Hello, this is regarding my micromax a116 which is only 10 months old, IMEI- [protected] & [protected]. In starting i have battery backup problem, so the service center "M/S GARHWAL COMMUNICATION D-2 & D-3/A, MAIN BHAJANPURA RED LIGHT, CHAND BAGH, DELHI-110094" advised me to submit my mobile for replacement of the PCB. JOB SHEET NO.[protected]. Then after 20 days i take my phone back, its physical condition was really bad and it was not working properly they said that this phone could not perform more better then this. I was shocked, but due to lack of knowledge i take my phone back. Then many times i visit in the service center because my phone was creating problems day by day, but they does not made any job sheet they were just passing the time. At last when my phone's mike totally blocked and the touch was not working, then they SUBMIT MY CELL AGAIN BUT FROM DIFFRENT IMEI- [protected] & [protected] FROM MY NAME 'RINKU' AND ADDRESS, JOB SHEET NO. IS  N[protected]. they excused that my old complaint was not closed and the server is not working good. So if, i want to repair my cell i must be agree what they are saying, so that i submit on 21/06/2014 finally. but when i was received back my cell, the physical condition is as bad as nobody can purchase it, and it is still not working properly. I am totally irritated this time because the service center people are saying that you have to take it back in same condition and
They warn me that "you can do anything but this cell will not be replaced".
I purchased my phone for my personal use but it is used by the service center peoples and they are giving back to me in a condition which is not acceptable. There is no customer satisfaction so i just want that you plz take a action against my complaint and do the needfull. I am waiting for your response.

    i m vivek atma from jabalpuri m a micromax user having canvas a110qthere
    wasa a problem in my headphone jack so i get to the service centre
    napier town on date 06/06/2014 & customer name as BHAVANI TREDERS
    firstly they told me that the mobile will be ok in 10 days (that means 16/06/2014)on
    16/06/2014 when i came to the service centre, they provide me the
    mobile in the same condition as it was earlier ( no repairing done) and
    when i told them that the mobile is not repaired, they said that the
    main PCBA board of the mobile has a problem and it has to change, since i
    need my mobile repaired so i gave them the mobile 16/06/2014 and again
    they told me to come after 10 days (means 26/06/2014)
    on 26/06/2014 when i had gone there, they told me that it is not
    repaired and told me to come after 2 3 days and they are repeating this
    thing till todaytoday again when i had gone there, they told me the same that is to come after 3 4 days
    SO CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRESA MONTH IS GOING TO END AND I HAVE NOT GOT MY MOBILE (FROM 06/062014 TILL TODAY)KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST IT AND PROVIDE ME MY MOBILE

      I bought a MicromaxA110Q in Dec 2013, but within 6 months it started giving me issues and service center people told me its sensor not working. They took 15 days to repair it and when it came back, I found that its mic was not working and no one could listen my voice when I spoke. PATHETIC PHONE. i sent it again . Service Center again took 10 days and when my phone came back again.. it was in same condition with no results. PATHETIC service...I am really frustrated now... I would post this on public sites, so that people should know what this company is offering and how is its customer service is.

        I have purchased Micromax Tablet (Model: P362). It have regular complaints from the date of purchase like Battery backup, automatic switch off, charging issue). I had taken into Service Center for more than 9 times in this year. But till date there is no proper remedy. I have requested REPLACEMENT of the material. Till they are not accepting. Tablet till in Service Center only.

          Sir, I have purchased Micromax mobile on 21/08/2013. In Nov. 13 it has started to create problems in its operations. So we have given it to the Micro max service center at Ganga Plaza Meerut (U.P.). After one month it was received back to us from service center. We are sorry to inform you that it was received by us in some more operating problems. So it was once again given to service center for proper operations. After receiving the phone, it works 2 – 3 months properly then once again it start to create problems in its operations then it once again given it to the Micro max service center at Ganga Plaza Meerut (U.P.). and we got the same previous experience. We have received the phone after one month with some more new problems & with broken camera lens, when we complained the same then the answer was that it was already broken. Now we have once again given to service center for proper operations. (Request no. R1406FUPE[protected]. We do not understand that why the set was delivered to us without tested OK. And how much time is further required to get it OK. As we think that about 50% of time till we purchased it, the set is under service center. If this type of service is providing by your service center then we have sorry to say that in future we would rethink about purchasing Micromax mobile next time.             Hello, This is regarding my IMEI no. [protected]. I purchased my phone in Jan and within 2 months I started having problems. It completely stopped working so I gave it for repair in a shop in Indore on 3-4th May. They said they will have to replace the handset as there is some problem. It's been 2 months and I have still not got my replaced phone. The shopkeeper from a month is saying that it's in transit and Micromazx head office has sent the phone a month ago but it is still in transit. I don't understand why the hell is it taking so long. Your phone had a problem so why should I pay the penalty. Now I want my full refund. I am fed up of following up for my phone.               i bought a phne named micromax canvas A111 on 28/8/13 . I had a problem with my micromax mobile phone CANVAS DOODLE (A111) .Its touch screen had deteriorated. And also the lock button and charging connection was not working. hence i searched on google about nearby micromax service centres. so i got information about GRANT RD micromax service centre named JAGGEER COMMUNICATIONS. the service man there updated software for betterment of touch screen. but nthing changed in mobile. so i went to dadar (west) micromax service centre. i told there about my phone problem. they checked something in my mobile. they ensured the defects were there in the mobile.after that they made a bill indicating the defect. and told me too come after some days when they call me after my phone was repaired. but as soon as i submitted my handset in dadar, after 1 hour they called me and said that my phne is opened by some one and damaged. in front of me, they told that my phne will be repaired under warranty and after 1 hour they call me up and say that my mobile wont be repaired under warranty and Rs. 3500 will be charged. now i am in a confusion, am really tensed, please help me. i am not understanding that whom to trust and whom not to trust????. plz help in repairing my phne under warranty as soon as possible because warranty will end on 28/8/14...plzzz help

