I brought Micromax A72 phone on 10-09/2013 but due to some technical problem (ringing & charging), i had submitted my mobile to my nearby services centre (The Mobile Care) authorized services centre of Micromax) at Guru Nanak Pura Opp Dist Centre Laxmi Nagar Delhi -110092 on 3rd of November 2013, but still today they have not provided any support to me.

They return the mobile on 16th evening without resolving the problem of the mobile. Even the service center handed over the phone to me without proper closing of the mobile body and charged Rs 900/- vide bill no 5935 against the poor services provide by the services center. My question is why Rs. 900/- has been charged by MICROMAX Authorized dealer. Despite of charging the amount of Rs. 900/- the set has been handed over without resolving the problem.

Again we have handed over my mobile to the same dealer on 19th November, after one week, I have sent my person to collect the handset, they are not ready to give the handset & misbehave with my person. Last two months i am running here & there, to get this problem resolved, but no result till date.

    Hi,

    This is Sridhar Perumalla, i own a Micromax A210 mobile with IMEI number as [protected]. Within 3 months of the purchase i had issue with display which has gone completely black, could not see anything. I had given my set at Customer Service Center at Anjar on 23.10.2013. He had given me after 3 days and it worked for 2 days then i had the same issue. I had to give him my mobile again for repair on 25.10.2013. I was told that it takes 1 month to repair the mobile. How horrible it would be to expect from customer to deposit the mobile for 30 days. I had lot discussion with Customer Care person of micromax and after the assurance from customer care person that you will get it within 20 days i had given my handset. I waited almost for 2 months and after lot of follow-up’s with customer care i got my mobile back. I was given a number in customer care to contact and that person is in charge for Gujarat and Maharashtra circle.

    They made mess of my mobile panel which is completely broken. They have laminated the same and tried to give me. I did not accept it and gave it back to them on 07.12.2013. Person who is in charge assured me that they will put a new panel and give me back. I had got the mobile on 14.12.2013. Panel that i could see with mobile has lot of scratches and in no sense i felt it is a new panel. I noticed that the mobile has touch problem. They created new problems with the mobile. I got in touch the in charge and he said he will get it repaired and asked me to wait for a week. Still i am not getting any response till date. They have created new problems in my mobile and not responding. I am not able to understand what i should do now.

    I am totally frustrated with their service. I do not feel like i am using a new mobile. They neither refund my money nor giving me new mobile. Not responding for the repair. Please help and advice what i should do. I am attaching here with the receipt i had got at service center.

    Micromax customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Micromax Customer Care people and Service Center people really torchered me like anything. No body knows the actual status and no body would like to work on customer issues.

    What kind of service policy Micromax has to handover the mobile for almost 30 days. The worst part is that they wont stick to their own time lines. Commitment was 30 days and they took 60 days to give my mobile back. They returned my handset with brand new issues. Micromax claims its flagship mobile very proudly but where is the support to the customer.

    I have gone through the warranty policy and it is worst I have ever seen. After purchasing the mobile for 18000 within the warranty period if Micromax is not able to repair the mobile then would give customer an mobile which is under working condition. What kind of policy is this. You do not trust your own product and customer should pay for all your technological issues.

    If you do not have technology and can not ensure the quality of your products why are you running the business why are selling the products and cheating the customers. I really took one week to think and purchase the mobile of Micromax and my decision proved to be wrong. I really made a mistake by purchasing Micromax mobile and will not do it in rest of my life and wont allow anybody around me to purchase.

    I thought I am the only un lucky customer and after visiting this site I found there are thousands of customers who are in the same situation because of Micromax. When do Micromax realise and when do they improve.

    My last suggestion to all those customer who purchase Micromax mobile is that you have a spare mobile with you if you have decided to purchase Micromax mobile because half of your mobile lifetime would be in service center.

      i have submitted my handset on october 28, 2013 for repairing at aditya enterprises, frazer road, patna. and they promised me to return within 15-20 days. but its more than 2 months and they don't even returned or give the particular date that's why i am complaining. and my handset is within warranty period. I have also complaint for this problem to micromax care but they didn't take action about this problem ... My IMEI no is [protected] and my micromax complaint no is [protected] And now they are not even returning my handset to me.I therefore, request you to take action for this problem. and help me to return my handset

