Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a Micromax Canvas A77 from Homeshop18 worth Rs.8000 on 27th December 2013 (order no.[protected] which has a gurantee period of 1 year. While charging my phone on 9th june 2014 the phone's charging slot got burnet while it was 40% charged. I took it to the service centre provided by homeshop18 but after checking they said that the chaging slot is burnet for which the whole kit has to be changed which cost almost 5000. Even though it is in gurantee period they are charging me all the money. They say that the gurantee is not valid for burns. But I know there was some manufacturing fault in the device as there is no voltage or wiring problem in my house and even it was not over charged as this happened while it was just 40% charged.     sir i have submitted my micromax 350 on 3-5-2014 at jaunpur UP service center . after 38 days i didnt get my mobile or any satisfactory response from micromax.i have mailed 11 times to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com and called micromax customor care. but ther are no any response.according to customor care mr kshitij pal area manager micromax varanasi has generated my new jobsheed number.with disposing my complain how can he generated my new jobsheet number this is cheatin with me please help me and tell me by what date i will get my mobile thanks zeeshan ali [protected] [protected]

      I bought micromex A068 bolt mobile from mobile house pvt. ltd Jalandhar(India) against cash memo no 12643 dated 16/03/2014 . About two month it was working Okay . But now giving some problem like when i received or dialed phone call then no network on the mobile. I am using this mobile in UAE (Sharjah), Pl suggest me whom i contact in UAE for this problem.

        I recently bought a Micromax A58. I wanted to connect to my WiFi router and though I typed correct password, the phone doesn't let me connect. The connect button doesn't activate at all. What is a smartphone without WiFi connection ? I tried to contact the customer care many times. Sometimes it says, the user is busy and the rest of the times it just doesn't connect and the call ends automatically.

          My p650 Tab was working absolutely well. until one day it all of a sudden just refused to start up. I took it to service center where they said probably the motherboard is fried and they will need 7- 10 days to repair it. I submitted my tab at Lajpat Nagar Micromax service center on 13th March. However today is 11th of June now. and I stil havent got it back. Hope you people do understand how frustating it is for a customer. Numerous times I was given a date by the service center guys .. as to you can come on this particular day and receive your tab, only for the date to be pushed back further. More than a month ago I was told that my tab was supposed to be replaced by a new one, but what beats me is even after 3 long months I still havent got my replacement !! It's really really very dissapointing experience that I have had with what is supposed to be one of India's leading brands. Just for information I am a radio jockey and I work with 94.3 radio One Delhi and I have refrained from making this matter public on my facebook page. But i must say that my patience has almost run out !! Please look into the matter before I am forced to take this up with higher authorities.

            Sir, I was having a problem with my Micromax device and thus as a result I deposited my Handset at an authorized Micromax service center, M/S ANANNAYA INFOTEL. My Job Sheet Number:E[protected]. The people in the Service Center said that I would get it within 7-10 days but its 11 days already and I haven't received my handset yet. Lodged a complain and received an email from them on 6th June, 2014 saying that my phone is under servicing and I will get it within the next 10 working days. But when I called up the Customer care of Micromax, they said that it would be serviced within next 20 days. How long am I supposed to wait, in order to get my phone well serviced, for a microphone problem? I received that email saying I will get it within 10 working days from micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com.

              I have submitted my micromax-560 tab at your jmv enterprises jamshedpur for replacements on 20/05/2014 the service centre asked us to contact after on week . But i am sorry to state that repoeeated requests were not pais any attention by the service centre . Whenever inquired about the same they say that it will take one more wee. This lenient approch by the service centre not only create the doubt in the mind of customer moreover may eclipse the name of company.                 i had brought a micromax phone ninja A-89, but after 6 months it is not working properly .ie phone will automatically changes its modes etc .some times when i de-activate the Sim it will automatically connect it and switch on my data connect. so help me please i had try to contact the customer care but no one is taking the phone.

                  i have bought my micromax bolt a075 on 11 march and it started giving problems after 15-20 days than i reported to the service center for audio and they said it will be done in 2-3 days than when i reported there they said that they have repaired its audio speaker but now its display is not working, then i returned the phone and then they said that it will be done in another 2 days. but till date they are not giving my phone and i have visited there 8-10 times and the condition of my phone is like garbage its IMEI sticker has been lost, its screen has been broken, battery backup has become worst. i have reported all my problems to customer care even and they are not giving any satisfying answer.so please help me out in getting my phone back in good condition. job sheet no.-N[protected]

That I purchase a New Micromax phone Model No. A-117 from Flipkat.com wide Invoice No.BIL[protected] on Dt.16/03/2014 for Rs.12095/-. But just after purchasing, I come to Know, that is was faulty & start create problem, than I went to "The Mobile Care service Center" situated at B-36, Gurunanak Pura apposite V3S Mall Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092. & submit my mobile for repair wide Service Ticket No. N[protected] on Dt.28/04/2014 but till the yet, they are unable to provide my cell phone, when I went to Service Center to Collect my phone, they said that, your Cell phone is still at factory at same situation, if you want that we can give you as it was. Is't the Harassment of Consumer, is this the marketing & Consumer service policy of Micromax. If You think that it is the way to capture the market. The behaviour of the service canter staff is not well. My job sheet code is N[protected]. Please help me to get back my cell phone.

