No body from your office heeds to my complaint that it is very not normal for the Servie to take more than 25-20 Dyas.Its is no use of buying the phone if the service it self is so poor.What
if the phone is not serviced itself in appropriate timeline and again
gives problem. That is why I am concerned why not improvise the service

Mobile A068 was bought New on 16th April 2014 and suddenly in 20 Days a display
issue pops up on screen.Now the Swastik Telecom in Malad West Mumbai (Micromax
service centre), has taken up for Display repair on 10th May 2014 which they
are saying would take 20-25 days.
I
request the Service Manager as to how many days would it take for the requisite
to finalise can it be 10 days maximum.If its one month then its was no use
buying the phone in first instance. Am also worried if other problems come
into this new manufactured phone as in 20 days a display error is a big deal of
issue. Can this be expedited at the earlieast.
