      I am deeply disheartened with the service being provided by Micromax. Its just being 6 months that i bought this mobile and i started facing problems, as i didn't got the time to submit it earlier, So i submitted to the service center on 19th-march-2014. And till date i haven't received any update regarding the same. Also in head office no one helps you or give proper response and your customer care no. doesn't work.If it works by mistake they directly say call after 15 days. What the heck, did i bought this phone to rest at your service center. My experience with micromax is poor and i will never recommend any person to go for it. Also one advice marketing your product with great star like HUGH JACKMAN might boost up your sale but if the product and more-over the service is like this the you might now survive the market for long. Submitted at Rapid Communication Vikas Puri - Service(Response was given by them but no support from the company's end) Does company doesn't have the service or sales manager to look after customer complaint, product problem and service center functioning.       I bought this handset Canvas Knight Cameo A290 on 18 August 2014. And after few days the handset got charging problem . Until it has been sent 4 Times to service centre but the problem didn't got solved. And now your executives at service centre are not responding to my queries. Every time I take the set to service centres there is a new problem and they always promise to solve it. But as if now it's 5th time i have given the handset to service centre and they are saying to wait for a month. I am attaching the Bill and service form.

        I have ordered a micromax canvas knight(white and gold colour) on 3rd April 2014 online through your official website on which it was mentioned that ordered will be delivered by 13th April. But I din't received it yet. Every time when I call to customer care, They always promises to be dispatched in next 1 or 2 days. But I think this is not a way to avoiding the customers. Please look into this matter seriously and take a appropriate action so that I can get my order by today else I will not receive it after today and will claim my amount for refunding.           I had Purchased a Micromax Phone, Canvas Magnus A117 via snapdeal.com on dated 15/2/2014. On 3/3/2014, there was a problem in my phone, it was not supported any sim card. I had visited Micromax service centre Bhiwadi. They had taken my phone and i got a job sheet no. from them. But till today, i did not get my mobile, they are not giving any proper answer. Please help me.

          Dear Micromax Team,

          I have received my phone after 50 days without repair in same condition. I am very disappointment with your support. The people of Bhiwadi service center are not able to repair my phone, they advise me for go to Rewari or Gurgaon. I had visited Rewari Today, they had taken my phone for repair. They have given me new job sheet no.- N[protected].They have given me time of 20 days.

          You are requested, repair my phone as soon as possible, otherwise I will take legal action against Micromax.

          I have received my phone after 50 days without repair in same condition from Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) servive centre. I am very disappointment with your support.                 I want to purchase micro max anroide mobile before few but after purchasing for two days my cell phone with charger has been automatic blaste with my switch board, it has sundelney bcoz, I am charging to my phone but after take charger on the switch board it's ok then put into the charger pen to phone after 10-second mobile with charger and switch board has blaste. Next day- I am goto retailer shop so retailer has been send to mobile with service center then i am go service center so service center operator has told me this not company and me fault if you rerepareing so you pay 3000-thousands rupees then, I am pay for this money and repareing my cell phone take after 4-days but he say if it has been also reblaste so this not compay and service center fault this your fault. So way cell phone mobile company preparing and selling cell phone this so many people injerde and i think if blaste so big then people died also chanse, who responsble this problem. Sagication:- Company not take any action so people take thius think very series and then he purchase any type electronic part as most important cell phone so he chake and take the garanti with writen words to retailer.

                  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!
                  I gave my 8 months old #Micromax Canvas 4 for repairing on 17-Sept, 2014 in Bangalore MobileSeva. The Job Sheet no is "S[protected]". The power button of the phone was not working.
                  I was given the assurance that my phone would be repaired in 15 days time.
                  After 15 days, when i called the service center and inquired about the status, I was told that it would take another 15 days time. I registered a service complaint with #Micromax on 30th Sept. The complain no is "MMX[protected]" Everytime i call the customer care to get the status, i am given different commitments. Initially i was told it would take 20 days to fix the phone. on 7th Sept, when i spoke to a senior guy (Varun) from #micromax, he told #Micromax needs another 15 working days to get the phone repaired (its been 30 days uptill now to repair a power button!!!). I still hear the same old dialogue that the complain has been escalated to the highest level and that people are working on it.

