Hi All,

I purchased a Micromax A116 Canvas HD phone on 31st March 2013. It worked good for 7 Months after that I faced a issue of Auto Rotate (G-SENSOR) function stopped working. I submitted my device to the Micromax Service center on 24th Jan 2014 near Shop No. 27, A Wing, jai Ganesh Vision, Akurdi, near Fame Multiplex, Pune, maharashtra 411035.They told me that there is a issue with the motherboard needs to be replaced and will take 1 month max. I waited for 1.5 Months but still no revert. I took my handset as i needed the device badly bcoz I needed my IMP mail of my office When I took the device I Saw the memory card is not reading in the device and also the speaker was fully damaged I again took my device to them they told that the speaker would be replaced but the memory card part needs to be replaced and the part of the memory card is not available it will take 15 days I told ok then they replaced my speaker but after that my mic stopped woprking but now my warranty is expired but nothing is done yet.

    Sir,
    I have recently purchased a new micromax mobile model no A61 in Hyderabad stores. I have selected the mobile based on the specifications mentioned on the micromax official site only.
    But when i bought the mobile, it came to my notice that the mobile was manufactured in the month of Dec 2013
    and the phone is getting heated up ...hanging in the middle. no charing backup and the mic is also spoiled..
    so micromax is not at all testing the phones before launching in the market and due to which the average middle class indians are suffered a lot

      i have brought mt phone on 02/04/2014 yesterday i have gave the complain to the shopkeeper and he contact to the distributor for this they said under 4 days they can prepare doa (dead on arrival) but at the service center they are telling me to registor my phone at micromax to get the service but why i should registor company should registor on its own and really i am not able to register please help me sir.

        Am using micromax mobile Model A116HD, I have reached the micromax authorized service center(Deprosys technologies, chennai) regarding the display problem. My complaint is display broken, the executive said it won’t covered under warranty so you have to pay sum of Rupees 2800 /- for the replacement of new display. I have agreed that and paid that amount and asked them to repair, mobile warranty expires by next month,[protected] to[protected] They replaced the display and Damaged the center case after the argument with customer care they replaced it without any charge. Before that they asked me to pay 500 Rs for it but I refused. Then they replaced a damaged center case then again argued and got replaced. Then the display with dust patch was replaced also microphone not working then I visited again after the argument they repaired the loosely placed microphone and cleaned the display. Now again the display with dust patches was replaced. So again I handed the mobile to that service center for replacing the display. They asked again a week time. How long I continue this. No proper reply or action taken by the company for the mails too.

        The customer support people (Mail Department) working for the Micromax company are not able to provide the details of the warranty and gurantee of the spares and products. Their reply is just about diverting the customer to the service center. Very worst replies and answers from that team working under micromax company. I expect a severe action to be taken for this issue.

        Dear Sir,

        The micromax company is now trying to void the mobile warranty and make chargeable for the service. Since My mobile's warranty period is going to expire by may 27th the micromax service center people now quoting that the mobile has problem with the Mother Board. My question is how does the mother board become faulty after three weeks of time in the service center. So they mishandled the mobile and made faulty. i want to know where is the problem arising. and no one else had contacted me through mail or phone.

        Last week, that is by Wednesday the service center person ring me and said there is the problem with the motherboard and we need some more time to service your mobile. And very next day the same person from the same number ring me and asked "Have you collected your mobile?". Are they playing with the customers or what.? Can you take any serious action against this or not kindly reply. If you people cant take any action against this issue then let me know please...

