I have submitted my mobile phone on 30/06/2014 to M/s Hans Services at sector 16 of Faridabad and have not received my mobile phone yet after around 1 month. They are not giving proper reply to me regarding the delivery of my mobile and have to go through lot of problems due to this. On top of that customer care executive asked me to stop bothering for services as my mobile phone is just of Rs 16000 which is nothing to worry about. Please do the needful so that I can get my mobile phone in shortest time possible from now.

No action has been taken from Micromax Care whatsoever with the repairing. They are now saying they have damaged my mother board in the process and will take sometime. It is already 1 and half month and I have not received my mobile phone. My Jobsheet number N[protected]. Please do sometime proactive job so that I can get my phone back I am already harrased alot.

    Dear Sir, i had given a mobile to your care but your employee conduct a miss-behavior. When i give them my mobile to the care person then he said that the network is not working now, so come back and we will give you a computerise job seat. and give me a private slip and taken a carbon copy of that private slip. yesterday again i visit your center and said for computerise job sheet but they told me that firstly return our slip but i have lost that slip and i told that you have a carbon copy of the slip and this copy is for record and for your and customer helps. i am ready to right on a paper anything which you want .but he conduct a missbehave and they will not give me job sheet or my mobile. i can do which i want. please solve my problem otherwise i will take help of the media or consumer court.

      I purchased the MICROMAX 350I dated 12 /03/2014 . This handset is suddenly switch off dated 08/06/2014 . I deposited such handset for repairs or replacement to the Micromax, Authorised Service Center M/S Infinity Solutions, Sane apartment (FF), Shop No.2, 406 Narayan Peth, Pune -411030 dated 09/06/2014. The representative of Authorised Center said 1 month are require for replacement or repairs. This time was confirmed by Call Center of Micromax. But after completion of one & half month (45 days) I am not receive the such handset. The person of Call Center does not entertain properly in this regards. I wish to register complaint about that.

      I purchase a mobile micromax canvasa A93 Elanza black from snap deal .com . I receive it on 23rd sept.2014 bill no-S03566/14-15/26151, next day it goes off .I go to micromax service center after inspection they told me phone is dead .I tell him for replace it. but they dont. Very bad customer dealing .I think micromax dont want to listen from customers because there customer care department is dead like my phone. so please help me .Thanks

          Respected sir/mam, This is Ritvik Dashora from ujjain.I am a customer of micromax mobile and own a micromax bolt A51 mobile.I have bought that mobile in july 2013 and due to some reason the touch pad of mobile stopped working.I reached micromax service centre ujjain and consulted about the same...rather my mobile was in warranty period the service centre told us to give money for repair...but this is not the actual problem...we were agreed to give money but they took the mobile and kept that for ONE AND HALF MONTH...when we consult them they just said that come tommorow and we reached daily to take mobile...We were totaly frustated and wanted mobile back either in any condition because until then we knew that it is impossible for micromax service centre, ujjain to repair my mobile...but the story does not end here...when I reached to take my phone, they denied to give it and the limit crossed when they PUT OTHER PERSON MOBILE SCREEN ON MY PHONE and TOLD THAT TAKE IT, NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO IT... So, it is an humble request from my side...micromax should first test the people that are they capable for this job then after this they should hire them...because those people will not face anything, the actual problem will be faced by the company...             Don't ever buy Micro max mobile. Even China mobile is better than Micro max one. No service at all. I gave my mobile to Ocean mobile care in Velachery Chennai, before 36 days, Still my mobile is in service center for small touch issue. Today also i called the service center to know my mobile status, the worst thing is they told unable to check the status due to power cut. How come micro max can authorize service center is running even without any power back up? ( Atleast a small UPS should be there as far as i know in all the service center). I think entire one year warranty period mobile will be in service center itself. Worst service.

                Hi, I bought a Micromax A210 four months AGO, now all of a sudden it has started to switch off/restart on its own. We reached out to the nearest service centre, who suggested that it could be a software issue and advised updating the software (for which he connected the phone to his computer and did something) and said if still the issue persists, it would need to be sent to the service centre. Software updation did not help, when we approached them again, the guy claims that we cannot do anything as the phone has a few scratches and even if we send it to the service centre, they would return stating that this is physical damage. This is absolutely a lame excuse. Now, they have given us a replacement battery (not sure if it is new or used) to check if that is causing the issue, BTW the phone lasted for a few hours and then shutdown, also have noticed that the phone is heating up because of the replaced battery. I currently am an extremely disappointed customer, who has bought a product from Micromax and have to keep their products under observation with me, while they simply make false claims. I hope this complaint falls onto the right ears, for them to know what is REALLY going on with its brand name. Regards, Yusuf M. [protected]