                  I am not sure whether any higher level exists in Micromax. As its difficult to digest that a brand like #Micromax needs more than 30 days to repair a small minor problem in a phone.
                  I am completely distressed and fed up with the false committments that is given to me. I just hope that I get the refund back as I have lost complete trust and confidence in the company and do not want to go through this pain anymore. I would never ever recommend anyone to buy #Micromax phone.

                    I bought a Micromax a96 on 15 April 2014. After a week it gave a problem o[censored]SB. I went to Micromax service centre they told me to submit the Phone and come next day. So I went there next day, i took the phone and I saw that my phone got a new network problem in addition to the USB Problem. I told them about what they did. They told me to get it Repaired from any local service centre. I went to many other local Service centre and no one was able to figure out the problem, Now the USB problem is solved but the Network problem is still there.

                      I have purchased micromax canvas 2 plus a110q in june 2013 but now its showing problems like memory card space get automatically filled files like hpns folder ; exception.log keep on accumulating and use around 5-6 gb space Phone get shut down automatically battery's stand by time is hardly 2-3 hours i have visited service centre few times everytime they reset and says virus problem speaker of phone is not working properly in short this phone is about to dead its only 10 month and this phone has gone this is poor performanc by micromicromax kindly consider my problem and replace this phone to solve this Thanking you

Again when i reach their they said it will more take 10-20 days when i told them to fix a date that when my phone will repair. They said that talk to customer care. The customer care executive also not replying of my mail they just registered my complaint and give me a complaint no. MMX[protected] and not reply that where i can track this no. So I am distressed with the service of this company please help me related to the concern..

                          i've bought a new micromax canvas 2 smart phone worth rupees 10500 with 2 years extended warranty from the "mobile store". in starting it was working fine but after a month it creates problem for me, after that i take it to official service center of micromax, than after so many trip to service center i've got my phone repaired after a month. then from that day my phone worked fine for 7-8 months than my touch was not working fine. again i take it to service center, at the time they said that my phone will get repaired in just 2 to 3 days, then i keep goes to service center to take my phone back but they never gave my phone. after more than 1 month they handover me my phone. than on the same day my phone again creates some serious problem i.e now my touch was not working and also mic was'nt working . i was so harassed by this, then again in next few days i take to service center they again take time and again give me my phone without repairing it. many times this happens. now also they have my phone but its not repaired. they talk so rudely to us. i am so harrased by them i seriously want to take some legal action against them. i want my money back or i want to replace my phone.

                            I brought Micromax Canvas Doodle(A111) at about 6 months ago. After 2or 3 months my cell's battery is not working properly/very weak. And now my cell is not opening up because my battery is permanently discharge.Even when I connect charger to my cell still it's not charging. I went to Micromax Service center but they are not exchanging my battery.Even I have 1 year warranty with "The New India Assurance Company Limited".And I'm laterally very disappoint.

                            I bought the micromax canvas a111 mobile October 2013 and exactly after 6 months battery is not working and when I visited the micromax service centre, they refuse to replace or assist on it because it is exactly 6 months over. This is not fair when i'm using cell smoothly and battery not working exactly after 6 months. I'm very much disappointed as i need to spend around 100 again for this battery...
                            I bought the micromax canvas a111 mobile October 2013 and exactly after 6 months battery is not working and when I visited the micromax service centre, they refuse to replace or assist on it because it is exactly 6 months over. This is not fair when i'm using cell smoothly and battery not working exactly after 6 months. I'm very much disappointed as i need to spend around 1000 again for this battery...

                              I have purchased my Canvas Turbo A250 on 2-Jan-14 and within3months it has stopped working. it is getting restarted every now and then. It is giving error then process android.com has stopped. Have also visited service center and they say there is issue in PCB and need to replace which can has 35days of SLA. How do u justify this 35 days of SLA? If it is 35 days SLA then what is the alternative solution for customer?
                              I had called to Customer Care number [protected] but it said that I need to write to this. It would be great if you can provide me with a person having authority to take any decision.

