It was very dis-satisfactory experience with MMX. I have already registered complaint in Consumer Forum regarding this issue. For your reference No.504261 I purchase MMX A65 cell from Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Gandhidham-Kutch on 28 july 2013. On the same day camera was not working so i complained to Poojara Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Gandhidham - Kutch. He updated software of phone and returned. During tenure of less than 2 month mobile was not performing well and after that i given it to MMX Service center of Gandhidham and they again updated software and returned it this repeated 2 times. Still problem was unsolved and at last I given to MMX service center of Veraval-362265 for same issue they also done same thing updated software and returned and again problem was unsolved. At last they send my mobile to Ahmadabad for 58 days from 28/10/2013 to 24/12/2013 and still problem was not solved and they took one more day to update software and told to send Ahmadabad again so I denied them and told them to send from Gandhidham because I am studying here. I have submitted phone to Bhuj MMX service center because in gandhidham MMX service center is not available now my new job sheet No. is[protected] as on 2/01/2014 Tuesday. I have also sent those 2 notices of this same along with bills and job sheets copy and legal notice cum intimation is also sent. They are denying replacing instrument and misguiding customers by providing wrong information and not working services information. I want replacement of this particular instrument and don’t want BOLT series mobile. I want other model of MMX. Kindly response this complaint as soon as possible helps me out in this problem.     hi, I was using the micromax A116 phone since eight months and always had the battery problem which I could tolerate to some extent. Suddenly display was not working and hanging problems frequently. I gave to the pathetic service centre on 26th decemeber 2013. It is still with them. They told it would take 10 days and when I called they said it would take another 5 days. I got a call that it is ready but when i went and checked there it wasn't even powering on. I gave back to them and they replied that it would be ready by next day. when I called the next day, they again said it would take 15 days. I do not know their procedures which are so inefficient and slow. finally customer is a fool here to lose his valuable warranty time and face problems without a phone having invested so much on it. Please make sure that the phone is repaired and given back in good condition asap. If the same service repeats again then I would update on both facebook and other rating sites about my problem and never recommend micro max once again. the details of the service complaint: REQUEST NO - S[protected] call me ON [protected] to get in touch with the problem. -highly unsatisfied customer

      dear sir, i will purchase canvas2 a110 in month march 2013, after a month its a mistake in touch pad, service center fix it, after a month its again mistake in network, service center fix it again and again its 5 time than i will submit the set at service center and this time service center not give any receipt. in 10 month i will use the set only 10- to 15 day and left day its spend at service center, after this company not replace the set.

        Hi Team, I would like to inform you that I bought Micromax A111 Doddle on 29/12/2013 with the (IMEI [protected]).On 13th of Jan'14 I got a problem of handsfree in it it was not working.So I went to the nearest service center on 14th of Jan at Hans Services.SCO-101, 1st Floor, Main Market, Near ICICI Bank, Sec-16, Faridabad-121002.And they submitted my mobile and told me to come on 15th to collect it as they need to change the Jack.So I went there on 15th of Jan and they told me that they have replaced the jack and still it is not working so I need to go to their another service center which is simran communication in NIT- 5, Faridabad as there is a problem in the motherboard and it can only be changed by simran communication. I went their also and I explained the situation to them.They checked my phone infront of me and Mr. Prakash who is the Manager their told me that the pcb of this phone is burnt and it has been burnt by sector - 16 service center and Mr.Prakash took the photograph of the PCB as well.After that he told me this phone needs to be replaced so I need to go back to sector-16 and tell them to make it then I came back to them and now I end up with an answer from sector - 16 guys thathey don't know whether they can provide me with solution or not.I don't know what to do know only option which I have is to go for the consumer court because I cant block my 10000 rupees or please provide me the solution.I will wait for your reply.Please look into this matter.My Details are Vineet Bhardwaj mob no.           Hi I bought a Micromax Canvas Turbo A250 and from the second day onwards the "Camera App is not woking" I tried cleaning the cache, reboot everything and still the camera is not working. I took it to service center and said they cant help..I dont know what to do..this is a New Phone for which I paid a hefty amount of Rs 20, 000 and now I am lost.

            Hi,

            On 26th Dec, 2013 I purchased Micromax Canvas Model No[protected] from a Mobile shop Soni
            Cellphone at sikanderpur. Micromax being an Indian brand I trusted on it but it turned out to
            be a huge mistake and a loss of Rs. 10, 500. Ever since I bought the phone it wasnt working
            fine. Phone used to hang, Heats up and every time I tried to click a photo this crazy phone
            used to get shut down. We had to take the battery out and insert it back to switch it on.

