      its really embarrassing on your part that a co. of your repute has such bad after sales service. i deposited my phone on 2 nd june 2014 in your laxmi nagar service center and your salesman assured me a return date within 7-10 days. now its been 20 days but still your service center people have no idea of how many more days you people are going to take.They always increase the due date. i just want my phone back because i dont trust u guyz anymore

          I bought a Micromax X279i phone for Rs.1750/- as an emergency replacement with No. IME1:[protected], IME2::[protected], on 11.06.2014. I had used only for a week the phone got switched off and even when I charged it did not get switched on. Today 21.06.2014 I went to an approved service centre M/s.Deprosys Technologies, T.Nagar, Chennai the informed me that the Battery Connector got broken and it will not be covered under Guarantee. I have gave it there and my Job Work card No. NO[protected]. They said the estimate was Rs.400/- to Rs.500/- and will take one week time. Cost of the phone itself is only Rs.1750/- only. when I asked why this problem occured they where not able to explain why. My doubt is the battery connector which is situated inside the case in between the battery and the phone which is well within the case how did it got broke. Once we fix the sim card inside there is no work to open the case or remove the battery. I think this is a poor quality of material used. I have been using a lot of company phones and bought some china sets to staff also but so far this is the worst phone I have ever come through. Luckily it was an emergency back up phone I did not buy a top end model like canvas. Since the quality and your charging pattern is like cheating the customer and day light robbery. I think china phones are far better than your phones.

            I have purchased Canvas 2 plus (A110Q) model from Mobile Store. 7 months before. After 1 month only I came to understand that camera clarity is not good (All photo snap in blue colour), Tower signal is always low, Memory card slot not working. Voice clarity, Touch not working properly. To resolve this problem, I visited 7 times to customer service. Every time I visit they took 7 days to resolve but still problem persist. One time they promised to replace the handset but after 20days they said only mother board changed and issue resolved. Even after these many attempt my issue is not resolved, Again I visited the service centre on 9-6-14 (JC NO. N[protected]). I have a word with the CC manager 4 times on this issue but still he unable to resolve. This time also he committed the handset will be replaced as they are unable to resolve this. IMEI NUMBER :[protected], [protected] Currently I have remember only two Previous JC number N[protected] N[protected] Even after these many attempt they are unable to resolve. Every time they are taking minimum 10 days to return the Handset.Put together approx. 2 month the handset was in service centre. I find very difficult to visit the service centre. Kindly look into this issue and resolve ASAP. I need replacement handset. I am not at all satisfied with the HS and service centre response (They are always rude).               Hi, It’s been a month that I have order for Replacement battery for my Micromax Canvas HD A116. I have visited ‘Micromax Care’ ( RC Service Center, Mysore) for more than 6 times & Every time I visit they take my request as a fresh entry & they were giving assurance of getting my product in 4 days. It’s been six times 4 days and when I called them to ask they asked me to give my details so that they will take another fresh request/Order. Is it the way of serving customers ? or you people just forgetting the request ? If it needs a month to respond just for replacement Parts., Then what time it may take to identify and replace a faulty handset ? I’m very disappointed from the support team.                   i am vinothkumar from kanchipuram.i bought micromax a74 mobile on 16th nov 2013. out of 8 months 4 months the mobile is in service centre regarding various problems like software problem, memory card slot problem, back case problem, now the mobile touch screen not working properly and also sensor not working properly.i hand over to the micromax service centre in kanchipuram dated on 10th may 2014 nearly 40 days over but still the mobile is not hand over to me my job sheet number[protected].if the service centre doing like this who will purchase the micromax mobile so kindly take the action to solve my problem.

                    dear sir here is the new job sheet. on saturday i 've recieved my phone without any result of panel from your side and service center side. and after that i've submit this phone again on monday. phone was not working, volume key not working and touch screen was very bad in use. that;s why i've submit it again. now they telling me for wait again for further process of parts replacements. 1st time i've submit it on 22 may 2014 and recieved on 14 june 2014, on next working day monday 16 june 2014 again submit for repair or service. what is the service to your consumer, like this... very bad response in service, no parts available on service station, your order for replacement takes atleast a month. what is this...?????? we are suffering from so much problems. that is not the similar to your brand image in market. please help...!!! on this job sheet please arrange my side panel or contact consern person for further information. send info to service center and send part soon for replacement. regards Pankaj Yadav [protected]

                        I have purchased P255 Micromax tablet V[protected] from chennai on 1/11/2013. When i was using it just got slipped from my hand (1/3 or1/4 of tab slightly had physical damage). When i approached service centre people at mysore they said warrenty doesnt cover for physical damage, though the tab is under warranty just 6 to 7 months old. I would also like to inform that hardly i used my tab, but now service centre people charging heavily 2000 and above . Since the cost of the new tab is around Rs. 5000. Hence i request you to do free service for the first time. I am expecting positive reply from ur end.