        Hi, I have purchased micromax A116 on 12/5/2013. It started display hanging problem on 9/12/2013. I submitted device on 10/12/2013. I continued to follow up with service center(Future communication SCO-37, 1st Floor, Sec-41, Chandigarh). My job sheet number are N[protected] & N[protected]. Initially they told to wait for one day or max upto 7 days, but I did not receive any sms or communication from them. l followed up on 17 Dec, 2013 they said wait one more day. So I called up on 18th dec, 2013 again they asked me to wait one more day else they will send device for L3. l called them again today(19th Dec, 2013) and I was shocked. They told me it might be board issue so they will send device to company for L3 and it will take around 25 days to get back the repaired device. I was supposed to receive my phone before 10th Jan, 2014. On 24th Dec evening I received message that phone has been repaired and collect it. Now on 26th morning I visited service center. They said that phone is still at service center and they will send it for L3. Whenever I call helpline they always say it will take 15 more days. When I received call from escalation team (Mr. Kamal) on 26th Dec he said it will take less then 10 days. Now I again received a call from him saying it will take more days may be 15 days. They guys are just wasting time. Micromax is just giving me more and more time and not doing anything to repair the phone. They are cheating and I think they will never return my phone. Please help!           Finally I got my phone back after three months (submitted on 10th Oct) but the irony is the same problem is persist. I don't why they have keep my phone for three months. I think its just a formality they have give back my phone as it is without even check it.
          The most disgusting is Siyalectronics (service centre Rohini) is not ready to answer anything about it they simply told me that we can't do anything and not responsible for and also deny to keep my phone for further action. they have taken my signature on the job sheet by making me fool by making false commitment very initially by saying that your phone is ok now.

          At the same point of time I called superphone (micromax ) customer centre twice and dually confirm the response & problem I have faced and infront of service centre owner but they again not respond very badly with me and even with customer care executive they simply told us that we can't do anything related to it.

          Now I want immediate respond from your manager on the below two things:

          I) who will bear approx. four month delay in service keep my phone with them - want extend my device warranty period. (attached copy of phone bill)

          2) who will repaire and resolve my phone issue will I have to give my phone to another service centre for another three months.

          OR you guys replace my handset straight way.

          Waiting for your immediate response . I have escalate the same complaint copy to consumer court.

            Problems: Swollen Battery, Faulty USB Cable, Headset and Audio Jack, Extremely Poor Service and Denial of Product warranty Sir, I purchased Micromax Canvas HD A116 (IMEI No. [protected], [protected]) on 28th June, 2013 using Flipkart. The product received has been far below standard quality and I have had been facing various problems at regular intervals during this period for which I have had to visit Micromax service centres (Azadpur as well as Nirman Vihar) numerous number of times. Even most of such visits have also been in vain as I was turned down and asked to return back stating reasons such as "Today servers are down. Visit on Monday", "There's some software problem going on. Check after few days. You can call on these numbers to enquire if the things are working or not"(These numbers rarely work) etc Sir, I am a student of 4th year IIT Delhi and I am at a very crucial juncture in my career where I need to be focusing more on my studies but unfortunately I have been forced to be running around their service centers. I have been running around for some time now for the problem of a faulty audio jack too. But the biggest problem which I had to now face is of battery. My phone has been giving very low battery backup for few months now. For which I have visited Service centers to no avail. About a month ago too at Nirman Vihar center, I was asked to sit for about 2 hours just to get me a job sheet and was told that even after you get this, you will have to leave your battery for at least 10 days and then you will be informed. Sir, I am a student and I live in a hostel. It's very difficult to manage without a phone. And due to this reason, I didn't follow up then. But now when I realized about a week ago that the battery was swollen too and the back up was unbearably low (2 hours when moderately used), I asked my brother to visit Azadpur Service center to get it checked. He visited on 27th Dec of which job sheet's image is attached. Though they admitted there that warranty is officially upto 28 December (1 year warranty for phone and 6 months for phone accessories like battery, Hands free (headset) and USB cable), they refused to acknowledge that the phone will be considered in warranty reasoning that warranty period always lasts only till a day before the end of six month period ( according to them it ended on 26 Dec). The logic was lame and it was only a gesture which indicated denial to my consumer rights. They also came up with an excuse that the swollen battery will not be considered in warranty and you are unlucky if you got one. Sir, I am a student in a very reputed institute and the most important loss to any student is of time and education. I have been forced to run around various customer care centers over the past few months in vain. I have my classes on all weekdays and due to the rush at weekends at their service centers, I have been forced to take absence from my classes and travel at so many occasions over such long stretch of distance (every such occasion costing me a minimum of 6 hours in total). Moreover due to the low battery backup and faulty Audio jack, headsets and USB cable, I have been forced to use a faulty handset for too long. Now, I have been asked to pay Rs 800 for battery, Rs 250 for USB cable, Rs 400 for headsets and I was told that for checking my audio jack (which is a hardware problem), they will update the software and all my data will be lost (which I can't seem to understand as problem is no where related to the solution). I don't understand the need to pay this money as my product was under warranty.

