Dear sir, This is Ravi Shankara L. I purchased New mobile Micromax A-250 on 19/12/2013. Recently I faced problem of Touch pad not working. So I gave my mobile to one of Micromax service centre on 3/06/2014. And they responded one week as a lead time. I called after one week, again they requested for another 3 day's. Again I called after 3 days ( Total - 10 days )they responded another 3 more days required. If any work not completed by service centre people they have to call me, but here I am calling. Response not upto mark again & again delaying to fulfil service. I am not getting the Exact requirement of lead time to solve my Handset problem. Due to this I am facing so much problem of communication with my Friend's or Relatives. Here my mobile purchased bill attached. Sir/Madam,
My name is S Suresh Kumar. I bought my Micromax X258 with one year warranty on 13th may 2014. On 1st july 2014 the keypad of the mobile was not working. So i went to Micromax service centre and i handed over my mobile on 2nd july 2014.My mobile was under warranty only but still they said that the mobile cannot be exchanged and they said that they will contact me after repairing my mobile phone. There was no response from them and so i contact them through mobile phone and asked them about my phone. They said that they were searching my phone and asked me about the mobile details and then they said they ll call me back within half an hour.I waited for 2 hrs and then i called them, but they didn't attend the phone.by today it was almost 10 days. Till now there is no response from their side. please tell me what i should do???????????please respond me as soon as possible..

    maine apna tab 14/10/2013 ko rohini sector = 8 mein submit karwaya tha unhone 45 days Ka time diya tha sahi karne ka magar 45 days ke baad unhone apna service center bhi bband kar diya bina information ke hamne unke customer care ke call kiya to unhone complaint no. Diya aur kaha ki apko 20 Din baad tab mil jaega magar aisa kuch nahi hua har baar callkarne par time de dete par tab nahi dete aur mujhe aaj tak apna tab nahi mila jaldi se jaldi koi action liya jae

      when i went to the micromax service center of varanasi at maldahiya branch, i saw at the notice board where written
      that it is no charge of pattern lock for open., but there service boy tell me that it is charge of 250 Rs. to open pattern lock.when i am agree to pay 250 Rs. then he said me that i will not gave you bill, , , , , , so i did not gave him my mobile and repair my mobile at the nearest mobile center. and its bill i am giving as a proof.

        Dear Sir,
        I purchased Micromax Canvas 4 A210 in Nov 2013. Since the time I faced many issue with this handset. Now issue became a big problem mobile not charging and camera is not working (Photo looks like whitish) from 2nd Mar 2014 onwards. I have moved to Noida and I dont find any service center of Micromax over there and finally I gave it to service center in Chennai on 17th May 2014. Service center peoples are saying motherboard problem and I deposited my headset over there it almost one month got over since I have not received any updates from service center even they are not picking my call and i am not able to ask them face to face because I am in Noida. I also called micromax customer care number: [protected], but every time i am getting same answer that it will take 15 days more. When i said i want to talk to any responsible person who can answer me, they say we are the one It is my humble request that kindly take necessary action at the earliest and reimburse my money as soon as possible or replace my phone.

          i again call them there senior exsucitive(varun) told me that please wait for next 15 days .now again after 15 nearby day i call them they told me same thing...kindly resolve my problem sir

            it has been 16 days from the date i have submitted my new mobile to the micromax care center.
            they always told the next date
            the customer care no is always busy..
            I am very disappointed with the service & quality of micromax.
            they are not receiving call,
            the company doesn't value the customers.

              Sir The biggest mistake of my life when i purchase micromax mobile. that time i was happy that i have a good phone in just 1500.00 Rs. But within 6 month my phone become problem for me. I deposited my phone to your repair center at M/s AVJ communication, Kingsway Camp, Near GTB nagar Metro Station New Delhi on 03rd March 2014 with sr. no. N[protected]. Till today there are no information about my phone. Repair Center said that the phone is in company we cant do anything. Your costumer care told that it will take some time. Can you tell me how much time will you people take to repair a phone costing only 1500.00 Rs.

