I purchased a Micromax MAD A 94 on 23/05/2014 from Mobile House, Jalandhar. The headphone jack was not working, I approached dealer who shuttled me towards service center who packed the faulty handset and asked me to visit the dealer who replaced the set with a brand new one on 26/05/2014. So far so good... On 09/06/2014, when we changed the wallpaper we came to know that there was a thin line across the screen, the same drill of dealer to service center repeated and after a lots of phone calls and e mails(20) some one from micromax wake up and suggested me to get my new mobile repaired on the spot from the service center. Today, I am using the repaired handset after spending money for a brand new set. THIS IS CASE NUMBER 1. On 25/07/2014 I repeated the mistake and bought yet another handset from Mobile House at Jalandhar Model number Micromax Canvas Fire A 104, the same thing is repeated this time the set was unable to connect through WiFi, again service center packed the set and now dealer is unable to provide me the same set, saying it is out of stock.THIS IS CASE NUMBER 2. Micromax is supplying faulty handsets, I witness three in last three months.Kindly see if they can return my whole money so that I can buy some better mobile. I have written to micromax too but they are not replying to any of my queries and in turn unnecesserely bothering me with statements like "we are providing best of services". Yesterday, when I further escalated my complaint to Punjab Area Incherge Mr.Manjit Singh, Zonal Head Mr.Maninder Singh and finally Mr.Prosenjit Sen VP Sales, Mcromax they promise me that they will be replacing the handset with a new one and finally I got a call from Some one Mr.Ashish that he has got a new handset but it is Black & Golden in color. I refused straightaway as my choice was White & Golden. I believe they are making fun of me as now one of these person said that kindly bring the old handset and he will refund the whole money, knowing the fact that the set has been deposited with the dealer & that dealer might have despatched those faulty handsets to the organization. They are just harassing me, I have to take medicines yesterday to reduce my blood pressure and anxiety.
Kindly intervene quickly before it is too late !! PLEASE !!
I had conversations with Mr.Maninder Singh at [protected] & [protected] and then with Mr.Manjit Singh at [protected] they are unable to give me even a single reason why I should stick to this cheap mobile manufacturing organization. Initially Mr.Maninder was assuring me of same day replacement but till now after spending lots of time, money and petrol I am at present not having any phone. All these people are claiming but are not able to give me a good solution. Last night I even visited my family physician to get medication for anxiety as I was feeling restless due to fear of loss of my hard earned money. Kindly intervene PLEASE !!
This is one of the worst service provider !!

This is the standard reply to all the mails/complaints I have lodged on this e mail id. If you see I have written around 21 mails to all the who's who of the organization. Including CEO Mr.Sanjay Kapoor, VP Sales Mr. Prosenjit Sen. NO REPLY what so ever !!

    I the user of miromax canvas 2 went to your service centre at Miraroad Aastha Enterprises for giving my mobile to repair, they told the system is not working as they doesn't know that my mobile was not in warranty, as i told them my mobile warranty has being finished they told to give mobile and told that the mobile would be repaired till evening and also when i went to take my mobile i requested them to give me the bill, the reply from the person at service centre was " THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THE BILL", but after having very long conversation they handed over the bill, so is that your Service Centre provide the services only to the paid customers?? and what was the reason that the bill was not given.

      sir, I had bought a micromax unite 2 A106 (red) on18/ 06/ 2014. Within a month the power key of my mobile started showing faults.It does not switch my mobile on even after repeated attempts. I have twice showed the device to your service centres, located in my city(ORISSA), but of no avail.I stay in Cuttack and the service centre is located at the following address - M/S Mobile care, Buxibazar, CUTTACK.         My phone switch off every 2 minutes. I have a very big problem about this. Even my local costumer care center can't help me about this.Even i live my phone with lock then after can;t open in same condition. Then i open my phone and put battery outside. And again on my phone. Please solve my problem sir.

