I want to register complaint against micromax service centre m/s S.R communication shop no. 1179, 1ST floor, st.no.-12 main road, near Hanuman mandir Govindpuri Delhi. I beg to say that i had submitted my mobile (micromax canvas A110) on june 19 2014 for repair and my job card no. is N[protected]. my mobile was under warranty. MOBILE NOT REPAIRED, ITS BEEN MORE THAN TWO MONTHS HAVE'NT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES, WANT THE MOBILE BACK FROM THE SERVICE CENTER AT ANY COST.

Complain number - MMX[protected] ( MODEL - A110Q )

I have been facing a lot of issues within 8 months after i have purchased. The issue which was commonly identified was the phone rebooted automatically
after a certain period of time, unable to make calls and also had issues with touch screen lately.

~ As usual had to go to the service center, the first time they kept me waiting for 2-3 hours and later reported as OS had an issue which they did a factory
reset which i could have done easily without any issues, it worked for a day or two and had the same issue.
~ Went for the second time, said it seems to be a battery issue, replaced the battery with a new which cost me 700rs, still no go.
~ Third, kept me waiting for 3 hours ( to be specific ) and finally they analyzed it as hardware issue and said they have to send it to the main headquarters
where it will be fixed within 15 days. As of now, still waiting for an update from the Service Center ( located at Marathalli - Bangalore ) with no valid response.

Well, it's been a very poor and pathetic service by the micromax technicians and hardly got a proper response from them.

Please take my complain to a highest priority basis and would request to resolve this as early as possible or RATHER IT WOULD BE BETTER AND MORE SATISFIED IF I HAVE
THE MOBILE BACK UN-REPAIRED.

    i send my phone to udaipur micromax customer care on 05/06/14 and for last one month i m going to care office for 6 times but still they are not solving my phone problem and just taking me as granted and giving me excuses.       I bought a micromax canvas juice A177 model about a month back, it was working perfectly for 10days after which there was a problem in the display. After taking it to the service centre they told that the LCD display was faulty and would replace it within 15 DAYS AT THE MOST at free of cost since it is within guarantee period. Unfortunately even after 25days it was still not repaired. Customer service of micromax is not only poor and slow, these service centers simply harass people. Now when I am telling them that I need my phone urgently they are planning to give a different handset of some other customer perhaps and probably might have damaged my set to such an extent that it cannot be repaired within 10 more days. Please advice me what to do in this situation.

        I have submitted my mobile on micromax customer care center in Lucknow because their is problem of screen blinking in that phone and they gave me time for repairing that mobile about 10 days and I have not received my mobile my compliant date. 19 April and today date is 9 july I didn't received my mobile

It is still not recieved in the care center. Today is 03/06/2015. Kindly reapair my mobile before i take some action against you.

                I purchased Micromax A092 (Unite) Black colour from a shop "Kore" in vadodara (Gujarat). The new mobile sold to me had couple of hardware faults. 1) It kept on restarting on its own and 2) It got heated like hell while making a call. I visited the shop the very next day and asked to replace the cell. The response I got was that the black mobile we sold you is no longer in the stock even with the stockist and we wont be able to help you on this. We wont refund you the amount as well. Only thing you could do is to pick a different colour mobile or buy some other mobile from us. They were so rude, i felt like filing a consumer complaint against the company as well as the shop. This was my first experience with Micromax and I will never recommend this brand to anyone. The service I got from the Micromax executives out there was pathetic and I regret to have bought this mobile. I am still waiting for any response from the shop. They have taken my cell saying they are looking into it, but not responding to any of my queries.

                  i am using micro max unite A092. this handset is so gud but i have complaint of battery package, i never use data connection but when i sleep my phone battery is full, but in morning the battery level decrease up to 35%.i have already changed the battery of my phone but still am facing this problem, kindly resolve my issue

                  I purchased Micromax A120 phone on September 2014, but now the phone battery gets drain quickly. I charge my phone very well for at least 2-4 hours. I do not use my phone to take regular calls and the applications keep close when I do not use even than the phone shut down within 6-7 hours.

