sir i have given my phone in micromax service center kota 4 times for its hanging and the defective phone issue i have complained to the service center (Deepshree Parisar, 1st Floor, Sh.No.10,
Opp. HDFC Bank, Jhalawar Road, Kota,
Rajasthan - 324005)
for the replacement and the service of the phone and they didn't give the proper response and have not repaired the phone also i have given my phone 5 time and they have taken the phone for the long time last my fifth time in SC was on 8thfebruary, 2014 with the jobsheet no.(w[protected]
and they gave me the phone after the replacemnet of the motherboard of my phone and they have given the phone again defective !!
!!CONEQUENCES;
i am frustated and my 14000 micromax canvas hd (a116) which is in warranty is of no use and i have gave this phone many time in service center but they have just not repaired it because it is irrepereable!
WHAT RELIEF I WANT?;
so i want my phone to be replaced as it is in warranty nd came defective by the company onlyyy!!!

    I had purchased a micromax A210 mobile phone from micromax.com. and i was paying money via my debit card. And bymistakely i have paid thrice. And when i got my bank statement, i saw i have paid thrice for my micromax mobile. So i requested micromax to give me my remaining money back. I got reply that i will get my money within 8-10 working days. But now it past 7month i didn't got my money. And now even i am not getting anyany rply by micromax team.

      Good Day,

      I am sending you this mail with good hope of justices which i am facing from last 5 month from one of the reputed co. " Micromax mobile co"
      regarding custody of my " Micromax Canvas 2" Cost - Rs.11, 650/-.

      I gave my mobile which was under warranty period in Micromax Gallery, Vashi for repair in month of November, till date I have not received any service + my mobile which they have taken under their custody. As an action they had given us 1 Micromax mobile for use which we gave back to them in few days as we was needed our own mobile, which is also mentioned in our repair receipt.

      Still I have not receive back my property as they are delaying and giving excuses that they will give in 5 days / 10 days / 15 days etc. I visited to Vashi gallery number of time for direct contact but they keep it close & open as per their wish. I have heard the news of shutting down of Vashi Micromax Gallery.

      As i was very disappointed by them so i directly complain to " Micromax Co." before a month but as I am still unfailing to receive positive reply from them. they are also giving excuses of appointing Special team from last 1 month and their team is still working on my matter. After giving them lots of time period & warning to look forward to my matter, they are not at all co-operating and not taking any strict action.

      My property which they have taken under their custody is waste of money for me as I cant use it for my need. As with good hope I am requesting you to note my complain & help me.


      The mail conversion I had with Micromax Team, my mobile bill & Mobile service receipt are attached below fyr. Kindly go through it as report.
      Please do the needful.

        Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased one Micromax Funbook Tablet P-300 TAB online from infibeam.com on 1st Apr 2013, Order no for the product is 10514342. Within a period of 9 month from the date of purchase, the Tablet developed defect and since my Table was under warranty so I submitted the gadget to the Service Centre, located at SP-CCOM Telecomunication Pvt Ltd, F-12(FF) Eternity Mall, Teen Haath Naka, Thane(W) vied their Jobsheet Number R1312FMH7295504 dated[protected]. However, even after a lapse of more than 60 days, I have not received my Micromax Tablet after due repairs. As this is causing me great amount of stress and frustration to repeatedly follow up with the Service Center people for the repairs of The Tablet, I request you to please help me and get either my gadget in the working condition, or to please get it replaced at the earliest.           Sir, i have purchased a micromax A77 canvas Juice handset for 7999 rupess from Homeshop18.com (Online) on 17/12/2013 after 7 days o[censored]sage it got problem in camera Flash so i submittet to micromax service center in Nadiad(Gujarat) service center gave a job sheet and didnt mentioned the return date of the mobile handset to be given i have submitted on 27/12/2013 and i have called many times the micromax service center no one picks the call by luck if it connects they always extend the date i have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call.But after my many request they return the mobile after 3-months at nadiad(Gujarat) customer care in damage condition.and again they told that they submit my phone back to upper level customer care and told that wait for again 20-days. they are either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve this complaint my old job sheet number is : W[protected], customer Name (My NAME) :Tejaskumar Shah, Micromax Request No: [protected], and my new job sheet number is : W[protected] customer Name (My NAME) :Tejaskumar Shah, Micromax Request No: MMX[protected], Nadiad Micromax Care Name= RHYTHM CARE Mob.No=[protected].           HI, I got a very pathetic experience from MIcro max service centre Bhandup - Mumbai.I had a problem with my touch (Mobile is in warrenty) and i submit to Micromax service centre - Bhandup on 10th Apr 2015,but even after 2 months I have not received mobile back to my endstill they not resolve the problem.and not proper respond by this executive.           Sir/ Madam,

          Had a minor problem with my Micromax Canvas A116 HD Canvas
          charging (under warranty). I had submitted to Panvel Micromax Service Station
          on 29th of March 2014.

