Hi frnds i m using canvas 2 plus last six months thrs problems with my battery it dont giv backup as it use u giv b4n it gets low in 15mins n it swiched off. i went 2 micromax store they told me to take new battery n its worth rs 1200 .they r not giving me replacement for faulty battery even though my mobile is in warrenty.they r telling me to take new battery...

    I have purchased this handset via flipkart on 23 Jan 14 and received on 25 Jan 14. Rest everything was ok but phone is getting heated now very frequently even just when we plug it into charging. The handset IME No. : [protected]. Its been last four days the phone gets heated even when indoor and just a use of fifteen minutes or when we plug into charign. Please replace the handset ASAP

      Dear Sir I am using one Micromax handset for last Four Month. I have purchased this Mobile in the M/o Jan-2014. There are two problem which I am facing in this handset mentioned below:- Auto Off. Hanging Problem. I already submitted my handset to nearest Service Center (Shree Sai Telecom-Gurgaon) but I am not getting proper and positive response from them. I was submitted as on 09th Apr 2014.         Sir/ Madam,

        Had a minor problem with my Micromax Canvas A116 HD Canvas
        charging (under warranty). I had submitted to Panvel Micromax Service Station
        on 29th of March 2014.

        Till now the problem have not been sort out. On asking them
        you get only one reply ‘parts are not available and can be delivered by next
        6-7 days.’ Meanwhile, my handset was delivered to me twice saying that the
        motherboard and other parts have been replaced but I found that no repair was
        done on it. So this is the third time I had to submit my cell. Earlier Rs. 380
        was charged for replacing charging connector.

        The representative over their don’t respond to the customer
        properly (play games on their mobile) and make you to wait at least an hour
        without any reasons. On asking them they don’t simply respond. Also if you call
        them they don’t respond to you properly. I guess customer have
        to beg there with their problems.

        Today I again spoke to them but the only reply you get is
        that it may take one week or more. Its already been 30 days n still on hold.

        This is been a really a big [censored].

        Still my compaint have not been resolved...!!

        I received a call from micromax panvel check point on 5/5/14 saying that my mobile has been resolved. But when i visited today to the centre, they could not find my mobile and finally i had to return back home without mobile. The representative over there are so lazy. Also no one has an idea wheres my mobile gone?
        The earlier 2 job sheets and the bill receipt were taken back by Micromax Panvel check point and finally the third time only a receipt was given to me.

        Please find the attached job sheet which was given to me on third visit. Please let me know if you can help me in this?

        Still my complaint has not been resolved...!!
        i have brought one mobile of Micromax A 091 date 25 june 2014. I had submitted my Micromax canvas engage A091 on 10 july 2014 at Ghaziabad Service center(near old Bus stand of Ghaziabad) as there is some hanging problem occurred.They solved the problem and next day my phone is not charging as i dont what they have done with it.now again i gave it them on 11 july 2014. Till date i have not received my mobile back nor i am getting proper response from the Micromax. I have called them even mail them several times but no proper response. I hope you would understand the query as it has been almost 3 months and there is no proper response. Please do something for me.

          I have submitted my Micromax Tab P560 to micromax service centre (vashi Telecom, haware fantasia business park, vashi navi mumbai 400703) on 22 march 2014, due to not charging and other problems. After examine service centre promised to give in 3 weeks.But now when I am calling the service centre they are informing that they are waiting for parts to be delivered and no idea when the tab will be repaired. My request no. is 8763095 . Submission date 22 march 2014. So I request micromax to kindly deliver the parts in time and upgrade the service centre for delivery within promised time.             Dear Sir, I have purchased a micromax funbook mini tablet with the S. No. v[protected] on 08.03.2014 from Classic mobiles, Jagadish Market, Abids, Hyderabad. Since the day one the above said tablet is getting hung not working properly, on 10.04.2014, I have taken it to M/s. Sai Mobiles, 1st Floor, Hardy Complex, MG Road, Secunderabad, and they have asked me to leave the defective tablet with them and issued a material received note with bearing the serial no. S[protected] and told me that they will call me once it gets ready. But till now they have not called me and updated the status, for the last 10 days i have been calling the service centre and requesting for my tablet service.               I have submitted my MMX A77 for repaired at service centre on 5 feb 2014 they told me its dead and we will replace it and it will take 20 days, till date i haven't received my handset nor any information regarding it i have sent mail to micromax they replied that please check with service centre till date i had went there many times but result the same am fed up with false commitment every time i asked for my handset, kindly look into this issue as it is very frustating,