                  My phone is still under the warranty period. Kindly look into this matter and arrange a new battery for my phone.

                    i had submitt order of data cable of my micromax A250 in sagar micromax service center
                    date of 15/05/2014 my order no is N[protected].and service center manager told
                    me you will get recived your data cable after 10 days.when after 10 days i have not recived data
                    cable then i was contect sagar service center managar tell me contect customer care
                    then i was call customer care .customer care told me you will recive after 5 days .since
                    i am regular contect sagar service canter till date .i was goto 10 times within 2 month of order
                    date and manager told me we not recived and i was 10 times contect customer care and customer
                    care excutive rohit tell me u can collect your data cable to service center today date 08/07/2014
                    .today i got it service center manager close my order and i have not recived my data cable till date
                    08/07/2014 from to order date 15/05/2014.i am very dispointed to micromax service very bedcustomer
                    service .how can without give me any information service center manager close my order .managar
                    close my order so that i had not recived data cable till date and i am suffring because of manager.

                      Hi, I purchased one Micromax Turbo A 250 phone via www.Amazon.co.in. within two months the touch screen of the phone stopped working, i went to the service center for repair of that and they said the screen needs to be replaced and will be done within 4 days, now its almost 15 days and still i am waiting my phone, after continuous follow ups I am trying to be convinced by service center to wait for another more days but still not clear for how much days. its really pathetic, if the build quality is so poor why don't you stop cheating people.

                        I purchased a MICROMAX TABLET P-362 in last YEAR. One Month back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So i went to service center name "SIMRAN COMMUNICATION in FARIDABAD, on26 May''14. They received the handset and said you will get your tab p-362 with in a week. It has been one month now they have not yet repaired my mobile. I went there 3 times during this period, every time they say we request you to please wait for a week. I communicate with micromax via email and helpline number, but the same response i am getting from there also. Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax. My contact number is [protected]

                          dear sir i have given my canvas a110 to your service centre in sector 22 chandigarh AKS TELECOM to replace the broken touch screen. he didnot give me the job sheet and told me that as the fone was out of warranty period no jobsheet will be given. he told me that the touch screen will be replaced within 4 working days but my fone was given to me after 14 days. hen i checked up my phone touch screen was ok but the proximity sensor was not working. i went to service centre again he told me that its a matter of half an hour . i sat their for two hours but no joy. he told me to deposit the mobile again and will be give in two working days, when i called him after three days he is saying it will again take 7 days more. what kind of service center you are operating their is nothing for your valued customers and harrassing us mentally. the staff their is not at all cordial in nature my jobsheet number is which he gave me after insisting is N[protected] . pathetic service i must say

                          i give my canvas l today but i had seen at lajpat nager customers not satisfied with service they give me 7 days time you should action on that
                          कृपया अपने मेल दिनांक 02 Dec 2014 का सन्दर्भ लें, आपके मांग पर मैं Receipt, सर्विस Job sheet दिनांक 29/102014 व 28 /11/2014 scan copy attach कर रहा हूँ, यहाँ यह भी अवगत कराना है कि मुझे अभी तक मेरा मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा वापस नहीं किया गया है मेरे मांगने पर वह किसी पार्ट के मंगाने का हवाला देकर समय और देने की बात कहते हैं I सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा मेरे मोबाइल को इस हाल में पहुंचा दिया गया है कि अब Micromax मोबाइल से ही विश्वास डगमगाने लगा है जबकि मैंने अपने घर में तीन ( 3 ) व दोस्त को एक (1 ) Mobile जुलाई से अभी तक दिलाया है और सभी लगभग 6000/- से ऊपर की कीमत के हैं I
                          मैंने आपको पूर्व में आपकी मांग के अनुसार आपको सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा दी गयी जॉब शीट की स्कैन कॉपी भेजी थी जिसमें मोबाइल सेट के सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा जमा होने की बात कही गयी है और मैं बार बार लिख रहा हूँ कि मुझे अभी तक मेरा मोबाइल बदल कर अथवा ठीक कर मुझे न तो वापस किया गया है और न ही सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा कोई संतोषजनक उत्तर ही दिया जा रहा है ऐसी स्थिति में मैं बिना मोबाइल फ़ोन के किस प्रकार अपना कार्य निपटाऊं I जबकि 29 अक्टूबर से मेरा मोबाइल सेट सर्विस सेंटर की लापरवाही और गैर जानकार ( अनाड़ी, अनट्रेंड ) मैकेनिक अथवा इंजीनियर की लापरवाही के कारण मेरा मोबाइल बार बार खराब होता रहा और अब 27 नबम्बर से सर्विस सेंटर के पास पड़ा है जिसे वह Micromax कंपनी की लापरवाही अथवा सर्विस का दोष बताकर मुझे अनावश्यक परेशान कर रहा है जबकि मैंने उक्त set व अपने परिवार के लिए तीन सेट इस जानकारी के आधार पर खरीदा था कि Micromax कंपनी की सर्विसिंग बहुत अच्छी है लेकिन अब निराशा ही हाथ लग रही है I
                          कृप्या मुझे ऐसी स्थिति में नया सेट देने की व्यवस्था करें क्योंकि मेरा सेट मात्र 4 महीने ही पुराना था, और आपके सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा उसके साथ काफी छेड़छाड़ की जा चुकी है I