                        status of the tab its recharging 100% and we can the see the time, later it will get switched off.

                          My name is Manoj Kumar Singh and I have bought a Micromax Canvas turbo mobile phone on February 2014. I faced touch screen problem on April 2014. On May 2014 I gave the phone to a recognised Micromax Service Centre located in Bharuch( Gujarat) named M/S VIAA SALES AND SERVICES([protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com). The centre gave me job sheet no. R1405FGUJ9861170. Till today I have not recived the phone from the service centre as they are telling that that the touch screen of the phone is not available in the market. Hence I request you to solve the repairing problem of the handset or replace the handset as it is the warranty period. My belief in the Micromax is very much as i m old customer of Micromax and I want to keep my belief intact with micromax now it is upto you how you can maintain. please solve my problem as soon as possible.                           Above mentioned handset is given to service center vide Job Sheet No. R1408FMP11539239.
                          My above mentioned handset is under Warranty but service center person is asking the cost for replacement of some components, without giving any bill for the same. This is simply a loot by the franchise service center from Micromax customers.

                          I have Micromax Bolt 27 in warranty period. I wont to sumbit phone at service center for repair. But it's not taken by service center & answered that it's taken only during 10AM to 5 PM due to online system.

                          Regarding performance of mobile battery

                          Sir, I am using Micromax canvas A 311.
                          It gets heated very oftenly within 5 minutes using
                          Its battery backup is not so good.
                          Battery decreases rapidly about 30% within 60 minutes.

                            micromax A116 mobile problem Sir, i have purchased MICROMAX CANVAS A116 mobile on[protected], I have faced some display and touch problem and gave it to MICROMAX authorized service center (CHANDRIKA ELECTRONICS, BELLARY, KARNATAKA TEL:"[protected] on[protected], After one week i received my handset with the same problem. And service center people told that, it has a problem with BOARD and it has to be sent to Bangalore. After one month i received my handset with the same problem in front of service center people only, and the service center people told that, handset will be sent to DELHI. Sir again after one month i received the handset with same problem .Again service center people hand over the handset to me after replacing someone mobile PCB. Next day again i faced the problem, screen was not unlocking . Again i informed the same problem to service center people and customer care also . Both peoples are telling me to wait for again 20 more days. Sir almost from two months i am not using mobile. sir, please tell me what i have to do? . I really fed with this MICROMAX and its service.                                 I have purchase the above set on 18/3/14, imei no [protected],

                                The set camera quality is very poor and the display touch screen not worked within 3 months.
                                The same set is given to service centre, bolangir-odisha for ractification on 29/5/14, but till today19/06/2014) the set is not repaired. The service centre reply is that spare not available.

                                I am very sorry with poor quality and service provided.

                                  I submitted my Micromax funbook pro P500 for battery change at the micromax service center Sai Mobiles in Secunderabad, A.P. They did change the battery but on receiving the tablet back I found that the wifi was not working, so I took the tablet back to the service center and they informed me that the mother board needs to be changed and so to buy a new tablet, when I informed them that the wifi was working before I submitted it in they said that they did not do anything. On opening the tablet cover to check what had been done I found that the who opened the tablet did not know his job and ripped the wify antenna. Also notice the soldering work done by then on the antenna to cover up there mistake in pic attach. I think micromax needs to train there service staff better or close down.

                                    i bought a new micromax canvas night a350 phone within two daya i came to know that bluetooth is not working with the phone. i approached three service centers to get the issue resolved but poor servives first two centers were not capable of doin it . third centre in dwarka sec 5, helped a bit, but they where also not able to fix it. rather made an DOA and asked me to go the dealer i went dealer after all the hastle . he was laughing at me and said i told u not to waste your money on micromax they have poorest service and asked me to wait for another 10 days for the replacement .. iam highly dissatisfied with ur customer service and iam goin to update the same on every social medi how poor ia servicea.

                                      i have a problem with my canvas hd a116 model . i had went to micromax service centre at sector-24, gandhinagar and req. to check the phone. people are working their are took so long time to checking problem thereafter they answering that we may go through company i had put my phone on 10/5/2014 which cam on 12/5/2014 in company now company executive said that another 15 to 20 days to take resolve my phone. sir if company takes so much time in this regards why we can buy such types of smartphone. coz that is not our problem. we are suffering from our daily routine so pls pls as soon as possible repair my phone and send it to me .
