On 8th july 2014 I submitted my cell phone in micromax care, its power key is not working. Whenever I call them for cell, they reply it will take some more days. For how much more tym I put my phone there for repairing, every tym micromax care take more than 1 month to resolve any problem. This is one of the worst farm. Please tell what I will do and where I register my complaint.

    Touch was not working exactly on 10 day of purchase. Given for repair at coimbatore service centre on 18.07.14. job sheet no. S[protected] (xplus communication). Till date the no information regarding the touch screen from micromax. 1. how can a good quality product fails within 10 days. 2. i am not the only person with such complaints. There are thousands of the complaints from different people available in website regarding mciromax.

        respected sir, i have macromax A116 handset and this is in warraty period. i had problem of touch and sensor light, so i gave it to service senter on dated 18/06/14. my purchasing date is20/07/13 and imei no.is [protected]. so they have return me in 7 days by ok manner. but after one day its started again so many problems like auto functioning of aeroplane mode, auto calling, no end of call etc.so i have submitted it again on 07/07/14, but from that day they are not giving any responce, come next day or day after tommorow are there words... please do something. i am in much need of my phone. my mob. no. is [protected]. please sir take some steps... thanks.

              I have purchased Micromax A94 two and half months back and using two Wim Cards suddenly one Sim Insertion has stopped working .                 Sometime back I bought the Micromax A50 mobile phone but after some time its battery got damaged and is not functioning well. It hardly gives 5-10 minutes of backup, then the mobile switches off automatically. I have to continuously charge it in order to use it. I searched the whole market but couldn't find its Battery. Even Micromax authorised Service centers fail to bring the one. This reflects the weakness in Micromax products and Micromax costumer service. I would appreciate if you respond to this message asap.

                  Hello sir/madam, I got mobile Repaired at micro max Service Center 3 times, I hope this should make you alert and help me in this case. Even after 3 repairs, i'm still facing a new problem in 5 months I used that phone only 40-45 days. Also after my last repairs phone is not working. They replace my phone but still its not working properly. Even right now the phone is in service center. 1. After 50% battery backup is max. 3-4 hours even not in use, 2. Automatic restart, 3. Running very slow. 4. Automatic touch working. 5. Hanging problem Unfortunately, the service center response is very poor and the service people are rude while asking for update. Model NO.                     I had issue with my canvas turbo A250, there was problem with touch screen, it wasn't working properly so i went to the service centre nearby my home (T-136/1, 1st Floor, Opposite Liberty Showroom, Malviya Nagar, Main Shivalik Road, Begumpur, Delhi - 110017) and they said the phone's touch got defective and it has to be changed for which they have to take 7 to 10 days, i submitted my phone there as it is in warranty period. and after 23 days of trouble i got my phone back with so many others defects 1. home keys backlight not working 2. touch isn't working properly as it is not sensitive as old one, 3. screen panel is coming out from the body of phone(physically damaged) 4.phone is malfunctioning while charging. Got a very bad experience from micromax as it is a micromax flagship device, they should give some good service, i want my money back or a new device because it is not usable device in this conditon

                        Dear Sir My Self Prem kumar as I had purchased a mobile handset of micromax company model MX A114 BLACK on dated 12/5/14 from mobile store limited shop no 11 ground floor market pocket-II, sarita vihar delhi having invoice no 41857/11198020 with INR 11200. but after some days ther is software & charging jack problem, same will be informed on 17/6/14 to service centre M/S K.S. mobile (ncr) plot no 7, FF, central market, near old bus stand, opp. Sihani chowki, gaziabad but till date we have not get back our mobile phone. the complaint no registered is [protected], we have tried so many times to service centre but no positive response from till date, everytime we will get a commitment of 15 days to get back the phone. Iam attaching the scan copy of service centre submission form, please do needful either they replace with new one mobile or get back my amount .

                          i have given my one month old micromax mobile to Micromax Service Centre - Secu nderabad as it had some motherboards issues. They promised me to give it back withinh 8 working days. instead they took two full weeks & in process handling they ruined my white back panel. Now it has turned into a ugly & dirty yellowish. When I complained about it to the guy he said me that these things happen while doing service, as if he's doing a charity. They're unaplogetic about their shameful, unethical & immoral behaviour. They should provide me a new panel to end the matter. no more, no less.