                          sir, my phone micromax canvas knight cameo is at service centre in indore from last 30 days...i have submitted my phone to them because of charging promblems.They told me to wait for a week and then to call.When i call them first of all the phone is engaged or buisy or not reachable, even i dont understand what kind of phones they are using with such a poor network and secondly when they pick the phonecalls they just make a excuse.I am very disappointed with this kind of behaviour and i didnt expected this from micromax coz i trusted this company.There are 4 micromax phones in my family and we are looking forward to take few more but i cannot tolerate this kind of behaviour for service centre.I requested you to please cheack my complaint

                              my micromax a177 has a broken charging connector. I take it to a micromax service center. They says that the whole motherboard will change as the charging connector is broken and make a charge of rs. 2650. My phone is in warranty but micromax service center charges me rs.2650. So what can I do for it. Please help me.

Add : Rabia Mention Opp Union bank, Aminabad Lucknow. there is no solution for my mobile they have my mobile last 22 two days. plz check my mobile location exactly and bring the status of me. thanks..

                                  I had given a phone (which is in warranty period) for repair at an authorized Micromax Service Center, New Delhi on 30/04/2014 and have not received it back till date. Everytime I call to check about the status of my phone I am told to come next week and collect it for sure. After pursuing for so long I finally wrote to the company. They mailed back informing me that my phone had been submitted at the service center long time back. I again followed up with the service center and was again told to check about the phone after two days. Infuriated by all this I called the company customer care to discuss the matter. To my surprise now the I was told that the phone has gone in for repair and shall be returned to me as soon as possible! It is shocking to see how the company has changed it's status within a day.They are not only misleading their customers but have such a casual in their attitude about repairing their products. Maybe the company lacks the capability of repairing their own product. I hope some serious action is taken in this regard.

                                    I have brought micromax elanza 2 A121. After 15 days its speaker and reciever got damage. I have give it to micromax service center for repair they have repair that problem. But next day same promlem occour and i take that handset to service center. They have send it to service center on 18/11/2014 now when i call them they are not picking up the phone or if by chance they pick up call they are not giving any information about that. Please tell me what to do. Take some action against them.
                                    I would like to inform you that my phone (Micromax A190 model) had touchscreen problem and it was given to the nearest authorized service center at Jorhat, Assam on 4th June 2015 for necessary replacement . I was informed that it will take 5-6 to business days to complete the job. I visited the service center a number of times to know the present status of my cellphone but the service center is not in a position to give postie reply. Moreover the service center does not care to respond to my repeated telephone calls and I do not have any option rather than going to the center personally in-spite of my busy schedule. A month has elapsed and i have not been provided any phone even on temporary basis to deal with my day to day business. It really pains me to inform you that the reception of the service center is not at all encouraging. In the above situation, I request you to look into the matter and enable me to get back my cellphone without further delay .

                                      i hve bought a canvas colour 2 and after some tim there is a problam in m7 phone aFTER THAN I GO TO UR SERVICE CENTRE in serve chowk dehradun nd they gve me 10 days tym by after 15 days no responce so plz look into the meeter seroiusly or not i complaint in police station

                                        i gave my cell phone on 25 june 2014 and they told me that they will repair it i 3-4 days.After every 3 days i called them and they have a same excuse mam in 3 days we will repair it.now its 15 days means poorest service i have ever seen.do something please.