                  My phone Canvas A100, was given for repair regarding the power button issue. It was under warranty and hence was submitted to the Micromax Borivali service center. The phone was repaired and given back to me. Now that there is another problem with the phone, in spite of it still being in warranty, they reject the claim stating that there is no seal on the phone. According to them, they must have sealed the phone before delivery thus preserving the warranty. I was unaware of such minuscule conditions that I should have checked. Now they would not repair the phone, in spite of being in warranty, claiming that it has been opened violating warranty. Why should the consumer suffer because of the carelessness on their part? Why would I open the phone myself (allegedly) when it still lies in the warranty period?

                    i bought Micromax A110 Q phone 5 months back in November . Touch pad was not working properly so I gave it for repairing from where I bought it 'MOBILE PLANET' shop in Panaji, Goa . On Monday 13/04/2014 I gave it for repairing and till today 26/04/2014 my phone is not being returned back to me . They told me that I will get it today and now today they are saying I will get it on Monday . Actually they told me I would get it by Wednesday evening so I went there at 4pm they made me wait there till 7pm saying that your phone will come by 7 and at 7pm they say its not coming it is coming tomorrow again next day I go there they give me my battery and panel and say it will come on Saturday and again today they are saying it will come on Monday . Is this a joke ?? Micromax promises to repair phone in 7 days and 2 weeks past I don't get my phone back . I want strict action against Mobile retailer and whoever is involved in this .

                      i bought mikcromax canvas doodle.with in a 2 week the LCD get white for unknown cause(it was in my bag through out my collage time). and i submit it to a service center.now it already cover 25+ days and still my mobile is on service. my complaint is the very poor service center of micromax. and now the head office also said that it will take additional 20 days to repair...

                          I had a very bad experience with micromax service centre atlajpat nagar 1.I bought my micromax A67 from mobile store lodhi road new delhion 2nd oct 2013 and from last week of march 2014 im getting problm from phone, phone is not charging i managed for 2-3 weeks but in april 1st week 2014 problmbecame severe than i went to mobile store from where i purchased my phone thygave me lajpat nagar service centre address. BR services micromax authorisedservice centre E-84 GF, krishna market, near kangra sweets, lajpat nagar 1, 110002, ph[protected].I compalint there, my jobsheet nois[protected].i loged complaint 3 times but my problm is as it isphone not charging, service centre took my phone for more than 20 days butunable to solve complaint they fooled me unable to solve my problm.                             Worst Service ever. I am a guy who used to use Samsung and Sony Smart phones. When I returned back to India I planned to change my phone and when I searched for options I came to know that Micromax an Indian company is launching great mobiles. I bought Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 to my excitement. I was really happy using the mobile till the time I broke its Screen 2 weeks back. It fall from my jeans pocket height. It was very disappointing to know that the quality is very low. After the incident the I submitted my mobile with Authorized micromax service centre at Cochin. Address Near central Bank of India. Pallimukku, Cochin - 16. Contact Number - [protected]. My friend Sajid submitted the mobile there and a manual job card was created. Job card Number - 2662. No computerized job card was created and didn't gave any explanation for the same. They said that the mobile will be repaired in one weeks time. I waited for one week and there was no revert on the same. When I called the lady on the phone cross checked and said that they are waiting for the Spare part which was already dispatched through courier and I will get my phone repaired by today that is 23rd April 2014. Again there was no revert and when I called up they said it is not yet done. When I checked why it is not done yet they are having the same stand that they havn't received the courier yet. I am working in a MNC and I also use domestic and international courier services. i hardly takes 2 days time to get things delivered. Later when I called the direct toll free customer service number to log a complaint they where requesting for the Job Card Number which is computer generated. When I called up the service center to Know the Job Card Number and said that this is to log a complaint, the lady over phone checked and said that the spare part has arrived and will get the phone repaired by saturday 26th April 2014. I was not ready to take that crap as i cant beleive why they need 3 days just to change a part of the mobile. I told them I cant wait till then and I asked for the online job card number again.Then the lady handed over the phone to a technician who told me that the spare part has not arrived. They where giving me a stupid excuse that the job card was not created online because that would take off the warranty of the mobile. I am neither a stupid to believe this crap. So when I argued with them regarding the same the technician told that he will discuss with the manager and revert back in 10 minutes. I waited and there was no call for half an hour. When I called back there was no one picking my call which was really embarrassing. I am having a great trouble without the phone as I am accessing my company mail through that. Very Pathetic Service from your side. I am not going to stop it here. I am going to contact consumer court and log a serious complaint on this issue.

