BILL NO.-1234 COMPLAINT NO.-MMX[protected] I had bought a Micromax Mad A94 .This phone has a signal catching problem.The signal of phone never comes it only comes for 2 to 3 hours then goes.It is a very big problem I even don't talk to anybody. So, after 2 days of purchase I take this mobile to sevice center of micromax which is in Laxmi nagar, Delhi.The name of service center is M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI).The response of service center is very bad .They don't even look to phone and said that this problem will solve in 2-3 days but I said please check the phone.And they do not even listen to my complaint.This is very rude.So, I decided to take this phone to another sevice center of micromax which is in Shop No.-24, First Floor, Kunark Building, Rdc Raj Nagar., Ghaziabad.They said that the phone has a very big problem the motherboard of phone has a problem.So, we have to replace it but they said that if you give this phone in seven days of purchase we would replace it.But now we would repair it. It take 2 months.It is a very long time.But what is my problem I had taken this phone to sevice center in two days of purchase.They do not check this phone properly.So it means that I had taken this phone to service center before seven days.So, please take look on my complaint and replace the phone as fast as possible. I am very thankful to you if you would replace my phone in 2 weeks. Please replace my phone or give me cashback of my phone.     I have given my micromax a65 for service on 16th march 2014, its been 3 months still I am getting lame excuses for the delay, and now i am not at all getting any response from them even if I call 100 times, so i am going to file an affidavit and sent a court notice for that service center and micromax, if i am not getting a proper response within today .     I had purchased a neq mocromax Mobile model A300 in December 2014. After 5 months suddenly i could not switch it on. I took it to the service centre in malleshwaram. they asked me to take it to the main service centre in vijaynagar. They took two days time and told me that the phone is dead and has to be completely replaced.they said it would not be covered under warranty as well. They had asked for ten days time and its almost three weeks now and nothimg has been done. They are still asking for ten days more. Very slow service. My Friend experienced the similar situation with this company. How can the service centre delay the proceas so mmuch ??

    It was some sort of manufacturing defect.which i recognised after one week from the purchase...how can a customer put his trust on such a deal.
    22nd april 2015 - I surrendered my Micromax Canvas Knight Cameo A290 at the service center at Trivandrum, Kerala, India.(that too to correct a mistake which occurred due to the previous service).
    16th may 2015 - I was informed that the product cannot be repaired and needs a replacement.
    till now i havent received my phone.and the service center and company does not give any quick convincing responses to any of my phone calls or mails.
    PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK EITHER MY PHONE OR MY MONEY.!!!
    yes, i am also facing this problem.i have no clue about my phone now except their lame apologies.i wont suggest micromax to anyone from now.very much disappointed.

          My self, DILIP THAKER purchased Micromax-A89 on 5th June 2013. Since then so far no complain. But due to charging slot/pin damaged, i had visited micromax authorized service unit at Jodhpur.on 30 th may 2014 viz LOGIX ELECTRONICS & AUTOMATION(209, AMAR CHAMBER OLYAMPIC ROAD, JALORI GATE, JODHPUR. PH[protected], 5134061) They told me my garranty period is over on 25th may 2014.but i purchased the handset on 5th june (scanned copy of bill attached) I am surprised to know this, I paid charges for rectification of charging pin. Meanwhile, I was harassed for not getting the network, frequently on 31st may, 1st june and 2nd june. I once again visited sevice center at Jodhpur on 2nd June.They told me that IMEI nos are iinvalid.and they told me that my product is out of warranty as shown in the scanned copy of service center dated 2nd june 2014. AS this mobile is only mean for getting mails for buisness, nothing else. I am stuck up with the work. 2nd, I am being deprived of my consumer rights and unnecessary being harrased before warranty is expired.             Sir I have Purchased micromax Canvas HD From Flipkart and after few months my cell stop working and it not get power on so I go to service center at The mobile Care Nirman vihar dlhi, and submited it, they said me for 30-40 working days but still I haven’t received my cellphone i visited two times after submission and they tell for 7-10 days more every time.please resolve my problem.Thanks..

                I have purchased Canvas 2.2 in the month of Jan, but it start misbehaving while
                charging ( not charging while handset is on).The set has submitted at
                Micromax care centre on 1st May by hand. it was informed to me that
                it is due some technical problem with Mobile phone & need to sent to
                Gurgaon for repairing (Job sheet no. is W[protected].The time given to
                me was 15 working Days ( 18-20 days) but till today I am getting proper
                response from micromax team &when start following with them .they have closed their internal jobsheet & open a new jobsheet without informing & now they are are saying it will take another 20-25 days to repair the mobile.
                One of the managers of your servicecentre Mr. Mohsin Khan ([protected]) doesn’t want to speak to customer
                .As per him” he is not responsible for the same” & normally company doesnt repair phone free of cost whether it is manufacturing defect or not .I don’t know how a managerial
                level person doesn’t want to respond to customer queries.When I complained the
                same on your toll free no. [protected] nobody is
                ready to register my complaint & give a satisfactory answer

                  I have purchased Micromax Canvas ego(A113) model in the month of september 2013. I got some problem regarding speaker. Since the phone was in warranty, I submitted at Micromax Service center, M/S B.r. Services Address: E-84 (GF), Krishna Market, Near Kangra Sweets, Lajpat Nagar-i, New Delhi. on 10th May, 2014. They told they are sending the phone to the company and they handed me the phone back on 30th may, 2014. Still the problem has not been resolved. They handed me the phone back after one month without resolving the problem and inspecting. I am feeling cheated by Micromax. I have invested 12000 INR and the phone didn't worked even for... cont. no... [protected]

                    I have purchased Micromax Canvas HD (A116) model in the month of September, 2013. I got some problem regarding charging. The phone was not getting charged. Since the phone was in warranty, I submitted at Micromax Service Centre, Exhibition Road, Patna on 1st May, 2014. They told they are sending the phone to the company and they handed me the phone back on 30th may, 2014. Still the proble has not been resolved. They handed me the phone back after one month without resolving the problem and inspecting. I am feeling cheated by Micromax. I have invested 13250 INR and the phone didn't worked even for a year. Moreover the after sales service is pathetic. Please help me in resolving the issue.