            On 6th day of purchasing I took it to the mobile shop and they asked me to visit service
            centre. "Server Down" was the response at the service center. Next day I visited them again.
            They opened the phone and said its a damaged phone and raised their hand to fix it.

            I spoke to shopkeeper now he blamed the dealer, dealer says nothing cant be done. I have been
            hanging like a pendulum between the shopkeeper and service center.

            Trusting Micromax was my fault?

            We used to hear that Micromax has a large team for Research and Development. They manufacture a
            product and release in the market. Consumer has to test the product risking their peace of mind
            and hard earned money.

            Cant you spend a little money on your Quality team? Stop Harassing consumer...!

            i have not received any appropiate response from the company.

              Micromax mobile purchased on[protected] from eZone via bill no 0004826. for Rs. 8499/-. It stopped working on the[protected]. Given for repairs to the service centre of the company on[protected], then again on[protected], then again on[protected], then on[protected], and finally on[protected] for repeated same defect. Each time the mobile is kept by the service centre for days. At present the phone is with the service centre for a month and still i have not received the phone repaired. I had asked the service centre to repair it soon but even now they say it would take a month. I would like to inform you that it has been four months and the phone being in warranty period of one year i was unable to use the mobile not even for 30 days. The mobile is still with the authorised service centre of the company, and i am not given any time frame for it's repair.

              bhai bhool jao. same here. I gave it on 23rd November but still they have not been able to repair it and when they said its fixed they created some more problems in the phone. At their center only I checked it and found some more problems which were not there at that time when i gave my phone to them. On top of that they also damaged my phone's body. Still i have no clue when they are going to give it back to me.

              Bhai, Do check your phone thouroughly whenever you get it from them, also test it by making call to someone and then only leave their service centre.
              Micromax service is same through out the country. I am from noida and submitted my phone in noida only. And they dont even care about customer, they don't care even if you tell them that you are going to file a case against them. So its useless putting you complaint here.
              Bas galti ek baar hi hoti hai, jo humse huyi Micromax khareed kar.

                I had purchased Micromax Canvas HD in June 2013 suddenly after few months its battery started getting low & it was heating up very fast...so i gave my phone to micromax service centre in Andheri (Tamana infotech) on 9th Dec'13. There i was told that i will get my phone in 15 days. I called the service centre but nobody was replying...then i had to go personally & check the status of my phone but there the lady Archana she told me that the phone has gone to Delhi & it has no yet come... i will send u a message when the phone will come... i told her to give a backup phone. she told they cant provide it... then again after a week i had called to check the status of my phone she told there was some problem i could not check the status. She told me to sms the jobsheet no...i message her but then again there was no reply on the same...now till date i have not received my phone... When i called the service centre today (13.01.14) she told me to send a message regarding the jobsheet no...i have done that but there is no reply from there. i would request you to take a strict action against Micromax for not providing a better Service...

                  R/S i have out Problem in Tablet with IMEI NO. [protected] and mentioned that it has problem in voice calling as the other person is not able to hear my sound on other side .I received it on 24/12/2013 with same condition and even the display also gets fade away and the system battery is also not showing even the backup of 10 minute.So i have contact your service center Global communication hisar on 26/12/2013.And they Said that your tablet will be again needed to send head office.They give it to me on10/1/2014 saying that it is ok now .But Now it has developed problem in touch and hang up very fast.So i request you to plz help me getting service. Moreover when i try to register it Through M!Store then it will not connect to your site

