Dear Sir/Madam, ths is to bring to your notice that, my Self Srikanth from bangalore has gven my moble at mcromax service centre near Marathalli on 17/6/2014(request no.[protected].they have asked me to come after a Week(i.e 24/6/14), due to my busy schedule i could not make it on 24th but went on 30/6/14.but still my mobile was not repaired, they made an excuse saying that they have ordered the parts which were not available so will take a weeks time and they would call me whenevr it is ready.according to them i should get on 7/7/14.but again due to my busy schedule i coulnt make it on 7/7/14 instead called up today (17/7/14)and to my surprise it is stll not done.and they have no reason to say ths time and asking for a day time to finish up the job.iam sure the day i have given the mobile either they have missed it some where or else they have forgot to repair the same.and the carelessness is not at all acceptable.

    I purchased my Micromax handset Model Xli, but is the the worst phone i ever had . with in 2 month the battery get faulty, its discharge with in only one call.and also get fat.i went to Micromax service centre to repair it . the told me battery need to replace. but, its don't they have right now need wait 10 days .I told its all right, I come back after 10 days, I again went, i get my sell phone, i check at home i surprise the led torch and camera eye missing .Again i send my person.then they fix it. but i don't under strand why the open my PCB of mobile its only problem with software and battery . next thing, when again i check my phone, This time no ring tone and loudspeaker. Its really headache .its waste of time and waste of money to go servise centre.i want replace my phone and Micromax company is really low grade company .no servise, no good hardware in mobile phone .this my bad desion to buy Micromax phone, i am going to spread this on all my blogs, facebook, twiter, digital forum.all cell phone groups all about this Micromax loot. they cant treat a customer like this bad service.

      I bought micromax canvas hd 116 befor. 12months after thatI get touch problme then I ga've to service center to repair but after repairing problame Was nit solVed and I re gave to service center to repair and they gave me my mobile when my mobile waunty is over. WHenI chek then the problem was not resolve and I visIt agaon theN the said your will be charged for repairing IF you wish to repair. Bit my celL gave me on last day of warranty Then wheN I visit next day the said all this you will be charged pls help me...

        I purchased a Micromax Mobile handset on 21 july 2013. The biggest mistake of my life. Now its has started malfunctioning, hanging, wifi not working, features not working. I visited sec 27 noida service centre of micromax, I presented the bill still there employee saying that as per server the handset was activated on 1 july,

        THIS MICROMAX COMPANY SHOULD BE PENALISED, WILL BE GOING TO CONSUMER COURT WILL TRY MY BEST TO SUE THEM

          I had bought a Micromax A96 from Bareilly (U.P.) on 14 May 2014. On 9 July 2014, I left my phone on charging and after some time the screen was not displaying anything. I went to the service centre in Bareilly who said that the mother board is short due to high voltage and is not covered under warranty. This is not the fault of the customer and I am not responsible for high voltage damaging my mobile. i want my mobile to be repaired / mother board changed without any cost as it is still in warranty. kindly reply to my complaint as soon as possible.

            From 1 month my phone Micromax A116 Canvas HD is in service center if i call customer care they are saying for 2days then if i call after 2days they are asking for more 2 days and My job sheet number is S[protected]. I have lastly talked to Sneha madam in customer care yesterday(14/07/2014) she said your 20 working days will be over tomorrow (15/07/2014) so call tomorrow and talk to me you will get your handset tomorrow i asked if i don't get tomorrow then will you replace with me a new mobile she said we will try to give tomorrow or else will try to replace it but when i called today some other madam picked up call and said we can only just give you the status of your phone. Why they are handling a company when they are not able to give proper service to customers and Manager of that service center has switched off his phone itself after i called him today and so I'm want to file a case against their company and im very much angry on them and i want you to take severe action against their company

              my name is kumar.i am an business person. i have purchased micromax canvas hd A116 model mobile at 16/8/2013.
              one year onsite warranty with bill. my mobile do not working suddenly. i have sent our micromax service centre "M/s.ALLIED ELECTRONICS " address for "266C, ADVIDA ASHRAM ROAD, SALEM-636005. .TAMILNADU, INDIA.
              We are issue token system service call in our centre. i have issue my mobile WHAT TYPE OF PROBLEM?. this problem diagnose to two days waiting. finally we are told him on/off switch problem. He was told him spares not available. After 15days call than you collect your mobile.15days back i asking my mobile, he has searching my mobile within 2hours. he has told your touchscreen was broken. i was very sock.i have received our service jobsheet no.S[protected] CLEARLY MENTION FOR ON/OFF SWITCH NOT WORKING.But that superior lady told him your touchscreen broken . I am totally disappointment. i have argument with lady not in use. And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners and words.