                              It’s highly disappointing and pathetic. I will never purchase any Micromax product ever in further. will also spread the same on Social Network.
                              Thanks for wasting my money. :(

                                  I have purchased new Micromax mobile canvas 2 A110 SERIAL NO. [protected], [protected] on 29/6/2013 form Delhi. After purchasing, approx 3 months it was good every thing was working fine but after 3 months it become very slow, internet was not working properly, all the applications start hanging after getting on and the system become very-very slow so, i deposited it at Mobile Care B-2 Guru Nankpura opp V3S Mall near Maharaja Bequett Hall Laxmi Nagar Delhi- 92 on dated 28/2/14 my job sheet no. is N[protected]

                                  When i was submitting the phone they told me that you will get a message or call on the provided mobile no., i waited approx 20 days but there was no message or call, there after i went again to the Micromax Head Office Gurgaon and complaint to them for the delay, my complaint no. is MMX[protected]
                                  .
                                  Still i am not getting any positive information from there side, yesterday i got a call that it will take 20 more days, now tell me how much more time they will take if it is not possible then please provide me a new mobile phone or return back my money.

                                  Please take it seriously & solved it as soon as possive.

                                    I have given my cell phone for repairing scince last two month. But unfortunately i am not getting any response and proper servicing from authorised service cent at reliable enterprises akurdi nr jaiganesh fame pune(Model no a110q).
                                    This is very imbarising situation for me that i am not able to use my cell phone since last two month.Number of time i talk to customer care people. But time to time they are talking like we will response in 8-day or 10-days but no use of my all efforts.
                                    Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Micromax A116 became part of my daily life, Suddenly it stopped charging, I unable to transfer data from mobile via data cable or Bluetooth. I purchased this phone on 13th April 2013 and I submitted to service center on 8th March 2014. Now only 2weeks left for warranty then just passed the time finish of the warranty period. Micromax A116 is an expensive mobile I spent 15000 Rs on 13th April 2013. Phone doesn't got any physical damage, The technician who took the phone on 8th March 2014, inspected the mobile and said, Motherboard should be replaced and as it is under warranty it will be done with zero cost and it may take 10 to 15 days but even after 30days and me contacting them many times, no update in the repair process. This is with reference to the Job sheet N[protected] provided by B.R.Services [Micromax Service Center]. I have submitted my Micromax A116 on 8th March 2014 for repair but its over 3 weeks and i have not received a single update from there side and when I contacted the service center [B.R.Services] they are not replying properly.Today they have told me my cell's part cant be found and they cant repair it and I can complain any place I want and they don't care about it, this not a type of service I received from Micromax service center.My cellphone A116 is one of the premier model and it is under warranty so why these people can't repair it, if this is how u treat customer than i will not suggest any body to buy Micromax products

                                        I have ordered a micromax canvas knight(white and gold colour) on 20th March 2014 online through your official website on which it was mentioned that ordered will be delivered by 30th March.

                                        But I din't received it yet. Every time when I call to customer care, They always promises to be dispatched in next 1 or 2 days. But I think this is not a way to avoiding the customers.

                                        I request them to cancel my order but they refused.

                                        Please look into this matter seriously and take a appropriate action so that I can get my order by today else I will not receive it after today and will claim my amount for refunding.

                                        i agree with that. i am also awaiting delivery of my mobile.
                                        it appears that management people there are acting street smart and avoiding the neccessary evil ie inventory. without realising that bad name, that they are getting in lieu of, is even worse than that.
                                        they have email and phone number o[censored]s, in case something unprecedented has happened, they can make up by calling and informing ie give a bit of personal touch. if its your flagship device, for us also it is the best we have also tried to get.
                                        So, Finally after a long wait of time I got it on last saturday.

                                        Feeling like I am very lucky that I got it after so many calls on customer care and complaints.

                                        I would never recommend to purchase the mobile from the official website of micromax.