                      Sir, I have given my A177 canvas fluid mobile warranty claim.touch problem, corrected by kanishka mobiles 100 feet ser centre gandhipuram and hanging problem doest solve and asked me to give in another ser centre named kumar electronics ganapathy coimbatore, tamil nadu.they says no stock for PCB., to order and book it will take minimum of 20 days.and still it is not booked I lost hope on your product because with out spares you are supplying a untrusted product to a customer.please send the spare or refund my money Rs8000/- so that I may purchase a trusted product samsung or nok my customer complaint no - [protected].log sheet no-s[protected]. I have facing charging in my handset problem after 5 months date of purchasing, so i have submitted my mobile handset to micromax service center. Vaishno Communication T-136/1, Ist floor opposite Liberty showroom Malviya Nagar. Main shivalik road Begumpur. Delhi-110017 Contact no.[protected], [protected], [protected] Job-Sheet No. :- N[protected]. and did not mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given submitted on[protected]. I have called many times micromax service center no one picks the call luck by chance if connected, they always extend the date i called more than 15 times a day, they always tell different date for the return of the mobile handset. finally i received my mobile handset after 45 days, Charging problem resolved, but my phone condition is very poor/worst another issue raised Camera resolution and body condition is very poor as return gift to me. I am tired and Frustrated by Micromax Services and they treat with the Customer. I Submitted again my handset and complain regarding issues, they guys not taking my problem seriously. after more than 15 days my handset condition is same. they are not resolving my handset issues. I need My Money Back or New handset. So please help me. Thanks

                          Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus .The Tower signal is always low .I have tried with another mobile and am getting full TowerSignal. I visited 4 times to customer service.Every time they are taking minimum 10-15 days to return the Handset. Even after these many attempt my issue is not resolved.Being working professional, it is almost impossible to be at the service centre by 6 pm, the time the authorized service centre would close every day .After keeping the HS in the service center the battery performance has gone down drastically.The battery is swollen and not charging.I can't even switch on my mobile. I am afraid o[censored]sing this mobile because of this battery looks like at anytime it will blast .Put together approx 1 month the handset was in service centre. I find very difficult to visit the service centre. Kindly look into this issue and resolve ASAP. I need replacement handset or my money back. Last four days am trying to contact the customerService, but they are not at all picking calls.I am not at all satisfied with the Handset and service centre Response.                             I purchased a Micromax Smartphone A110 last year in August and opted for extended warranty for 2 years making it a total of 3 years. This May, the phone just stopped working as it would not get charged. It was the time when we decided to take it to the service centre. It was finally after two weeks when my husband & I could reach to the service centre on time (being working professional, it is almost impossible to be at the service centre by 6 pm, the time the authorized service centre would close every day. We went to V-Care Mobitron at 105, Rupa Plaza, 1st floor, above IDBI bank, Jawar road, Opp. station, Ghatkopar(E), Mumbai. Tel:[protected], 66716688. The complaint I have is not about Micromax but their ability to choose a right support service provider and the control they have on them who would simply harass and manipulate with the people visiting them. My husband had gone to the service centre twice before 07 June 2014, the day when we finally got to meet someone & talk about the issue. He had left his office early and made himself available at the service centre at 5:15 pm (45 minutes before the closure time) but was denied assistance as they had the tokens given to the customer to wait, which they fell short of. It was quite an illogical response but we kept the patience intact. On 07 June 2014, when we were there, after some 50 minutes of wait, we got to meet someone (some lady who needs to have a basic of customer service be trained – when two o[censored]s approached together at her desk, she shouted – only one person allowed, Go back (yes the words go back, forget the pleases and thank yous)) and submitted the mobile phone followed by another 30 minutes of wait when someone asked for us only to explain that our mobile has been tampered with and shall be covered out of the warranty only. On our objection to an equally ill-behaved person and repeatedly mentioning that it was impossible that anyone would have ever opened it and how do I believe when I you are showing me one tiny piece of the set and claim it to be tampered, they simply asked us to take back the phone. For someone who understands the importance & concept of warranty of the electronics item, as we are- their blame was simply unacceptable. On our resistance, request for re-check, they called upon a senior member who came in after another 45 minutes and barged in as if some criminal has entered their office and re-iterated what was said earlier in a firm voice. After being humiliated 4 times now, we asked to sit & talk for one solution. The simplest point here – we never got the phone opened, we never tampered with it and being educated professional, at least have this sense that what to do and what not when you have products under warranty. They declined any other option of investigating, checking, referring to Micromax officials etc and suggested to have the phone submitted while they will revert with exact charge for the repair considering the phone be out of warranty. While the discussion was on, the technician had supposedly found out the issue and came out saying Mother Board has to be probably changed.. The expense is over 6000. Accept to pay or take the phone back. All this time, with no fault of our own, we were suddenly being cornered by all their staff members in front of 15-20 other customers when they were talking around telling everyone individually how we tampered with the phone and now have come for free service. Well, now even after the public humiliation, we kept our calm and helped the people there to come up with the interim solution – to keep the phone, see what’s gone wrong and meanwhile we speak with Micromax personnel and ask them to investigate. The senior person had strong faith on Micromax going to listen to him and not care for what the fraud customers like us has to tell. We put this in front of Micromax’s senior management to decide if they will go by what V-care Mobitron has to say or investigate this by them and find out. If by any chance you do care for one of your customers, we fear that they may change the parts and frame us, so please do so uninformed and fast. Also, to gauge the customer service level, you may send out someone as a customer and see for yourself. I have put in all details below for your assistance. In case, you need to speak with me – You can’t, for the simple reason that my phone is with the Service centre. However, my husband will be able to detail out everything when you reach out to him at 9029*******.                             I tried contacting their too. All I have received are mails that someone will contact me - 4 such mails in last 37 days. No one ever contacted.
                            Please state once that you are not interested in your customer's agony instead of giving false hopes of customer satisfaction !
                            When i submitted the Mobile to service center, two months after purchasing of mobile. That time mobile was in ruuning condition. Only problem was Ear Receiver Speaker was not working. They tested and accepted the mobile with mentioned into Job sheet only "Ear Receiver speaker" is not working.
                            But after some time when service center called me then they said "Mobile has some internal Breakage" and we will not give you warranty. How this is possible even when i submitted my mobile into running condition.

