      Hello All, I have been very disappointed with the service and the mobile which i bought. Firstly, I bought my new canvas A250 turbo in December 2013- my phone was hanged for the first time i switched on that was fine i managed. And there onwards every time my phone was been hanging and every time i had to switch it off and ON till day. In fourth month my phones touch screen stopped working i took it to a so called authorized center of Micromax which was 20 Kms away from Bangalore city. The service provided there was worst i received after traveling for 20 kms people are rude and least bothered. I got my phone fixed in 10 days with a change of screen, And then there starts the problem when they opened my phone for service, Firstly my phone lower back panel was not fixed properly and every time it used to come off and then i noticed that the lock was broken. I was not able to insert my 3.5mm headphone jack and no music. After so much of problems on[protected]yesterday) by 8th month- I was fixing my phone into a panel, At the time of fixing it my phone just broke - my screen is cracked and my touch is not working. And its just that I do not know what to do with this kind of service. And whom to report this too - "Micromax can have best features in a phone, But you need to have the best customer satisfaction to buy the hearts of the customer as an INDIAN company" Just wanted to see if anyone of you can help me. Just that to add on - I still did not Complete paying the EMI for the phone which is for one year.

          Hi,

          This is regarding poor and hellish service at Micromax service center near Pimpri (Pune).

          Initially I went to Micromax Service center with my handset having minor speaker and loose USB port problem.
          The handset was taken conveying that they have to send this to Mumbai for replacing the speakers and USB port with an SLA of 15 days assuring that you will get a call once your set is in. No communication was there from the service center and one final day I went to collect the set it was available but in a very damaged condition.
          The set which had minor problems was now having body with damaged corners, scratches all over the screen and the display of LCD screen being completely destroyed.
          I asked service center for this poor state of handset and they asked me to submit the set again and they shall get it done again from their end. I was now given an SLA of 6 days.
          Again getting no communication from their end I again went to enquire about the status and was communicated that your set is dispatched and we will call you in a day or 2 to confirm.
          Againg getting no communication I went to the service center after 5 days and now I heard one of the statements that was so shocking that I cant believe it. The person at service center said that 'SIr, your handset is now almost damaged and it cant be repaired, we will replace this with a new one but will keep the body of the older handset only, come after 8 to 10 days'.

          Now a UNDER WARRANTY handset (Micromax Canvas HD A116) which just had minor problems is completely damaged and also not even available to me. An authorized service center gave me one of my most weird experience of my life.

          My set was worth 13k bucks. Please help me in getting the same in atleast a condition which I gave.

            When we pay around Rs 17000/ - for a mobile handset we expect not to face any technical glitches with it, esp., not within 3 months of purchase. The phone was handed out for repair on 03/06/2014 and it was promised that it would be returned within 15 days. Till now the phone has not been repaired (i am writing this on 13/07/2014) . It has been over a month.Even after regular follow ups and chase downs no one in the VCARE service center in fort. Now even the service center has stopped responding. Please help!!

