I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD ( A116 ) on 22nd june from Vijay sales chinchwad(Pune). After purchasing the within some days it got some battery issue so I had to take the same to the Service Center many times. Many times they kept the cell with themselves, But the issue did not get resolved. But this last time they told me to submit the handset since the entire Motherboard needs to be replaced so I had submitted my handset on 30th nov 2013 at Micromax Service Center I have still not received my handset back. Its been almost 75days now and I am without any handset. I went to the service center many times but they are just giving me a hope that your handset will be delivered to you within few days and every time I call them then they ask me to wait for 7 to 10 days. even its headphone was not working. and as they say it has only 6 months warranty. now that too got over just because even after purchasing the cell i think company owns it. because they are not willing to give it back. i am totally dependent on my cell for the usage of internet, social networking sites etc.. even now i cannot book online movie tickets, train tickets, banking etc. suffered a huge loss due to it. now i want compensation for my lost time too.

    The Micromax Tablet is one the worst product in its category.I bought a Micromax Tablet P362 from The Mobile Store on May 2013.From Day 1 found the battery lasts only 2 and half hours after full charge.A month ago found a new problem, the charging was not occurring properly.Went to the service center today and the Service personnel said that you have broken the part to which the charger connect..you have to shell out Rs 350.Used the tablet maximum 20 times because of its horrible battery life.Never ever even fell from my hand and parts broke off.My God what a product..Asked him about the battery..He said is not available will be replaced once available which may be more than fortnight.In the service center heard tales of horror from several people. Friends just like and share this post so that people know about Micromax and its products.Please please think repeatedly before buying any Micromax product.I think to describe a Mircomax product as horrible is an understatement. My tale of woes with the Micromax Tablet continues...bought it back from the company Service center after one and half months on 8th Feb 2014, paying service charge even though it is under warranty to find that nothing is fixed...Please think twice before buying and stuff from Micromax...How on earth does this company survive by just cheating millions and millions of people... After using 4-5 month its battery backup very low that's why I had submitted it micromax services center at Vapi on 19 Dec. 2013 around 40 days also completed for submitted but yet now I did not get return my mobile. I call him so many time but he always told me your mobile in the company and 10-15 day taken for completed the work.         I have purchased Micromax Canvas HD A 116 on dated 10/09/[protected]/- INR). The problem is that, GPS is not working, everytime it says gps searching... Where GPS is a major function of any smartphone. So i went to the customer care centre in gurgaon, where the engineer said that they have no solution for this problem as well as company also having no solution for that, Now what would i do, because i really need this. therefore i have to throw this and purchase any new branded mobile.please help me...

          I have purchased the mobile Micromax Canvas A110 for my wife on September 26th 2013. After two months o[censored]sage it stopped working. Searched for authorized service center in Trivandrum (Smart Solutions, Pattom) and given it for repair on 7th of December (Job sheet number - S[protected]. They told me that the display is available for replacement and will get it repaired in a week and they will call me. In one hour after leaving the centre I got a message that my mobile is ready and I can collect it. I thought it might be a technical issue and decided to wait till one week. From the next week onwards I started calling them and every time they tell it is not ready and tells some reason like the spare part is not available. Fed up with them and two weeks before I have called Micromax customer care to complain about it. They told me that the status of the service is resolved and they cannot do anything. I shouted at them and then they told they registered the complaint with my mobile number as the complaint number and will be resolved in 7 days. But they did not respond. So I called them again after one week they again told me they will escalate and will resolve it in 7 days and gave me a reference complaint number[protected]. Yesterday I got a call from them telling me that it is an enquiry and I told them that I still did not recieve the phone. Have not recieved any updates after that. We were adjusting with one of our old mobile for two months now. Not able to use one sim card now because that was a dual sim phone. I would now like to get my money back since I have lost trust with the brand and I want to purchase another mobile. Kindly help me out.