          Till now the problem have not been sort out. On asking them
          you get only one reply ‘parts are not available and can be delivered by next
          6-7 days.’ Meanwhile, my handset was delivered to me twice saying that the
          motherboard and other parts have been replaced but I found that no repair was
          done on it. So this is the third time I had to submit my cell. Earlier Rs. 380
          was charged for replacing charging connector.

          The representative over their don’t respond to the customer
          properly (play games on their mobile) and make you to wait at least an hour
          without any reasons. On asking them they don’t simply respond. Also if you call
          them they don’t respond to you properly. I guess customer have
          to beg there with their problems.

          Today I again spoke to them but the only reply you get is
          that it may take one week or more. Its already been 30 days n still on hold.

          This is the issue regarding Service i purchased micromax mobile model number micromax turbo 250. on 27th jan 2014 . after 6 month it having problem in touch display . so i give it to service center sikandarpur on 1st of september 2014 . job sheet number is N[protected] . and they say time of 10 days maximum. i folowup again nd gain they again same exuce 3-5 days, 3-5 days . thn fianlly after 24 days i not get my phone reapired so i complain on customer care number[protected]. They gave complaint number MMX[protected].they gave me 20 days time again i flloeup on that complaint number on 7th october theay said within that 20 days phone will repair . today i call again on that complaint number they said gain 20 days or on that still they not sure that phone will get repaired or not .

          its 46 days completd now . still i m not get my phone back nd repaired. this is my lifes worst experienced i ever faced in my life. after sale service is too bad that i dnt have word to explian it .

          i hope you take some action on it soon nd i get my phone back reapired

          I owned micromax canvas A1 in sept 17/9/14 from Amazon. after a month it gave problem.. while charging it always restart/reboot... once 1 kept charging while switch off to charge fast but after that phone doesn't booted it got stuck in mmx bootlogo...
          I gave my A1 to service center on 3/11/14 oct... they gave me a job sheet and they didn't mention date of return handset they told me after 15 day i ll get back my phone. after 15 days they told wait more 15 days. n now they're telling to wait more 5 days wtf.. they're telling ur phn has sent to delhi company. And i called them so many times no one picks the phone..
          None company takes so much time they take maximum 7 days but mmx took almost a month... mmx service center sucks.. i heard many complaints about mmx service center it really sucks.. i want my phone back or replace it or give my money back otherwise i wont keep quiet...

          I had got a Micromax canvas A74. Actually because of me the mobile stopped working so i went to service center, the one at Bhashyam Circle, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Previously i had given it to other center at Malleshwaram, Bangalore. They diagnosed the problem they told that board was damaged. I took back the mobile from their and after few days gave it to Bhashyam circle center. First thing they did not give me any job sheet. I asked them but they told that printer was not working so they jus wrote down the information in a piece of paper. They told it will take around 5k to repair it. I dint want to give so much amount for service so again i told ill take it back. But then i wasnt their in town for months. so i couldnt take it. later aftr around 5 months i went to the center to take back the mobile. They couldnt find my mobile with the mobile number i gave. Then they asked for IMEI number and i gave that. When i recieved my mobile the condition was very horrible. It had only internal damage. but the mobile what i got had many damages
          1. Screen was broken
          2. Charging point was damages
          3. Volume button was missing
          4. Front camera missing

          When i told them that the condition of mobile was not like this when i gave, their response was that "We are returning the mobile in the condition we got".

          This is very serious problem. Micromax centers are really careless and the service is horrible.

          I want some serious action to be taken on them.
          I support Only indian products. That's why i purchased Micromax Canvas Nitro mobile keeping in mind that it is indian company. But their product & service is too bad that i have to decide next time i should go for Indian company or some chineese product.
          Sir, I Deep Chandra Khaling presently serving in Border Security Force at HQ DG BSF, Block No. 10, Room No. 521/A, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road New Delhi. Sir I have purchase Micromax Canvas Knight - A-350 (Black and Gold) in the month of Jan' 2015. After one month i.e. Feb' 2015 my hand set got some problem and I was deposited my handset in Micromax service center at M/S Sigma Telelink, Mubarakpur, Kotla, New Delhi on 06.02.2015 for repair. After lapse of more than one month on 23.03.2015, above service center intimated that your handset has been repaired and collect from us, but when I reached to collect, they had provide me another handset which was old and different in colour (that is black instead of black & Gold and used in poor condition) and same has been returned vide Job sheet No. N[protected] on 23/03/2015 and again same has handset returned by service center on 24/04/2015. Accordingly, same has been returned vide Job Sheet No. N[protected] on 24/04/2015 due to old handset and different in colour. Kindly, Direct concerned quarter to return my Micromax Canvas Knight A-350(Black & Gold) otherwise I'm going to lodge complaint in consumer court