              Dear Sir/ Madam, I’m Appu from Pondicherry. I purchase Micromax A116 Canvas HD Mobile on 24/04/2013 cost of Rs 15000, in Pondicherry with IMEI NO. [protected]. I am facing lot of problems, Due to this mobile, many times mobile hang-up, it has poor signal. Sometimes Signal was searching in Good Signal Area. I got many problems on 1st month of my purchase. And I Never seen Irresponsible Service centre SMART CARE like this in Pondicherry. A Proprietor doing service wearing lungies with Irresponsible Word. The Handset Problems given below. Damaged screen: Sometimes screen displays Fully Black. Top half, Rest of below is black. Many lines are running in the screen Handset getting Heat: Hand set Getting Heat, While speak. I cannot able to tolerate, that much of heat in both side of the phone. Failure of signal: Always signal drops to 0 points, not even one point, takes 10 to 12 minutes to come back. Sometimes Signal was searching, while I was living in good signal area. After using two day a' I am suck Most of the times signal will loose Battery power fluctuation: No battery backup. It took 2.5 hours to charge 100%. Suddenly the battery drops and indicates 20% and then automatically it comes to the same charged position without charging. Getting restart: Automatically getting restart nearly 2 times a day. This is my honest feedback Not yet the problems rectified. I made a mistake on purchase this mobile literally. I wasted my money by buying this mobile. I had gone to service center but services at your service center are even worst. Service supporter. Mr. Anand. Always tells, from this service onwards, the mobile will function properly. Still my mobile remains in the same problems. It has become a regular practice at MicroMax either to keep on hold the Customer at least for 2-3 Times. . Really I feel very bad... Then, what is use of service centre. I suffered a lot, due to this mobile and this Kind of service. I have decided to register a formal complaint against micromax mobile their poor quality products and customer service now I don’t want to use Micromax mobile I want my money back which I have paid. Or else a New Handset So To Whom It May Concern i requested that please do something in it ASAP & please take some action or else i will file a case for some kind of reimbursement either by wealth or action over this company.                   I bought a Micromax mobile model A34 on 3rd October 2013. It was working fine for 10 days. But, after that, it stopped responding and I was able to see only half
                  screen.

                  When I enquired the warranty at Micromax service center at Velachery, I was told that mobile display was broken and cannot be repaired under warranty, So I need to
                  shell out Rs.1200. What shocks me is - I never seen any broken marks on my mobile display.

                  As I have already spent Rs 5800 for mobile purchase, I had to spend an extra Rs.1200 for mobile repair. This is purely ridiculous as you don’t expect consumers to pay
                  20% of mobile costs for warranted repairs. Is this how service is?

                  Ok, now that I received my mobile back after it got serviced, the same day the problem surfaced and this time its worse. There was a complete white screen, can u
                  imagine your new mobile being serviced and troubling on the same day?

                  With no other choice, I went to same service center and asked about this, they nonsense about some software problem. So they reinstalled software again and gave it to me. The problem repeated third time, remember its been three times I walked to service center

                  Now, it’s some soldering problem. Waited for more than an hour to get back my mobile. They assured me that I would not run into any problem anytime.
                  But then, I got the same issue again, right in front of service center guys. At this point, let me stop and tell you this is infuriating.

                  He collected my mobile again and they said more time is needed to service.

                  On the lighter note, the mobile stayed with the service center for more time than it was with me.

                  I'm not jobless at home to roam around the servicer center, I do understand that customer care know the priorities of a normal working guy. I got many hits from office due to
                  this problem of my mobile & I cant explain you the extent I suffered having purchased Micromax.

                  Its not a hype that I bought another new mobile to track this mobile service.

