Dear Sir, My Name Is Amit Sharma from Moradabad ( UP ). and I have Purchased Micrmax Unite 2 Model ( A106 ) on Dated 25.05.2014.but sir My phone Ruined on dated 11.7.2014 than Service centre told me that Your phone will be received 10 days and Complain Servicer Mr Nitesh Told Me Same Words But today my phone problem not solve . i Am very Tired and sad, please help me. My phone No is [protected]. Company Increase My Complain Solve Days. Company's Service Provider not solved problem. they are not giving me a satisfaction Answer. Dear Sir,

Micromax Service Provider give me diffrent answer when I Called yesterday than he told me your phone will be receive before 15 aug - 2014.
but when today i called Mr Deepak Singh ( 2079 ) told me your phone will be come next 15 days. sir, today my phone completed 32 days. but my problem not solved . Please help me . he increase days automatically. i have only phone.

as per your service centre Representative my set problem is shorting so he sent my phone for company on dated 11/07/2014. he told me 10 days your phone will be come to your hand and same words told your complaint customer care but today 25 days my phone has not come so i am very sad and facing more problems without phone. i have alreday book complain but no setisfaction ans . give me a right date come to my phone.

I am inform You That please saw my matter for solving my problem . and give me if a phone will damage than how many days Repair phone ( Give me days Limit as 1 month 2 month as above )

      Here i want to inform all the customer who is interested to purchased micromax mobile phone.This company is really using cheap party of mobile phone.I hav purchased two set of micromax mobile phone within 1 weak both phone are creating problem so that's y i have sent my brother for service center in nwada they have put my phone for 1 weak but still are sets are not working.My brother ask him the reason so they person have tried to misbehave with him.Also they was slapped to my brother .So that i have given police complaint .So its my request to you this company is very [censored] so no need to take their product as well as service.Its only a problem for costumer.I am working in a reputed company.SO this missbehaviour definalty i will go consumer court. sapna Thanks

        (sorry for bad English) I am living in Lucknow and i purchased micromax a106 from flipkart.com but when i got it, the touch was not working good and after 6 days the microphone was not working. so, i was decided to send my mobile into service center. after 2 days i received my phone from service center and everything is working fine. but after 4 days the microphone and loud loud speaker was not working. Now I am very upset and angry so, again i send it into service center and this time they don't have any idea that when they give it to me back. so i recommended that please don't buy any micromax mobile

        Update :- today is 9/6/2014 and still I do not get my phone. More than 1 month i only have battery, sim and back cover and the workers of micromax center told me that we send your phone to delhi so, when we get it we will call you. ( but they don't have any idea that when they call me after 10 years or 20 years. ) And now I realize that i do a big mistake to buy a micromax device.

        today is 17/9/2014 is still i do not get my phone back. now i am became mad because i sepnd more than 7000 rs on that phone but today i don't have any device to call.
        To save India remove corruption, child labor, corrupted leaders and micromax company.
        Update :- The workers of micromax service center are not giving my phone.
        Samsung is expensive and tasty pizza. Micromax is tasty and cheap pizza, but the difference is that micromax is tasted by a street dog.

        Update :- After many days, i was successfully received my phone from service center and it works fine. but after 15-16 days my phone was turn off automatically. i was tried to press power key but nothing happened, so i decided to connect charger but nothing happened. now again i sent my phone into service center. and now, i am too much angry and upset. if my phone is faulty or defective so why they do not replace it?

          I purchased Micromax mobile phone A068 for Rs 6800/= I found hardware problem, which they replaced with new one. After 15 days, new Micromax phone started giving trouble and the phone was not recognising sims. No incoming and outgoing calls could be made from phone. The set deposited with Service Centre at Chandigarh. After 40 days and contacting 50 times, Micromax returned the Set after so called repairs. Still the same problem existing as if no repairs was done.No one should buy Micromax phones in India as these companies are not worried about Indian Laws which is ineffective due to high level corruption.

            Dear Team, Today I had visited Micromax Service Centre at Thane which is nearest from my home, following is the service centre details Vashi Services, Shop No 8, Ground Floor, Bal Ganpati Trust Compound, Edulji Road, Charai-Thane West, Thane - 400601. I had reported my issue i.e My Micromax A117 having soft keys issue, they registered my complaint and told me that they will call me in the evening I said okay. After 2-3 hour later I got call from Service centre and they told me that my phone having touch screen issue and need to be replace and It will be charge by Rs, 2500/- but there is no any touch screen issue and its working very fine and the only issue is home button and back button not working. So how they asking for money. So request you please take some serious action against the service centre & micromax company. And also note that one thing, It is happening not only with me almost all people who came there for servicing there mobile phones.