                        I have purchased Micromax A110Q in Aug, 2013. Phone was working properly until one day when phone stopped detecting charger. I went to Service Centre in Noida(back of Vinayak Hospital). After visiting for 3 days in a single week, they finally returned me the set. BUT THE RETURNED SET HAD BELOW ISSUES NOW: 1. Reverse charging - Battery discharging automatically. 2. One of the two sims could not be detected. I had to return the set back to the service centre. They said they would return me the repaired set within one day. But, enquiring the set again and again for consecutive 4 days, i am still getting a reply that I need to wait for 2 more days.                           Dear Sir, I have purchased Micromax Smart Phone A34 on 20/10/2013 ( IMEI: [protected], [protected]) I have used this phone only 3 Months after that phone was giving some issues in screen and phone was not working properly. I approached to local micro-max service center on[protected], They admit that there is some typical issue and they have to send handset to Micromax Noida center, and they have taken phone from me (Attached Jobsheet). I have given 30 -45 days time to get that handset repaired. But when I called them after 2 months, they replied Set is still in head office and we mostprobably it will take 1 more week. I called them again after ten days and still same answer. I am calling them each week but.Now i have visited more than 5 times but not getting satisfactory answers, They always told that they call when it will rectified but i haven't received any single call from them, more than 4 months over. Now I got frustrated with this product company and their services, The service is pathetic. You are requested to please refund my complete money or provide me new phone on urgent basis without further delay. I am suffering due to micromax poor product and services.                               Hello, My Micromax A94 has a problem...Last time I touched when battery was 2% and then phone shutted down properly...Then I plug in for charging and start after 1 minute phone started and big battery is showing that was charging...after 2 or 3 hours I remove the charger and started the phone but Phone didn't start...                                 Dear Sir/Madam, "I have purchased one Micromax X098 mobile from Mobile Guru, Badarpur vide bill no. 066 dated 29.03.2014 for Rs. 1100/-. but the problem with phone is that batter is not charging. Shopkeeper denied to replace the phone and asked us to go to Micromax service centre. We have given our phone on 06.04.2014 to the service centre and he returned us phone on 12 May 2014 but the problem was not resolved and we again approached the centre again on 13.05.2914 and service centre representative told us that pl. come next week, your phone will be alright in a week, but till date i have received my phone and nobody is picking the phone and when reaching there in centre and they are just avoiding and asking us to come next week and not giving the exact date. You are requested to please look in to this matter at the earliest as i am very much harassing. I again request you to please repair my phone at the earliest otherwise give me new mobile phone. If this not happens i shall be force to take a legal action against the company." I have requested the above through mail also but they have not replied me. They are now not returning the phone, not picking my call and not responding anything. Where i will go i have been very frustrated now. I have also waisting my money in conveyance to go their centres. Pl. do legal action against them who are waisting the time of others, harassing others. Pl. look in to it. I shall be very grateful. But after few hours i switched on the phone again same problem was found And i again visit to micromax office at[protected], and they have taken phone from me for repair (Attached Jobsheet). Now i have visited more than 5 times but not getting satisfactory answers, They always told that they call when it will rectified but i haven't received any single call from them after expiry of 20 days. Now i got frustrated with this product company and their services, The service pathetic.                                     On April 13, 2014. I bought the Micromax Canvas Magnus Mobile whose IMEI No. [protected]. The Display of the mobile is defected and horizontal line appears on the right side of the screen. Your Delight Service at Patal Nagar is deny to repair it and the customer care executive said it is physical damage but it is technical fault.
                                    My Mobile is under warranty period. So kindly repair my mobile without any charge

                                      My sister had ordered Micromax CANVAS 4-A210 with order # 3966 in pre-booking session and have paid the full amount of Rs. 17999 on 28th June, 2013 with a promise of getting the phone within 8 days, on 22nd July, 2013 I got a mail saying 'Your Product has been shipped to you. The dispatch details are as followed: Carrier Name- Bluedart, AWB No.[protected], but the AWB no. is not present on BLUEDART website & despite of regular follow ups I still haven't received the phone.