          Don't buy any micromax phone. they have the worst service centre . i[censored] live in near calcutta then u myst suffer . their chandni chowk service centre does not care us. they do not provide any support i[censored] faced any problem about your phone.

I beg to say that i had submitted my mobile (Micromax Canvas A110) on JUNE 05 2014 for repair and my job sheet no.is E[protected] my mobile was under warranty. It is almost 2months i did not get my mobile repaired. I have called many time in the service center but i did not get any reply. Again i have lodge a complain to micromax customer care on dt JULY 11 2014 complain no. [protected], but i did not got any response from them. I am facing too much problem without phone. I am not satisfied with the Micromax Customer Service, i don't want to keep any relation with Micromax and want my amount back of Rs 9700.00.                         Dear Sir, I bought micromax canvas 4 since 6 months ago. after six months loudspeaker and headphones issues occured in the phone. So i went to nerarest service station(Future Communications Sec-41D).They told me that it would take about a week to repair it. I submitted my mobile handset on 3 july 2014 and after one week i again went to service centre, they gave me another time period of 2 days.But after two days they told me to wait for another 3 days.and sir i have also complained about it in the microamax customer care on 19 july 2014, They gave me a time period of 20 days. Actually i fedup of these kind of services.                             Hi I hve purchased micromax canvas a 114 in january 2014. After few months, it is not working properly.It starts hanging and automactally shut down etc. It is under warranty.So, i have given to VI communications service centre, radhey puri, east delhi for repairing on July 5, 2014.                               I have a micromax canvas a210, 3 months back i had some fault in my motherboard, till now they havent replaced the mother board, whenever i call the authorised agency i get a reply like till now they havent received the motherboard, is this is your service of making your desired customers fool?                                 My mobile micromax A40 charging point was not working, so i gived it to care office of micromax on 05/06/14 bt still they are not solving my problem from last 1 month. please help me.i m not satisfied with the service and i buyed this phone on 18/11/2013 it is in warranty period but still your service centre which is in udaipur rajasthan is not helping me out.Even i went yesterday they said by giving the excuse that the mother board is not working and it has to be replaced but it is not available.whts wrong since last 2 months. ??

                                  I bought Micromax A120 on 16 june form Raipur (c.g.) but i suffered touch problem and approached to service center on 30th june. They took my phone for repair by saying that it will be repaired within 8-10 days. I contacted service center till today but they still say it will take 8-10 days. As nearly 1 month passed but still same reply is given by them. Also they don't give any phone no. so that i can contact before visiting center and my travel time and money can be saved. I have to travel 180 KM (Basna to Raipur) each time and i have to take leave from my office this cause a lost of nearly 500rupee on each travel.                                     I've bought Micomax Canvas 4 mobile on[protected]. IEMI no is: [protected]. I live in Bangalore. Problem with the phone started 4 months later. It wasn't getting charged fully. I took it to service center in Richmond Road, Bangalore. They took 3 weeks and handed over the phone to me. They basically changed every damn part of the phone it seems. But my trouble only started there. After few days my phone came in contact with the rain water and its display got spoilt completely. It took it to the same service center to get it repaired. Its been 1 month and still it's not done. Usually they don't answer my calls. However if they do, they ask for 4-5 more days. Seriously it had been such a frustrating experience. Now I regret going with Micromax. I am tired shouting at them. This is my last try. Kindly help.

                                      I hav submitted handset on[protected] wide job sheet-s[protected]. Not any satisfied reply by care.I hav call several times but not reply .When i go there they 3-4 days every time.At last after 40 days i hav received the handset without repair on[protected]. Then i hav again submitted that on s3 communications wide job sheet-s[protected]. On[protected].

                                        i recently bought a canvas doodle 3 but after 3-4 days it's charging slot got damaged and my phone is not getting charged now.
                                        call center representatives do not attend any calls.
                                        i a big trouble now.
                                        i don't want to get my phone repaired but want to get it replaced.
                                        why should i get my new 10 days old phone repaired????
                                        i want it to be replaced.
