I have bought Micromax A210 4 months back. When I am on call there is a message that MKT thermal manager wants to shut down the device to cool and automatically reboots. This happens quite often. The address of your service centre which was mentioned along with the purchase documents no longer exists now. Can yo let me know the address of your service center in Chembur. Regards Anand

      I brought a MICROMAX A116 mobile on 16 Aug 2013. It was not getting charged properly, so i given to the service center (m/s Tirupati infotech, g-72, B block, ganpati plaza hut, m.i.road, Jaipur) on 28th Dec 2013. They told me it will take 20 days. I was waiting waiting...then i called on 22nd Jan 2014, they said it will take another 15 days, again waiting...then i called on 12 th feb 2014, they told me it will take another 15 days. Mentally & physically I was affected.

      Finally I got my mobile on 21st feb 2014. But the mobile was too old & Model also changed.

      Last feb24 th 2014 i was posted, there is no solution for that,

        Dear Sir,

        I had Purchased Micromax Tab P - 600 on dt:- 22/06/2013 from Croma Store (Ansal Plaza mall, Greater Noida, Attached Bill for your reference).

        After five months from the date of purchase my Micromax Tab was no more. I had registered a complain in Registered Micromax service centre (M/s S.R.Comm Govindpuri, New Delhi) on dt:- 18/11/2013 and they assures me that after full service of my Tab they will hand over the same within 10 - 12 days.

        But after my continuous follow with the Service centre, Today on dt:- 24/02/2014 i.e almost after 3 months . i am still empty handed and looking forward before the service centre for the hand over of my tab.

        Presently I am totally fed up with the service provided by you and your companies strategy to handle the customers against their complaints.

            I had ppurchased the mentioned mobile in the month of may 2013 but now i am facing some touch problem in the mobile although i had submitted the mobile to the nearest serivce centre but the serivce centre offcials had told me it will take months time to repair the handset my point is if the service centre are not equiped with the technology to repair the hand set the why the hell compnay has open its service centre.

                I had vey bad experience while purchasing your phone. This is not expected by anyone.I have purchased Micromax Canvas Blaze for my sister on 15 February 2014, on very next day of it I found that their is some software fault in the handset regarding the Charging, Charger is not working, Battery consumption, Consuming Battery without any use even we couldn't use it and many other related to the activation which has to be done within 1-2 days as commit by the vendor( from where I have purchased) but I was taking 3 days for it. But its already five days gone.So, after facing these issues I must expect to get the replaced new handset as per the return policy.I already went to the vendor and customer service center. They are backing off with their commitment and responsibilities. No Help, support and consideration given by them in a responsible way. I need to approach them for every single things. It's effecting my sister who was working as a teacher to visit the shop and service center two three times.Also I am working professional so it's difficult to ask them in the serious way.What I find that they are having numerous reason for the useless explanation.Hope to get a serious concern and immediate solution in this issue from the Micromax !!!Please send me the confirmation mail on receiving.ThanksRegardsSanchit Sundan[protected], [protected]

                I believe there are thousands of customer's who have any how faced the problem in Mobile Industry with the Micromax mobiles. Please look up my case as I got the very worst experience while purchasing it's product for my known one.

                  It is respectfully submitted that I, Rabinder Setia aged about 70 years Ex- Serviceman cum Senior Citizen received gift from above said Mobile from my son Sh. Deepak Setia who Purchased it amounting Rs.4100/- from BANSAL MOBILE CARE Shop No 6, S.S.D. Sabha Market, The Mall, Bathinda-151001 on dated[protected]

                  After a few days this mobile not worked properly. This mobile is within guarantee period and I have a Bill also. I request you to arrange either replace the Mobile with new one or refund my money otherwise I have to approach the Court for justice.

                    I have a P600 Micromax tablet and its charging connector had come off and I gave it to msn communications for repair, they gave me back after 2 weeks saying its motherboard is faulty and said it cannot be repaired and again changed their answer saying it can be repaired if we change the PCB and it will cost 3500rs, my tablet is under warranty period, pls help me resolve the issue asap

                      My micromax A76 which i bought in november was working fine but from past 2 weeks the keys below screens (home key, back key) are not working properly. each and every time i had to reboot that too from the command mode, at customer care centre they just update the system and nothing, and that didn't resolve the problem.

                        i want to say that my name is Gufran Ansari from bhopal, i want to register my complaint against micromax mobile company bcoz last day my mobile was blast with huge lose due to charging time. The unconditional thing was happened that never be think any one. I don't what was the problem regarding this but my mobile is in very good condition. i purchased my mobile on 1/1/13 last year and the warranty given by company was completed it has not mean that after warranty period my mobile can be collapsed. pls inform to company and solve the problem which has been creating and check another mobile also having same models.