                  Hello micromax I am Rahul Singh from Jodhpur city (rajasthan). My wife purchased micromax canvas 2 on dated 4/6/2013 from the retailer. After some time its giving bad response like hangover, poor touch and very poor application. One its touched screen totally jammed and not giving any response. I went to service centre at Logix electronics & automation at jalori gate, Jodhpur. They told me I had to changed the mobile screen due to swat water penetration into the mobile and I asked about warranty they told me its screen now not in warranty due swat water penetration into the mobile ultimately I had to changed the mobile screen on extra cost. Finally I changed the mobile screen on dated 14/12/2013 and the person who changed its screen he told me that my mobile warranty extended to one year more so I was happy. Now its screen again and again create problem in touch. Its touch screen does not work properly and always jammed on incoming call and irritate me always in emergency time. In vertical position of mobile the its touch does not work in single time. Now today I was very helpless and went to service centre again put my mobile problem against service centre. I met again same person. He told me about physics and told this mobile work on physics formula basis and this mobile can’t work when it is in vertical condition. Its works only when it is in horizontal condition due to gravitation force. I am also engineering student I know the physics. He wanted to teach me physics. And he said your mobile warranty again gone I have to changed the screen on extra cost. He was totally non-technical person who is operating such like service centre. He said company manufactures its like mobiles and every mobile of micromax have this situation. That person wanted to make me fool. I showed him sony and Samsung mobile and operate in vertical condition and these mobile work very well. If that person was right about this bad thing in this mobile. Then micromax should stop the manufacturing like these mobiles. You don’t have to right the selling like these useless and worst mobile things. And if he( service centre owner) was wrong then micromax should take rights of repairing and servicing of mobile at service centre.I had collect the single rupees with hardworking and honesty. You can’t make us fool and dump. I will go to consumer court and fight again micromax and that servicing centre person and show you your brand micromax is very poor and bad. You should not to be exists in this mobile market.

                    Dear Sir, I purchased Canvas HD A116 from India Shopping Times 21, August 2013. After 10 Months phone started giving display problem.So, I deposited my phone to Service Centre at Laxmi Nagar Near Maharaja Banquet for repair. While submitting my phone the person who was on service desk told me to collect the phone after 5 days. But still I have not receive my handset.I went there 5-6 times but they always extend the date and no proper response from the service people. Please advice how can I move further.                         I purchased Micromax unite A106 through snapdeal.When I tried to down load apps it would show error as no insufficient space inspite of having 8GB memory card.I showed it to service centre and they reinstalled software and the problem was solved.But now I am not able to get indian languages menu in language option.The service centre guys are also not able to set it right. Let me know where and whom to approach for this.

Since from the day1 i was having backbutton touch problem, thinking it may get okayed later wit the repeated usage, but it giving the same problem still.                         Myself Sunil Kumar Hibare, facing similar issue with Micromax A106, Back button sometimes even entire touch gets disabled. Unable to tolerate touch failure during my critical times of call handling. Could you please do needful in my case also asap.

                        The mobile is still in warranty only.Please let me know how could i correct this issue or to whom should i consult for getting it corrected/replaced with new1.


                        Earlier also i put this to bring it to ur notice, but it was of worthless. It would be better to have corrected by you, so that the fame & name of the company should not be void if the victims go to consumer forum.

                        i bought a mmx unite 2 a106 on 30th april from snapdeal. for five days everything was fine. but then i observed the top half right edge of the screen has gone numb(not responding to touch); first image showing the portion of screen unresponsive. i was busy in traveling and by the time i could get to the net, the 7-day replacement period expired. but the most irritating issue began on the eighth day, the screen reacting to a phantom touch by the right edge of the screen, beside the power button; the red dots by the second image where it is reacting. this goes on for few seconds to few minutes during which only the volume and power buttons are responsive.
                        the second issue is really, really frustrating especially at the crucial moment. kindly help.

                        I am using micromax a106 unit-2 and having touch screen problem. The lower part of touch screen is not working. I think A106 unite-2 model having problems. Because I purchased two same phones and both of them has gone to service center two times. And point to be noted is after repair the problem starts again after some days. Please help me otherwise I will never purchase this brand again.

                        I hav purchased UNITE 2 (A106) On 18 Aug. 2014. Since unboxing its BACK KEY touch is less responsive. After touching 10 Times only 1 or 2 Times it response. What to do now help.

                        Mobile battery charge but not standby battery charging fast lowing.

                        I submit my mmx377 deta card as it is within warranty. when my deta card returned I saw that the data card is not mine.
                        When my phone (Micromax Unite 2 A 106) is remaining idle and a call comes in, there is no problem to receive the call. I can swipe the picture of the phone receiver to my right and start talking.