          Dear Micromax Team, I regret to bought Micromax A250 phone as this worst phone ever seen because Motherboard got dead within 2 month. Whenever I use this phone got hanged and hot instantly. Either, I use internet or game. I am much very disappointed that after spending Rs 20000 and services are not up to mark. Moreover, I am shocked that my phone did not break and not even fall down anywhere then how come phone mother board got dead. Please Replace this handset I am not in favor to use any more as Warranty period is 6 month after that nobody will be responsible. Kindly refer attached file for your action.           0 zero rating handset worst mobile. dont invest single peny. My suggestion dont spoil your money. Now they are not even replacing my mobile after spending such huge amount arround 20k.
          micromax suck. no after service. service. they blame us for problem caused in their devices.
          also have face same problem i use this mobile after one year motherboard was dead so service center told it repair cost is 9000 ( Nine Thousand ) which is higher than second hand selling price so what do i now.
          I have also same problem.
          Dead the motherboard that phone!
          I buy this phone and after 2 day they was a problem of proximity sensor.
          Care will be replace my phone and then after 2 month phone is dead
          I gives this phone service center for replace the motherboard i m waiting for 2 month and then i use 8 month and agian motherboard is dead and that time this not a under warranty and that cost is 5000 rs thats not be fear i m very disappointed because i was used micromax product i have also buy micromax LED and also use micromax mobile ever but that first phone to very disappointed me...!

            Hi, I had booked an order for canvas knight with MMX on 11st March via order ID 39805, their website tracking page started showing my order as Approved and expected delivery date as 21-Mar-2014 (which is still 21st Mar as on 04-Apr-2014). The handset was not delivered on 21st march, and hence i tried contacting customer care number given on their website. It's very very very difficult to connect with them. Even after we connect, it's customer care executives seems too blunt to talk to... they seems having no courtesy. Alongside that, i tried contacting their support mail ID as given on their webpage. But that seems to a dummy mail ID, and even after 4-5 mails, i did not see any acknolagement or response coming in from this mail address as if we are sending mails to a dummy mailbox. Further, their online complaint / contact us page is always not working, once you type everything, you cannot submit anything to them. there is only a number to connect to MMX, and no other means seems working yet. And all this is when it's pre-sales, such a bad pre-sales means what could be the post sales / after sales... you should not even expect a post sales support. Understanding that, i have today cancelled the order to avoid a deaf ear from micromax post their sales is done and they receive their money. Saved some of my hard earned money this way i think. MMX need to first get their basic eStore enhanced and made bug free... Enable mails acknolegement, prepare some SLAs response time, improve your web contact page that it start working, and teach your call center executives to be polite with their customers and listen to problems rather than keep explaining something or other without listening to customer properly. -Regards -Gaurav

                  I have purchased a smart phone Canvas 2 plus on 14 Jul 2013. The set did not work properly since its purchase and was handed over to service centre at Modinagar Dist Ghaziabad in Aug 2013 itself which was returned only after a gap of more than one month. Again the same set is handed over to Service Centre Modinagar on 17 Feb 2014 for non-functioning of its sensor. However, even after lapse of 45 days and several visits, the set is still not released till date. I would like to confirm from the company whether we have purchased the smart phone to help us in day to day work or to hand over the same to the company for repair.                     Hi, I Bought a Micromax A116 i for Rs 13, 000 on Jan 8 2014 From Chennai Mobiles - Fun Mall - Coimbatore. Within a Month I have noticed that the flash light is not working. I gave it to Chennai Mobiles. They kept the mobile with them for more than 15 Days and replied that "Not possible to rectify the mobile". Refer to check with Authorized service center of Micromax - Coimbatore. I gave my mobile to the service center. They have intimated me that it will take minimum of 30 Days. (While giving my mobile few guys also there with the same model mobile and same problem) I was surprised, a Authorised center is saying 30 Days to rectify a brand new mobile problem. If the process goes on for 2 Months then what is the use of buying a mobile by spending 13, 000 Rs. In 2 Months duration the Battery will go to DEAD position. Automatically within 6 Months the battery will lost its capacity. In my warranty period 2 Months period used by the company itself. The company should either service the problem within days or should replace with new one. This type of service focus us to move to other brand mobiles. Expecting a prompt action from Micromax.                       dear sir, (a) i m major manmohan mishra i gave my micromax canvas hd phone to the service centre located at siliguri on 01 mar 2014 ref E[protected]. (b) i was given a time of 4 days (c) i got a message on 10 mar 2014 that the particular job sheet has been closed on reaching the service centre they told me that it was a wrong message and they require 4 more days. (d) i again checked up on phone on 22 mar 2014 and they told me that the phone is ready as i reached there they told that its was a mistake and they require 4 more days but still the phone is not returned to me.