                  This is enough for now and I demand compensation on monetary terms. I do preserve all the bills and the amount I spent for this.

                  Let me know what agreeable options have.

                    I purchased a Micromax Handset (Micromax Bolt/Ninja A27) Online on 9th Nov 2013. issue occurs from the first day when i used that phone.There is no signal coming in either of the sim . i showed the cell phone in the nearby service center (Abacus, Manimajra) and still the same problem occurs. after 2 visits when my issue was not resolved they told me that its an motherboad issue and told me to leave that phone so that they can replace the motherboard. My job sheet number was N[protected]. After receiving the phone, still i'm not getting the signals on either of the sim cards. when i talked to them again, they told me that its your Sim card issue. i have sim cards of different providers, still they are not listening to me. its been 1 month of the purchase of the phone and i have visited 7 times the service center.its a big matter now.

                      i had placed an tablet phone i.e. micromax fun book 3G P600 for repairing ( which was under service period) at M/s. VIAA sales & Service ( authorized micromax service center at Bharuch, Gujarat) vide job sheet no. R1311FGUJ6425153 before 45 days ago. At that time they had told me the same will be returned with in 20 days. But i did not get the tablet. After that i had gone to 04 times, but every time they tell " it will take 7 days ". Even i have called and e-mailed them, but no response i have received from them. As i have transferred from Gujarat to Rajasthan, It is very difficult to contact with them.                         I bought micromax canvas doodle A111 on 02/08/13. Since Nov.13 it was giving problem. I submitted my phone to micromax care i.e AKS Telecom sec 22 Chd on 17/12/13. They said that my phone will be repaired within 5 days but now its being 8 days and they are not giving me my phone back. Only the battery of the phone is to be replaced and i don't know why they are taking so much time to just replace a battery. please help me job sheet no is N[protected].

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is regarding repetitive problems in my Micromax A110 handset. I had purchased it on 22 March 2013. (IMEI Nos - [protected] / [protected])

                          It was running pretty well till mid august. Then started giving various problems like touchpad problem, call droping, call not connecting, internet speed issue etc. Out of it only touch-pad problem is solved. Please imagine a situation when you had spend around Rs.12000/- for a gadget & it start giving problem within 5 months of purchase.

                          Your service center M/s Ekhankar mobile shop at Jalgaon, Maharashtra repaired it several times. But even after repetitive software update by them, still problem is not solved. They had supported & given their best services all the time but fails to clear the problem.

                          On 17.12.2013, service center collected my mobile stating that they will send this mobile for replacement in warranty as problem is not solving. So I had handed over my mobile to them.


                          You are requested to do needful for replacement of Handset at earliest. Till date I did not received any confirmation sms about job sheet number for this handset replacement work. So I am considering 17 Dec is a baseline for this service complaint.

                          Separate Email is also sent on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com & micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com along with bill copy & few service receipts.

                          Please feel free to call me for any clarification, if needed. But please sort out this issue at earliest.

                          Hello, Company does not given replacement but repaired my mobile phone. I just want that my phone should work properly & it is after repairing. So I don't have any issue. My opinion is that local service center at Jalgaon was failed to repair it properly. Probably this is because he is simultaneously running mobile training institute & uses service center for training of their students. This time my phone was sent to micromax repair center probably mumbai or pune. So it was got repaired & tested properly.                           Also called your customer care no for current status on 24.12.13, but even after 22 minutes, no one came to answer the call. Finally I leaved a message on voice mail giving all details & requested to give status atleast by sms but not received any communication.
                          When you are emerging leader in mobile markets, this type of customer handling is very disappointing.

                          Please sort out this issue at earliest.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Received my mobile on 1 Jan 2014 after repair.
                          Presently working fine. Only I am not able to stop / close the running call from home screen. I have to do it from notification bar.
                          Other functions like internet, call connect, clarity etc is running smoothly.

                            I bought a Micromax Mobile phone through internet in September 2013. The phone stopped working in the first week of december. I gave the phone for service in the company's authorised showroom. They initially said the motherboard of the phone needs to be changed. Today I went and verified but found that the phone is not yet repaired properly. The service showroom is saying that the phone needs to be repaired again and it will take another 15 days.
                            My email id is prakashjay.[protected]@gmail.com. Please let me know what should I do as the service centre is not correctly diagnosing the problem and are giving false commitments that they phone will be ready in 2 days or 3 days just like that.