I just submit my phone to check what is the problem in charging. They had commited one day time. When we went to take our pH from service centre, the person said your pH is ok, and when we switch on the phone, it not working at all not even starting with normal thing. i ask him again that just know you said that it working but its not. He said “sorry sir we can not repair It”. Then I came from that service centre and directly went to one the best repairing centre. Then that person was trying to swtich on the phone after changing the battery with new one, but still the problem was same as i found in service centre in morning. then he said the phone is sort or borad of the canvas 2 was changed by service centre and the jack of the phone was not tried to repair. In afternoon i went to service centre and i told them that this is problem i am facing since i take my phone from here in morning. They said came after 7 days. then i went service centre today on 8.07.2014 and they are saying come after 7 days beacuse they dont have the part of canvas 2. they cant not repair it. I dont understand if part are no available in service centres and from where i can get and THE BIG THING, I HAD GIVEN A WORKING CANVAS2 TO SERVICE CENTRE AND NOW IT NOT AT ALL SWITCH ON. But its does’t switched on of the phone was not working properly even before completion of 7 days of purchasing this phone. Phone needed frequent Charging but it was working at that time.               i.e. on 26 JUNE 2014. They checked battery and phone and told me that there is problem in battery & phone too. Battery need to be replaced and phone had its does not switched on issue. I ordered for new phone - and gave phone for servicing. Satguru communications told me that they will return my phone within 07 days. On 1 July 2014 (after 07 days), I went to over their to receive my phone but it was not ready. I again went there on 10 July 2014. I received phone only and not get completed . I again went there on 12 July 2014. phone had not come. I again went there on 18 july 2014 and finally received a phone . But when I went home n tried to start my phone, it was not working. Phone was not getting switched on every time. I went to again on 20 July 2014 (immediately next day). They checked my phone and said I again have to submit my phone for servicing again as it’s not working. As it was already 1 and a half month passed I wanted my phone back in a working condition soon. So I called Customer care of Micromax. Customer care executive said we will try to give your phone on urgent basis and consider this a special case. I called to customer care on 2i july . at that time executive said ” You will get your phone after 15 working days from today” What does it mean? Why from 29 july just because I called on 29 july. And what if I haven’t called than? I told executive to register my complaint to make servicing of my phone on urgent basis as I was told. I called customer care on 29 july again. They told they have forwarded my complaint. I again called customer care on 29 July 2014 They said there is no complaint registered from me and Told me to wait till 15 working days starting from 29July 2014. It’s been 40 days from when I gave my phone to Micromax Service Center. And still there is no clear picture how much more time it will take to get my phone back. What’s the use of buying phone from Micromax where I can’t use it even for a year? I had gone at service centre for more than16 times in last 36 days and called customer care also many times. Toll Free Number :[protected] is never available. It’s either Busy, engage or there is no one to pick our call. This shows how important we are as a customer. This no is also on website. Executives at are also very rude sometime. It must be as almost every customer comes angry with a complaint. I had waited for 36 days for 1 phone. I had never experience such harassment. I want my phone back asap. Requesting you to reply and make a note of my complaint and help me getting my phone in working condition asap

              This is to inform you that after for being a customer of such a big grand micromax i am still suffering first of all i got a difficulties s set a lot of kinds of disturbance a and when when i complained about it to your customer excutive shubha and vishal and aayush three of your customer excutive but i have not got any solution i have submitted my cellphone on 25 th june and still i have not got back neither got any proper response in this suitions everyone should wants said to me you are in a problem i must help you but no some body giving the response to me your service centre also i had gone their 10-12 time over their so i am most humble and very very requested to you please take a action immediately againts your service centre last time please in to this good help in this issue i will be another person in the court whoze gona critigize micromax and i will take a action through consumer court

              It is very surprising that so many days passed and nobody knows where is the phone right now and what is happening at company level.

              we would like to share my first experience of repairing of MICROMAX mobile: Just have a look ….

              Whenever I called at service center nobody picks up their phone no☎ :[protected]
              ✆ : [protected] . and if somebody picks after lots of call then he/she doesn’t know the current status and he/she says “ Your phone is in company itself and we don’t know when will be back” and “ We will inform you as soon as we receive the same”.

              This answer I have been hearing for long time.

              I called at customer care no. [protected] on dt. 18th july and 29 th july after 16 days of submission against complaint no., I was told that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now” means 1st wk of june. I could tell you note executive’s name aayush vishal and Varun shubha I said ok, pls expedite as I don’t have any other mobile with me and I am really stuck.

              Dated 05st july I made a call to customer care and Mr. Varun narang was there and again same statement I got that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means mid of April. I said you should keep your words as one month already gone and you are asking for another 15 days.

              Dated 30 july I made a call to customer care and Mr. Aayush and vishal was there and again same statement I got that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means end of April. I said you should keep your words and as more than one month already gone and you are asking for another 15 days. I didn’t have anything to say.

