam i have purchased micromax x 253 from (royal gallery nand plaza meerut up) @ 1650 bill no 429/ 430 imei [protected]/ [protected] colour white .1st phone stop working within 5 minutes display dead then shop keeper give me another phone on replace but when i used that phone outgoing voice has lot of disturbanceand network low problem to listner than i contact shop keeper once more they told me to go to service centre thats company fault not mine i go to your service centre (shree jee communicetions vardhman plaza meerut) after an hour waiting they called me and kept phone for inspection after half n hour they told me come after 15 days for enquiery or it would take month time to repair sir i gifted this phone to my mother so pls look after my complaint as fast as possible Bhavesh kataria 142 new mohan puri meerut u.p India [protected]

          Hello sir/madam,
          I KIRANMAYEE bought the above said phone in suryaprt BIG C on 31/3/2014, suddently i noticed problem with screen, that i can not see anything in my phone on 29/06/2014, i went to store and complaint the same they asked me to visit nearest service centre which is in Nalgonda my brother he showed my phone to nalgonda where they said its a motherboard problem it will take 15 to 30 days time to get reoair as they need to send this to bangalore. and they didn't give any standby phone.
          Now its almost 1 month 7 days and they keep on postponing and telling this is not their mistake.
          Is mistake is mine who spent 15, 191 INR to buy this phone, waiting for my phone like a begger. This is not fair, do something and return back my phone with good working condition or else refund my money.

            poor customer relation of trivandrum service centre.

            I am totally dissatisfied with the customer relations of Trivandrum service centre professionals. There was a complaint in the board and touch pad of my micromax canvas smart phone. but they are not willing to replace the touchpad and board of my phone. and also a long waiting period for the battery. There was only one year company warranty for the micromax, but my phone was in the service centre for 2 months till now. I'm totally dissatisfied...

            I have purchased a Micromax Unit 2 a106 mobile on 29/06/14. After just one day it started acting weirdly but I was out the town so I was not able to submit my handset to service center. Then when I asked them to replace the phone they said no and told me it will repaired. Although I was needing the phone badly still I have given phone on 11/06/2014 with job sheet number : "W[protected]". I keep visiting the service again and again but they just won't give my handset back and ready with a new date and time each time. Finally I called the Micromax customer care and pass on all the details to them on 17/07/2014 they checked the details and told me that the job sheet was closed on 11/06/2014 itself. Executive registered a complain with complain number : [protected] from my mobile number [protected]. They promised me that they will get my phone back in 7 working days. When I called back on 25/07/14 then executive told me that you complaint is not processed yet and it will take another 10 working days to process the complaint. I was not happy with their response so I asked executive to let me talk to their manger. He told me that you will get your handset back in 10 working days. When I visited the service center they replied me that phone is still not repaired. Thanks Palash Jain Mobile number : [protected]

            Someone from Micromax mobile called me saying that he([protected] at 6:04 pm) will get my phone replaced in next 24 hours and then told me that he will call me back. Its nearly a day he didn't called me back yet. I have tried calling twice on the same number but no one is picking the call.

              I purchased A068 phone on 07.04.2014. Piece was defective and Company replaced with new one. The new set was also defective and I deposited the same with Chandigarh Service Centre, who returned back after 1 and a half month even without touching it for repairs and Service Centre handed over the same to my daughter, Kanika. I contacted the seller, who said you go to Service Centre. I have once again deposited the set with Service Centre on 31.07.2014. The request no. is N[protected]. The company must refund the amount of phone i.e. Rs 6900 immediately as the model of the set seems to be faulty. Your early action is soliticited.

              I purchased the A104 micromax handset on 18 feb 2015. The piece is nor working suddenly so I deposited the service centre @ Aurangabad. ( Maharashtra ) every regular follow up the person on call center said your handset will get you in 15 days but after 50 days the hand set with the company itself. No mail reply and at call center the same wording is there your hand set will get you within 15 days. I just want to know what is the procedure they follow after they received the faulty hand set?

              there is no custmer service guideline in the company no one is responsible for the delay also

              what will go wrong ?

                hello i have purchase micromax knight on 22nd june 2014 but after few days means on 27th june i have a problem with my mobile that it was not get charged i went to your service center which is in sector-27, Noida on 28th but that was closed on sunday then again i went their on the next morning the guy their rakesh told me that wait for 2 or 3 days i will change this mobile with the new one from now i have not received my mobile the senior guy rakesh told me that wait for few days your handset were replaced with the new one.now i just fedup with this so please refund my money that i m spend on that micromax mobile or else i have to go for consumer court. waiting for your replay.

