Dear sir,
we have purchased micromax A69 pcs from your dealer last 2 months before dt[protected].

we have been getting repeated problems in the pcs for 3 times & at last they have sent the pcs to company office filing the jobsheet request no. *W[protected]* & replying us that your mobile will come after 45-60 days.

when we are purchasing new phone and after 2 months u are telling that it will take 2 months to repair than what is the use purchasing the phone?
Both dealer as well as service centre Niether this people are responding correctly nor they are replacing our phone.

when we have paid all those amount of phone how come we will leave without phone for 2 months.
pls do needful & reply for better option or else replace the same.

    We bought a Micromax tablet (P362) for Rs.7000 on 9-Aug-2013. For initial few months, it worked fine. But then its display got damaged somehow. Servcie Centre people changed the display for Rs.2400. Again in next month, another problem arose. Now the tablet is not starting. We took it to another service centre in Udaipur on 8-Jul-2014. They took the tablet, said that it is dead and ask us to come back after 15-20 days. They were not ready to give a fixed date.We went back after 15 days and this time they asked us to call them after a week. We tried but they never receive calls on the number they mention. It was about a month to be completed and the tab was still with them. We went to the centre again on 2-Aug-2014 and this time their behaviour was extremely rude. All the service centre workers were just laughing and ignoring and no proper services were being provided. They asked us to come back later. This is pathetic. We asked for a fixed date for getting our tab repaired, they said, we dont know. What are the service centres opened for. They returned us the tab unrepaired and event put a cross on the bill's copy and returned us saying "do whatever you want with this tab... we are not afraid". This is extremely rude on part of the service centre. We bought a Micromax product on the assurance that we have a service centre in our city which will help us in times of need. Our product is still in warranty period. But these Micromax-employed people are extremely rude. What to do now? Should we avoid buying any Micromax brand product? We even mailed at Micromax Customer Care's mail id, but no proper assistance was given from there too. Now it seems that it has been our biggest mistake to buy a Micromax product. Moreover, the rudest and cheapest service centre workers are at: M/S SCOM TECHNOLOGIES, 115, 1ST FLOOR, ANAND PLAZA, UNIVERSITY ROAD, UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN). Really screwed up with their rude behaviour!

      Please note your service centre's service is so poor as I had submitted my tablet P600 in April 2014 and I did not receive it back.

      Moreove they are replying that they have already given my tablet to micromax for repair work, I don't know what type of service centre is this?

      Kindly return my tablet as soon as possible.

              Hi, My name is Vimal Jain, Deposited my handset Micromax A-61, with Solution Point (service centre), Laxminagar, Delhi on 06/02/2014. Job Sheet No.:- N[protected] Within a month of depositing my handset i got to know that the above service centre got closed and then the ultimate kiosk started. I had followed up for this since march 2014 with MMX customer care and lodged complains but no resolution has been provided till date even after committing for best services every time when called. This had been a extreme mental harassment as i have wasted my too much valuable time than the cost of this handset. I have also came to know that its not only me who is harassed like this but every person who deposited their handset in this service centre is waiting till date.                 Hi I bought Micromax Canvas Phone on 23rd May, 2014. From the day of buying the phone I am facing some or the other issue. When the shopkeeper opened the box, the screen guard was broken, on the spot i purchased the new screen guard. Next, the speaker was not working and I went to the Micromax service center in Hyderabad to get it repaired. There I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get it repaired in a hot office with faulty AC. I asked them to replace the set as it was only 15 days old but they refused to do so. Again, after a month the phone stopped working. The phone automatically restarts while on call. Also the side lock/unlock button is not working. When I again visited the service center in Delhi they said the seal is broken so they will charge me Rs 350. Now, it is not my problem that the service center guys in Hyderabad broke the seal. A general customer doesn't know that there is a seal which should be put back after service by the service center. Though Micromax has expanded the company, its customer service is pathetic. For a customer it is very difficult to spend every other weekend trying to get my phone repaired and spending hours at your worthless service centers. It is my fault that I paid for a micromax phone and now I have become a slave who has to visit the service centers every month. I plan to float out my reviews so that people are aware that Micromax sell faulty products and then don't replace/ replace it . Rajan +91-[protected]

                  I am abhishek patadiya have given my mobile at Micromax service station on 26/June/2014 for display problems. They promised to resolve within 15 days. I have called to their contact no no body is picking up phone, called 1000 times but no reoly. I have not got any call till 1st august. When I went to service station to check they said your phone since 15 July. When I cheked the phone the display was even wrist condition. They checked again and told company send faulty one. It will take more 1 month ttime. Tell me what to do now.

