    Dear Sir/Madam, I bhavik ajugiya i bought new micromax canvas doodleA111 from www.amazon.com on 22/04/2014 and i received my consigment on 26/04/2014. within 10days i started facing battery problem cell phone was getting hang on 12/13 day of delivery cell power was switch off it was not working on 14/05/2014.         I bought micromax A35 on 22 June 2013 from balaji Mobiles Lucknow.From the 8th day of purchase, set started creating problems like it started hanging and processing became too slow.It used to take minutes in opening any application. I complained about it to service centre.They kept the mobile for 15 days and returned it to me.Then after 5 days new problems started to come in device.It became almost dead when I started using Watsapp on it, It became too slow that it used to take 30 sec to appear digits on screen while dialing a number.It is about 13 times I have given my set to service centre and every time they keep it for 10-15 days and always a newer problem starts.This time my touch is not working and the same problems like slow processing and hanging are also there.I have submitted the set on service centre on 24 April 2014 and yet I have not received my set.They are saying that at the last of May I will get it.They have also charged me Rs 1065 for touch. I dont know why they are not replacing the set as I think its hardware is creating problem.I am worried this time if those problem persist then what will I do as only one month is remaining in warranty. Hence I want that they should replace my problem set.           Hi Sir, This is Sumit Narula. I want you to be known to the problem I'm facing. My Canvas Doodle phone got its bluetooth failed. I went to the service center bhiwani (Meham Gate) on 26th March and they asked me to leave your phone with us. I did. They said It will take 10 days, but when I went to pick it up, they asked for 15 days more n did not give it to me. I went again on 29th April, but still did not get it. On 19th April, they had the phone and they were giving it to me, but I found the problem unfixed also its speaker and display did had issues.             I purchased Micromax Bolt A58 on Feb 05 2014 from Amazon.in Happy with the product and satisfied with the phone as well although the phone isn't a full fledged charismatic wonder. It has its issues. Phone hangs up from time to time wherein you need to freak out by removing the damn battery and reinstalling to bring back to life, and many others but that is not the current issue all about. However, the cheap headphones Micromax have provided unfortunately is faulty, defected and plain worthless. Mind you, I am a person who uses headphones to make and receive calls. So you would understand the gravity of the situation here. After gleefully making my first call, I wondered, is my left eardrum ruptured or is it the exquisite headphones noteworthy of praise for making me doubt on my hearing capability. I kept them aside for over few months now as I was being generous enough to give a damn about them. But I figured now is, if customers are being taken for a ride, you are wrong. Point I am trying to make here is, there are three service centers in the city mentioned here in Davangere. I will provide them below. Funny thing is, neither the contact number provided is valid and some picked the calls by saying "Wrong Number". I doubt they will even consider replacing the faulty headphones for free although I have 3 more months of warranty coverage. Let alone I seriously doubt the service centers do exist. If this was the case of a headphone, how am I suppose to trust or believe Micromax not as phone manufacturers but as failed professionals on basic customer handling!!! What a shame. This would be my final purchase of a brand such as yours. For god sakes, learn from your mistakes. Run a test of accessories prior shipping them. No one part of a product should be neglected since you guys are doing a remarkable job releasing phones like "Nothing Like Anything". It's NOTHING to be precise. I could go on. Well, enlighten me. By all means, make calls to the so called "SERVICE CENTERS" and get some sense. If you were at the receiving end, you would know. I challenge Micromax right here, right now. I will give you lots the whole 7 days time period to correct your mistake and further not causing me distress which you would not want. By any means necessary, prove me wrong by replacing the headphones. Its a simple task. Put your energy. Your job is to ensure that customer satisfaction is more important than yours.               Dear Team, By Mistake, i have purchase a mobile of Micromax in six month back.i was facing the problem of handing the mobil e.so i have visited in batala service center for repair.firstly his attitude toword was vert casual and he ask for change the mobile screen and will retuned it after 4 days. But again i have facing same problem and continuously hang the mobile.so again visited in service center for solution.now service center ask that he will sent this set to company.more then one month has spent but till date i have not received my mobile and no response given by service center. I am working in Axis bank Max life relationship as a Cluster Manager.so as you know, it is not possible to work without mobile even a day in corporate sector. so now i have two option either purchase a new mobile worth 10000/-or go for court case against company. I am very annoyed and frustrated from co. Service so request for help me to return my mobile with ok position.                   my name is manoj kumar meena, I have given my mobile phone to the micromax service center, Jaipur for repairing on April 12, 2014 and they give assurance to me that your mobile will repaired with in 2 weeks . After completing 2 weeks i have called them then they further extend 10 days, after completing the given time whenever i called them customer care are continuously extending 10 days -10days . Till today one month and 4 days completed and they are giving me same reply from starting onwards .
                  i have taken my smart phone for mainly Internet and study, I am not able to follow the current affairs for the UPSC exam and even i am facing the problems to talk my parents and relatives . i continuously torture by the micrmax and i am not able to concentrate in my study . i am fully fade up with this micromax company.