                        It has been 25 days that my phone has been submitted for repair at the authorised service center (fort). The phone is covered under warranty. It was submitted on march 7th and i was told to collect it in a weeks time. When i went to collect the phone it didnt even seem like the phone has been looked at. The phone was in the same condition - No Network. The same procedure was repeated the next week and even the week after. The phone continues to remain in the same state and is still with the customer service in fort.. The customer service agents are RUDE! they have no respect for senior citizens and spoke in a loud and degradatory manner. My next step will be approaching the media as well as the consumer forum.                           i have purchase one MicroMax handset on 1 Jan 2014 Model A111 but after 20`25 days problem start occcured while speaking on phone automatically it gets restarted when i have visited at service center they told me that your handset is already repiaired on 23 Dec 2013 while i have purchase on 01 Jan 2014 which clearly shows that Micromaz has cheat with me they sold this repaired handset. But after getting the replacement of this handset again in new one problems get started again i have visited at service center but no reponse from there now, & this handset is submitted in service center now they are saying that whenever your handset would get ready will inform you. Thefore since last 3 months i am totally harassment from this company & i have lost my some important clients & contact no which affects on my duties.                             I seriously regret to purchase this phone.
                            In a month after purchase I visited four times to your service center, but phone still have problems
                            1. Battery is not getting charged at ALL. Always I have to plug in for charge and use the phone
                            2. NOT GOING INTO SLEEP MODE, EVEN AFTER SETTINGS IN PHONE: Sleep mode after 15sec of inactivity.
                            3. I am not getting missed calls. People are saying they are calling me but I am not getting calls. After sometime it shows in missed call list
                            4.SETTING: Lock if Power off button is pressed. HOWEVER, Its not getting locked until I press it many times and again STILL LIGHT WILL BE THERE AS ITS NOT GOING INTO SLEEP MODE
                            5. Call drops all of a sudden, even though there is full signal. Many people even said I think your new phone is not working properly
                            6. Automatically phone gets into aeroplane mode
                            7. SETTING: Automatically lock - immediately after sleep - but its rarely geting locked.
                            8. only after power off and power on - sleep mode worksfor 15 mins. after 15 mins again it keeps lighting all time.
                            9. WORST THING HOME BUTTON/SCREEN DOESNT WORK
                            10. Camera opens and again phone gets hanged

Started using it around 15th Feb - delayed using the phone due to non- availability of microSIM AS A CUSTOMER - MY SATISFACTION O[censored]SING THIS PHONE IS ZERO, INTACT I WILL RATE NEGITIVE From day 1 there are plenty of problems with this phone. 1. If I open the camera phone gets hanged for hours, can even power off - as screen goes blank and nothing works for 4-5 hours 2. automatically gets into aeroplane mode. 3. Automatically call gets disconnected 4. Battery life for less than 3 hours on fully charges phone 5. Entire contact list got erased all of a sudden and don't know why 6. Headset does not work properly, weired sounds when I use headset. With work battery backup- not even able to use headset to avoid harmful radiations 7. Screen goes blank all of a sudden- doesn't work for 30 mins to 1 hour 8. google gets blocked/hanged and doesn't open for days and suddenly one day it starts working and again gets blocked/hanged next - goes on and off 9. NEVER GETS INTO SLEEP MODE- PHONE IS GETTING HEATED UP

                                  I, visweswar Rao N. resident of Andhra Pradesh ([protected]) purchased a mobile phone of Micromax company i.e. Micromax Ninja A91 on[protected] from Big C mobile shop with IMEI No : [protected]/1570 with one year warranty. My phone is not working since[protected].I approched the nearest service centre immedietely for repair, but service centre people replied that it will take 2 weeks to repair.After this i, approached state servicing centre at Hyderabad i.e.SS Enterprices, Chaitanyapuri, HYD.After one week he said that the mother board of phone broke down, the phone will not be repaired.Then i asked for replacement which is in warranty period.The service people refused to give replacement because the handset was opened by other than service centre people.In this regard i request for replacement of new handset.

