I have bought canvas turbo 1month ago but it have a performance problem, it is hanging and running like a cheapest phone, i was complained to service center and customer care many times and two times serviced by service center first time, service had renew the software and second time change the PCB of my handset with new one and help me as what he can but the problem is not solve till now, because it is a worst product of micromax I have a canvas 4 also and my canvas 4 is running very smoothly but canvas turbo is not and i have attached my handset bill. Job sheet no of my handset is N[protected]. Please action on this product.

    Hi, This is the peak of everything you guys are so careless & disgusting interms of commitment, sevice and consumer relations. Despite of so many telephonic & mailer still I havn't got any status This is regarding the issue or fault in my micromax hand set (A-89) purchased in March- 2013 having IMEI no- [protected], [protected] submitted in Micromax service centre Rohini sector 8 with Siya Electronics under Request no- R1308fdli5232881 on 31st August-2013. Submitted for looking into the problem of voice & ringer in my hand set. So requested you to update on the current status of the handset so that I will visit the center and collect the same as till now I haven't got any call from the center. Regads, Ashu. #[protected]

        i was gave order on my canvas2 glass plate 4 months before i made complaint in service centre after two months i make a call and ask abt my details from the complaint date they neglecting the customer needs again i went to the service centre and i ask to the service person they r saying story to me ur complaint has cancelled becoz of not surrendering my handset. how im suppose to know the rules and regulations of the micromax service centre. so surrender ur handset sir we will again make complaint for u sir.still now i didnt receive my handset. i say this situation to the customer care they said we didnt change any rules and regulation sir like dat they said whether the service people have to behave like this manner to the cutomer those who are coming for the mobile service. the service person provoking me still now im be calm. again the service person say any reason means i didnt know how i will behave...

          Micromax Mobile is the biggest fraud ever. First I've deposited my Micromax A26 under job sheet no. E[protected] in 28/11/2013. They didn't repaired my handset, but processed it that night. I went to collect my handset, they told me to come the next day. And today they gave me the handset, I found out they didn't even take a look at the handset and processed the job sheet without any repair. When I posted my complain to Micromax representative on micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com, they said to collect the handset from there. Its like they have absolute zero brain, since I've already mentioned they already gave me the handset!

              Hi my name is Kiran Aurora and i'am from Mumbai, I purchased the product (Micromax LED TV) online. It got delivered at my doorstep. Since that day im calling micromax customer service to get the TV installed at my place. i also spoke to someone from the customer service dept. and he directed me to someone from the service center my city. That person said that he would be coming to my place to install the television but he did not turn up that day. Again i spoke to him and he said that he would be coming the next day, again he did not turn up and when i call him he says he is busy with some other work. The customer service number is always busy!! a person has to keep calling and calling and then service people dont turn up. The service people are also not answering the phone now. There is absolutely no response from the company's end. They are just giving false commitments and nothing else. Since the past 5 days the TV is just lying down in the box. There is nobody coming to fix it from the company or service center. I would request you to please look into this matter and take the necessary action immediately. Regards Kiran Aurora

              It's true I too purchased micromax led tv ..its remote isn't working

              the customer care no isn't working very bad service ..
              I am facing a similar issue with Micromax. Bought a 32 inch LED TV and since then have been trying to get in touch with Micromax customer support for demo and installation. But no one is responding. I was anyways very skeptical to purchase a micromax product. And now i think that I shouldn't have bought one. It has been a nightmare.

              Is there any one from Micromax team who can come and give demo and installation. Or else I will be forced to return the TV.

                      job sheet no: S[protected] My Micromax A116 handset had a battery charging problem and eventually I submitted it to the service center on 4th November, 2013. Ten days passed by without any update from them.. So when I wen to the service centre, they intimated me saying the phone will be sent to bangalore head office and that I will get it back after a week.. Now its a month and whenever I call them, all I get it, its at the bangalore head office..! There is no transparency nor do they tell me what exactly was the problem with my phone..! please see to this..!