                    I am vishal Goel (Mob- +91-[protected]). I have purchased MIcromax A116i mobile, canvas Full HD, on 9 feb 2014. On 20 june it stopped working. I approched Micromax service centre-(SRI Dhatre Mobiles, Dimond Towers, Shop no 13, 14, Between Taj Tristar hotel and hotel Belson aj Mahal, Opp. Manju Theatre, Secunderabad, AP Phone-[protected], [protected]) and they raised a battery replacement request. After waiting 15 days I received the battery from them but still mobile didnt worked. They said its motherboard issue, They raised another request for motherboard replacement (Job sheet-s[protected]) on 9 july 2014 and asked me to collect repaired mobile within 10 days but till now they have not given my phone back. Everytime I call them they give me
                    same excuse- 'Parts have not received from company'.23 days have been passed from the day of raising request, but still parts are not received, and service centre people are saying they didn't received parts and asked me to wait. Please help me in getting my mobile repaired.I am feeling I have done big mistake by purchasing micromax mobile after seeing its TOO POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE but already spent money on this. Please help me in getting my mobile serviced.

                      I Vijaykumar Chaundkar fromBaramti, Pune.Me and my theree close friend bye the handset of mention model no in 28/02/2014 from arihant mobile baramti.within 1 month my handset shows problem of network and auto swithoff.we deliver mobile in care centre of micromax in baramti.after long time(2 month)i recive my handset but still it having same problem.Now it is irritating me because its my decigion to take micromax.my family and friend blaming me.so i send this mail to you.Please note that i again submit the handset in care center on date 24/07/2014

                        Hi I have bought Micromax canvas 2 A120 on 1st July 2014 and observed that device gets auto switched off/reset during call, messaging or any activity this is causing reall problem for me as battery is fully charged still it occurs, I am highly disappointed plz let me know replace procedure, its under warranty period

I have submitted the phone to the service center in kolkata by the name of Ananya Infotel now it has been over a month that they have kept the phone and yet are not willing to give it back kindly do the needfull and help me get my phone back as i am planning to go on a vacation next saturday.                             My phone screen was not working .I had submitted my phone in Micromax service center for repairing .my phone was under warranty .Its now going to pass 1 month since i had given my phone to repair but still i have not got my phone back and after several request to repair and return my phone back, they reply rudly and sarcasticly, always give some excuses .and didnot return my phone back .so its humble request to u to help me to solve this problem.

                              I bought Micromax Turbo A250 two months back. My phone touch and power button not working. I have given my phone in Micromax service center on 7-July-14.they told me while giving with in a week they will resolve the problem but its been reaching almost 24 days. Then I go to micromax service station after 15 days[protected], customer executive told me your phone is not come from Micromax Company he told me you have to wait more 5 days, mean’s total 20 days. Then I go to micromax service station after 5 days[protected], customer executive told me your phone is not come from micromax company “I told him, you’re executive told me maximum 15 days is required to repair this phone in micromax company but you take more 5 days still my phone is not come. Then customer executive told me you have to do complain in micromax company on this number ([protected])”after this on[protected] I did complain in micromax company. My complain number is([protected])Then Micromax Company told me maximum 15 day is required to repair your phone mean’s total 35 days. Then on[protected] after more 15 days I call on Micromax Company. Customer executive told me your phone is not repair write now more 15 days is required to repair your phone mean’s total 50 days .Now what I do total 53 days are over still my phone is not my hand. Micromax Company told me maximum 15 days is required to your phone and 53 days are over( I BEGGING TO MICROMAX COMPANY PLEASE GIVE MY PHONE. AND I GIVE PROMISE TO MICROMAX COMPANY IN MY LIFE I NEVER PURCHASE ANY TYPES OF MICROMAX PRODUCT BECAUSE MICROMAX GIVES VERY POOR AND CHEAP SERVICES AFTER SELLING HIS PHONE )MY CONTACT NUMBER IS -[protected]MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS -[protected]MY JOB SHEET NUMBER IS-W[protected]