                i have micromax canvas hd a116 model. its still in warranty. i have given my mobile to authorised customer care on 4/06/14 as i was facing problem with touch pad. they give my mobile back on 27/06/14. but my problem remain unsolved i have to give it back on 28/06/14. because of same problem i havent got my mobile back yet.its already july 15, 2014

                  Hi. This is in my experience had with one of the authorised service center MNS SERVICE CENTER. Firstly i went to the so called authorised service center on 17/6/14 at 05:45pm to give my handset for service. But the horror response "COME TOMORROW" inspit of the working hours was till 6pm!! I again went back without any fruitful work. The next day working hours was 10 but they came by 10:30am i came far from 20KMS but after some conflicts there had with them i handed over my handset by paying Rs.2500/- for which i was not given any kind of receipt. Now they took 25 long days to return my handset. I got a call stating to collect my handset with an flying heart i took permission from my manager and went for 2hours (not enough in this Bangalore traffic) but still in heavy rainfall i reached by 5:30pm again the horrible response was "COME TOMORROW" . What the hell. I shout at the executive who attended me after that he made to wait for 30 minutes and finally i got my handset. He gave it to me and sat chit chatting with his incomplete work. Thank god i went back to home. Here is the real problems starts. * my front camera is not working but while giving for service it was working well. * Censor which was working fine, stopped to censor. Now i should go again for 20 KMS for this above . not for my fault!! They have made me to feel its a WORST SERVICE EVER MICROMAX CAN PROVIDE. Micromax can resolve my problem.??                     On 2 nd jun 2014 surrender the phone for blank display issue. they give the time assurance one week, days are running .i keep on called customer care..but still they asking need to wait 20 days, i dnt knw how many 20 days i have to wait."nothing like anything" its your quote. but "nothing like anything - your service is nothing like anything. its first india's worst mobile service"

                      I have bought 1 Micromax Bolt A66 on 06.06.2014 . Ever since I bought I received complaints of poor speach from all
                      I took it to Micromax complaint Centre at SP- Gallexy Services - Kochi11 on 02.07.2014 - Job sheet No.; R1407FKER[protected] I was shocked to hear from the service people that its common complaint .And it will take at least 2 -3 weaks for PARTS availability .

                      I bought this mobile with great expectations but was totally disappointed performance as well as SERVICE / PARTS . Iam forced to use my old Nokia phone N72 because of your service .

                        Dear sir i purchased a mobile phone micromax turbo at 18000 from micromax . within 4 month i visit its service centre twice service centre taken 2 month 1st time then after few day. i found same problem in my mobile phone i visit its service centre again on 17/06/2014 its service centre said to me, i have no maximum times for repairing.after 10 day I call its customer sport team on 01/07/2014 then he said to me i solve your problem within 20 days so i agree with him, after 15 day when i call him he said to me your maximum time for repairing 50 to 60 days. so i said to him, i don't want to repair my handsent then he close my job sheet and said to visit the service centre and taken your phone. so that is the micromax services ... pl take an action an try to resolve my problelm as well as ... thanks your indian ramesh kumar [protected]

I tried to replace it with micromax authourised service centre in bangalore But no one is having stock of that glass.                             Sir, I am santosh kumar rautaray i have purchased a micromax A72 handset some problem and submitted to micromax service center- M/S SPACE TELECOM bhubaneswar service center gave a job sheet No r1406for10454534 and mentioned the return date of one month the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on 24.06.2014 and i have called called to custmer care that what is status of mobile they give me date of 10-15 days refrence number is e[protected] dt 14.07.2014 but now custmer care no is out of service i have tried many times Sir, please help me that how can a coustmer manage without phone .                               28/06/2014 i had submitted my Charger and usb to you executive in M/s United Technologies
                              Address : Shop No. 209, Sanghvi Square, Opposite Bank Of Baroda, MG Road, Ghatkopar.
                              today 12/07/2014 i visited to take my charger n usb back at that time the person who has taken my complaint was saying i had given only charger to him not usb... and talking wid me in vary loud voice ... u r service center manager Mr. Avadhut was there at that time... executive was saying i had not given u usb only charger, , , whn i was giving my complaints on 28/06/2014 he don't knw who to put complaint in system he was asking the girl beside him setting...
                              In loud voice saying i had not gven usb...
                              i had brought mobile in march only and i visited 2 time in u r service center because of mobile accessory issue 1st time he given me A99 mobile usb which was not fit in my mobile thn he taken back frm me 2nd time when i visited in u r ghatkopar service center ...
                              2nd time he had taken both charger and usb.. if i have problem in a177 canvas accessory issue than y u r people giving other model accessory
                              and today he in loud voice saying i ll not give u usb .. charger lena hai tu le .varna jaa... such a bad comment he given to me..
                              after long argument Mr. avaduth has say that executive that u falut is ther and customer has catch u.. i am vary unsens that u r employee talking this way with customer...in front of center manager..
                              they had given me charger but usb which has given belong to other handset..
                              plz take this is serious issue in u r service center.. how to talk and treat with customer teach them... i m 3 year old customer of micromax before a177 i was using q80 mobile..