                      Respected Sir, That above mentioned product purchased on 11/6/2013.Had got some problem which was given to your authorised service station M/S Tech Solution Kartik Chember, , Shivajinagar, Pune 411005 for curing it. They assured me to return my handset within 8 to 10 days.Meanwhile they called me and told about that problem wasn't cure by them so they handed it to factory in Delhi and assured me to return it within 45 days. On 25th may they called me and asked me to check it, that weather problem was solved or not. But it wasn't solved. They took it back for rechecking and till today they didn't returned me my handset.Sir I purchased this product for my personal use but last one and half month I didn't got my handset. So I disclosed you that you and your authorised service center took your time and failed in curing it. Hence I request you to direct your authorised service center to replace my handset as early as possible.becauSe I am already frustrated to purchased your products.

                        Dear sir I purchase micromax handset canvas 2 hd in last september 2013. i already spend almost 3 months in service centre during its warrenty period.( Under complain like touch screen not working, phone hanging, mother board not working etc) Now it suffer from problem of liquid display. Service centre representative say it will cost me RS 3, 300 FOR REPAIR, THOUGH IT IS STILL IN WARRENTY PERIOD. Kindly take some necessary steps so that we all customer does not loose faith in Micro max brand.

                            I have recently purchased Micromax A067 Bolt. After 3 days o[censored]se a notification came that SIM card is not detected. I have tried to reboot several times and even tried to reset but instead of resetting the phone would normally boot up without resetting anything, i have done nothing extraordinary to the phone, just making calls, browsing web and playing games.The SIM card gets detected on all other mobiles that i have. I want this issue to be solved as soon as possible.

                            When I press the unlock button to get the phone to the unlock screen, it
                            reads "Extended Network|No SIM Card." at the top of the screen. Also,
                            when I go into location and security and press "set up SIM card lock" a
                            message pops up that says "No SIM card found. Please insert a SIM card
                            into the phone".
                            I gave it to your authorized service center (DR Telecom, Radhyeshyam Complex Dattapada Borivali West Mumbai). After
                            some days they told me that now it is Ok and gave it back to me, yet
                            still the problem was persisting. Again I gave it back to the service
                            center on 05/05/2015, Complaint No.W[protected]. They
                            committed me that they will return my set after 8 days, but till today
                            they have not solved my problem. I am highly annoyed by such type of
                            carelessness and poor customer service and have caused me immense
                            trouble.
                            I would appreciate it if you kindly look into the matter and give
                            appropriate directions, so the my mobile phone is repaired.

                              Hi I have bought a Micromax Canvas Doodle A111 (White)thru flipcart paying 8000 rupees serial no [protected] Order ID: OD[protected] Tax Invoice # BIL[protected] 1.The dual sim option is not working either it shows only one sim as active. i have changed to a new sim but not working throught when am in full coverage area 2.The data is not working as and when i checked with both the operators they have told that it is the problem with the handset getting an error 543219 every time on airtel and BSNL 3.The sound is pathetic. when a person calls me i dont hear any sound . i have to call min 3 times or the other person has to call 3 times to get me on line. when i found this i hav e replaced my sim witha samsung handset and it was working fine. i have complained to airetl they told it is a probme with the handset.the sound volume is very low being made the level high even. 4.The phone gets cut while on call and it just restarts automatically every time. i may please request either to give a replacement handset or getting this issue fixed as am on the verge of changing this handset due to these issues.                                     My Job card No. N[protected] (Rqs.No.R1405FDLI9467926) Dated 01.05.2014 still pendingtill date my Tab. problems is not resolve.As also check with customer care asper them the Job is closed on same date(01.05.2014)but as per Micromax serviceCentre at B-36 guruna nanak pura, Opp.V3S Mall, Near Maharaja benquette HallLaxminagar Delhi-110092.The problems in Charging Connector only.As set UnderWarranty but they have Charged Rs.1260/- for the same, even though my Tab stillpending till date as per service centre. So pl. look into the matter as thistypes of problems not good for Micromax co. Req. for your immediate action & confirm Now Tab received from the serviceCentre with making payment of Rs.1260/ while the set is under warranty. Eventhough I make the payment<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Now the problems remain the same as it is, but teach &amp; Camera also badly damaged by service centre So pl. advice so Ican take further action i.e go to consumer-forum or destroy the set.                                       sir i have go to the service center of the micromax they didn't take my phone as in repairing instead it was in warranty.when i object on that the persons in the service center start talking rudely and not take my mobile as in service...so please sir do something for it...

                                        I have given my c-260 mobile for of mother board on 14feb14 and received it back on 18may14.The repaired was done under job sheet no 8234934. On same day mobile was checked for serviceability and found that its mother board was shorting and again given for replacement of mother board.Kindly get it repaired fast or replace my hand set with another. Or guide me for further action. Thanking you sir.