                                    Dear Sir, I have buy Micromax table model no. P300 and due to some problem it will not "ON" then I have gave to "Tirupati Cellulars" on Dated 14 November 2013 till date they haven't resolved my tablet problem. Since last six months I have several time contacted to service center and ask the questions "What is the exact problem?”, "When I get my tablet?" "How much the service cost I need to pay?" However they are given me common answer "we are working on it, waiting for some part (Don't know which part) like that. Also, several time, I went service center in person, take a token, wait for an 1.5(half an hour) hrs then they will give the answer like "Come after 2 days later" or "we will contact you on mobile" but they are not doing any action from their side. I had already spent Rs.1500/- to doing follow up with service center. (Rs. 500/- in doing call and Rs. 1000/- in petrol) I hope you will understand my problem.                                       hello sir this is VINAY ARYA from noida ... i purchase micrmmaxA72 CANVAS... after 7 month to purchase mobile ...has been dead... so i submited in nearest micromax authorised service center on 3|3|2014 after 25days no any healthy feedback... this is very poor service i seen have yet...when i goes service center ...they say" we wll inform u after 7 days... my job sheet no. "NO[protected]" My mob. no [protected] pls help do somthing !

                                      मै एक नया मोबाइल माइक्रोमैक्स ए34 लिया दिनांक 27/11/2013 कुछ महीने चलने के बाद अपने आप बंद हो जा रहा है। तथा बैटरी गरम हो जा रही है। मैने इस समस्या के लिया माइक्रोमैक्स सर्विस सेंटर जो कि वाराणासी मे मिलन मोबाइल केयर के नाम से है। उसको दिनांक 21/04/14 को दिया वह बोले इसमे कुछ समस्या जो की यहा नही बन पाएगा कंपनी भेजना पङेगा मोबाइल आपको 15 दिन के अन्दर बन कर मिल जएगा परंतु आप सर्विस सेंटर मे 45 दिन हो गया अभी तक नही मिला दो बार काॅल कर चुका हुँ रोज एक नया तारीक दे देते है । आज काॅल किया तो बोले 20 जुन को मिलेगा अब आप ही बताये की 2 महीने तक मोबाइल बनने मे लगता है। तथा हमे कितनी परेशानी हो रही है।इसका निवरण आप ही करे

                                      I have made a complaint today regarding my Micromax smart phone A77. I could not get any solution yet. Instead of any solution you have tangled with net banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, NOC, etc. Please make it clear, I want my problem solved as soon as possible otherwise I will see in Court. Do not make it fuss. Now it has become intolerable for me to wait any more. I hope you will mean it

                                      today is the 60th day of my phone is submitted to the service center of Noida. attached is the jobsheet

                                      bar code number -- *S[protected]* -- it since around 2 months, , i had given my mobile for service and its not yet delivered . mobile problem was i was not getting network in my mobile, . today i had been in micromax care near jayanagar they was not good respond from them they keep posponding that after one weak u cum and all that stuff.i am right now pissed off !!!1 telling why the hell !!! i took micromax mobile .service is too dammm slow i would rather use the word !!! slow . even customer service is so poor no a good respond

                                        On 7b of March i have purchased your china company phone ( MM Canvas Doodle 2) and i have paid 13000 Rs for this china phone, after 4 days the screen was totaly black nothing was visible on the screen i put the phone.and after 4 hrs it come back and till date i am having this problem twice in a day now u tell me, did i have done any crime to purchase your phone.