            Dear Sir,

            I would like to raise the complaint against Micromax Company for selling faulty Mobile Phone.
            On 15 Jan 2014 at 7:30 pm i have purchased MicroMax Canvas Model No. A114 for Rs 11500/- from AMRITSAR
            From 18th Jan 2014 onwards i had started facing the problem in my new mobile set.
            It was found that while keeping the mobile idle its screen become blank and it started giving switched off tone to the caller, almost it become hang, and only after removing the battery and restart the mobile the hang removes. Sometimes voice not clear.
            I took this mobile to Micromax Service Center (Address) Amritsar, with in 7 days from the purchase of mobile.
            I ask them to replace the set as per the terms and conditions of Micromax for faulty set. The customer service executive deny to replace the mobile set and confirm that there is a problem in software of the mobile set which they can remove after redoing the new software into mobile. They suggest me to leave the mobile for reinstallation of software, But to protect my important data i thought to come back again for depositing the mobile set for reinstallation of software.

            On 23 rd Jan 2014, the mobile set again become hang and i took the set in same condition to the Micromax service Center.
            There I filled the Job Sheet (which is attached here with) and submit my mobile set with the service center after signing on the battery of the set.
            After One day I received the mobile set from service center but they had change the battery. They provide me with different battery which does not contain my signatures also the battery serial no. does not match with my set. Since then the battery backup has been reduced from 10 hr to 5 hr also the problem of blank screen and hanging of mobile set still prevailing.

            It is almost 18 days now from the purchase date that the Mobile Set is giving same problem twice a day. I am very upset and irate now with this problem as I am many time not aware that my mobile is hang and the caller hear the switched off tone.

            I am a businessman and my most of the work is done on my phone. But this problem has harmed my business too.

            Now i want to return this set to the company and I ask for the compensation amount of Rs 25000/- which includes cost of buying the mobile set plus the compensation for being harassed with the poorest service and selling the faulty set by the company and also for the loss of my business due to faulty set.

            Please consider my complaint and provide me the justice for the same as soon as possible.

              I have purchased this phone on 2/11/2013 from reliance digital express prabhadevi 1st it was working properly and from December 1st complaint it was totally dead and given to the service for repair and after receiving duly repaired phone within 3days the phone got completely dead and again we have given for repair on date 2/1/2014 complaint no.W[protected] We are in continuously contacting the service centre through reliance digital prabhadevi that it is under repair.Now we want to ask is this the quality of the phone within 60 days the phone is dead and no proper response from the service centre?? We want this phone to be replaced by new phone and who will pay for the inconvenience & harassment cost to us whether this type of service is given to all the customers if i do not receive my phone within next 7days I have no other alternative to lodge official complaint to consumer court.. For the damages and new replacement.

                I have purchased a micromax a54 handset, item name/ mo.No/imei nos a54/sermob0242/[protected], [protected]
                For 5400 rupess from raipur at 13th feb 2013,
                Since decemar i was faceing tecnical issues like
                1>switch off automaticaly,
                2>not reading sim etc,
                On 24th dec 2013 i have given for service at micromax service center
                Address m/s quadry communication, shop no- fp, dm plazza, fire brigede, chhota para, raipur,

                After 4 days on 29th dec 2013 they given my handset back, mr. Rizaz had did softwire update but the issue was not sovled,

                Again, i submittet to same micromax service center in raipur,
                On 31st dec 2013, service center given a job sheet no- e[protected]
                And didnt mentioned the return date of the mobile handset, i talkd with owner mr. Mod rizwan,
                Asked him to provide me another hand set for such time he reffused,
                He told me to come after 30 days i have called many times the micromax service center numbr, no one picks the call
                By luck once they recived a call and extend the days for the return of the phone,
                I am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call here is their number :[protected]
                They are either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back

                  Dear sir, I have purchased Micromax A 240 Doodle 2 from Mobile Store Chennai 31/08/2013 Doodle 2, But I cant Downloading application from Google play stores its showing me memory insufficient, what can I do ?where I can go please advice me I paid such Big money and I am not happy..., I just contact your customer care their reply its not good, I told my problem Phone Memory is 1GB and your default application is 70% balance available only 30%, I am not able to load FACEBOOK, TWITTER, WHATSAPP its showing in sufficient memory and automatically memory decreasing and there is no preferred storage command what can I do I purchase Rs.19500 this instrument, Please advice me in my mobile[protected] and[protected] S.K.Hussain.

                    My wife have given my cell micromax a110 in surat service center..now 25 days gone.and call center executives misleading me in delivery of my cell.
                    Job sheet no. is W[protected].
                    Please help me as micromax service center executives noy helping and telling me again again and again that wait for 10 day 15 days...but after when I am calling again telling me that still not repaired and wait for 15 days..Its misleading to customer.

