I bought micromax a114 on october 20, 2014. its headphone not working from november . i had complained many times but no response .

    I purchased a new Micromax cell phone A96 a month back.It has lot of problems, I logged a complain with Micromax but no answer. 1) The date time settings stopped working within 7 to 8 days, I had to take it to service center they had to make some changes in software. 2.) Within 15 days of purchase of the product the SIM slot failed to work, I had to replace it, worst I had to pay for it. 3.) Currently I see the battery draining out very fast, even if we don't use it.

      A micromax mobile Model no. A 26 had been purchased for Rs 3650 from motera electronics, motera ahmedabad vide bill no. 1094 dated 8/8/13. shop dealer mobile no. [protected].
      It is repetted and with very upset to say that inspite 5 to 6 approaches to shop and service even to service center mobile is still out of order since last nine months nothing is being presented on mobile screen it is unable to show even welcome page, it proved a great cause of embarrassment and I am disgusted very badly as a call to last resource and final authority you are being invited and urged to save me from this mental agony.         Display of my cell phone ( MicromaxA068) was not working also getting hanged in 3 months o[censored]se. i went to customer care center at Swargate, Patil plaza the peson there helped me and got my cell started temporarily. And he said now its ok. But after 3 days again same problem was there so i went to them again on 18/06/2014 then the the person there asked me to keep my cell phone there for repairing it, And it will take 7-8 days so i said i want it bit urgent isn't it possible plzzzz. So he said sorry mam within 7-8 days v will give u d call one it is reparaid. After 10 days i called them back so they said that no mam today v will get the Mobil v will call u back and u can collect it tomorrow . Then also no response next day then i called them up. So they said " Acutely we got one display from Delhi but it was having some defect in it so we returned it. Mam we will make it doen by next week " I mean wats this . I asked them to do it urgent n they are not doing d work on time also If not before ?????????????????

            On16th May I have given a mircromax mobile for repairing at Micromax service centre. M/s Unique info services, Shah Market Agra- Job sheet No [protected]. whenever I telephoned no one picked up it. after 13 days when reached the place to get my handset found the shop closed. I found the security officer there and asked when the said service centre He dd not even give me a proper reply. my phone is with you will I loose it or will you return it. Again after a couple of days I visited the centre and they gave me my mobiile handset, telling its faults are corrected when I checked it was in the original fault that I submitted. then I have to resubmit it there.now more than 45 days are the handset is with the micromax service cnetre. the most painful thing is that no one pick up the phone in the said service cemtre. the phone is quite new and the fault is form its very beginning . what quality check is done at the factory the micromax.. I MEI No [protected] [protected], two hansets I got from the vendor first one was not working same with the second.

            After keeping my mobile handset for 50 days at last micromax handed me the set yesterday but the compliant and trouble still remain it is still faulty and not operational. the service centre asked me to go to another service centre if I want a quick remedy. micromax is true to its caption, nothing like anything.

            Finally I received the handset after a gap of two months. the problem that existed were solved by the micromax service personnels but now it came back wiht more problems and malfunctions. what accountablility consumer redressal system are micromax is having. this is truly disguisting and painful. from micromax not even a single executive contacted me after causing all this pain.

MSIDG/16152 from m/s MEMO GLOBAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS PVT. LTD.(D.no.[protected], Dabagarden, Visakhapatnam). As there was complaint in the touch-screen of the mobile, the phone was hanging since long and there was no battery back-up, I gave the phone for servicing at your authorized service centre M/S LK MAX MOBILES (D.no. 46-15-3/4 Dondaparti, Visakhapatnam. Tel:[protected] dated 05/06/2014. Without rectifying the errors they have returned the phone after 10 days. Again I was forced to give the phone back to the same service center on 18/06/2014.                 I purchased a Micromax Mobile A116 (Canvas HD) in last Year. One Month back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So today i went to service centre name "The Mobile Care" in Laxmi Nagar, East Delhi on 31 May''14. They received the handset and said you will get your mobile with in a week. It has been one month now they have not yet repaired my mobile. I went there 3 times during this period, every time they say we request you to please wait for a week. I communicate with micromax via email and helpline number, but the same response i am getting from there also. Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax. My contact number is[protected]

                1 month is a huge period for repairing any mobile.