                    Sir, This is saurav batra, a micromax mobile consumer, from pinjore (haryana) . I have problem with your service centre and customer care of chandigarh. Actually I have purchased a Micromax Mobile Phone (Model no-A110Q) from ANMOL WATCHES, SECTOR 22 CHANDIGARH, U.T. at [protected]job sheet number N[protected] with one year warranty. The EMEI no. of my phone is [protected]. During warranty period the phone shows UNFORTUNATELY ANDROID, GALLERY, MSG HAS STOPPED WORKING AND GOT HANGED . For repair purpose I have handover my phone your affiliated service centre, ABACUS SYSTEM SCO 824 NAC MANIMAJRA CHANDIGARH @ 2/1/2014 They held my phone for 5-7 days and have not got my phone till today after 9 days i contact ABACUS serval times and i also contact mr. jatinder sehrawat on 7/1/14 from Micromax they told that your phone has couriered to chandigarh it got repair but now abacus receptionist saying that it will take 15 days to repair your phone my quesion is why ur service center, executives or micromax are not able to provide under warranty service in hours why mother boards are not available at all service centers and plz repair my set and give me back as soon as possible with regards saurav batra [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                      I am from ahmedabad.my name is Amit Solanki.My email is [protected]@gmail.com. i have submit my mobile to micromax service center(ashram road branch, ahmedabad) which dated to 22-Oct-2013. it had screen problem. service center's employee said me that your mobile repairing is up to 15 days but now date i did not received my mobile. there is more than 2 month. that is very bad for repairing service. please help me to get my mobile or replacement or money return. see the attachment of receipt of mobile submission in service center.i feel very painful for my smart phone because i had purchase it at Rs 12500. I am belonging to meddle class family. that amount is big for me. please help me.                         Hello, I have purchased Micromax A-62 mobile before 6 month ago, till i able to use this phone only less than one month duration rest of time my mobile is in service center of mumbai borivali and ahmedabad too, ======================= my problem is my mobile screen accidently goes out any time if some one calls me they can feel ringing but mobile is react as ideal and nothing display(Hibernate mode) and it will not started until i will not open out battery. ======================================== i have give my mobile to service center more than 5 times 1.jobsheet for mobile software update 2.jobsheet for mobile software update 3.jobsheet for mobile touchpad changed 4.testing purpose took. 5.jobsheet for motherboard change(bios failure) 6.testing purpose. According to me i got fully defected item of micromax and i want to replace it with new one. i am really frustrated from mobile.i cant' focus on my job.i am in metal stress for this kind of problem occuring frequently with me.

                        I have bought a new micromax fire a 104 mobile a month ago but from day one there is wifi caonnecting problem. after checking service center yesterday still i am facing same problem with the phone.

                        why its very bad service.

                          dear mr vijay same camplent i m facing from micromex on A65 bt company is not hearing abt it u may also shut down urs complent and sell or change to other company and purchase new phone thinking so u have lost the amount u spend for purshasing micromax hand set A65

                            I purchased my Canvas 4 on 02.10.2013, the phone was always having the network problem but from 1st December 2013, signal of Ist SIM totally stopped & on 10th December 2013, the signal of both SIM totally stopped. I deposited the mobile on 12.12.2013 to BR Service, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. From that day to till now they are just giving me date to another date. First they said the mobile will be repaired by 31st Dec 2013 then 07th January 2014 & now they gave me another date of 15th January 2014. Just want to know the actual time, that MICROMAX going to take to repair a mobile. I know that I have made big mistake by purchasing a MICROMAX product but is this the way I to pay ? If after paying 18k, customers can not use the mobile at least for one year than why companies like MICROMAX allowed to sale their products ? I have also sent lots of requests to service.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com but for no use, they never reply. Please help.

                                I had purchased Micromax A116 Canvas HD on 19TH June from Snapdeal. From starting I am facing problem of network (No coverage) but as days gone problem has been increased Maximum time no network & many times mobile showing network but while call by someone on my no. it showing “NOT IN COVERAGE or NOT REACHABLE”. Same SIMCARD I have been checked with another mobile also & got ok results (no coverage problem). Evenafter I have changed my simcard but problem remains exist. So, it has been clear that it was mobile(Handset) problem. I have checked my handset with other sim also but same problem exist (network problem) & as suggested by micromax I have given my handset in micromax service Centre under Job sheet no. W[protected] but very next day of mobile received from service Centre getting same result most of the times no network, sometime showing network But while call by someone it showing not in range or not reachable & problem has been increased voice disturbance also coming. Many times important call I have to cut due to voice disturbance & call by landline. Then Again I have given a mail to Micromax & micromax suggested me for resubmit the phone in service center. So As suggested I have again given my mobile in mm service center under Job sheet no. W[protected] dt 28.10.2013 while submitting I got the verbal commitment of 1 month. After one month I have follow up with service center but he has told me that they have not received the mobile yet. Then after I have given many mail to Micromax but no satisfactory reply mail received from micromax, in micromax return mail they have only said that your mobile is under repair. I am waiting from last two month & still I am waiting only. I am not getting any firm commitment from micromax that when I will get my mobile in my hand with Zero Problem. I request you please intervene & help me to resolve the issue to get back my mobile in Ok condition. Thanks...