                              I bought a Micromax Funbook p362 on 15/5/2013 from RESOURCES, New Delhi. On 10th Nov it suddenly wouldn't start or charge, so I gave it to Micromax Service center " Shivam Enterprise" in Vapi on 11th Nov. Till date I have not received any response except that " parts are not availible" What do I do? This was my present to my mother on Mother's Day. Please repair it or give me a proper replacement.                                 dear sir, i was deposited my mobile model canvas hd A116 for repairing purpose on dated 10.08.2013, in micromax service centre Unique solution dhantoli Nagpur with Jobsheet no.[protected], where my mo.was given back after repairing completed on date.01.10.2013, but after few days on dated.16.12.2013 the created same problem, i went to unique solution where they refused to take mobile by saying that we are left out micromax company servicing, they given me other adress of dhantoli near garden, i went there for depositing mobile for repairing, but they also refused to receive the handset because of already repaired in unique solution before. Sir i had purchased this handset from SR marketing on dated 29.03.2013, and the warranty of of handset is of for 1 year.                                   I have provided my phone(IMEI [protected]) Micromax A111 at "Cell Tech Authorised Service Center[protected] Shop No 8 1st Floor No 150, Near Egmore Alsams Mall, Montich Road Cisons Complex, Egmore, Chennai - 600008" which has a touch problem on 09-Nov-13, they have replaced my phone under job sheet number S[protected] after 15 days of waiting. The replaced device(IMEI [protected]) provided is also faulty and has a display problem in it - white lines appearing on screen which i found at service center itself they told me take the device and call customer care and tell the problem and you will provide me a new device at service center and i can swap it once it got there. I called customer care they told i have to submit the device first at service center and wait for the new device again. Also the device you replaced is not new it an old device there are so many scratches on screen, phone is slow and keeps on hanging. I Have provided the faulty replaced device(IMEI [protected]) at service center again under job sheet no : S[protected] on 09-Dec-13 . When i called customer care they told last time the PCB board is not available so you replaced my phone(IMEI [protected]) with another phone(IMEI [protected]) but now you PCB board is available and you will repair my original phone (IMEI [protected]) and give back to me. I visited the service center on 17-dec-13 now they are again giving me the faulty device (IMEI [protected]) as repaired . I have not taken the device from the service center because 1.) The replaced device(IMEI [protected]) giving me is not new device it is old phone. There are scratches on the screen, and on the side border, ink marks on the back and a torn sticker on the back. 2.) The device is already faulty and since it is old there are more occurrence of getting it spoiled again . I have proved the above two points at service center and service center person also accepted it . but he told he cant provide me a new device since he dont have authority i[censored] want u can confirm with the service center person his details are . Hari ( personal no : [protected]) Technician Micromax service center Cell tech - chennai Ph :[protected] I called micromax customer care([protected]) from service center and they told the replaced phone is new but i had made service center person to talk to customer care that the phone is not new. Then customer care tells he also dosent have authority to ask service center to give me a new phone and he cannot forward my call to high authority who can solve my problem. My compliant no is (MMX[protected]) Please tell me why should i take a old phone when i gave a new phone for service. I did not spend 12000/- bucks to use a old phone Either micromax should provide me my phone(IMEI [protected]) in working condition or give me full fresh phone fully unused, unrepaired device . I have called customer around 50 times in the last month and visited service center more than 5 times still my problem is not solved from 09-Nov-13 till date. I am fully torched and frustrated by the service. Please help me in this issue and suggest me what can i do further to get my problem solved.                                       i have purchased this phone from Magnet centre in Matunga in June 2013. Within 4 months, m the battery has got spoilt to the extent that the phone does not switch on now. I am helpless without a phone. I have already lodged a request with the Micromax bhandup service centre (dreamz mall). However, since 10 days there is no response. The service centre never answers any phone calls. i am not able to use this phone for which i have paid 10, 000 rs. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would never reccomend Micromax to any person. Request you to address this complaint at the earliest.

                                        My name is Shashi Kant Pathak.I submitted my micromax handset model A62 at Miirzapur service centre at 06/11/2013 and the handset was in warranty period. they told me it may take 20 days. After 20 days I am calling them regularly some times they just avoid the call, sometimes they tell it is in transit from head office. these guys are just mentally harassing me when I tell them I will go in consumer forum they said its our daily job to handle consumer forum complaints.