                  Sir/Mam, This is Srikanth from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. I had problem with WIFI and my cell was getting stuck in between. I gave my phone to service centre (SRI DHATRE MOBILES, DIAMOND TOWERS, SHOP NO:13, 14, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, ph :[protected], [protected]) on 14th July 2014. And till now i.e. 7th Aug, 2014 i didn't receive my phone. whenever i call them, they keep delaying by saying that there is some problem in mother board. They even told me that they will give new phone in replacement to it but as of now didn't receive anything. Got fed up with these people. Kindly, make sure that i get my phone within this week.                       Reminder 2 Respected Sir/Madam, As per above subject mentioned I Mr. Davinder (senior citizen) would like to inform you that my mircomax set A110 set was given for replacement of touchscreen on 21/7/2014, jobsheet no/request no : - N[protected]which is under warranty to the service center which is located in patel nagar.Still date i had not received my set. How much for more it will take . Daily i am complaining through email to the service center as well to the mircomax office but no feed back. I take my phone to the service center and they not gave respect to custmers my phone is still there from last 1week and they are saying we are not sure it can take about 1 week more.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased Micromax MMX377G 3G Data Card online through flipcart.com. Please find the attached invoice for the same. There is some problem with the card. Sometimes it works and doesn't at some other times. Hence I contacted M/S Veerabadra Agencies an authorized Micromax Checkpoint and intimated the same. They took the card and said it would take time as there is no stock available with you for replacement. Request you look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest. With regards,

                                Dear Sir, Sir, I have purchased Micromax mobile on 21/08/2013. In Nov. 13 it has started to create problems in its operations. So we have given it to the Micro max service center at Ganga Plaza Meerut (U.P.). After one month it was received back to us from service center. We are sorry to inform you that it was received by us in some more operating problems. So it was once again given to service center for proper operations. After receiving the phone, it works 2 – 3 months properly then once again it start to create problems in its operations then it once again given it to the Micro max service center at Ganga Plaza Meerut (U.P.). and we got the same previous experience. We have received the phone after one month with some more new problems & with broken camera lens, when we complained the same then the answer was that it was already broken. Now we have once again given to service center for proper operations. (Request no. R1406FUPE[protected]. We do not understand that why the set was delivered to us without tested OK. And how much time is further required to get it OK. As we think that about 50% of time till we purchased it, the set is under service center. Now after a long wait ( one month & 5 days ) I have received my micro max mobile on 05.08.14 from service center with the same existing problems when given to service center oh sorry --- sorry, the service center have add one more problem in it, now its touch screen is also not functioning. I am not understanding where should we go to repair it, I think that you are only passing time so that its guarantee period have over and yours problem may solve. I am complaining for the same mobile for second time to you, Pls. advice me.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I put my phone at micromax service center situated at Jamnagar, Gujarat on 16.06.2014 ( Scan copy is attached herewith). It has touch problem and touch pad have to be replaced as said by service center guy. Now its 06.08.2014, 51 days passed ( Is it fair?), 15 - 20 time calls, 6 - 7 time visits, Complain through e mail also, still I am not having my phone get repaired yet... Its embarrassing moment when they say that not getting support from upper level. It is their responsibility to provide parts and accessories on timely basis. Customer is not here to tolerate this kind of irresponsibility. They just sell phone but not providing appropriate service. I am student of CA and has no single minute to spent on fighting with company on this matter. I am very much frustrated from after sales service provided by micromax. I am very much disappointed by their replies. I request you to please do something and help me, Literally I am begging you.                                       Hello I bought a micromax canvas A114 model on 24/03/2014. Now after 3 months of buying my headphones were not working properly. So I went your service center at Dunlop Kolkata. I askied for a replacement on 17/07/2014. Today I got a replacement for that. But the quality of the headphone is so poor that a 100 rs headphones gives better sound than that. Also I asked them that this is not the headphones for this set. But they behaved rudely and told me that they do not have any other headphones. Also there is no tag of micromax on the headphone. Now after paying Rs 11800/- for a set, is it what a customer should get? If I want then I can buy a normal 3.5 mm headset from the market. Why should I go to a service center? They also rudely told me that If am not satisfied then I can reorder the headset and wait for another 15days but they will give the same. Also they did not tell me the warranty period of this headset and also has not given me any receipt for this change. what is this ?? is this some kind of joke? Now you tell me why should not I go for consumer court? And also what about the harrasment? I want a proper headset which is assigned for the set.
