I sadanand Purchased Micromax A77 Juice hand set on Sep 2013. Apr 2014 onwards my moblie touch screen was not working. then I given it to Hubli Service Centre on 26.05.2014 for repair, Till the date there is no response or any call from that end. plz do the needful

    I have purchased Micromax A068 on 26/05/2014, the phone was hanging from the very 2nd day. Have consulted the shopkeeper he said it was a software issue and kept with him for a week and gave it back asking us to contact the service centre, have given it in the service centre, on 13/06/2014 ( i was travelling) people at service centre said that it has an issue with the display and will be replaced...till date have'nt recieved any call nor any update, am getting a busy tone when calling on the service centre number. ( Service centre- #405, Ranka Park, RIC, Bangalore-560027)

    Hi,

    Have mailed across the details as requested in the above message on 2nd July 2014, however there is no response till now.

    Firstly why would a brand new mobile handset have a display issue, that means it is defective from the time of manufacture, and that stands as an evident fact, which the manufacturing team of MICROMAX is denying to accept.

    Secondly does MICROMAX manufacture the spare upon request that A068 display is not even available at the service centre for THREE long weeks !!!

    In such case why should the customer(me) be penalised for buying this product. Let the company take the pain for such default piece and compensate me with a fresh piece.

    Team its really not fare on your part to play with customers, kindly look in to this matter and please give a deadline for you commitment.

      Sir,

      I have submitted my mobile to micromax service center, shop no. 1179, 1st floor, st. No.-12, main road, near hanuman mandir, govindpuri, new delhi – 110019 cotnact[protected]. On april15 2014. But till date they are not returning my mobile back.
      I have complaint so many times to its customer care center but still they have not resolved my problem.
      Kindly consider my complaint and please do some action against this centre and please provide my mobile or give compulsation for this harrasement.

        Dear Sir, I was purchase a Micromax mobile set model no A30 on 22/04/2013.I faced too much problems with this phone. I lodged a complaint to nearest service center named M/S JMV Enterprises, Jamshedpur, but they couldn't solve my problems. Again I submitted the mobile set in same service center on 07/02/2014 at 2:15 pm and job sheet no is E[protected] and request no is R1402FJKH8059454.I gifted this mobile set to my wife name Rashmi Pattanayak mentioned in cash memo. Even now the service center couldn't solve my problem. So I request you kindly replace this mobile set and give me new another set. I don't want the same model because i am not satisfied with this set. Kindly short out the problem as soon as possible.           I Have purchsed Micromax A114 on 25.12.2013. Now Iam facing problem with camera of my phone. as it is not working. I approched Micromax Services The Mobile care Delhi located in Laxmi Nagar. They deposited my phone and keep it with them for 7 days ( Jobsheet No- N[protected] ) and after 7 days they told me that your mobile can not be repaired take it back . we cant do anything. If micromax services centre people are not able to repair phone which is in warranty then where should we go. Please do the needfull as iam facing lot of problem.           Micromax A114 is a very very bad phone between all the smart phone. Once I had gone to customer care about the WiFi problems (while on the WiFi system continuously restart ), the customer care didn't repair it, directly deny to short out the issues.

              I have purchased Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 on 24th May 2014 at E Zone Chinchwad Pune. On 15th June I observed that mobile is not getting charged. On 17 I went to E Zone with complaint about mobile not charging, he suggested to visit your service center in Pimpri area - M/s. New Tirupati Cellulars, Shop no. 2 & 3, Mumbai Pune Rd, Khralwadi Pimpri, Pune. I have shown handset and charger and purchase bills. Service Person tried to charge but was not getting charged so he suggested to keep mobile for verification and asked to call back after 8 days. Today I have called him now he is saying that handset is having major problem in Mother Board and needs around 15 ~ 20 day for repairs. I am using this handset for official use and I am severly missing it. As there is issue in main part of handset i.e. Mother board so I request you to replace with new mobile. I am not able to perform my daily job due to unavailability of mobile. So, treat it on urgent basis and issue new handset. Ravindra Mahajan [protected]

                My purchase a micromax led tv 24 inches. But after some time it creates problems in its speakers. I made a complain about this in micromax care. When technician visit to repair it, he made another problem in tv. Again i made complain then they provide me a job sheet no hr-[protected] & techinicain visit to repair it bt unable to repair. He said it will be replaced & took with him. But they are not replying well about this . Again i call to care they provide me a jobsheet no again hr-[protected] on 3 june 2014 & also provide no of state incharge mr .Amit attri. I made call to state incharge but he is not answering well .& make excuses every time.
                Plz look at this matter asap.

                    I purchased Micromax A116 on 23/06/2013. There was a problem since beginning in phone's rear (loud speaker). After using few months i noticed that mobile battery was not charging properly and sometimes it refused to charge through the charger provided with the handset. Finally I decided to visit your service centre at Noida M/s Satguru Communication. The checked and assured me that the problem will be resolved within two days and after that i can collect the phone as well. When i visited to the service centre they said that the phone is been sent to factory and it will take one month to rectify the problem and after that i will be able to take phone from service centre.                     Dear Sir,

                    I contacted customer care and spoken to Mr. Mayank Customer Care executive as advised earlier that I will receive my handset after 21 working days as i raised the complain on customer care toll free number [protected] on 11th June 2014 and a complain no. [protected] was registered.

                    On 2nd July Mr. Mayank informed that there is no update regarding this case and it will take 20 working day more. Then only I would be able to know the status of case status.

                    This is totally harassment of the customer and no one is taking responsibility.

                    Kindly update me about the handset status or send me the new hand set.

                    The Micromax is forcing me to take other actions against the company.

