I sadanand Kembhavi prchsed i mobile hand set A77 juice on 23.11.2013 after six month the screen touch was not working I given for repair @ m/s sai technology service hubli (karnataka) on 26.05.2014 till the date there is no response. and saying that hand sent has been sent company, it yet to come. Mean time I completed to Micromax customer care centre. on 30.06.2014 they took 20 days more for resolve the problem. till the date problem has not been solved..! I decided to go consumer court...! Worst company... and worst service is the Motto of Micromax... Nathing Like Anything...? Don't No how...?

    Dear team Want to mark the complaint against service issue I have given mobile at service centre 1 july2014 and they are now telling that it will be sent to headoffice for repairing wwhwhich will require again 42 days .so I it is the service standards of micromax within a year too many problems I have to face.so I want to return my money back or replreplace the cell imimmediately.       Micromax Superfone A75 battery is now out of market . I have visited for the same on your service centre but they clearly declare that the same is not available and in future it will not be available.
      Now my phone is completely dead for the same reason.

        This is to inform you that I am very dissatisfied with Micromax services. I have a Canvas 4 which is less than a year old and has started giving me problems with the display. I went to the service center, Micromax Check Point Sector-27, Noida. The guys there do not know how to talk. First day they told me to come after 2-3 days, when i called they then asked me to collect my phone after a month.The problem with my phone was only with the flickering screen. Not only this there were people crying just because they have been coming there again and again more than months. I am really surprised with the service center and now I realize that it was better to go for a higher brand like Samsung. Is this how they are ‘Nothing like Anything’?           I have purchased micromax unite092. within 2 days of purchase it has hanging. then i contact customer service center they has updated the software after updating the software that has many changes. after updating software it is hanging more then before.

            Hi, I am from Nashik Maharastra I gifted Micromax mobile A177 on 29th June to my wife on her birthday. She is very fond of taking photos and videos But strangely voice do not records in video. On picture comes sounds is not getting recorded I visited their customer care office at Samarth Telecom Shopee Nashik Maharashtra on 19th july There Mr.Bhushan was there and he threw me out saying this is video recording not sound recording and don't come here again for such problems. Company do not give guarantee of recording sound in video Recording sound is video is not important for micromax ...Isnt this strange ? When I told Mr.Bhushan I will contact micromax for this then he told if you want I can give my address also. You can complain wherever you want, I am not afraid of micromax. This whole scene was watched by 50 customer seating there and everybody show how rudely the staff was All companies hire technical person in support center, micromax mobile is hiring mafias Stay away from this company. Worst customer service. Even if company do not gives guarantee of recording sound n video, atleast they should give polite answers. Its service center is 20KM from my home, and it takes 2 hours to get your turn in their service centre, I bared all these and at las I got rude reply.               i buy new Micromax mobile a120 last week.when i start the camera to take photos or videos the upper right corner of the phone is emitting more heat, due to that the back sidecover and the front screen top portion is heating up very heavily and some burning smell is coming out.the same problem is coming if i turn on the led flashpleas repalecement my mobile an attceed my scan invoice i have all redy complent to service senter Aurangabad but hes is not respont he is told contcat to micromax company

                my name is Mohit Sharma, i gave my phone (canvas hd) for repair for a very small reason that the power button was not working. it took more than 1 and half months for them to return my phone and the best part is they did not really repair it they just did a jugad so that it works in front of me ...wen i come to take the mobile... i was told to come every second or third day...and i was made to wait almost one hour everytime just to tell me its not ready and will get it next time. and one more very important thing ... wen i gave my phone the problem was only the power button ...but wen i got it back after one and half months ... the microphone was not working ... that means the staff at ... your service centre... acted smart ... and exchanged the part... so later i had to pay 1200 to someone else to get the power butoon and microphone plate... but thank god my phone is with me and in working condition... am very unsatisfied and will spread the word everywhere not to buy micromax... will create a blog for this... you guys are sick