                            Bought the Micromax A34 at univercel, Brigade road on the 26th of January.. from April, the phone stopped working, it was hanging and switching off too much.. i later gave it for servicing to micromax jayanagar service center, and it is in the same condition as before.. now the charger to doesn't work, and the head phones never worked from the time i got them.. please look into this matter now.. will be expecting a response soon.

                              Hi, I am vishal Goel Mob- 91-[protected]. I have purchased MIcromax A116i mobile, canvas Full HD, Rs-11650, on 9 feb 2014. On 20 june it stopped working. I approched Micromax service centre-SRI Dhatre Mobiles, Dimond Towers, Shop no 13, 14, Between Taj Tristar hotel and hotel Belson aj Mahal, Opp. Manju Theatre, Secunderabad, AP Phone-[protected], [protected], where they were not able to rectify problem and by hit and trial thinking they raised a battery replacement request. After chasing 15 days I received the battery from them but still mobile didnt worked. Again using hit and trial, They said its motherboard issue, They raised another request for motherboard replacement Job sheet-s[protected] on 9 july 2014 and asked me to collect repaired mobile within 10 days but till today 4 Aug 2014they have not given my phone back. Everytime I call them they give me same excuse- Parts have not received from company.27 days have been passed from the day of raising request, but still parts are not received, and micromax service centre people are saying they didnt received parts and asked me to talk to company to get parts. SHAME ON MICROMAX SERVICES.I am feeling I have done big mistake by purchasing micromax mobile after seeing its TOO POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE but already spent money on this.Out of my warranty of 1 year, for 1 month mocromax service centre has kept my phone with them. My one month warranty is wasted. And if they could rectify the exact problem, they would have done it in first shot.This means that they are just doing temporary hit and trial JUGAAD to make phone working. ONE MOTH WAITING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I DONT TRUST THIS REPAIRED MOBILE WILL WORK PROPERLY FOR LONG TIME.I WANT NEW PHONE IN PLACE OF THIS PHONE AND COMPENSATION OF GETTING HARRASED FOR AROUND ON MONTH BY MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE PEOPLE.I WILL ALSO TAKE THIS MATTER TO AP STATE CONSUMER FORUM TO GET NEW MOBILE IN REPLACEMENT AND GETTING COMPENSATION OF HARRASSMENT AGAINST MICROMAX MOBILE COMPANY.Please you help me if you can till then.                                   Few days back i gave my Micromax A74 to 'V Care Telecom Services' situated at Fort, Mumbai for getting mobile repaired which was spoiled due to water. I did'nt get it repaired and took it back. Later i found that there were no integrated circuits in it which are the basic thing in any phone. They were present before I gave my phone for repair.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice the worst experience i had with the service center here in VELACHERY, Chennai. I bought a brand new Micromax A190 today @ mobile store and when i tried to charge it, it was not charging . So I was redirected to the Micromax service center by mobile store . The lady in the reception was very rude and treated me as if i am a beggar. After waiting for long time, i asked them how long it will take, the staff's in the service center started shouting at me and one guy by name "Harish" behaved in a very rude manner. I never expected such a worst behavior from customer care people who are supposed to be friendly and polite based on my experience with other dealers like Apple, Samsung. Also i noticed other customers are also facing same with that particular service center . I hope there will be stern action so that these things wont happen in future

                                      Sir, I have purchased a micromax mobile canvas knight A350 on 13 april 2014. My headphones were not working from dated 15 june 2014. I submit my headphones to micromax service centre sector 16 faridabad dated on 22 july 2014. He asked me to come after 7-10 days to receive a headphones.i will go on 4 august 2014 and they said me that your headphones are not yet available at the moment. When i asked why headphones are not available they dont give me any answer and said we have no idea how much time we have required to replace your headphones. Also They have not any sense to talk with a customer. They talk rudely. N time is money for me although its not for you but iits for me. Please take the action and replace my headphones within 2 days. Otherwise i will complaint in the consumer court.

                                        i had submitted handset on[protected] at mobileseva wide job sheet no-s[protected]. return received on[protected] without repair.very shameful response from executives. also complaint on toll free no provide by micromax.req no-mmx[protected].the req & job sheet both closed by them.i hav again submitted at s3 communication on[protected] wide job sheet no-S[protected]. pls solve this ASAP.