                    Also customer service center executives treats us like we are police as asking many question like when u have called back and with whome you have talked..How could we remember call center executives name..

                    I have sent more then 50 mails to micromax but same reply getting from there.

                        My Name is Govind, I deposited my P362 WIFI TAB with calling facility to the service center as there was problem with charging. I deposited the tab on 20th of November 2013. Job Sheet Number is: N[protected]
                        After 10 days when I went to the service center they said there is problem with battery and it will take time. Now it is more than two months and I have still not got my TAB back.
                        Whenever I make a call to the service center (M/S Vaishno Communication, Malviya Nagar New Delhi -110017: Ph:[protected] they tell me to call after 5 days without giving me any clear solution.
                        I have also filed several complaints with customer care and the latest compliant number is [protected]
                        The customer care as usual is full of who cannot help or are unwilling to transfer the call to their seniors. Today when I called them they told me it will take another 20 days and still they cannot assure if I would get my TAB in the timeframe.
                        However, now I want that anyone who can take this issue forward to provide me with a solution within couple of days or replace my TAB, else I will have to move to consumer court.

                        Complaint resolved partially ... I got a new device but I have not got a bill for it. The customer care is saying that I will get a bill from the service center but they say that we cannot give you a bill.

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Micromax Canvas 2 last year in May 2013. My phone IMEI No. is as below :- [protected] [protected] Unfortunately, I have not yet the opportunity to use the phone till now as your ghatkopar service is not returning my phone due for replacement. I fear this as confistication of my phone. Many people visiting the service centre has faced this problem. Below are the detail of my case. Hopefully some action would be taken now, else I think of certainly taking a legal action. 1) Bought Phone : June 2013 2) Withing one week : submitted for repair, 3) After repair, again major default. 4) Phone being sent for replacement (during the above process your service centre is closed most of time) 5) For the above replacement; i was given a handwritten acknowledgement and no job sheet as for my earlier repair service. 6) Today almost after 6 months I have not been returned my phone. 7) Mr. Sanjay for Ghatkopar centre handled this case and promised to give phone every second day 8) one day i was even offered a black phone (though i had white) which i never saw as a replacement 9) I was promised to be delivered the phone at my home; i get call that the person is on the way and in traffic. But he has not managed to reach till now. 10) The service centre is a horrible ambiance for women to even stand for 10 minutes. 11) Mr. Sanjay is disappeared apparently; other employees say we are not aware and his wife is ailing (this has been more than 3 months). 12) We dont know when he would be visiting the centre and we cant be visiting the centre everyday. 13) All calls unanswered. We came to know that there was some police action against the service centre. 14) After my much struggle, Mr. sanjay, gave me a acknowledgement on my last processed job sheet. If you touch base with us; I can send u the scanned copy. Please look into this at the earliest.

                                Hi, I'm Sumit Narula and I got my Canvas Doodle A111 Smartphone's bluetooth "fail to work". It does not work at all. I visited Micromax checkpoint at the address (mentioned below), and they told me that I have to leave my phone with them for one month, as they will have to send it to the company in gurgaon, which I could not. They did not help me fix the issue, and now I'm using it without bluetooth service, and it is really annoying. I'm not at all happy with Micromax's service. They're all fake.                                   i have given my 2 months old handset for repairing on 4 january 2014, due to hanging problem, and they promised to return it in 10 days they havn't till now, also they misbehaved when i went to service centre thrice, when i contacted company executives they said that it will take 15 more days to get repaired, and i have to wait for it there is no other remedy for this problem.                                     I have got Micromax canvas 2 Doodle A111 on 21st July 2013 ( IMEI # [protected]) . from Reliance digital shop no F17 –F18, Maxus Mall Bhayandar West, Shree Vallabh charyaji Marg, Mumbai Maharstara 401101, Store contact No[protected] service contact No [protected].
                                    There was an issue related to battery which is having a warranty of replacement within 6 months from Micromax. Moreover I have taken an extended warranty of 2 Yrs from Reliance digital ResQ care plan where I was committed for integrated service warranty of 3 Yrs (1 Yr from Micromax & 2 Yrs from reliance digital). Now when I went to reliance digital for the replacement of battery, I was diverted to contact Micromax service center for the replacement.
                                    I went to Micromax service center M/s Vashi Services shop no 8 (GF) Vill Thane Bal Ganpati trust compound, Edulji Road, Charai, Thane West Mumbai 400602 where Mr Radhe Yadav center manager has not even entertain my request and denied of providing any kind of service. He has refused for free replacement of battery even though it is under warranty by giving the reason of swollen (over charging). When I have asked for replacement on chargeable basis, he replied back with the excuse of out of stock and will take 7 more working days to have a new battery. I urge them to provide me in writing of whatever was discussed, they have logged a false dummy call and closed it for keeping the things on their records. I have spent around Rs[protected] + 543 (service warranty of 2yrs)) and now there is no service and No one is ready to take owner ship neither Reliance nor Micromax.
                                    I felt like being cheated by Reliance Retail Limited and MICROMAX.
                                    I have also tried contacting customer care of Micromax where my call is getting disconected repetedly. Its is also been escalated through email @ info(at)micromaxinfo.com from where I haven’t got any reply . I don’t see any escalation matrix. Kindly look in to this & do the needful.