              Dated 05th august, I made a call to customer care and Ms. Varun narang was there and once again same statement that “we don’t have any update and it will take another 15-20 days from now means in May. I said you should keep your words and it was one and half month gone and you are asking for another 15 days.

              I requested Varun narang to escalate my request and connect me to any senior person then call came from Mr. Nishant on dt. 05 th august and again “he asked me to give final 15 days from date of discussion i.e. 05 nd july, 2014.

              I would like to know when will this 15 days be ending and my phone will be handed over to me?

              This is really disheartening that I opted for MICROMAX, as huge time company takes to get my phone repaired.

              My phone is under warranty and it expires on dt. 24nd April 2015, now they will say that warranty has been expires and you will have to pay so and so amount.

              Now anybody is there to hear my voice and try to understand my problem so that it can be repaired on most urgent basis.

              I will never buy any Micromax phone in future and even I’ll never suggest to anybody to go with this make.

              Again i called on dt. 05 august to customer support no. and again Varun narang has told me that it will take another 15 days.

              Today i called then again same answer that it is under process and we need 15 more days from today.

              Seriously, i fed up with MICROMAX brand.

              And service centre people are not responding for customers. They are handling irrespective manners.

              Kindly arrange to quick service ASAP

                I have purchased Micromax magnus A117 in April 2014, soon after purchasing the touch pad started giving problem sometimes[like the back button not responding], after few days the applications suddenly started closing without using touch pad recently the whole touch pad started working, so i took it to your survice center on 18th of june 2014. The representatives said the touchpad has a problem & will be replaced within a weeks time, but i got the phone repaid only on this week on 10th july 2014.now two days have passed again the same problem is occouring .So i request u to replace my mobile immediately.i have faced a lot of inconvenience by using this cell .                   I have micro max canvas doodle which was just 5 months old. Touch pad and the display stopped working suddenly.I gave it to micro max care in jayanagar 7th block Bangalore on 22/6/14 .They committed to return the phone within 2-3 days .After 2 weeks when i called they said motherboard is not working it will take another 15-20 days.
                  Please look into the matter as great inconvenience has been caused to me.This type of service has created a very bad impression of micromax.I was planning to buy canvas 4 but after receiving such kind of service and response, i m planning to change my mind. I hope my complaint is heard and some action will b taken as soon as possible.These are the details:-

                    I purchased Micromax A26 on 11/11/2013. After six months it has touch problem. On 13/06/2014 I deposited my phone at M/s SS Enterprises(HYD) Shop No.103, Vijetha Golden Empire, Moosarmbagh, Dilsukhnagar, Hydrabad. Phone:[protected] Authorised Micromax Customer Care Centre. They said while depositing mobile it can be take 7 days for repair. But 1 month over they are not responding properly they said always your mobile at company for mother board replacement so we cannot say how much time to replace. Job sheet No.S[protected].                       Dear sir/ma'am,

                      I want to draw your attention to my problem that, i am going through these days i really fed up with the services of Micromax (service center) of my city (JABALPUR, MP) they do not work on my mobile neither on complaints I don't know now what to do. I gave my mobile canvas 3D there, before one and a half month ago but still they didn't make any progress instead they made more problems in my mobile.


                      Please help me out with this I can't tolerate any more.

                        I had purchased Micromax A210 on 21.10.2013. It was giving touch screen problem & hence I deposited to Micromax Care, Jadavpur, Kolkata on 25.06.2014. They said that it will take 7-10 days to repair under warranty. But today i came to know that it will take another 10 days to repair it.                           I want to give complaint against Micromax service centre in begumpet hyderabad, I have given my funbook for touch replacement on may 29 2014 but till date they did not replace it. They kept the product over two months and still my problem was not solved moreover whenever i call them, they use to take around 20 minutes to give status update also. Last day i went to store to collect and asked them why it was not replaced till, they din't even bothered about my words and asked me to wait for 20 more days "If it want to be solved otherwise takeback your funbook if you cant wait" . Those are the words by store technician to me, I took back my funbook without getting touch repleacement. And that situation was not only for me for also other customers who are going to that service centre, they dont give proper response an reply to the customers, they were very rude to customers.. so i took the decision to complain against that store which is useless for us.. please take proper action on them...                             Hi, I was purchased Micromax Mobile on 30th May 2014 and 29th June 2014 mobile not start so, I was go to Micromax service center at Rajkot on 30th June 2014. Shri Ram Mobile is service center of Micromax. It was inward mobile and told me to we are contact when mobile is repaired. But after 13 days mobile not repaired and when I was visit service center they told me it will take 1 month or more so, this is very long time. What is the TAT of Mobile repairing?

