I have purchased a MicroMax Mobile Model No. A116 in July 2013, the phones display is gone. As such, I submitted at MicroMax Service Centre at Cell'Q Communication Pvt. Ltd., G-88, upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Bhandup West, Mumbai 78, on 14th October, 2013 and got the Job Sheet on 19th October 2013. JOB SHEET NO.- W[protected].
I have visited more than 10 times at MicroMax Service Centre but they says phone is not yet came you have to wait for 90 days.
I have sent emails to micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but instead of any concrete reply, Micromax has preferred to be silent on the issue.
It is my urge to Micromax to return my phone at the earliest. However, in future, I will think 1000 times before buy Micromax Product and never recommend to anybody to buy Micromax Products.