                                      I gave my micromax tablet for repair 2 months back at DEHRADUN service centre and they told me it would take 1 months time for its unlock key to get repaired. After 1 month they told me to wait for another 15 days and then again the same thing. They talk rudely and no one listens. Blame the company and say whatever action you can take against the company you make take we are not responsible.

                                        Hi, I have submitted my phone in the service center in noida and it has been 3 weeks and i am still havent got any revert from the service center. I even visited the center and escalated the issue but i am disappointed from every person to whom i tried to contact. They said to contact them for the status of the phone but the contact number that they have listed is not working. Even the person (Vivek) to whom i had escalated is not answering the call. They keep on opening work order ticket number every time i contact them.                                         Another pathetic experience with the micromax service station. JOB Sheet No. N[protected]. Submitted on Dec 28th 2013 after lot of hassle with your service station, which got resolved after talking to customer care and then made the service centre people talk to customer care. i was informed that will get the cellphone back in 10 days. on 8th jan 2014 got SMS from micromax stating that the job sheet is closed and i can collect my cellphone on any business day in working hours from the service station but when i reached there they refused to return the cellphone. they said it is not repaired yet. also asked me to wait for the phone call from service center. its over a week but no response from service station also if the phone was not repaired why was that SMS which was sent to me on 8th JAN. pathetic and worst service and service centers by any mobile company...contact me at [protected]. This was not enough, I called the service station(solution point) on 30 Jan afternoon and they told me to pick the phone after 6PM same day. I went to your service station next day and at the first point was told that please collect it on Monday, it will take time, when I escalated it, there manager came and told it will take another 7 days as the screen is blinking and they need to replace it and I am sure I will not get it by 7 Feb(7 days). They never placed the request for the screen before 31st Jan 5:30 PM when I reached there. This is clear sign of negligence on the service center part(Solution point, laxmi nagar). When I asked them to give the same to me in written then refused. I just want to know what the crap is going on. I submitted this phone on 28th Dec. this was my third visit to your service center from Dec 28 till Jan 31st. I am a working guy and I had to take a halfday for vising your service station and that costs me Rs 1400 for 1 halfday. That comes to 1400*3=4200. I know you are not going to give me that. when i emailed them they just say one thing we forwarded it to concerned team and they will get in touch with you in 7-10 days and nobody called me till date. they are also not ready to refund the money or replace the handset.
                                        I have micromax x321 mobile buy in the August 2013 in 26.12.2013 it has been totally dead (power switch does not on) i had submitted my handset nearest service station named as M/s space telecom, nandigosh arena, 1st floor, plot no.-1, bapuji nagar, bhubaneswar. it has been repaired and repaired charges amounting to Rs. 1800/- (Rupees one thousand eight hundred only) and warranty cover 06 months. After 06 month i.e. on 05.07.2014 the same problem will arise again. i had submitted the handset at same service station. But till to date my set has not been repaired i meet the receptionist 2 to 3 times status of my handset told me server is down status will not check the same reply in every time. i meet the manager he told me i am busy wait outside my room i will call. but long time wait manager does not call.