                        I have purchase Micromax set A89 in the month of 6th, June'2013..the handset got hangedand not geting started with in 6month itlsef, i have submit my handset to Authorise Service center(Delight Serives, New Delhi) with bearing Jobsheet no:-N[protected] on 16th, Nov'13.they said it is an software problem we need to send to the company you will get your set with in 10 days...finally when I got my set intially it is working ok in the service center, but when I have started using on regular bases its become more worse then earlier, touch is not working properly, back button, Notification window not woking properly last but the not the lest the hand set is auto matically working without even touching the phone some kind of flip flop happeing in the set.

                        I get iritated and life become so unmanageble because of this rather then working properly thu serviced by the company iitself it's became more worse then ever.

                        The only option I have to launch complain againt them Request you to please look into the matter and resolve my issue and get me replaced with new handset

                              I have purchased Micromax Q55 in August 2013 and with in two months it showed problem in speaker. i went to Barrackpore micromax service centre and showed the phone. It was in warranty period. The service centre dint solve the problem saying "The model is old and we can not help free. you have to pay to make the phone ok". Then what is the meaning of ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD.

                                Dear Sir I procured Micromax Funbook P-360 in Apr.13 but till date I could use hardly for couple of months because of several issues with the tablet. I have given to service center on 14th Aug.13 the job order no. W[protected], I received the instrument on 22nd Nov.13 after 3 months. When I checked the tablet the keyboard was not working properly, I could not type letter "A". I had to call several time, visit several time it was very painful experienec. There is very poor communication & the service center phone either doesn't work or if it works they do not pick up the phone. Even after 3 months though the tablet is replaced it is of no use as it doesn't work & the service center is not able to provide me the correct feedback when I will receive replacement. Whether the replaced table will work or not as the one which was replaced doesn't work. Pl. help me as I am not now confident about product quality.                                   Hi, I bought my micromax doodle on Nov 10 2013, after 10 days of normal use, now I am facing lots of issue like battery drain, speaker is not working, while transferring any thing from Blue tooth phone is getting restart with a noise. I have visited service centrer 2 time(jobId :- E[protected] every time they kept my phone for 1 day and then return saying, issue got resolved, but that issue still persist, it is really annoying if it happens with Brand New phone please some one help me

                                    Hi I am Swapnil Gupta. I have purchased Micromax X360 on 3-Jan-2013 in Gandhinagar. But after some time I found that its Bluetooth is not working. So I went to Micromax Service centre in Indore, where there representative say that company has stopped its production so it can not be repaired. But according to rule warranty starts from the date of purchase. So take the necessary action.

                                      I have purchased a MicroMax Mobile Model No. A116 in July 2013, the phones display is gone. As such, I submitted at MicroMax Service Centre at Cell'Q Communication Pvt. Ltd., G-88, upper Ground Floor, Dreams Mall, Bhandup West, Mumbai 78, on 14th October, 2013 and got the Job Sheet on 19th October 2013. JOB SHEET NO.- W[protected]. I have visited more than 10 times at MicroMax Service Centre but they says phone is not yet came you have to wait for 90 days. I have sent emails to micromaxmobile.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but instead of any concrete reply, Micromax has preferred to be silent on the issue. It is my urge to Micromax to return my phone at the earliest. However, in future, I will think 1000 times before buy Micromax Product and never recommend to anybody to buy Micromax Products.                                         Sir I purchased Micromax a76 on 11.09.2013 . after 4-5 days the soft keys of mobile aren't working so I used to go to Micromax service center, laxmi nagar.on 26.09.2013. I told them the problem and I told them to exchange with the new one but they tell me that it is only a small hanging and it will take 1day to repair u can come and collect it..so I gave them the mobile on that day.after 1day of collecting the same problem is there.but due to some problem. I went to service center on 07.11.2013 .they told me that there is a major problem in this mobile It will go to head office for repairing and it will take 15 days. After 15 days I went to service center for collecting mobile on 28.11.13.they told me it is repaired and it will work fine..but same problem is there so plzz help me sir Name: Manas Golui Place:Delhi Mob no:[protected] Email: [protected]@gmail.com Plz do something sir...I m in great problem