                          I am resident of Ambala Cantt (Haryana) and my mobile No is [protected]. I in possession of Micromax A35 mobile. For last one week I am facing a problem that micromax network starts automatically and started downloading unwanted sofawares and charging huge amount for the service. It get started downloading automatically. In last one week I have spent more than Rs 200/- for unwanted softwares. I am paying for nothing. I have spoken both of the Vodafone customer care and micromax customer care but they express their inability to refund my deduction. Micromax representative saying that once amount has been deducted, will not be refunded. I have paid for nothing. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                            Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that myself Subham Bhattcharya, owner of Micromax A89 is going to register a complain against your company. I bought my cell phone on 17/04/2013. Accidentally it feel from my hand and i took my cell to BDR Commumications, Sealdah, Kolkata. It took Rs.1200 to change the touch panel. It was changed on 26/06/2013. Suddenly a few days ago the memory slot is not working. I visited your service center at 141, Anadapalit Road, Kolkata. It was told that they are unable to repair my phone and asked me to carry the cell to that service center where i took earlier. But later i heard that your company took away authorization from that vendor. The service center harassed me for an hour and lastly misguided me in this matter and also asked me to reach higher authorities as per my rights. What should i do now?                             05/02/2015 i given my mobile to authorized service centre of Micromax in Chennai. Problem was existing problem which again occurred and i given to service centre and it is under warranty period. So far they has been not returned my mobile now its more than one month, if i call them they are extending the time. even today also i called executive replied me she don't know how long time it will take.
                            Now one week before also i called to customer care they replied my mobile is ready. So i really fade up with their system. They don't have right to harass customer like anything.

                                I have submitted my A34 Micromax Bolt handset for repairing to M/s Dev Enterprise (Authorised Service centre of Micromax in Ahmedabad) as there was some hanging Problem. The same was submitted on 9th December'2013 vide Job Sheet No. *W[protected]* and was within the Warranty period. I was informed by the representative of Dev Enterprise that they will look into the same and the problem would be sorted out in next two-three days. After two- three days when I contacted them they informed that the handset have been sent to Gurgaon Head Office for repairing as the same cannot be solved locally and the handset should be received in next 15 days. After that I personally visited there premises 4 times in the month of January and also had telephonic discussion twice in this month and each time they informed that I shall receive it back in a week's time. I am unnecessarily facing this hardship because of no fault of mine. But till date there is no communication received at my end. Name : Vinod Lakhotia Mobile[protected].

                                The Problem is still unresolved.
                                As per Telecon received from Micromax on 15th Feb, they were supposed to reimburse me the current Mobile cost.
                                However, the same is still pending. The Mobile No. from which I recd call from Micromax, is also not reachable since last few days.

                                  My mobile is having charging issues, so I had submitted my handset A89 for repair in S3 COMMUNICATIONS, micromax authorized service center with the job sheet # S[protected] on 19/12/2013. Initially they promised me that they will repair and give it back to me in 15 days. After 20 days I called the service center people and they told me that they need some more today's and I asked the exact status, the reason they told me was "Waiting for service part". Even I called after 30 days the same response. Again I called service center and they told me to contact Micromax customer care ([protected]) and registered the compliant with #:[protected] on 23rd Jan 2014. First of all its waste of my time, so finally I have decided to log the complaint in Consumers Court.

                                    sir my name is kuldeep kaushik, its about my canvas 3d a115 bought on14 November 2013, it had problem of automated random touch screen responses but it could be ignored, but with time the frequency of problem increased so i submitted it to micromax services center at kashipur on 23 january 2014, they promised that it will return to u within a week, around 20 days has completed but i didnt get my phone. i called them many times but they always say you will get a call soon but here is 'nothing like anything' they said.
                                    please i request to you show me the way so that i'd get my phone soon.

                                      Hello, I had given my handset(A116) for repair on 8th Jan 2014 at Pune (Planet Cell) with job sheet number - R1401FMH7471005 and they confirmed me that they will send this mobile to Mumbai center for repair. And it will take 15 days. Now I called to them for status and they are saying that it is still in part pending status. on 24th Jan I had called to customer care and raised compliant with MMX[protected]. Today when I called to customer care again they said it will take another 15 days to repair. Can you please let me know when I can get my repaired handset It is very frustrating to me.

                                      I had bought a Micromax A89 Ninja in August 2013 and in Dec 2013 it stopped charging and as a result was taken to the authorized service centre in Plamoodu, Trivandrum, Kerala dated 21/12/2013 and Job sheet no. S[protected] was issued. They told it was charging socket complaint and will be repaired and given in a two weeks time.It took them three weeks to call and give the phone.Then i found the problem was not rectified. They then checked it up and told it was a motherboard complaint and since this model was stopped they will issue me a replacement.I waited over one and half months and whenever i call they tell its still pending. Atlast when they called me up it was march and they just gave my old phone back in a worse condition than when i gave it. And to top it all..the speaker was damaged and i again had to give it for service.
                                      I trusted the brand and bought a phone and half the warranty period was spend in repairs for a phone that was just over two months old.Now there is a screen flickering issue too.This is really bad for the brand if it cant provide quality repairs and a good quality replacement in worst case.
                                      I would request to kindly look into the matter and get my money refunded or a new product as there is no point getting a product that is with the service centre for over 3 months.
                                      The product is still in warranty as stated in the Job Sheet Also.

                                        I have deposited my mobile in mmx device with us under job sheet no. W[protected] for repairs dated 22/01/2014. There is not inform to your customer service centar in vastrapur sateliat branch at ahmadabad gujarat.
                                        This complain before 1 time submited job sheet no w[protected] but not soluction in my complain & onc again problem startafter 2 days. He asked me this instument submit to direct company service centar after 7/2/2014 receved my mobile but many problum not solustion
                                        Today complit is 20 days
                                        So pls help