                            I recently bought micromax canvas A120 . My wifi was defective . I took it to the "V Care Mobitron" Ghatkopar(E) i was told that the phone's software needs to be updated, i waited there for the whole day but at the end of the day i didn't get any result . Instead they just formated and reset the phone . I faced the same problem the same evening . The next day when i took the phone they said the motherboard needs to be changed . That too for a two week old phone . And now when i call them, nobody is turning up on the phones . Please help me solve this problem

                              My cell phone, Canvas HD A116 (touch screen), bought on 1st august 2013 had a bubble on the screen.so i went to paschim vihar service station to get it repaired but they increased the problem.They lifted the display. Since then i've been trying to get it fixed from tilak nagar centre because i was told that they have better employees/engineers. I've been visiting this place for 3 weeks now, and there isn't any improvement in the condition of my cell phone. They have re-opened it again and again for about 4 times and different problems are arising now, apart from the display.The hearing area is gone underneath the display area, leaving a lot of space b/w them.The volume increaser / decreaser has been effected. My request is, kindly repair my dear cell phone or make the company get me a new one.

                                  Sir/Mam, i purchased my Micromax A88 on 11/10/2013, after two or three days it started showing line on display then i contacted to customer care. They took my mobile and returned after changing the display but it again started showing line. i have sbmitted 3 times but the result is not satisfactory it still showing lines on the whole screen. kindly replace my set.

                                      I have purchased Canvas 2 plus (A110Q) model from Mobile Store. 7 months before. After 1 month only I came to understand that camera clarity is not good (All photo snap in blue colour), Tower signal is always low, Memory card slot not working. Voice clarity, Touch not working properly. To resolve this problem, I visited 7 times to customer service. Every time I visit they took 7 days to resolve but still problem persist. One time they promised to replace the handset but after 20days they said only mother board changed and issue resolved. Even after these many attempt my issue is not resolved, Again I visited the service centre on 9-6-14 (JC NO. N[protected]). I have a word with the CC manager 4 times on this issue but still he unable to resolve. This time also he committed the handset will be replaced as they are unable to resolve this. IMEI NUMBER :[protected], [protected] Currently I have remember only two Previous JC number N[protected] N[protected] Even after these many attempt they are unable to resolve. Every time they are taking minimum 10 days to return the Handset.Put together approx. 2 month the handset was in service centre. I find very difficult to visit the service centre. Kindly look into this issue and resolve ASAP. I need replacement handset. I am not at all satisfied with the HS and service centre response (They are always rude). Regards Harish [protected]

                                        Respected Sir/Madam, I bought a Micromax Canvas A77 from Homeshop18 worth Rs.8000 on 27th December 2013 (order no.[protected] which has a gurantee period of 1 year. While charging my phone on 9th june 2014 the phone's charging slot got burnet while it was 40% charged. I took it to the service centre provided by homeshop18 but after checking they said that the chaging slot is burnet for which the whole kit has to be changed which cost almost 5000. Even though it is in gurantee period they are charging me all the money. They say that the gurantee is not valid for burns. But I know there was some manufacturing fault in the device as there is no voltage or wiring problem in my house and even it was not over charged as this happened while it was just 40% charged.