                              I have mail them my contact number still micro max not contact me,
                              now again my mobile have mother board problem and bhandhup service centre people say we don't have idea whn mobile get done,
                              becz micro max gurgaon head office people not sending parts to us ...
                              is this really happening in micro max co.

                                I have complaint mobile Micromax canvas A116. Which is given for repair on 21-05-14 in Micromax service center ( Delight service center, New Delhi ). I have visited in service center so many times but they are always committed. I was talk to customer care 5 times but nothing has been done today. They have no updates regarding my mobile.                                     I have submitted my micromax bolt(A34) due to various complaints on 31 december 2013. They have not repaired the phone till now. Please take necessary actions. Either pay me back my money or replace with a new phone. Else i have to file a case in the consumer court. Because i havn't used that phone even for 1 month. Thanking you.

                                      I purchase micromax
                                      canvas megnus A117 mobile date on 29.12.2013 from flipkart.but after 5 month
                                      used there is problem in power key and touch screen back key so i submitted my
                                      mobile in Ankleshwar akshar Telecom services
                                      centre .they told me within 10 days it will be repair. After 10 days when i go
                                      for collect my mobile he says spare part not come from company so when parts
                                      come it will be rpair.then i call to customer care for this complaint and he
                                      give complaint no [protected] (complaint date 23.06.2014) and says within 20
                                      days your mobile will be repair. But after 20 days i call to customer care
                                      still my phone not repair. He says 20 day more time taken for repair. i told to
                                      customer executive you give my mobile with repair otherwise give new mobile. my
                                      mobile given in service centre date:16.06.2014.so plz resolve my complaint.

                                        Hi, This is Urvashi, I Had bought Micromax android phone A111 Canvas doodle last year. Battery of the phone was not working properly even before completion of 1 year of purchasing this phone. Phone needed frequent Charging but it was working at that time. So I went to your nearest Micromax service center @ Borivali i.e. D R Telecom on 6 May 2014. They checked battery and phone and told me that there is problem in battery & phone too. Battery need to be replaced and phone has shorting issue. I ordered for new battery for Rs. 1100/- and gave phone for servicing. D R Telecom told me that they will return my phone within 30 days. On 6 June 2014 (after 30 days), I went to D R Telecom to receive my phone but it was not ready. I again went there on 12 June 2014. I received phone only and not battery. I again went there on 14 June 2014. Battery had not come. I again went there on 19 June 2014 and finally received a battery. but when I went home n tried to start my phone, it was not working. Phone was getting auto restart every time. I went to D R Telecom again on 20 June 2014 (immediately next day). They checked my phone and said I again have to submit my phone for servicing again as it’s not working. As it was already 1 and a half month passed I wanted my phone back in a working condition soon. So I called Customer care of Micromax. Customer care executive said we will try to give your phone on urgent basis and consider this a special case. I called to customer care on 25 June. at that time executive is saying ” You will get your phone after 15 working days from today” What does it mean? Why from 25 June just because I called on 25 June. And what if I haven’t called than? I told executive to register my complaint to make servicing of my phone on urgent basis as I was told. I called customer care on 30 June again. They told they have forwarded my complaint. I again called customer care on 4 July 2014. They said there is no complaint registered from me and Told me to wait til 15 working days starting from 25 June 2014. After N numbers of follow up n call with Micromax I get REply today by Customer care executive as “Wait for 15 days” It’s been 2 & a Half months from when I gave my phone to Micromax Service Center. And still there is no clear picture how much more time it will take to get my phone back. What’s the use of buying phone from Micromax where I can’t use it even for a year? I expect to receive my phone by 19 July 2014. Otherwise it simply means that Micromax does not care about their customer once your phone is sold. Micromax is not bothered how much time they take to repair 1 phone? And how much their customer has to suffer to get their phone back? I had gone at service centre for more than 7 times in last 2 months and called customer care also many times. D R Telecom phone no[protected], is never available. It’s either Busy, engage or there is no one to pick our call. This shows how important we are as a customer to Micromax. This no is also on website. They should check if it’s even working or not before putting it on website. Executives at D R Telecom are also very rude sometime. It must be as almost every customer comes angry with a complaint. I had waited for 2 & Half month for 1 phone. I had never experience such harassment. I want my phone back asap. Requesting you to reply to this and make a note of my complaint and help me getting my phone in working condition asap. I want my phone back in working condition till Saturday 19 July 2014 or else give my money back. Otherwise I am going to file case against Micromax in consumer court. and will defame Micromax in all social networking site. Urvashi