                            parts not received from Delhi. If not possible in 2-3 days i will take

                              I bought a micomax unite 2 3 weeks ago and its been only a week since I started to use its wifi features.The issue is that the wifi gets disconnected automatically after some time.To be precise there is no download data coming, only the upload is working after some time.I need to restart the wifi fro it to work again.This is quite troublesome as I need to restart my wifi frequently which should be connected all the time.

                                I have Purchase Micromax turbo in last 5 month back, , as I have problem in camera & flash light so I went to service centre & they suggested me that you need to submit your mobile here & it will repair in a weak so that I have submitted my mobile in service centre, after 15 days I have not get any respond from them so I went service centre so they told me that organisation sent front camera instead of back side camera by mistake so you need to wait more 10 days, after 1 month I again went to service centre but I am not getting any proper answer from service centre from Gandhinagar . I need your help for this resolution on urgent basis as It's almost one & half month is over . Pl get it resolution on urgent basis as receipt of submission is attached below .                                   I submitted my phone way back in may because of a mic problem in the phone on the 22nd of May 2014, they replaced the pcb and gave me the phone after a week but as soon as I shut it down to insert the sim it didn't start again, I gave it back to the service center the next day and they said it will take a week to fix it and return it to me however it has been over a month and no progress has been made, i repeatedly call the customer care(intouch communication shimla) and they reply that they are receiving the part from the company, I called the customer care and they just give me false assurances that i will receive my set within 20 working days and supposedly have escalated my complain to higher authorities since the past 3 weeks yet no action has been taken..                                     i have problem in micromax cell phone so i gave in service canter in warranty period. thay are tack my cell phone n told that it will repair with in 1 week..

                                    after 1 week i wnat to service canter they replay that in your phone have some more problm so thay are taking more time for repair atlist 1 month...

                                    after 1 month i wnat to service center but thay replyed ur cell is going for repair and it will reapir after 2 or 3 months...

                                    after 2 month i called in service center they told me that ur cell be replace.. after 5 days tack ur new cell phone.., i am happy after listaning that..

                                    just weast of time..

                                    My mobile Micro max canvas power A96 has been submitted since[protected] and still not get repaired mobile is been kept in the Mulund service centre, Mumbai.. in january they called me and said your phone got repaired please come and take it but when i went there it wasn't working they send phone again for further process.. but now it has been 4 months and I am not getting my phone.. so i want you to replace my phone or give me a refund..
                                    I have purchase micromax AQ4501 bill date 23 January but open it before 3 day I shocked display is blank submit my Phone in service center (SHRI KRISHNA COMM. A-10, KABIR NAGAR, NEAR SHIVE MANDIR SHAHADRA DELHI-110094) he take time one week but I have no phone for my use pls replaced my mobile immediately thanks

