Dear Sir/Mam,
I would like to bring a Complaint in your notice.
That I purchase a New Micromax phone Model No. A-117 from Flipkat.com wide Invoice No.BIL[protected] on Dt.16/03/2014 for Rs.12095/-.
But just after purchasing, I come to Know, that is was faulty & start create problem, than I went to "The Mobile Care service Center" situated at B-36, Gurunanak Pura apposite V3S Mall Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092. & submit my mobile for repair wide Service Ticket No. N[protected] on Dt.28/04/2014 but till the yet, they are unable to provide my cell phone, when I went to Service Center to Collect my phone, they said that, your Cell phone is still at factory at same situation, if you want that we can give you as it was.
Is't the Harassment of Consumer, is this the marketing & Consumer service policy of Micromax. If You think that it is the way to capture the market.
Than I am sorry to say, You are wrong,
The only key to hold the market is Consumer & Consumer Satisfaction.
Please do the needful on urgent basis
