I the user of miromax canvas 2 went to your service centre at Miraroad Aastha Enterprises for giving my mobile to repair, they told the system is not working as they doesn't know that my mobile was not in warranty, as i told them my mobile warranty has being finished they told to give mobile and told that the mobile would be repaired till evening and also when i went to take my mobile i requested them to give me the bill, the reply from the person at service centre was " THEY WOULD NOT GIVE THE BILL", but after having very long conversation they handed over the bill, so is that your Service Centre provide the services only to the paid customers?? and what was the reason that the bill was not given.

    sir, I had bought a micromax unite 2 A106 (red) on18/ 06/ 2014. Within a month the power key of my mobile started showing faults.It does not switch my mobile on even after repeated attempts. I have twice showed the device to your service centres, located in my city(ORISSA), but of no avail.I stay in Cuttack and the service centre is located at the following address - M/S Mobile care, Buxibazar, CUTTACK. I had requested at your service centre for a replacement of the device, but it was not heard.I would request you to kinly see to it that my mobile is either repaired or replaced, as it is within the warranty period thanking you Suporna Mukherji

      My phone switch off every 2 minutes. I have a very big problem about this. Even my local costumer care center can't help me about this.Even i live my phone with lock then after can;t open in same condition. Then i open my phone and put battery outside. And again on my phone. Please solve my problem sir.

        Don't buy any micromax phone. they have the worst service centre . i[censored] live in near calcutta then u myst suffer . their chandni chowk service centre does not care us. they do not provide any support i[censored] faced any problem about your phone.

            Dear sir/madam My name is Rajesh Sharma. I want to register complaint against Micromax service centre M/S CSD INCEPTION 104, sri aurobindo sarani hatibagan more, kolkata - 700006. I beg to say that i had submitted my mobile (Micromax Canvas A110) on JUNE 05 2014 for repair and my job sheet no.is E[protected] my mobile was under warranty. It is almost 2months i did not get my mobile repaired. I have called many time in the service center but i did not get any reply. Again i have lodge a complain to micromax customer care on dt JULY 11 2014 complain no. [protected], but i did not got any response from them. I am facing too much problem without phone. I am not satisfied with the Micromax Customer Service, i don't want to keep any relation with Micromax and want my amount back of Rs 9700.00.                   I have a micromax canvas a177, 3 months back i had some fault in phone it got phone hanged & suddenly shut down automatically, they have replaced the mother board & given back my phone in 45 days, after 3 days same problem i get in my phone still my phone at service centr whenever i call the authorised agency i get a reply like till now they havent received the spare part, is this is your service of making your desired customers fool? micromax so called a brand, didn expected this from you, i hope my respect will be accepted and will be responded as soon as possible, or i have to take a lawful action against you thank you.                       Dear Sir, I bought micromax canvas 4 since 6 months ago. after six months loudspeaker and headphones issues occured in the phone. So i went to nerarest service station(Future Communications Sec-41D).They told me that it would take about a week to repair it. I submitted my mobile handset on 3 july 2014 and after one week i again went to service centre, they gave me another time period of 2 days.But after two days they told me to wait for another 3 days.and sir i have also complained about it in the microamax customer care on 19 july 2014, They gave me a time period of 20 days. Actually i fedup of these kind of services.                           Hi I hve purchased micromax canvas a 114 in january 2014. After few months, it is not working properly.It starts hanging and automactally shut down etc. It is under warranty.So, i have given to VI communications service centre, radhey puri, east delhi for repairing on July 5, 2014.                                 I bought Micromax A120 on 16 june form Raipur (c.g.) but i suffered touch problem and approached to service center on 30th june. They took my phone for repair by saying that it will be repaired within 8-10 days. I contacted service center till today but they still say it will take 8-10 days. As nearly 1 month passed but still same reply is given by them. Also they don't give any phone no. so that i can contact before visiting center and my travel time and money can be saved. I have to travel 180 KM (Basna to Raipur) each time and i have to take leave from my office this cause a lost of nearly 500rupee on each travel.                                   I've bought Micomax Canvas 4 mobile on[protected]. IEMI no is: [protected]. I live in Bangalore. Problem with the phone started 4 months later. It wasn't getting charged fully. I took it to service center in Richmond Road, Bangalore. They took 3 weeks and handed over the phone to me. They basically changed every damn part of the phone it seems. But my trouble only started there. After few days my phone came in contact with the rain water and its display got spoilt completely. It took it to the same service center to get it repaired. Its been 1 month and still it's not done. Usually they don't answer my calls. However if they do, they ask for 4-5 more days. Seriously it had been such a frustrating experience. Now I regret going with Micromax. I am tired shouting at them. This is my last try. Kindly help.

                                      i recently bought a canvas doodle 3 but after 3-4 days it's charging slot got damaged and my phone is not getting charged now.
                                      call center representatives do not attend any calls.
                                      i a big trouble now.
                                      i don't want to get my phone repaired but want to get it replaced.
                                      why should i get my new 10 days old phone repaired????

                                        I had bought a Micromax Canvas Knight mobile for 21999 from a mobile dealer in RT Nagar on 2nd July 2014, on 24th July 2014 the display suddenly went off when i got a call in the evening at 6 pm, the mobile warranty is for 2 years and my mobile is in warranty period. when I took it to the service center the representative tells me that it is water logged and the board has to be replaced. It has been hardly 1 month 22 days and i never put it in water, he also tells that the set was opened before and that the display was not working due to water clogging inside the mobile and that it is not under warranty and he also mentioned that the phone was already serviced outside of the micromax service center which is not true. And he is asking for Rs 10000 for the repair, when i told him i have not given it for service elsewhere because it is hardly 2 months and my mobile was working fine before, then when I went again to him he is asking 8000 Rs for repair. I also got the IMEI checked for the activation and it is the same date when i bought it.