                myself sukhpal singh submitted my phone on 28th june 2014 as it had problem with display to a service center in ghatkopar, further after continous follow up i got my phone repaired on 12th july 2014, but when i checked found that display was ok but touch was not working properly & also there was a problem with WIFI connectivity.so again they told me that touch panel & wifi antenna need to be replaced & they placed for re order of parts on 12th july 2014.but till date (i.e 26th july 2014) i have been getting same reply from service center that "parts are in order" not only this they even dont say till what date the parts will be received & i will get my phone back.i m fed up coz it has been almost a month that i m been without my phone.I really dont understand why a part take more than 20 days to reach from delhi to mumbai. my phone is in warranty period. personal details are below: Name:sukhpal singh job sheet no:W[protected] service center address were phone submitted M/SV CARE MOBITRON 105st floor, RUPA PLAZA, JAWAHAR ROAD, OPP STATION GHATKOPAR(E) MUMBAI-400077

                  This is for kind information that I purchased MICROMAX MOBILE UNDER ONO.110Q(W)SERMOB0272/[protected], [protected] on 23/9/2013 in reliance trend from bandra west.the said mobile phone is warranty period.in the month of june 2013 the mobile was stop to charging.so i submitted this phone to your service centre in Andheri east to M/s.TAMANA INFOTECH in june 13 somewhere in5th june 13 onwards it was kept there for 10 to 12 days and mobile given to me that mobile was repaired.but i checked the mobile the cell phone was dead.so very next day I again submitted this mobile to your servie centre on 20/6/2014 after checking they said that software of this mobile is gone come after one month.the phone was working earlier very well only problem was of charging port of mobile was not working.I don, t understand what type of engineers are appointed in your service centre.Now 40 days have been passed my phone is still under repair.Whether the mobile is sent chaina or japan for repair.who keep faith on your company. they are not replying and attending our phones also.how can we understand our celphone repaired or not.or your company is waiting to expire thewarranty period of mobile set. your are therefore requested to look in to the matter seriously failing which I will forced to lodge complaint with Grahak panchyat.                     Touch was not working exactly on 10 day of purchase. Given for repair at coimbatore service centre on 18.07.14. job sheet no. S[protected] (xplus communication). Till date the no information regarding the touch screen from micromax. 1. how can a good quality product fails within 10 days. 2. i am not the only person with such complaints. there are thousands of the complaints from different people available in website regarding mciromax. 3. if you don't know to produce good quality product, why don't you stop your manufacturing. 4. Am working in engineering industry & my company following zero tolerance in quality. hope in your organization 100% tolerance in quality 5. Please do not insult India by making such third rate products in India. 6. Train your customer care executive speak politely with customer.

                        Hi My name is vishal. I had given my Micromax Canvas 4 for repairing of touch and keypad which has not got repaired till now. I gave my cellphone on 4th july, and now its been 26th july. On the first time when I gave my cellphone for repairing they said me that the cell will get repaired in 10 days but its been more than 20 days it has not repaired and they are telling me to wait for atleast a week more.                         I again went to your service center. They gave me the cellphone, but the cell was not getting started. They told me that the cell has an issue of motherboard, it will again take 15-20 days to resolve. They again gave me a new job sheet (No. R1408FMH[protected] on 06/08/2014 and till now the cellphone is not repaired and your persons are telling me that the cellphone will be repaired and get back to me in another 15-20 days which I cant wait coz I am using another person's cellphone.
                        This is my heartiest request to you to please help me in providing my cellphone repaired and ready to use.

                          I have purchased a Micro Max Mobile Model No. A068, IMEI – [protected] on
                          date 13/03/2014. This handset is suddenly switched off dated 18/07/2014. . I
                          deposited handset for repairs or replacement to the Micromax, Authorized
                          Service Center – “M/S Satguru
                          Communication, Shop No – 1, GF, Dharampali Palace, Near Vinayak Hospital,
                          Sector-27, Noida, Tel[protected], dated 19.07.2014. The request number is
                          N[protected]. . I AM VERY DISPLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

                          The
                          service center employees told me TO COME AFTER 1 DAY, but now almost one week
                          they are not repaired my phone, I have five or six time to the service centre
                          but no positive response got from their side. My phone is still in warranty, what
                          sort of warranty is this that you are keeping my phone for a week with you? What
                          sort of service is this? I am also trying to mail you at email id
                          [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, micromaxinfo.com and calling Micromax Gurgaon office but
                          no response got from their side.

                          I think, it`s not service center`s fault...it
                          totally depends on the company (MICROMAX) to change the repair system...if
                          service centre services are poor, Micromax should change it! It has been over 7
                          days but my handset is still in repair process. What is service centre people
                          doing and what is Micromax monitoring? Please replace
                          my mobile phone or repair my mobile as earliest possible.