                          Hello, I bought Micro max canvas turbo A250 from flip kart on 20th of January 2014. Within a week they delivered me the product.But with in weeks the problem started in the form of hanging and the screen blackouts.I have contacted micro max customer care, they said that I have to call the flip cart people.The flip cart people adv iced me to contact the service centre. The service centre repaired(reinstalled the software) it and gave it back at the same day.this incident happened in the last week of 30 day replacement warranty by the online seller.Again and again the same problem happened with my phone.And when I contacted the service centre they told me that the mobile need a hardware replacement.Hearing this I contacted flip cart, but they told me that they cant do anything and I rejected the service centre offer and started using my phone with the complaint(uninstalled most of the games and the anti virus programme and the frequency of the problem timings reduced to once in two weeks ). But before two days the phone became dead completely and not switching on after all hard trials. I don't know what to do with my phone as i brought this as an encouragement to all my colleagues and friends for the use of local product and i failed in the movement.this is because of the wrong selection. handset-micromax canvas turbo a250 order id-OD[protected] billing address-raju kurup, phone no [protected]

                              Hello, I bought Micromax 32B200HD television from flipkart on 16th of June 2014. The very next day they delivered me the product.But after a week almost over, Nobody from Micromax came for installation.Honestly saying the support from Micromax is very poor.When I contact Micromax technician, he didn't give me any proper reply. As per the terms and conditions of Micromax they were supposed to install the product free of cost.But they didn't do it.Also I don't get any information from their website to update the warranty of the product.                                 Dear sir/mam I am a student and a daily mobile user and have just found that my phone headset audio jack not working properly. When I was taking it to the nearest service center (Micromax service center, Bhalla collage haridwar, uttarpradesh). I have found that the shop was closed for a month. I even asked some people living nearby it. They have told me that this shop is closed for some bad reason. The reason I don't but I want my device to be repaired immediately as soon as possible with some genuine guys. If this problem can't be resolved soon, I am sure that Micromax probably will loose a big range of customer due to their poor service. I hope this will resolved immediately by Micromax.                                   I am prakash tawade from borivli mumbai .I have purchased canvas fun a-74on 6.01.2014 ime no. [protected] bat.No 020756 from anupam staitionery superstore pvt ltd. As the battery was not geting charged i have deposited my cell with your service center at borivli on12.06.2014 job sheet no. W[protected].Withm/s d.R.Telecom mumbai borivli
                                  When they told me that there is some mfg. Defect & the set has to be sent to factory for repairs. I have told them to replace the set as it is under warrenty.
                                  Till date i have not received my set duly repaired or i did not received new cell. As the set is with duel seem & with whats ap & othere facilities i am getting verty difficult to carry on my daily activities .
                                  I now request you to please look into the matter & inform me what action you have taken & when & from whom i will get my new hand set.

                                    Hello My name is vijay and im one of the high end customer of micromax. But after experiencing your extremely bad customer services i am not gonna purchase or Avail any kind of products related to micromax because seriously i am completely fed up with the post services that you guys provide. First of all, the hardware quality that you use in your phones weather it is basic phone or high end smartphones is not good. After that when a customer goes to service center the employees there don't even bother about their problems. I am also in one of these customers. I Wants to draw your mind towards the service quality of these service centers( specially service center in noida sec 27 ). I have submitted my phone canvas HD on the date 3/06/2014 as the problem of Overheating and sudden crashing occurs. I was told that it will take about 15 days to get repaired which is itself a long delivery time, but today its about more than 20 days passed but i have no information that when do i get it back. Employees there dont even Pick up the phone if anyone calls for knowing status and due to this we are forced to miss our office timings in order to just getting the status about delivery. After that also there is no confirmation given to us that when we gonna have our phone back. Its really painful experience and due to this i have changed my mind to buy canvas phones anymore and will not even recommend it to my beloved ones also. Thus, kindly improve your services and don't tortuer your customers and for your information if my problems in phone will not solve then i'll force to take further action against your services.

                                      Dear Sir, I had purchased one Micromax Tablet P275, Model No. [protected] vide order ID OD[protected] dated[protected] through Flipkart. As after delivery it showed problem, I contacted flipcart customer Care and it was replaced (Return ID: 2754354) in due time. Since then it was working properly.But again in the month of May, 2014 the tablet was not working. (Only Funbook comes on the screen, no home page.). Then I contacted your Service Centre at Guwahati(Assam), namely "M/s ARCADEINDIA, 1st Floor, Silver Square Building, G.S.Road, Christian Basti, Guwahati - 781 005" on[protected]which is within the Warranty period). But surprisingly, the official in the service centre told me that the Tablet was already serviced several times, whereas I had never sent it to any service centre earlier. More surprisingly, what I could see in his computer monitor is that one of the date of servicing of my tablet was in the month of April, 2013 earlier to date of my purchased whereas I had ordered it only on[protected] and received on 2nd August, 2013. How it is possible? However, at last the tablet was accepted for servicing at the above said service centre on[protected] and told me that it will take seven days to repair.After seven days when I contacted them they told me that it will take another two days. Again after two days they told me that it's mother board is to be changed, so it will take another two days. Today, when I contacted, they told me that it will take another seven days. Now I am bound to think whether my tablet will be O.K. in another seven days? Or it will take more time in your Customer Centre? Please advice me what can I do at this stage. Awaiting for your reply.                                         I had purchased Micromax fun book p580 2 months back.There was a problem with the earpiece.So I had gone to service centre at shadipur.There was a lot of chaos going on.Police officials were there and the centre head vikrant was using abusive language.Customers were waiting as there was no power supply for last 2 hrs.As I discussed with people around, this is the scene everyday and there is delay in services.Please, I therefore request you to close this centre and open anew one nearby with a competent staff.After all after sale services always matters!!