                        But, when I am in the middle of some work (say, doing WhatsApp) and a call comes, I can not receive the call. The touch screen stops responding. Then, only after the caller disconnects, I will have to ring back and talk.

                        How to resolve the issue?

                        I subimitted my MicroMax Canvas tab around a month back on 06/05/2016. Still its not got repaired . please share timeline for csloure or replace with a new . The Service support is very poor where it takes almost a month without any positive feedback.

                            we have not received my mobile yet. micromax no any reply. i call micromax cutomer care then new complaint no. and says you have received mobile 7 days but 7 days not end. already four months gone repairing mobile. service centre wardha is not support and customer cares too, customer care says wait. when? please help me i m very ferstaid micromax company.

                              Hi, My Name is Prateek Gaur, I purchased a Micromax A250 Canvas turbo handset for 16000 rupees from Flipkart. I have facing touch screen problem after 2 months date of purchasing, so i have submitted my mobile handset to Micromax service center.M/s. Hans Services, SCO No 101, 1st Floor, Main Market, Faridabad-121006 Contact no.[protected] Job-Sheet No. :- R1407FHAR11009714. and did not mention the return date of the mobile handset to be given submitted on[protected]. Service centre staff is very poor in behaviour & cooperation.First of all i had to spend 3 hours in waiting just to submit my phone to them.One of Service centre staff told that Touch screen problem is quite common in Micromax Canavas A250 model & it's a faulty product. he said that mobile would get repaired in next 15 days which is very inconveniencing. He didn't even has given any backup phone. I am very dissatisfied with such poor product & pathetic service support of Micromax. I am cursing myself for my decision of buying micromax against wish of buying Samsung which was recommended by my friends. I can just wish that you will hear my plea.                                 I had purchased the phone A102 (Blue Color) on 20 May 2014. On 3 July, when I woke up in the morning, my phone was not starting up. I tried to remove battery and restart but nothing happened. On 7 July, I went to the service center below::M/S Cariano Telecom, 302, 3rd floor, Manglam Place, sector-3, M2k Rohini, Delhi.After waiting for 2 hours, my number came and I showed my phone. The executive there said that the phone is dead and we will replace the parts. It would be done in 10-15 days. It could be done earlier also, we will let you know. Job sheet number :: N[protected]Nobody picks up the call there and mostly the number is busy. I had to go personally to get the status of my service request. On 17 July, I was told that -"the part has not yet come from the company and it will take some time". On 22 July, I was told that - " we do not know how much time will it take for your phone to get repaired. We have no idea, call micromax customer care and ask." And they were rude.Then On 22 July, I called up customer care, the agent name was Ritesh Kumar. He told me that service center is saying that it will take around 20 more days and they do not know the reason for delay. He also said that you can do legal complaint where ever you want, I can't do anything in this. When I asked to speak to the senior manager, I was told that we are not allowed to transfer calls to senior.Complaint number at micromax customer care :: [protected]

                                  I have so many complaints: - When we go for any query and issue then they just tell to us Server is not working. - I submitted the order for Battery around 15 days before on the time of booking they told me that your Battery will be dispatch after 7 days and you can take it from service center, now there is no update regarding my battery. When I call to service center always take response busy busy ... Please help me out...

                                      I am very sorry to inform you that yesterday i visited to service centre (CARE ZONE, PARAS COMPLEX, LALPUR, RANCHI, JHARKHAND) and Mr Nafees (Mb No. [protected]) is a person there said me that your handset is not repaired but our company has given you a NEW HANDSET without backcover of white in colour. And that new handset is also not working properly eg.

                                      1. REAR CAMERA is not opening/working
                                      2. Hanging Problem

                                      Then, after some examination by the service in-charge there told me to talk to Delhi person because your new handset is also have some problem, and they again took the handset with them only.

                                      So, Sir/Madam is this the service of micromax that NEW HANDSET is also of facing problem.

                                      It is 2 & 1/2 months passed and my handset is neither repaired nor changed yet.

                                      MICROMAX gives me a new handset having IMEI No. 911343502964986 & 911343503315485 after a long time of about 3 and 1/2 months approx. In future i pray from god don't break, damage, destruct, harm, hurt or injury my handset because MICROMAX service is very poor. I suffered from very poor service of MICROMAX about 3 and 1/2 months.                                         Sir, I have submitted my Micromax Canvas 2.2 (A114) on 03rd June 2014 prolum is at the time of calling display up down again again. This situation i am not cut the call. However, inspite of contactng them many a times, they din't take any heed to the complaint. Whenever, I give them a call, they said that it will be done within 2 or 3 days and they said they gonna give a call back but till now, there is no response till date. The guy whom I talk is Mr. vicky. A very poor customer services, and my request no. is 10593444. I want my mobile to be repair as soon as possible.
