I bought New Micromax Canvas Colours A120, there is Heating problem, after concerning to Seller, i demand for new Handset, Shopkeeper told me to get DOA from Service Center, I visit Vikas Puri Service center 'Rapid Communication' authorised Service Center. In service Center they checked my new activation date, due to that problem they are not issuing a DOA letter, I visit 4-to 5 times Service Center, but they have same repeated answer ''mail revert is not received". I had submitted my on 14th May2014 Wednesday, and today is 21st may. On 20th may i thought to take my phone back, but what i see, that the manager is using the phone and take it with himself wherever he is going.I am Waiting till 22nd may after that I will go to consumer court because I don't have any option.Very careless service by micromax, they don't value customer money,