                You have to repair a mobile which hardly take 1 hour not to make the building which is taking months.

                I am already communicating with Micromax via email to service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com but they are not replying in the proper way, Every time they copy & paste the same template as "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you faced because of delay in repair. We assure you that we will resolve this issue on priority ".

                I have 14 mails of the conversation with the same response in each mail.

                I am asking about number of days but they are replying in the other sense.
                Please provide me the contact details of the higher escalation authorities as i am not getting an response neither from the service centre nor via the email.

                My handset is in service center from the last 46 days. I don't know why you people are taking so much time.

                This shows how dedicated you are with your after sales services and customer satisfaction.

                  hello sir my self saurav batra i am using micromax canvas 4 with imei number [protected] and [protected] (purchased from flipcart in march 2014) in june 2014 the touch of my cell phone was not working properly i submitted in your service center in chandigarh (abacus system) but the touch was not fitted properly then after some time i submitted it at (AKS Telecom Chandigarh) i got my set back after more than a week with new touch after i got it back from service center now there i am facing a new problem in my cell phone that is low volume of speakers while incoming calls/messages or game tune ringing and dim light of menu/home and back button so i request you to please solve this problem as soon as possible with regards saurav batra [protected]

                    Its been 9 months now, micromax has not repaired and returned my handset. I am having worst experience of my life with this made in india brand. my job sheet no. is N[protected]. Last saturday I went to collect my phone. They kept me waiting for 5 long hrs till 9 pm and I returned empty handed. This is their attitude. They damn care about their customers, their time and money.

                      Hi, I'm Kamal, from chennai.. I have buyed micromax canvas 2 a120 on 17/5/2014 through flipkart... suddenly on 22nd june its getting automatic switch off, even though i switch on several times.. On 23rd june i have visited nearest micromax care which in velachey (ocean mobile care - micromax care) they seen the mobile and said problem on board... and required two weeks to rectify the problem they have to order the product it scan reach them after 2 weeks like that.. and there is no proper respect also shouting like some thing to the customer.. I really worried that its a new phone one month phone its getting the board problem with in a month and customer care persons they are nuterly saying it take 2 weeks to solve the problem, , , , I have spend for the mobile around 10000/-[ Please help me to solve the problems

                        Dear Sir, I have purchased a A116 phone in Pune in Sep 2013. In june 2014 it developed a problem of "charge not holding" and "not charging". Since it was in gurantee i went to your authorised service center in Pune on 02 Jun 2014. I should bring it to you kind attention the professionalism of your agents and also their approach towards their your customers. The follwing are the sequence of events (a) the moment i had shown my phone the service desk gentleman immediately told that the battery needs to be changed. When I asked how if i have to pay for it he said Yes. (b) Then I told him there is some other problem as the phone is not charging at all and also it is very irregular, can you please check the charging circuit. He said OK reluctantly and then got it checked. (c) After waitng for an hour he said there is actually a problem in the charging circuit. It needs to come from gurgaon and it will take 3 weeks. I got a shock of my life, in this era of super fast communication micromax takes 3 weeks for rectification. I sadi OK and gave the phone. (d) On 24 Jun when i enquired initially he said it has not come and it may take some time. In the evening again i get a call saying that your phone is ready. I go collect the phone. I checked the phone, the on off switch was working but it was slight sluggish, the battery portion i could not check as it was charged fully. i was of the opinion that QA checks must have been done by the service center before handing over the phone, When i go home and check, the charging problem still exists and also the switch stopped working. (e) Again I go them on 26 Jun and ask them aabout their senior so that I can make them aware of the approach and my problem but I was denied and was told that I will get my phone immediately. I waited there for 2 hrs and finally got the phone. He said that it was perfectly ok now, we have changed the switch, and rectified the charging circuit. (f) This time when I come back home and check, to my utter surprise the phone is not recognising any SIM. I am actually fed up, I am taking it again to your great profesional service center. I would like to bring out few points (a) This is not the way a upcoming company works. There is a great lack of attitutde and professionalism with your staff. (b) They need to be trained, they don't have etiquette's at all. (c) They don't have value for time. I have spent more than 7 hrs till now for a phone which is in warranty. It is still not repaired. Kindly value for customers time. (d) In your process there is a so much of time wasted by your engineer for reworking on the same just because of poor workmanship. (e) I think your whole process needs rework and six sigma implementation, kindly get it done. A sincere advice, if you want to survive in this competitive world of smartphone, only advertisements wont work, after sales service matter more that. Also customers are not fools, they understand the company well. Do you think I will recommend Micromax to anybody after this experience Please