          Iam bharani i had bought microaxA350 unfortunately it felt into water I gave it for service it took 32days after that i bought it form them but the sensor didn't work so i gave back to them but after that the sensor is working but the hear phone is not working so i gave back to them after 5 days later i bought back from them but after that the cell is automatically switching off for more than 20times and the speaker is not working the phone is getting slow i don't know what they are doing

          i am using micromax A 300 CANVAS GOLD. it has problem regarding screen touch.& my handset is under warrenty.I have submited handset on 10 th sept.@ service centre vashi plaza. when i have called service centre @ vashi they reply till issue is not solved. parts problem . till date handset is in service centre. That people r saying we will send it to the company for replace but it will take 90 days time. so my question is why the have kept the handset near about 1 month in service centre & saying now we will send to the company for replacement when i called them. I think they nothing did till date & when i called for inquery then said as we will send to company. Its very worst experiance to me from micromax service centre.

          Purchased Micromax Television and since then have been trying to get in touch with their service centre for demo and installation. But no one answers from their service centre. I have never seen such a pathetic service from a company.

          My micromax Canvas Knight A350 (Black & Gold) had the charging problem so i submit my mobile to the local micromax service center M/S THE MOBILE CARE( DELHI) B-36 GURU NANK PURA OPP. V3S MALL NEAR MAHA RAJA BEQUETT HALL LAXMINAGAR, DELHI, dated 29/10/2015 and i was informed to collect my mobile after 15 days. However till day i have not received my mobile although i have called three times to the service center, they extend the 15 more days for each call. It has been more than a month and no any positive response have been receipt from the service center. it seems that micro-max service center specially this service center is not providing the good service as per the feedback i got about this service center and is declining the craze of micro max from the users. Good internal control to the service centers is lacking from the micromax head office to provide the good service to the users.

          Today I have visited the service center to collect my device. But they said Handset is having Charging issue and asked me to come back on Tuesday 23rd Feb 2016.
          My Concern is when I got the message from the company that "handset has been repaired and please collect it from center" then WHY Handset is not handed over to me when I visited today. I am not sure but it seems Center guys are playing with the mobile parts, as under job sheet it was reported that Power Boot issue while the actual problem was with the touch screen. So it seems when new motherboard has been placed in mobile by company now the center guys are replacing the new motherboard with the old one which was also working in my handset. So i am not sure what the issue is But my concern is "WHY handset has not been handed over to me when I got the confirmation message from the Micromax company".

          It is totally wastage of our time. Was this was not tested at the time of dispatching or the service center at the time of receiving???

          Really DISAPPOINTED from such type of service. And my this experience will be shared with others. I don't think that Micromax is making good impression by providing such type of service.
          This is my worst experience in my whole life time i gave my mobile a350 to malleshwaram micromax bangalore piwer and volume buttons but they told wait one hour i waited after that they told it's needs to be given warehouse it takes 30days just for a small issue on warranty I'm fed i never trust you guys ill go to consumer court and file a case upon the service center and micromax i need new phone as compensation or money back please kindly help me they are either giving my phone back or serviced i paid 17000 for that phone more than a month i waited they are testing my patience i will hit them at last that's for sure

They have, however, NOT given any receipt or document confirming the replacement of the battery and informed me that it is NOT necessary for the issuance of any receipt or document in this regard. It is, with the hope that I am bringing it to your notice that the warranty / guarantee in respect of the replaced battery holds for the next 6 months beginning today the 10th March, 2014 and the information about the action taken should be placed on record in your office in respect of the validity of the battery's life for the next 6 months from today. I don't know why your service centre people tell me that it is NOT necessary for issuing any receipt or document relating to the replacement. I, therefore, request you to communicate with your service centre in Mysore and issue necessary instructions on the subject and post me with the action taken in the matter at your end through reply e-mail at the earliest. I would like to fetch your attention here that I'm having micromax canvas 2 (A110) since 1 year but some time before I had face network problem with this mobile, first thought it may be network issue but problem still remains with every network Service provider wherever I go problem remains. Then I submitted my mobile to service center and the service center authority assured me that within three 2 days you can get back your mobile after repair. Now it been a week completed but I didn’t get my mobile so far, I visited the service center many time but they don't pay heed to me. Now they are claiming that mobile had some problem in mother board and they sent it to the head office gurgoun, but how could they done so without my consent. So my point is clear I want to know about my mobile where is my mobile now, Is it under repairing? Have you got my mobile at gurgaon head office (as the service center authority claims)? or Have they misplaced my mobile? And how long it will take to repair and get me back (service center claims that i can receive my mobile within 2 days after submitting).                     I purchased a Micromax Canvas 4 on November 2, 2013.Within 3 months the power button stopped working and i could not switch on my phone and frequently got switched off.I submitted my phone at an authorized service(so called) centre in Hyderabad on 22.02.2014..After 2 days got my phone back (24.02.2014). But the problem became more worse than before that it started switching off and rebooting itself and i could not use my phone. Again i submitted my phone on 8.03.2014 and the customer care people do reply irresponsibly that it will take more than 7 days and their response is also poor and rude.