                                      Jobsheet No- R1407FUPE10753116 I like to say that it was my fault to support a cheap brand called Micromax, it was just my mistake to believe that this company is providing a good quality products to their consumers, but now, i’m just regreting that why i choose such a cheap brand called Micromax. About 11days ago from today, i purchased android smart phone name- Micromax Canvas Engage A091, colour- Grey, from my near by shop. It was just working fine but within one week of purchase, the phone starts misbehaving like screen gets unresponsive & its capcitive option button automatically starts to work on its own (i did’nt touch it) and this not the only problem, when i go to MMX service station of Allahabad, name- Radio Centre, i was totally get insane mad! What type of people they kept in their service station, they were just seems to be uneducated & having lack of knowledge & they even don’t know how to talk to the constumer.Anyways, this is not the only thing which makes me angry, when i showed my faulty handset to the service persons and tell the problem then they said that it takes about 1 month to repair it becouse their is a lack of necessary parts to repair my handset! What are you doing Micromax? if you don’t wanna support your consumer then why you people open serivce station! Move on Micromax, if you continue this type to activities then you people are no more longer. Its been about 2 days from today, I dos'nt get any reply of my send mails to Micromax + the given helpline no. on the box pack dos'nt exists! This activities clearly shows that they just not more than a fraud company.

                                      It is to inform you that don't buy any Micromax products, if you wanna save your hard earn money! They are selling cheap quality rebranded chinese phones ( purchase cheap quality products in bulk from roadside china factory, simply put their brand's logo & now they are ready to fraud in Indian market) If you don't believe me then simply google "micromax sells rebranded chinese phones" & "after sale support of micromax" & get your facts right.

                                      On 27.06.2014, I purchase their brand's android smart phone model- Canvas Engage A091 (without knowing that they are of cheap quality) with a hope of supporting an Indian brand & with a belive that this company is providing good quality products to their constumers ( I was my biggest mistake to belive & choose this fraud brand).

                                      Within one week of purchase, my newly purchase phone gets an issue o[censored]nresponsive touch & misbehaving of capacitive option buttons (proof of cheap & inferior quality). With off-mood, I decided to show this problem to their official service centre of Allahabad name- Radio Centre (althrough, I was better to simply throw the in dustbin instead of showing or submitting to their service centre) with my bad-luck, I experience a very inferior service from them, all the working staff were seems to be uneducated ( having lack of any technical knowledge) even they don't know that how to talk to the constumers! ( proof of poor after sale support)

                                      At that time, I was no other option left rather than submitting my handset in the hell of Micromax service centre! I submitted my handset on 08.07.2014 .The service person said that it will take about 1month to repair it because their is lack of necessary part to repair my handset (again, poor of inferior service)

                                      At same day, I tried to inform about the same to their constumer care by mailing & calling, but the neither works; they never reply of my sent mails nor pickup my calls (again, proof of poor after sale support) And what to tell about their official service centre! whenever I call them to know the status of phone, they simply disconnect my call! (great fraud activity)

                                      Till date, I have no idea about the status of my phone, which is been kept in their service centre from more than than 2 weeks.

                                      So, its a request to all that never think to purchase any Micromax device, if you wanna save your hard-earned money & don't want to handle the same problem just like me!

                                        MOBILE NOT REPAIRED, ITS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS HAVE'NT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES, WANT THE MOBILE BACK FROM THE SERVICE CENTER AT ANY COST.

                                        I have been facing a lot of issues within 8 months after i have purchased. The issue which was commonly identified was the phone rebooted automatically
                                        after a certain period of time, unable to make calls and also had issues with touch screen lately.

                                        ~ As usual had to go to the service center, the first time they kept me waiting for 2-3 hours and later reported as OS had an issue which they did a factory
                                        reset which i could have done easily without any issues, it worked for a day or two and had the same issue.
                                        ~ Went for the second time, said it seems to be a battery issue, replaced the battery with a new which cost me 700rs, still no go.
                                        ~ Third, kept me waiting for 3 hours ( to be specific ) and finally they analyzed it as hardware issue and said they have to send it to the main headquarters
                                        where it will be fixed within 15 days. As of now, still waiting for an update from the Service Center ( located at Marathalli - Bangalore ) with no valid response.

                                        Well, it's been a very poor and pathetic service by the micromax technicians and hardly got a proper response from them.

                                        Please take my complain to a highest priority basis and would request to resolve this as early as possible or RATHER IT WOULD BE BETTER AND MORE SATISFIED IF I HAVE
                                        THE MOBILE BACK UN-REPAIRED.