                                This is prakash B, I am also facing the same problem what Anup Pawar had mentioned above in Micromax Canvas A116 HD, but no network coverage problem comes only when my sim is in Roaming, when the sim is not detecting we have to go manually to airplane mode and again switch to normal mode, which solves the problem temporarily.Kindly help out in this

                                I am also facing same issue as Mr. Anup Pawar, it seems there is manufacturing defect in this series which is not handled by the company. This is very normal of company in being denial mode and blaming all other factors and not acknowledging problem at their end. I don't know whether I should give my mobile for repair as I can see there is no satisfactory resolution given by the company in the case given above.
                                I had same problem with blackberry and moment I contacted them they repaired and gave me my piece back within 1 week. That's call customer service which is missing in this case.

                                My micromax juice 2 not working properly. When i call someone or someone call me on my number then I recieve the call but suddenly the other person is not able hear my voice but i am able hear the voice from other end. I had submitted the phone to service center but they just rest the phone to factory default setting and reloaded the os. But this has not helped my cause and the problem is still the same. Due to this i have to make calls again and again. Request you to please provide a solution for the above problem.This gives a bad impresssion about the miromax brand.

                                I have bought a MICROMAX CANVAS A1 AQ4502(8GB) mobile phone on 22/05/2016. Everything is working fine but there's one problem on mobile network. "Cellular network is not available" is the one and only problem which is worst problem in this device.                                 Hi, I have Micromax A1, My aircel sim is detecting but signal not reading I have gone to setting sim where sim is showing but call is showing disabled. when in setting going to more VPN not showing any thing and in cellular networks showing search networks and choose automatically not able to search, I have gone to about phone in status, sim card, network- showing unknown, signal strength -0, cellular network type-unknown, service state - out of service, please advise where to set my no. into phone or how to get signal strength.

                                  I got a micormax canvas magnus A117 from Poorvika (Mahalakshmi Nagar, East Tambaram, Chennai) on 22/Dec/13 around 9.30pm. I started to use it from 24/Dec/13. Often i faced a problem that the mobile hanged.I need to do a force power off. Later, on 28/Dec/13 all the three bottom touch buttons stopped to work.I tried on power off, removal of battery and also factory defaults. Nothing worked out. I called and checked on Poorvika, he said only monday they will be able to send it to the service center. On 29/Dec/13, I visited their shop and got the Micromax service center phone number in Sanitorium and spoke with them. They said they don't work on sunday and asked me to provide the mobile on Monday which we did. Now they say that replacement can be given only if the claim is done within 7 days, but as Sunday (7th day) they were not working, so I wasn't able to submit the mobile. They are rejecting my request of replacement. Till now i never received a call from the center, everytime, I only have to call and check and that too the call will be attending after 10 or 15 times of calling. Sometimes they even disconnect the call. Their customer service is too bad. I need the replacement of the device and not a replacement of any spare part or repair. Can someone help me on this.

                                      I have purchased micromax P 350 tablet for my daughter on 27.10.2012 which bears the No. [protected]. Since a fault arise in the said tablet I have given it in your service Centre viz., M/s Sai Telecom (Mah), B1/F2, Sector-01, Lokmanya Tilak Market, Opposite Ganesh Tower, Navi Mumbai - 400 703, in the month of December 2012. They have given me the new tablet which bears the No. [protected] on 2.04.2013. They took near about four months to give new tablet.
                                      Again in the month of September 2013 a fault arise in the tablet which was newly provided which bears no. [protected]. I have given the said tablet for repairing on 14.09.2013. A message of repairing done has came to me on 1.10.2013. More than three months lapsed they have not given me the tablet. I visited your service centre near about 12 times. They are not picking up the phone. Nobody is coming on time. Due to which i require to spend my half day leave several times. At last on 27.12.2013 they have given me the used tablet saying that, the company has provided this tablet against my tablet. They have not given me the charger and the tablet was not in a working condition. While giving the same they said that, there is no charging to the tab, under the impression that, the old charger will work I took this tablet in bonafied understanding. One Mr. Sachin from Panvel gave me his mobile no. and asked to me to contact him personally. But, now he is not picking up the mobile and not coming to the service centre.
                                      Therefore, you are requested to provide me the new tablet along with the warranty period which is spent in the service centre as early as possible. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                        Hi, I dropped my Micromax A116 handset, the screen got damaged.I took it to Telelogic service centre(Jalahalli, Bangalore) and replaced it by paying INR 2250.The response of touch screen deteriorated in 2 days and now the panel has developed a black patch in the centre and am not able to use my mobile phone. The service of Micromax is really bad, I am reconsidering my decision to stick to Micromax phones.Planning to shift to Samsung/Better brands.
