i have given my micromax mobile model no. a89 on 19/5/2014 job sheet no. w[protected] at micromax service center, jaipur. i have been given a time period of 7 days but still i, not getting any response .i have contact them many times but they just said my mobile still not repaired and they cant given me a fix date i dont know how many days ive to wait, i think i have made mistake by choosing micromax mobile your custmore service very bad.hope you will reslove my problem as soon as possible name-deepak kaushik contact no. I have given my micro max unite 2 for repair on 1 dec2104 i was given one week time to collect my mobile but now this is 16 Dec i am being asked the it will take some more time may be one week to 10 days i am very much annoyed by this answer

    Sir i purchage a mobile set (A-85)Micromax by the home shop 18, on dated 20/04/14, after one week i found that the set going discharge totally after 1 hr, i complained the customer care, and he has advised us to contact with micromax representative, as per the advise i submitted my mobile in local service center at 10/05/2014, as per him the set is very old and the board is dafaulti.(manufacturing date oct-2011), till noe i could not gate any status of my mobile in which i have not inserted sim at all. (job sheet no-N[protected]AND REQUEST NO IS (R1405 for 9684902)

          I have given a mobile for service on may 2nd 2014, you told me to get back after 7 days. I called you on last friday you told me its not ready still, and give a call on monday. When i called you on monday your office was not opened. I called you on tuesday you told, it has not come still and give a call in the evening, now when i called you, you people are telling call us on thursday evening. I don't know what you people think o[censored]s, what type of service are you providing!!. It's nearly a month after giving my mobile to your office S3 communications(Jayanagar 3rd block, Bangalore). You people are still not confirming when can you give the mobile and telling technician is not coming. Is it my problem that your technician is not coming??, It is ok that i buy a mobile from Micromax and give it back for you to service for more than a month?? what's the use of buying a mobile from micromax??.           They said that problem would be resolved in 10 days but almost one month has spent and they didn't take any action for resolving problem yet.

          I, Santanu Rakshit. i have purchase a Micromax mobile phone model no- A67, IMEI/ESN NO- [protected]/[protected], suddenly some problem are facing in the mobile facebook application is not working and i visited to your nearest Service Center (Sagun Infotech) Srirampore, Hooghly on 18/10/2014 and they are received my phone. i gave them a call 3 - 4 times they always tell me call within after some days but till now i have not got a exact information i wants a perfect information and solution.

          So, its my request to you help me and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

          on .07-Jul-2015 I purchased a micromax knight-2 (E471 Rs. 14, 750/-) phone from a shop near to my bank. Same day after activating my phone evening I received a call while attending the phone call with in 2 minutes the body of the phone became hot and its very badly. With in 5 minutes I got pain in my ears and can't hold the phone in my hands because of heat. In the next day itself I gone to the shop where I purchased it tell them the incident happened to me yesterday evening. The respond of the shop-keeper is "We can't do any thing in this go to Micromax service center and collect a DO certificate from them. Next day I gone to this Micromax service centre and after a long que when my number came I asked them for a DO certificate and explained my problems. Their respond was quite interesting " Till now we have not attained the DO issue authority on this Micromax Knight-2 set wait for 10 days then we will check with our bosses. But I knew that the replacement period for the new set is only 7 days (in a week). The same heating problem was arising when a call (in/out going) faced by me and creating pain in my ears.
          After that same day I went back to the mobile shop where I purchased the mobile. They also telling with out DO certificate we can't do any thing. Now I realised that both are tricking me by walking me here and their. Atlast one guy in the shop told me to go and register a complaint in the site.

            मैने दिनांक 14.04.2014 को राजेंद्र नगर स्थिति शिवी इंफोटेक पर अपना मोबाइल माइक्रोमेक्स माडल A116 सही होने को दिया है जिसमें विभिन्न प्रकार की खराबियां हैं।
            1- व्लूटूथ (मेरा मोबाइल व्लूटूथ चलाने पर दूसरे मोबाइल का मेमोरीकार्ड शो नहीं करता है।
            2- वाईफाई हार्टस्पाट प्रोपर काम नहीं करता है।
            3- बैटरी बैकप (इसका बैटरी बैकप भी सही नहीं है। एक घंटे लगातार फोन चलाने पर बैटरी लो शो करने लगता है तथा फुल चार्ज फोन को जब आफ करके आन करते हैं तो बैटरी चार्ज 50 प्रतिशत रह जाती है। मैने इसके लिए बैटरी भी बदलकर देखी लेकिन कोई अंतर नहीं आया।
            4- इसकी टच स्क्रीन भी काम नहीं कर रही है।
            5- फोन आन भी नहीं हो रहा है।
            नोट:- फोन की जाबशीट नं. N[protected]कम्पलैंट नंबर[protected] है। इस फोन के न होने से मेरा कार्य पूरी तरह से ठप है। जिससे मुझे परेशानी हो रही है।
            निवेदन है कि मेरा फोन अति शीघ्र ठीक करवाने की कृपा करें।

            conditions have to be right up your mobile Maikromeks Model A116 which
            are defects of various kinds .1 - Wlututh ( on my mobile to another mobile Memorikard Wlututh show does not run .
            2 - Proper Hartspat WiFi does not work .However, no difference was seen changing .4 - The touch screen is not working .5 - is not even on the phone .Note
            : - Phone No. Jabshit . N[protected] Kmplant number is 14 to 9, 157, 540 ., This phone is not my work to a halt ., Which is bothering me .
            Are requested to please fix my phone very soon or need to swap my