                    I submitted my Micromax canvas a116 in service centre because the touch of the phone was not working.Now even after 5 months I had still not received my mobile phone.They are not even giving me my job sheet saying that they dont have any computer with them and now a few days ago the service centre closed.When I made a contact with customer care there is no response and they keep telling me that you will receive mobile shortly.I am very frustrated with its service and given all hope.So I am really looking forward to your help.

                    sir,
                    I purchased Micromax Canvas 2 plus on 15/12/2013 .After 80 days from date of purchasing, I got a small patch on my mobile screen.Gradually it started increasing.
                    i went to the service center (S.S.Telecome) on 5/3/2014.they took my mobile for 10 days, thereafter using 4 to 5 days, it again started showing the same problem.
                    Again i moved to the same service center on 12/04/2014.they kept my mobile for reparing.during this reparing period, i called many times to customer care, but no one picked up single call.Lastly I called to the toll-free number of micromax customer care, even then i got dissapointed by the rude behaviour of customer care represntative.They had only answer that, i have to wait as part of my mobile is not available.Even they took a complaint regarding this.Complaint number is [protected].they told me to wait for 15 days.again after 15 days, they gave me another time period of 15 days.Lastly after 40 days, i got my mobile on 19/05/2014.
                    this time also, after using 4 days, same problem came back.
                    Again on 27/06/2014, i submitted my mobile in the same service center.till now its there in the same service center .each time when i submitted my mobile, i got a job sheet number.

                      I purchased micromax mobile A111 on[protected]. Its battery got swollen after 4months o[censored]se and the same was replaced in November 2013. by Future communications sec 41 chandigarh 160036. Now again after 5 months use the battery got swollen to my great disappointment. Today I have given mobile for service at sec 41D chandigarh vide job sheet no NO[protected]. My phone has a manufacturing defect in the phone.Request is for the replacement of this faulty phone with a new model. Service boy say it will take one month for change of mother board. Great inconvenience to me. Further say battery warranty is expired but fault is not mine it is the faulty phone. So request is for new phone and new battery without cost.

                      I know about a similar case filed by a lady for manufacturing defect and in that case court order micromax to pay full amount of mobile and also 5000 as compensation

                        I just bought Micromax A58 15 days back. It had below issues a) Battery was not lasting for 2 hours in totally stand by mode, gets shut down arbitrarily and batter becomes zero. b) Mobile used to get very hot even while not in charging Service center had first replaced the battery, but even after it didn't get resolved. After 3 visits, they registered a complaint for L3 [Complaint No: W[protected]] and saying it will take 1.5 months. I have already suffered a lot by purchasing this device. So request to replace it AEAP.

                          Hello, I am NAMITA RAUT. i have a complain to launch regarding the handset m using, it is Micromax A116HD. on 15 April, 2014 i.e 3 weeks back my phones screen go automatically cracked and the battery is also swollen up Automatically and mind you it was not on charge. and this is something really shocking, which is ridiculous. and once when i visited your gallery, i got really unreasonable answers saying its a physical damage (and my point is its not a damage from my end, its your handsets problem.) my Phone is in warranty. I also complained on your website also but there was no reply. the are sending me mails like your phone not in warranty(which isn't true) and we have forwarded your concern and so on.
                          what if that phone would have blast. who would have been responsible. such automatic crack on a screen is dangerous. please do something.

                          but no actions are taken . its more then 3 weeks it is really causing me a inconvenience . they are just doing a let go. Micromax has a very bad after sale Service.
                          they are worst at customer service.
                          its more then 3 weeks since my phone has a problem

                          still no actions taken, they just send me mails of consideration

                          I have also faced exact similar problem in my handset micromax A116 HD. Screen is kracked due to battery is swollen up.. I have to register complaint against them in consumer forum. no other choice. Pathetic service from local service center, customer care and even from head office respresentative.