                        I have purchased Micromax Canvas Knight A350 phone in the month of Nov 14 vide Invoice No-KA-BLR[protected], but without any reason suddenly my charger adapter i registered my complaint with customer care at dehradun at survey chowk but they denied to give me the same adapter and told me i[censored] want to take the available normal adapter available with them or take back ur u/s one and we can not provide u the same original model means the were providing me the normal adepter not compatible with my phone having different specification. so i denied to accept that then told me to go to another service centre at cannaught place so then visited there and registered my order 4 new adapter for the said phone under warranty clause vide G[protected] on 05 Jan 15, they asked me to get in touch via phone no after 10 days, so i did the same the told it has not come to me again i confirmed after 15 days then they told u can get it now so i visited there but after my visit to service centre they denied that the phone receiver from the centre told wrong information its still has not come they tried to give me the same means another general model's adapter. which i declined then i came back and i again asked them after 22 days but they told me that we have not received now they are forcing me to to take another general adepter. till now i didn't get any call and information regarding adapter 's receipt while last call i told them to show the serial no which was received against my order then i'll accept. so pls tell me in how many days i'll get the adapter as i am facing problem in charging and i am borrowing the same adapter from some body. it looks awkward u r requested to tell me and forward my status of order and the serial no of adapter which is original to earlier one original set recd with the phone. Pls clear my points which r following-
                        1.Does company provides the original adapter of the same phone model mentioned in the adapter.
                        2.i confirmed from toll free customer care that company provides the original adapter charger pls tell me how much times it takes to deliver the order at dehradun.
                        3.Pls tel me weather service centre is to provide the order copy to the customer?
                        4.Pls provide me the customer grievance cells contact no and mail id to.
                        5. Pls tell me that i have registered my order for new charger weather company provides original adapter or substitute with reason.
                        6.Pls provide me the rates of the touch screen as my friend who is IN remote areas gas got damaged phones screen OF the canvas knight a350 bCoz when i asked the rates at both service centres both quoted different rates varying Rs1500 . so pls provide me company rates.

                        Need your help as, my brother have purchased micromax phone on 4/08/2014 and the problem was phone was getting switched off automatically, So we have approached malakpet service center team to fix the bug, As they have changed the motherboard and again it has the same bug issue, visited again to that show room he ask to go to paradise service center, we went there he says go that show room where the motherboard is changed as the details of IMEI number is not updated in the system. So here i need the clarification and also the issue resolve.

                        Dear Sir, My Micromax mobile model is Canvas Selfie Lense. Its Model number is Q345. Its LCD had been broken and the display touch screen was not working. I have submitted the mobile at the local Micromax Service Centre in Angul, Odisha-759122 on 11/05/2016. They have given me maximum 15 days time. When i reported there to collect my cell they again held me for more 20days. The executive replied that the company is not providing us the required parts of the phone.

                        After that we held the way to Micromax Customer Care Service having Toll Free Number-[protected]. They also convinced us that i would get my phone within 20days. When I called them back after 15days to know the status they again held me for 20days. Now its Approximately 2 months but there is no response and progress.

