Kindly find the attached file for the evidence of my issue and request.
I Karan Sharma, put in D - 472, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi-110092, has purchased a handset of Micromax A114, on dated 16th December, 2013, which is still under warranty provided by company itself. Before 27th Janaury, 2014 my handset's side volume keys stoped working and I went to the service centre on 27th Jan. 2014 and submitted my above mentioned handset with the request/ Job Sheet No. N[protected] which was received by Ms. Chanchal and claimed to retuned handset repaired within a week.
When I went to get my handset back, I got another Model handset of 'Low Price', I refused to take it.
Then another employee of service centre Mr. Varun has given me a written commitment dated 17th February 2014 to provide me my handset back within a week, but still I hadn't received my handset till today i.e. 01st May, 2014.
Now for your Kind perusal I would like to grab your attention towards my request last time to provide me my handset back, Otherwise else the options are rest for me to take Legal actions for this serious issue.
I will consult further with consumer forum and will ask for 'HIGH PENALTY' too.