                Hi sir, i brought canvas HD A116 on july 2013, i was practicing the proper ways of charging the phone with the charger provided by the Micromax itself. last week my battery got swollen and i took my phone to the service centre, the person there said to me that you have to pay 1250 rs for the battery as the battery doesn't come under warranty. when i know that i have been practicing the proper way for charging my phone then its company's fault that they have provided the poor battery in the smartphone. and whats the guarantee that after buying new battery, it will not get swollen, may be there is some hardware issue which is causing the problem. kindly help me with the problem as early as possible.

                I am also facing same problem. I bought Micromax A116 in July 2013 & its battery also got swollen. Earlier I bought Micromax 226+ mobile whose battery also got swollen. Looks like all Micromax batteries have problem. When I called custormer care they said battery have only 6 months warranty. Even my A116 mobile started giving problems, better not to buy any micromax phone now onwards...[protected]

                  Hi, I had bought micromax bolt A61 mobile on April last week, but from the next day itself it stopped working. I gave the mobile to micromax service centre. They told that there is having hardware problem and needs about 10 to 15 days to replace the hardware part. but till todays date, they have not returned my mobile and not giving me any date also when i can get back my mobile. I handed over it to the micromax service centre, thillai nagar, trichy and they said that they'll inform me after repairing the phone. I called them after 5 days and they said they were searching the phone and within half an hour they would contact me. But they didn't cal me back.                   i have given my micromax canvas A210 at service centre bikaner (rajasthan) on 08-09-14. there was a problem regarding display of the phone.
                  my phone is in warranty period. The company as well as the service centre are delaying the repair continuosly and no satisfactory response is given by them. As till now i.e., 29-09-14 i have no information regarding the repair status.
                  I have called at the service center many times but always they say 10 days more 5 days more but 20 days have already passed from the day i have given the phone for repair.

                  Today i have been calling the service centre of rourkela from 9:30am -11:14am, i m not getting any response from the service centre.

                  Why r u giving authorisation to such people who r not attending the calls after more than20 times.

                      I purchased micromax A11OQ on 15 September 2013 in dehradun, uttrakhand. The battery backup of my phone suddenly went down on 6 may 2014. After complaining to service center in dehradun i came to know battery of my phone has swelled up and needs to be changed. since warranty of battery is only 6 months it cannot be replaced and i have to buy a new one. This is the condition of battery when usage of my phone is very normal. This situation is highly dissatisfying and discouraging in the reference of future purchase

                        I have bought Micromax A66 mobile . Within 1 month I have started facing issue with the phone . I have reported issue's with Mic on Phone . They gave me a time frame of 3 hrs to get that fixed . When I went to take my phone back, they handed over the Phone stating that phone is fixed . However when I checked the phone it was still not working . I had to go back again for the same issue . Then they promised me that my phone will be fixed by I have to wait for a day . I went next day for taking my phone, again they gave me my phone stating its been fixed however this time it was even worse, at the first place phone was no turning on but after waiting for 45 minutes they got the phone to turn on but then the touch was not working at all . They again asked me to leave the phone for getting that checked and repaired and asked me to come after two days . When I went after 2 days they informed that the whole touch needs to be replaced as touch panel has gone bad and asked me to wait for 6 days as touch is not available with them . I had no other option but to wait, I went after 8 days instead of 6 they again asked me to wait for another 8 days and when I went after 8 days again they again asked me for more time . I choose to get my phone back without getting repaired but they told me that I cannot get my Phone not before tomorrow . When my mother visited the service center they gave her a broken phone with no power button and when my mother asked about the power button Akhil who is a manager there said that they dont have it right now and if we need to get that we will have to come after a day . In the mean time they have closed the Job sheet # N[protected] updating that the Phone has been fixed . All this leads to : Mental Harassment . I Ended up bearing extra expense of Transportation. People at Service center were so ill mannered that they did not even show respect to my mother .Commuting to service center time and again I have to suffer High Blood Pressure .I had to put all my job priorities aside because of this pathetic Customer service .I missed my many important calls because I did not have a working Phone for more that 15 days which cost me a lot in terms of money .Felt as I have been a cheated customer .