                        I i had purchased the 32" LED prior 4 months & from JUne 03rd 2017 till date i was continuously trying get it repair / replace any kind of solution but, their was no MAI ka LAL from the micro-max side is ready to give me solution of this.
                        I seat in Mumbai & also connected to the corporate world but the kind of treatment & lethargic approach i had seen from last 2 months time was really pathetic & no one is getting ownership to resolve the issue.

                        Product based in nasik & my MOM & Dad stay their on my farm house as TV was the main source of entertain to them & this LED replace i was struggling since last two moth time.

                        I am regular in touch with Mr. satpute who is head of authorized service is fails to commit & the ARE MANAGER OF MICROMAX MR. SUNIL PALANDE WHO IS WORST IN NATURE, WORST IN THE CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, COMPLENTS REGISTERED.

                        NO SINGLE % SUPPORT I HAD RECEIVED FROM MR. SUNIL PALANDE. HE IS NOT EVEN DARE TO PICK THE CALL OF MINE & REVERT OF MY QUERY...ONE OF THE WORST PERSON I HAD SEEN ON TODAY'S COMPETITIVE WORLD.

                        I have as simple query WEATHER I WOULD GET THE LED REPLACE OF MINE OR I ASSUME THAT I HAD PLAYED THE 'juaa" OF 16000/-

                        ANSWER ME ON IF REALLY U CARE OF THE CUSTOMER...

                          I bought a Canvas Knight mobile phone in April 2014. Its Camera stop functioning and the phone was shown to M/s The Delight Services, plot no. 34, Metro Pillar 232, Near Shadi Pur Metro Station, new delhi 110008 on 09/06/2014. They said they can not repair it at service centre and it would be sent to the company. The estimated time given was around 10 days. Job Sheet no. is R1406FDLI10146795. On 26th June 14 I again visited the service station but was asked to wait for another week. I visited the service centre again on 27th june 14 they said that the required part was not available and will take another 10 days to repair it. The person incharge Mr. Vivekanad Tiwari could not be contacted on any of my three visits. The atmosphere at the service centre was very pathetic and lot of people were complaining about the lack of efficiency and service on the part of the company and the service centre. If the company does not have the parts for a latest model of phone then there is a question mark on the future of the company.                           Took one and half month to solve the issue and after 3 days again the same problem occurred.

                                  I am Dinesh Prasad Shaw from Kolkata (West Bengal). I purchased a Micromax smart phone Canvas Power (A-96) on 10 Apr 2014. It soon started showing problems like screen hanging and poor and defected audio output. I deposited the handset on 07 Jun 2014 for repair in M/s Techniqe Services, 171/C Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013.
                                  My job sheet number is[protected]. I was told that my handset would be repaired within 10 days. But till date there has been no any whereabouts of my handset. I have inquired a number of times to the servicing centre, but their responses were very casual and I was told that the handset was sent to Delhi for repair and would be notified to me when received back. I even lodged a complaint to your customer care on 18 Jun 2014 regarding the delay. The complaint number is [protected]. I was assured that a positive feedback would be given to me very soon but till date there is no any feedback given to me from your customer care also. These delay has put me under extreme kind of agony and frustration.

                                  Please do the needful to get my repaired handset without any more delay. It’s already been 20 days of waiting and the situation is becoming unbearable for me. I won’t hesitate to approach to the any legal or media authorities, if these types of negligence is performed from your customer care executives and delay
                                  in repair is continued.

                                    I am really frustated with model ur model Ninja A1. This is a most disgusting model of Micromax. I have purchased this phone just befor 1 year and appproximate 4 times I have spended 500 rs becoz there is no risk analysis in the model. If the phone fall down by chance or mistake then power on IC breakdown and for repairing it requires 500-1000 Rs. in the market. I want replacement of this phone or all the amount that I have spended to repair it. I am going to put RTI against company that how much amount and effort you have given to this phone manufacturing and what kind of risk anaysis you have done with the phone before launching.