                            Sir, i bought a micromax a121 from dehradun local dealer in july 7 2014. But after 3 months it got heating problem so i took the phone to dehradun micromax service centre on oct 27 2014.they told me that the phone had to send delhi for repairing and it takes 20-25 days.but after 35 days my fon get back on 2 dec 2014 but it had 2 more problem like brightnes not working and phone light is always on.so i told them for repair the fon but they said that it is the fault of delhi service centre and it took 20-25 days to get back fon because it it the 2nd time when phone goes to delhi service centre.but i have not recived my fon yet.when i call micromax customer care they told that it took 30 days more..i visited the service centre thrice but they always says that it soon your phone will be back.i am so frusted and so irritated ... I will never buy micromax phone anymore and not suggest anyone for that.where i wolud file a complaint or a case for this type of service..please help me..
                            Dear Sir,
                            I am writing this post in great anguish, pain and with sheer disappointment due to Micromax mobile company and its service centre. I have been a victim of forgery and fraud by Micromax mobile services. I bought Micromax Turbo A- 250 on[protected] at a cost of 17800 rupees with IMEI no-[protected]/[protected] . The phone started malfunctioning within 3 months for which I went to Micromax service centre M/S-THE DELIGHT SERVICES, ASC Owner- Md Shafiq sheikh, PLOT NO34, METRO PILLAR NO 232, NEAR SHADIPUR METRO STATION, NEW DELHI-8.TIN NO-[protected]. They kept my phone for more than a month to repair. The phone again went blank on[protected] for which I again went to DELIGHT service centre in Shadipur and they kept the phone to repair and made JOBSHEET NO- N[protected] and again made Jobheet on[protected] with JOB SHEET NO- N[protected] but had not repaired the phone till now[protected]. I kept on going to the service centre (at least 20 times) but every time they bluffed me and gave fresh dates. In last 8 months I called them at least ten thousand times which either they did not respond or kept me waiting with lines on and they chatting among themselves. In their service centre they treated me as if I were a fool and even tried to hand me somebody else`s phone with obviously a different IMEI number which is a clear case of breach of trust and committing fraud. Due to this cheat and forgery I have suffered deep mental agony and lost my peace of mind. It`s so unfortunate that despite calling in their customer care nothing happened. Md Shafiq Sheikh even threatens on asking where about of the phone. The Micromax Company has been harassing me in the name selling cheap quality phones and third class service centres in which they hire goons to intimidate customers and cheat people.
                            I request the higher authority of Micromax company (if any) to kindly take notice of my complain and relieve me of this unending pain and trauma .

                              THERE IS PROBLEM WITH MOBILE IS MOBILE BECOME SWITCHED OFF ANY TIME. WHEN WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE IN THE MONTH OF feb-2014 then they did some software activity then problem reduced at that time. now once again same problem came... now i have to change battery as there is battery problem, battery warranty is up to[protected]. then customer care saying that they will charge for same. this is pathetic situation that once six month completed of battery then it become. tell me what to do .

                                I have bought micromax HD (A116 (w)) on 25th August 2013 and after 1 week screen display was not working properly. so I submitted my mobile in micromax authorised centre named as sai telecom in vashi. I demanded for replacement but they said replacement is done before 1 week after the buying date. they took it for repair and returned me mobile on 29th October 2013 with the front and back housing damaged. They said they dont have that front housing now so gave a bill in which it is written that front housing pending.. but the phone was not fully repaired.. they repaired the screen but now the mic was not working..they used to temporary repaired it and give to me butthe mic never worked properly... So on 28th December 2013 when they came to know its not working properly they said to submit the phone which I did... now that service centre is closed and I didnt get my mobile. all the no. they had given me are fake. even the complain no. is not responding properly..they give me the no. i.e [protected] of a person named SACHIN he picked once now he too not answering me... today its been 8 months from buying and I dont have my mobile.

                                  Dear Sir, It is regarding my micromax mobile model no. A35, which is still under process of repairinig. I was told to wait for maximum 15 to 20 days but still my phone is not repaired and service centre executive is informing me to wait.                                     On 19-Feb-2014 I have Submit my Handset in Micromax
                                    Service centre (M/S SHRI LAXMI ENTERPRISES, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi) for
                                    Reparing under warranty, due to Manufacturing Problem (automatic switch
                                    off). This service centre was unable to solve this problem and forwarded to
                                    the company. Jobsheet No: N[protected]. More than 6 false commitment given from micromax customer care. But still this Handset is not repaired or not given new handset.

                                        I have given my cell phone ( 2 times ) for repairing since last two month. But unfortunately I am not getting any response and proper servicing from authorised service centre at Ajmer and CUSTOMER CARE.My job sheet No: W[protected] was completed and closed within one day. But they gave the set after 10 days. The set was not ok, again submitted .Talked to customer care and given complaint No: [protected].by them. Today nobody gives proper answer. THINK CUSTOMER-CARE CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS NOT ABOUT MOBILE SET.Till date they are unable to decide whether it can be reparied or to be replaced. This is very critical situation for me that I am not able to use my cell phone since last two month.