                          I visited the service center, now they told me to come after 10 days to know the status of mobile.Micromax service is too poor.
                          Please do not purchase mircomax mobiles as their service is too poor

                            I have purchased mobile Micromax A69 having IMEI No. [protected] & [protected] on 20.05.2014. Said mobile phone was having problem of "NETWORK FAIL & BATTERY BACKUP ISSUE". Hence said mobile was submitted at the authorized service station M/s. Samarth Telecom Shopy, Shop No. 1, Balvant Plaza, First Floor, Vakilwadi Nashik for above said problems on which service station personal informed that this is software issue and he said that he has up grated the software on various occasions prior to 17.06.2014 on which said mobile was submitted / deposited to said service station for repairing as problem was not solved by up grating the software. It is to be noted that mobile was deposited for repairing on 17.06.2014 but even on request the service station has not prepared job sheet and has not even issue material receipt note. On several followup service station has issued job sheet on 17.07.2014. Till this date mobile was not send for repairing and was lying with service station only without any valid reason. When I have asked them the reason to kept mobile with service station was 30 days without taking any action on it, the service station replied that the IMEI No. of said mobile is not registered. Whatever may be the reason, being a customer and layman I am not at all satisfied with the service of service center which caused me physical and mental harassment and financial loss and great inconvenience. Hence your requested to look into the matter ASAP and take necessary action with the consult service station and get my mobile phone repaired urgently. Said mobile is in warranty period as problem was seen from the date of purchased it self i.e. from 20.05.2014. Further the treatment from service center was very rude and non cooperative. If our complaint will not be looked into seriously and at earliest, I am also thinking to initiate legal proceding with the consumer forum. Please note

                              I have MICROMAX A110 model and it was suddenly dead when it was in warranty so I visited Tirupati cellular service center of micromax in Pimpri, Pune . They kept my mobile for 30 days promising that they will replace the motherboard with new one and mobile will be fixed.On 30th day they hand me over the same unfixed dead mobile after again complaining they fixed it . After approximately 2 months my mobile again had same problem and now its not in warranty .When I visited same service center they are telling me same issue with motherboard while they had already replaced the motherboard with new one 2 months ago. I wonder how can motherboard give same problem even when its replaced with new one . The service center is neither taking my complaint seriously nor they are bothered about the mobile and I am so disappointed with micromax service they are providing . So please do the needful .Thank you .

                                You have a service center at Ganpati Plaza in Jaipur, Rajasthan. It goes by the name of Tirupati Infotech. My phone's display segments were missing and I had submitted it for repair on 10 July 2014 under the name of my father, Anil Dubey. The date today is 25 July and I have still not received it. The phone attendant there was very rude and started talking nicely only when I asked her to give the phone to her Manager Mr. Mohsin Khan. I later contacted Mr. Khan and was properly treated and told yesterday that I would get the phone by the evening. I did not get any calls from the center nor did the manager call me to apologise and tell me about the delay. So, today in the morning I was worried because I have to leave town on 26th for 3 months. So, I started calling the man from 10:00 am (which is when the center officially opens for the day). I made a total of 30 calls and none were responded to. And when finally after I could talk to the irresponsible manager, he was upon me, asking me why I was calling him. As a consumer, it is my right to inquire about my property and as a manager, it is his responsibility to see to the customer's requests. Of all the 100 calls I made to him since 14th July 2014, he has responded only twice. Do your customers deserve to be treated like this? Such unprofessional behavior is not expected of a company like micromax . This is has been a really disappointing experience for me. I am now being told that I will get the phone by 30th July. Do you think that we have all the time to just wait for you? It should be the other way round. Again, this has been very disappointing and you have probably lost a customer who was looking forward to the rise of an Indian brand of phones. You've lost a customer unless you make reprimands asap. I will also take this to the consumer court. Charges will include rude behavior, unprofessional behavior and ridiculous delay in responding to the customer's needs.                                   Today is 24th day, I submitted our phone in your service center and when I call to your service center he said "It takes 6 days more because of parts of the phone are not available at workshop".This the limit of worst service provided by you.Tell me, If you have no parts then why you sell phone.In the warranty of 12 month you already keep my phone for 30 days...tell me which kind of service you provided me???

                                      Dear Micromax Team,

                                      I had purchase a Micromax mobile (CANVAS 2 Plus - A110Q) battery from your authorised service centre at Barrackpore (Address : 195 BARASAT ROAD, NONACHANDAN PUKUR, BARRACKPORE, Kolkata - 700122). And after two months and few days its getting problem within its warranty period and I had visited to your service centre ( M/S OPTIMAL SOLUTION ) at Barrackpore in 4th July 2014 with the original copy of bill which they given to me at the time of battery purchased. And after that the service personnel of Micromax checked the problem I faced with the battery and then they decided that took back my battery for replacing with new one and that would get back to me after 7 to 10 days and they gave me a copy as a service report ( Request No : E[protected]) but they failed to fulfill their commitment and again they request to me for more 2 or 3 days they needed to replace the product and hand over to me within the time they got. But again they failed. And today I had visited them again and as usual they have had no such words to talk.

                                      Now its all up to Micromax Team, I have request to the great concern please look into this on high priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Hello, I purchased Micromax Funbook in June month 2014. I was facing problems from beginning. Now I have given my funbook for repair to service center on 05.07.2014. But till today, I didn't get my funbook. It is very shameful that after 20 days you are able to repair your product which is old less than one month. My request number is S[protected]. Please confirm the date when will I get my funbook in my hand. I am very upset due to purchase of this product. If your product can not work one month properly then I can not say your product is good. MICROMAX is worst company.