                            i have give my mobile repairing in service center at ahmedabad for diplay lining proble.
                            service center is at ahmedabad narayanpura complain number r1404.
                            mobile in warranty . i am facing lots of problem . i have visited 5 to 6 time at service center but still my mobile was not repiared. now i want to replacment of same model on immediate on urgent due too my bussiness losse

                              Purchased and new dongle of hardly an week old but since from the first day was unable to use the service of the Dongle. Called for service assistance at [protected] for assistance but response receive as Network service provider problem. Please support and assist me at the earliest or else refund my money. When try to connect says Dial Up Fail. Uninstalled and reinstalled the same but didn't work. Tried visiting an local technician he too was unable to solve the same.                                 Sir With deep regret I want to inform to the higher authorities as well as other consumers that how a consumer is being harassed at the hand of Micromax service center ( M/s Rapid Communication, Ganesh nagar ) . On 9th Feb 2014 i have purchased a Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 for Rs 14000/- (approx) & i think this was my biggest mistake of trusting an Indian brand which was gaining popularity . From March till Today 2 nd May 2014 my brand new cell phone have visited the service center thrice . Every time there service engineer were not able to solve out the issue, every time a new issue crop up while addressing the previous one . Can any one imagine that the New Canvas Doodle 2 will going to face so many issues like Battery not charging up, Display hang up, Application getting crashed, Network issue, Heat up at times . After trusting this brand my life has completely ruined up as in I have to take leave from my office to address it but still the problems persist. There Service engineer are not able to rectify the issue as expected as every time they say that the problem will not come up next time but still... If i want to return the phone " Micromax policy of return within 7 days " also prohibits the same. At the end I think by putting the actual pathetic service and condition it will open the eyes of the concerned authorities and will surely protect the interest of innocent consumers as expected from a responsible company Please help, feedback required

                                  submited tab for 4 to 5 times but facing same problems in a months tab remains 20 days with them.. when they return to next week i faced the same problem.. and i deposited device at service centre on[protected] ... since till yet there is no proper correspondence that where is tab, , people from service centre says that device has send to head technical department called Nirayana ... no response how long i had to wait purchased from Nehru Place delhi i m alok singh agra [protected]

                                    RESPECTED SIR,
                                    I bought a micromax mobile last year whose guarantee period is still alive that will finish very soon.recently my mobile display was broken down n i changed it from service centre by paying around 1900 since they changed my display (touch) it has not been working properly n i went thrice to the service centre they just dont accept their mistake n non working of their product n simply send me back by making mare satisfaction every time without proper resolution of the problem now once again i went to service centre again n they took my mobile n now making just promise but they have not yet return my mobile nor they solved my problem .
                                    finally in next 15 days guarantee will finish of the product

                                      Sir I have purchased a mobile of the micromax company in February. After two weeks the mobile gets hangs I visited the service center and at that time they updated the software and said now it will properly. But the mobile phone again having hang problem. So I have complained the head office on their toll free no. But on that no. Also no proper solution is given then again I visited the service center for the complaint then they have again deposited the mobile and give us a surety now it will work properly. They have kept mobile for 25 days but the mobile is having same problem. I am facing again the same problem but the service center nor the coustomercare is going to answer our problem. I am calling them continously but no solution is given by them. So I request you to please help us. I am tired so much I belong to a middle class family and I have spent 16000 Rs on this phone and it is not a less amount. Kindly help us please

                                        Kindly find the attached file for the evidence of my issue and request. I Karan Sharma, put in D - 472, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi-110092, has purchased a handset of Micromax A114, on dated 16th December, 2013, which is still under warranty provided by company itself. Before 27th Janaury, 2014 my handset's side volume keys stoped working and I went to the service centre on 27th Jan. 2014 and submitted my above mentioned handset with the request/ Job Sheet No. N[protected] which was received by Ms. Chanchal and claimed to retuned handset repaired within a week. When I went to get my handset back, I got another Model handset of 'Low Price', I refused to take it. Then another employee of service centre Mr. Varun has given me a written commitment dated 17th February 2014 to provide me my handset back within a week, but still I hadn't received my handset till today i.e. 01st May, 2014. Now for your Kind perusal I would like to grab your attention towards my request last time to provide me my handset back, Otherwise else the options are rest for me to take Legal actions for this serious issue. I will consult further with consumer forum and will ask for 'HIGH PENALTY' too. Note: Kindly revert me back on my Mobile number i.e. [protected] or through mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com.