                  I too facing the same problem.service center people are so arrogant in answering the questions.Aswell as they are not working with in the commited time.initially ask me to wait for 10 to 15 days.now they ask me to wait for another 15more days as spare is not available.really i am fed up with micromax.

                    my self Bikash Roy . i bought micromax canvas power a96 from snapdeal. my order id is-[protected]. The battery connector 3 pin is slightly bend and within 15 says the middle pin was broken. i launched a complain to micromax service centre in 16, princep street opposite hotel embassy, kolkata- 72. my jobsheet no -E[protected] dated 14/7/14. they said i will ve charged approx Rs 200/- for replacing this pin. but till date they did not replaced or repair it. this is very much heart breaking to me as because the warranty period is not over. actually i have got one year warranty for the phone and for acessories six months. i am a die hard micromax fan. i purchased x101, q50, ninja a89, canvas mad, and canvas power a96. except a89 all are from online i have never face such difficulties. contact no- [protected] . please give some solution to me.                     i have launched the complain on 19th july and your applolisation came on 13 th august 2014. it take almost 25-26 days. this is not customer service. as like your service centre at chandni chowk, kolkata you also super flop.

                      I am totally upset by the services provided by your company.I had rectified my 2 month old smart phone(Canvas Nitro) two times already...and i had given it again to the Micromax Hisar Store. Store owner told me that he had send the battery for replacement.It has been 25 days since i give the battery in store and i had not received the battery yet...please work on it as soon as possible and send the battery as early as possible..

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is worst behavior and service I ever see. Three months back I have given my phone to the service and they said it is batter issue and they will give in a 10days.
                      After 10days they issued me a not working battery and convinced me that it will work.
                      But actually it is not working. I returned it to the customer store and again they said they will give after 10days.
                      I waited for two weeks and there is not response. I want back to the office and asked him why you guys are wasting my time and giving not working battery. Their response is worst I ever see.
                      Then after few weeks they called me to collect the battery. Again they are trying to issue not working battery. In front of then I recognised and told this is not working battery. They said they will give after a week.
                      So far there is no response from them.
                      I am irritated completely.

                      This is wasting of my weekend time as well travelling to customer care.

                            hello sir, i purchased a micromax canvas a116 hd mobile phone on 17th August, 2013.Few days ago my phone got hanged.it was not actually a hang, it doesn't response to my touch.I brought my phone to the micromax service centre.They said me that my phone's touch has been cracked from inside and i would have to pay Rs.1750/- for a new touch.I told them that my phone is under warranty and one month is left for warranty to expire.He said to me that there is no warranty on the hardware of the phone and trying to repair my phone they broke my whole touch and said it was usual that the touch broke, I became so angry and frustrated.I searched on internet, and i found so many people have the same complaint.Moreover, the mmx service centre charged Rs.300 for the service checking even that my phone was under the warranty period.It was their duty to check it, isn't it?If not, then what's the use of the warranty to any costumer if company don't give warranty on the hardware of the phone.

                              I regret to say that Micromax Service is highly poor. I purchased my mobile last year on 11th July, 2013 and before one year, (under warranty period only) it showed technical problem in display. Now, when I submitted it for Repair at M/S Satguru Communication, Noida, Customer Care Agents at Service Centre are not responding professionally. 10 days have passed and they are again and again saying part is being ordered and status is pending. I am not able to understand how this brand is going to survive in Market. You do product marketing through Big Stars and pay hefty amounts to them and after the product is being sold, you don't care for the Customer Service. This way I am not going to purchase Micromax Products again and additionally, will spread a bad word of mouth. You are gonna loose all the Market Share gained.                               What is this !!! You don't have coordination with service center which are already a few and treat people as fools..