                          Hello sir, My name is Harshdeep V. Shah and I have a smart phone of Micromax company modal number CANVAS HD A116 and my IMEI number(s) are M-IMEI - [protected], S-IMEI - [protected]. Since February month I am passing through the problem of phone restart and now the situation is such that my phone not start any more. And company only ask for the time extension for repairing.                               I had bought a Micromax P600 in March 2014 and in April 2014 it stopped working and wasnt switching on, as a result was taken to the authorized service centre 2253/B4 Shadi Kham Pur, New Ranjeet Nagar, Near Satyam Cinema, dated 2014/04/24 and Job sheet no. NO[protected] was issued since then there has been no reply from the service centre every time we visit them they tell us to call customer care and customer care tells us to visit service centre. for which a compalint was logged with customer care ref no. 'MMX[protected] I would request to kindly look into the matter and get my money refunded or a new product as there is no point getting a product that is with the service centre for 3 months and i have bought only a month back. The product is still in warranty as stated in the Job Sheet Also

                                BILL NO.-21535/11101446 IMEI NO.-[protected] COMPLAINT NO.-N[protected] I had bought a Micromax Mad A94 .This phone has a signal catching problem.The signal of phone never comes it only comes for 2 to 3 hours then goes.It is a very big problem I even don't talk to anybody. So, after 2 days of purchase I take this mobile to sevice center of micromax which is in Laxmi nagar, Delhi.The name of service center is M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI).The response of service center is very bad .They don't even look to phone and said that this problem will solve in 2-3 days but I said please check the phone.And they do not even listen to my complaint.This is very rude.So, I decided to take this phone to another sevice center of micromax which is in Shop No.-24, First Floor, Kunark Building, Rdc Raj Nagar., Ghaziabad.They said that the phone has a very big problem the motherboard of phone has a problem.So, we have to replace it but they said that if you give this phone in seven days of purchase we would replace it.But now we would repair it. It take 2 months.It is a very long time.But what is my problem I had taken this phone to sevice center in two days of purchase.They do not check this phone properly.So it means that I had taken this phone to service center before seven days.So, please take look on my complaint and replace the phone as fast as possible. I am very thankful to you if you would replace my phone in 2 weeks. Please replace my phone or give me cashback of my phone.                                     Hello, Sir/Madam I bought New Micromax Canvas Colours A120, there is Heating problem, after concerning to Seller, i demand for new Handset, Shopkeeper told me to get DOA from Service Center, I visit Vikas Puri Service center 'Rapid Communication' authorised Service Center. In service Center they checked my new activation date, due to that problem they are not issuing a DOA letter, I visit 4-to 5 times Service Center, but they have same repeated answer ''mail revert is not received". I had submitted my on 14th May2014 Wednesday, and today is 21st may. On 20th may i thought to take my phone back, but what i see, that the manager is using the phone and take it with himself wherever he is going.I am Waiting till 22nd may after that I will go to consumer court because I don't have any option.Very careless service by micromax, they don't value customer money,

                                    even after their service I dont know why arent they replacing/

                                    mentioned in their warranty card . if they are nt able to repair/
                                    service set they would replace with a new set... I 'm fed of this

                                      Last year(2013) I bought a micromax WIFI TAB With calling model number P362 and it went dead in the month of November 2013. I submitted it at the service center and after a long wait and hundreds of calls I got my Tab replaced in the month of February. For all the time from November 2013 to February 16th 2014, the device was with the service center. However, the replaced device was not boxed, the service center guy simply handed me over a device that looked pretty new. I took the device and only after using it for around 15 days it again went blank. Now again I have deposited it in the service center ON 18TH OF March 2014. R1404FDLI9104789 - Dated 9th of APRIL 2014 And again they have started their ugly delay game. they give me a time for 2-3 days and whenever I visit the center they ask me to come down after few days. This is simply frustrating. I think i should file a consumer complaint case, but since last time Akosha helped, so i am again writing it here. this time i want a device that is new and well boxed back as a replacement. Govind.                                         i have purchased "Micromax-x282" from the shop "Balaji Mobile Shop" placed at "surendra nagar lucknow" on the date "27-jan-2014".after working 1 month fine it start creating problems like mic was not woking properly, battery problem, speaker problem, headphone problem etc.so i log a complaint in micromax service centre place at lalbagh, lucknow. from 22 april they are making me visit again and agian withoout solving my problem.everday they have a new excuse.customer service is very bad and irritating.since i am a 12th class student i have many problem by using this micromax product.i lost my time, money, studies. i want my product to work fine or replace it or money back because they have very bad customer support.stil they ignore my complaint and very rude beaviour during the services. i am a student please help me for my rights . i am very worried about this product.

                                        Dear sir I submitted my mobile A62 model on date 12/09/2014, and executive give me a time of 7-8 days.Now 17 days is going on and nobody replay me.After more then 45 mobile calls and 15 visits.This is not expected from a big company please solve me my problem as soon as possible regards mdbalaji mob:[protected]

                                        (1) My phone is getting switched off again and again.After that when I try to boot it doesn't respond
                                        (2) Phone does not charge properly when I plug the wall charger given by micromax
                                        (3) I have visited authorised micromax service centre in Dombivli (E) twice in this week.They told me to submit the
                                        handset.I did it.It was returned to me on the very next day of submission.They said that they have changed the
                                        power on/off button.Still I am getting the same problem.
                                        I bought Micromax canvas knight A 350. But now its touch not working and all accessories not working also. I send it to service center but they taken 42 days but my phone didn't repair till now and they are not told about date to back my mobile.
                                        So i want new handset or my repaired handset back as soon as possible.