                Sir, I have submitted my mobile A110Q(BLACK) to micromax service center, ON 15/04/2014 shop no. 1179, 1st floor, st. No.-12, main road, near hanuman mandir, govindpuri, new Delhi – 110019 contact[protected]. MODEL NO- MICRO MAX-110Q(BLACK) IMEI NO IS- [protected], [protected] JOB SHEET NO- NO[protected] But till date they are not returning my mobile back. I have complaint so many times to its customer care center. Every time they assured me that, they will resolve my problem very soon but its around two and a half months, and till date they have not resolved my problem and not giving my phone back.                   I N. Sherpa customer of micromax brought P600 tab few month back and after few days ago there is getting charging problem so i sent my tab to service center on dated[protected] but still m not getting my device back due to your poor service, it is very pathetic. I'll not recommend any one else in future about micromax product. If still not get it done my device kindly refund my money back.

                      I have purchase a Micromax mobile on 15/07/2013 model no-A116 and i am facing lots of problem from the device from date of purchasing i have submit many times in your servicing center for same problem (Screen touch not working properly) but I didn't get any proper solution and my warranty period going expire soon right now my deice is in servicing center from last 7 days and your customer care have to say me it will take more than 25 days for get the solution so i need proper solution as well as you can replace my device because i have already submit my device 2 times in your servicing center in a month. I am sending you Job sheet for query

                      So please do something otherwise i have other option like Consumer court with all relevant document

                        Hi, I am Ashwani kumar, i am using micromax canvas 2 plus phone . i had purchased it in last september . now in june its battery got swell . then i contacted service center - Malviya nagar on 21st of this month and subitted it for exchange the new battery . till yet i have not got my battery . it is totally unacceptable service level from Micormax .                           I have purchased a new micromax A111 doodle phone on 23/02/2014 and it assured me a warranty of 6 months and within the warranty period the battery of the phone the battery got bulged up and it stopped working, when i consulted a near help centre, they refused to offer me a new battery by replacing the old one, I request u to replace my old battery by sending me the new batter

                              Micromax mobile A116 was submitted 4 week ago in Noida Sector 27 to M/S Satguru Communication.
                              Now today according to Micromax customer care, my mobile was repaired & sent back to the center.
                              but when i was there to collect it, they said it was returned to us without any repairing.
                              I was again discussed this with the customer care, but they had not taking action against them & even have not provided complain number for future reference.

                              Please suggest what the action I can take regarding that.

                              Still I am suffering with your bad service.
                              So many compalin was logged, but yet it's yet not resolve.

                              this is my third job sheet no. in same customer service station.

                              Your service station always close the job sheet on time, doesn't matter mobile is repair or not.
                              Even above given job sheet is closed as per their commitment, but mobile is not ready.
                              you can check by calling on below number, but dont call them through your official no.
                              Just call by any other no & use my name. then you surely get the correct status.

                              You can simply ask them, why they closed the job sheet if mobile is not ready...They will confirm you that Micromax had closed the job sheet.

                              Please check & advice..it will be great help if you can arrange the replacement of my mobile or refund..because i reall don wana be the part of micromax customer anymore.

                                i am buy Micromax Canvas Doodle -3 25 May 2014 but some technical problem are issue in my mobile.
                                so i am 3 times submit my phone in service centre at Sigra Milan Micromax Service Centre
                                but service centre staff are does not solve my problem please please please solve my problem.

                                  Every Day i call service center and every person give me the different
                                  different answer, like someone says it will take 5, another person say
                                  it will take 15 days. i got only date from 1st June 2014 to till date no
                                  one can provide me the proper update.Today its completely 1 Month to my phone kept in service center.i
                                  got the very poor service from micromax and we will not purchase any
                                  micromax phone now onwards. because of this service issue.this is the very worst service.

                                    plz serve me, my micromax A65 is showing unusual behaviour..call barring mode has been enabled by itself after being in a hanging state..all incoming and outgoing calls for both the sims r disabled..and asking for password..which i never set..

                                      Sir, Myself Atul anand, I purchase micromax HD 116i.My Mobile's touch had crack.in local market they charge Rs 1000/- for this but i finalized micromax service centre for finishing of work and warranty purpose.I got repaired my handset from delight services, shadi pur, delhi. They take 2700\- Rs for this work.They not properly repair it. It face problem from first day of repairing.I visit many times for same.They make fool to custmer.They paste micromax smart phone touch screen with a adhesive.This touch was vibrate or unfixed from first day of repairing.I call costumer care they say your warrenty is fisished when yoy repair your mobile also from micromax service centre.they not gave warranty also for their newly fitted touch.Sir this time my mobile is not more than a paper weight.Sir please solve my problem, i will be very thankful to u.

                                        i am using micromax canvas magnus A117 from the last 3month and it started hanging. Even after visiting service centre twice same problem occured again... they update software every time but it still hangs and some time when i use any application it automatically close and open...