                        I am really fed up with the after sales service of Micromax mobiles. I bought a handset of Micromax A116 handset through Tradus.com. The IMEI numbers are: [protected] and [protected]. After few months, my mobile’s LED flash light and battery got complaint and on 28th Dec 2013 I visited the ASC of Micromax at Trivandrum and showed my handset. They examined my handset and told that my SIM card socket and battery has to be changed. The spares were out of stock and they told me to wait for another 15 days to get the spare. On 05th Jan 2013 I got an SMS from MMX stating that my complaint is closed. I called the service centre and they told that only battery had arrived and asked me to wait for some more days to get the SIM socket. They also told that they will be keeping my new battery at the service centre itself and will replace both spares together. After that every week I made call to the MMX ASC regarding the status of my complaint and every time they said that the spare has not yet arrived. Finally on 18th February, I got a call from the service centre and they told that the spare had arrived. On 19th February, again I visited the service centre and replaced the SIM socket. But, this time they told that the battery has not yet arrived. As my battery was out of charge at that time, I was not able to properly check and collect my repaired handset. After reaching home, I put my phone to charge the cell completely. By evening 7 O’clock, I was really shocked to see that my touch pad is not working at all. I was using that handset without any other problem till that day morning but after repairing it was totally out o[censored]se. The next day morning itself I again visited the service centre and they examined my handset. This time they told that my handset’s touch pad got complaint and again asked for 15 days to get the spare. I was really sad to hear this from a responsible ASC of MMX. I called the call centre of MMX and informed them this issue. I got the same response from them. After 2 weeks, again I made a call to the service centre to know the status of my complaint. But, they told the same excuse that the spare has not yet arrived. I complained the same in the call centre again and they told that they will be re forwarding the issue to the concerned team. Yesterday (06th March 2014) I got another SMS from MMX stating that my complaint is closed. I was really happy to get an SMS from MMX as I was expecting this for the nearly last 20 days. Today morning, I visited the service centre with my damaged handset and they told me that they have only the battery for me. One touch pad they received for Micromax A116 is a white one instead of black. Now, I don’t know what to do. Today morning also I called the call centre to inform this. They are asking me to wait for 10 day more. Kindly understand the situations and feelings of a customer. Is Micromax sending SMS to customers to fool them?

                          I bought Canvas 4 A210 dated 08/10/2013 since last 2 days my phones battery discharged with in 30 minits therefore today I went to service center they checked the battery and they inform me that problem in battery. Due to it is in warranty period I request for change the battery. The service center in charge told me it will take 15 days to replace the battery. My problem is how can I work without mobile for 15 days. I don't understand what can I do? I think Company must be provide some stand by solution.

                                Sir, i have purchased a micromax Bolt A67 Black for 4043 rupess from Snapedeal (Online) on Dec 22, 2014 after 7 days o[censored]sage it got problem so i submitted to micromax service center in M/S S.S.Communication, 73 Nilachal Complex. P.O.Narendrapur, Kolkata -700103, West Bengal service center gave a job sheet and return the hand set after 26 days but as per their view the set was not working because of battery problem. As the battery was also under warranty, they took the battery and told it will take 15 days for replacement. After 15 days they provide me a unsealed battery but we were unable to switched on the mobile with the new battery. Again they taken the mobile handset along with Battery on 25.02.2015 by ref no.14356780 mentioning problem -Dead for undefined time. Till date they told that it will take more time.

                                Please look after the mater and help me to receive the mobile set in working condition.

                                      Good Day I have an mobile micromax a72 purchase date 25 january 2014 i faced 2 problems ist i cant connect WIFI and another sim 2 is not detecting i visited serves center at netsurfer poloview he told me we dont have hardware it will takes 1 month then i go to another server centre at lalchow opposite bisco school he told me it will takes 12 days now it has 15 day he never pic the phone after that i called sajad ahmad [protected] he told i m not working with micromax it is not happens ist time it is 3rd time i fed up with micromax service now i decided to go Consumer court because of you i face lot of my media filed thank you

                                        I have bought Micromax A210 4 months back. When I am on call there is a message that MKT thermal manager wants to shut down the device to cool and automatically reboots. This happens quite often. My email id. [protected]@gmail.com Ph. no [protected]. Also I am residing in Chembur, Mumbai-71. The address of your service centre which was mentioned along with the purchase documents no longer exists now.