                                  I purchased Micromax A120 model on June 2nd 2014 in Bangalore with including insurance option. My screen glass got damaged in a week of time from the day of purchase and posted a complaint to repair this under insurance claim. Handed over my mobile to online service support on June 17th with the confirmation delivery date on 8th July but missed and later confirmed 18th July as delivery date but that is also missed. Later confirmed 30th July as delivery date but that is also missed and recently confirmed 9th July as delivery. I don't know how this going to be true. I would like to request micromax that should confirm the delivery date based on the materials availability not just like that. Also the way support to the customers given by micromax is very poor..pls improve this. My complaint number is :-85670

                                      I have bought a Micromax Canvas 4 on 30.06.2014. There is a problem in my phone since I bought it. The audio in the mobile in music player or video player doesn't work while bluetooth is on in my mobile. It works fine when bluetooth is switched off.

                                        I purchased a Micromax MAD A 94 on 23/05/2014 from Mobile House, Jalandhar. The headphone jack was not working, I approached dealer who shuttled me towards service center who packed the faulty handset and asked me to visit the dealer who replaced the set with a brand new one on 26/05/2014. So far so good... On 09/06/2014, when we changed the wallpaper we came to know that there was a thin line across the screen, the same drill of dealer to service center repeated and after a lots of phone calls and e mails(20) some one from micromax wake up and suggested me to get my new mobile repaired on the spot from the service center. Today, I am using the repaired handset after spending money for a brand new set. THIS IS CASE NUMBER 1. On 25/07/2014 I repeated the mistake and bought yet another handset from Mobile House at Jalandhar Model number Micromax Canvas Fire A 104, the same thing is repeated this time the set was unable to connect through WiFi, again service center packed the set and now dealer is unable to provide me the same set, saying it is out of stock.THIS IS CASE NUMBER 2. Micromax is supplying faulty handsets, I witness three in last three months.Kindly see if they can return my whole money so that I can buy some better mobile. I have written to micromax too but they are not replying to any of my queries and in turn unnecesserely bothering me with statements like "we are providing best of services".                                         Yesterday, when I further escalated my complaint to Punjab Area Incherge Mr.Manjit Singh, Zonal Head Mr.Maninder Singh and finally Mr.Prosenjit Sen VP Sales, Mcromax they promise me that they will be replacing the handset with a new one and finally I got a call from Some one Mr.Ashish that he has got a new handset but it is Black & Golden in color. I refused straightaway as my choice was White & Golden. I believe they are making fun of me as now one of these person said that kindly bring the old handset and he will refund the whole money, knowing the fact that the set has been deposited with the dealer & that dealer might have despatched those faulty handsets to the organization. They are just harassing me, I have to take medicines yesterday to reduce my blood pressure and anxiety.
                                        Kindly intervene quickly before it is too late !! PLEASE !!
                                        I had conversations with Mr.Maninder Singh at [protected] & [protected] and then with Mr.Manjit Singh at [protected] they are unable to give me even a single reason why I should stick to this cheap mobile manufacturing organization. Initially Mr.Maninder was assuring me of same day replacement but till now after spending lots of time, money and petrol I am at present not having any phone. All these people are claiming but are not able to give me a good solution. Last night I even visited my family physician to get medication for anxiety as I was feeling restless due to fear of loss of my hard earned money. Kindly intervene PLEASE !!
                                        This is one of the worst service provider !!

                                        This is the standard reply to all the mails/complaints I have lodged on this e mail id. If you see I have written around 21 mails to all the who's who of the organization. Including CEO Mr.Sanjay Kapoor, VP Sales Mr. Prosenjit Sen. NO REPLY what so ever !!