                                I purchased my micromax canvas one month ago . After 10 days there was a problem of signal reception . It got repaired in 2days .After another 2 days the headphones stopped working the signal reception was bad and sms was not being received it has been more than 10 ndays and i have still not recieved the phone . Please help me as this is a brand new phone and has some serious problems

                                  Dear Reader, I bought a micromax juice mobile handset on 15th Apr 2014. I experienced problem of bad quality sound and touch screen sensitivity in June and took it to service center M/S Sun Infosolutions (17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 700013) on 18th June 2014. Somebody from there called me later on the same day that it will take 20-25 days to get rectified as there is some issue with the board. Fair enough. I have followed up once on 10th July, they asked to call on 14th July. I called on 17th July now they are asking to call after 21st July saying the phone is sent to Delhi and the board is not yet available. For more than a month now I am not with my handset. If mircromax is doing so well in Mobile handset industry, then why cant they resolve an issue in one month ! Isnt it strange ???????? Your turn around time for this issue is 30 days now. And that too for a part which is very integral for a phone. Is it the after sales service that micromax users deserve? Have I made a wrong decision to buy your product? I want to appeal to the highest authority of Micromax. Can I get a help please??? 30 days isnt a pretty long time? The job sheet no i received is - E[protected]. Will my set be replaced with a new one??? I cant use my set for 30 days and I have paid for it. If the same happens to any of your personal product what would be your reaction ???? Dear Micromax, please be professional and make your service vendors professional too. If you cant resolve the issue, kindly provide me with the contact details of the highest authority of your organization so that as a victim I can share the ground realities. NOW CAN I EXPECT SOME KIND OF RELIEF FROM THIS AGONY AND GET MY PHONE ASAP ? I want a wise Micromax professional should read this post, realize the problem and provide me with a solution.

                                  I hope they do it really fast. Or else I have to knock the door of their higher authority to show them what they promise and what they actually deliver. Now only a good service or a replacement of my set with a brand new set can only make me a promoter of brand Micromax. Otherwise one more detractor will get added among the list of Micromax users.

                                    Respected sir, I purchased a micromax canvas juice A177 on 19th may 2014 but on 29th june it got damaged. I gave it in Micromax service center named M/S PEARL SYSTEM at 4 NO DEBIGARH SODEPUR ROAD MADYAMGRAM on 30th june 2014. My job sheet number E[protected]. They told me that they should repair my mobile within 10 days but now 19 days over. I called there 2times they told that the mobile has not yet been repaired and gave me some stupid excuses. And now they do not answer my call. I Complain it on micromax customer care also. The complaint no is [protected]. Please help me to get me out of this problem. I don't know when they will give it to me. This is in warranty period. They neither repair my phone nor exchagne it. This is my humble request to help me. I want to get my mobile back. For the poor quality of phone and service center I can't use my new phone. Micromax service center is the worst service center.

                                    Today I called micromax service center but they did not give my any satisfactory answer. And still they gave me stupid excuses like their office was shifted etc. Please help me. MICROMAX IS A FRAUD COMPANY THEY DO NOT GIVE VALUE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                                    Micromax service centre and the company will never listen to customer's problem. All they know is manufacturing faulty handset and then not servicing them. I am also strugling and trying to get rid of canvas hd that i brought last year but these n there service centre is denying to resolve the issue

                                      Jalandhar on 18th jan 2014.


                                      It worked fine till first week of july 2014. It developed
                                      Some snag. I submitted it to one of your authorised service centre m/s sp shree communications on 11th july
                                      2014 at the following address:

                                      Hereon is my bad experience with and harassment by the

                                      Till today that is 17th july 2014, i have not
                                      Got my mobile set back .


                                      Service centre perhaps lacks sufficient skill to set it right,
                                      As also business etiquettes.


                                      I have been made to make rounds of the service centre with
                                      No regards for the commitment regarding task completion or communication.


                                      For the past 6 days, i was promised set rectification and
                                      Delivery 5 times whereas the set has not been sufficiently attended.


                                      I expect immediate response from your company regarding my complaint, in absence of which i may be forced to approach consumer court.

                                        Iam use micromax canvas A74 phone it is in a warranty period. But its touch pad are not working good its happened two times now. Micromax service center change the touch pad one time but they are store my phone in there service center for 10-15 days...its so much difficult to submit the phone in service center for 10-15 days again & again... I have only one phone if im submit this phone to center i am in a problem with out phone. pls help me to take out of this.
