    After customer care tell me for job sheet i go to micromax service center and they talk with customer care executive . But micromax service center is not ready for providing job sheet they told if mobile is put here for days only when they provide job other wise not
    Then what i m suppose to do ?
    Noone is ready for taking blaim ?
    Company talk me without job sheet they do nothing & also they talk to micromax service center person and also fails to get jobsheet from service center .
    Am i wrong when i brought micromax mobile ? Service center distance from my home is 35 km and go for 3 to 4 times after customer care tought me to go but nothing solution plz give me
    proper solution...

      Sir, i m having micromax A350 which was damaged like charging isuue and software prblm. so i visited 2 micromax centre and they said dont worry we will fix it they solved half of the part and damaged my phne mothrboard nd returend me by saying naya delga.. by the why audio is stopped, usb is stopped. tho choda kya unkhone working mai...it is a rqust to take some serious action.

          On 4 July, 2016 I had purchased smartphone of Micromax company having model- Micromax Unite 4 Pro Q465(Gold) from snapdeal online shopping website(as the phone was available only there not on any physical store in market nearby me). Fascinated by the ad and new features, I was very much excited about having the one for me and using it as well .

          The phone was delivered at my address on 7 July, 2016. I used it for its new features and everything was right till 16 July, 2016 when the phone showed no sign of being active or dead. I registered a complained with snapdeal which they refused by saying that as per their policy complaints can be registered only within 7 days after the delivery after that they are not liable for any defects. I visited local dealer shops nearby they said that if I would have purchased the phone from them then only they could either replace, refund, return or repair now they can't do anything. I contacted Micromax customer care center, they said to contact service center nearby. I visited the customer care center on 18 July, 2016 they said to give 24 hours time to repair and take phone back next day. On 19 July, 2016 I went to service center and collected my phone after repair and it was functioning very well.

          After using the phone for about next 20 days, on 6 Aug, 2016 the phone again stopped working it become completely defunct. I again visited the same service center on 8 Aug, 2016 they said to take to another service center. I visited that service center on 9 Aug 2016, they said it has some battery issue gave me a job sheet with no- N[protected] and said it's battery is having some issues so it needs to be changed. My MiWarranty no- [protected]mi so, they said to contact after 2-3 days as it would take 2-3 days in battery replacement. I contacted after 2-3 days then they said to contact after next week as there were holidays on that week. When I contacted again then they said to contact after 15 days as battery was not replaced till then. Then they said to contact after 21+days. I contacted micromax customer care center, they said we cannot do anything.

          It has been two months since the phone has been purchased in which I could use it for only 29 days. I want to know whether I have purchased phone for my use or to gift it to service center of Micromax? Also have I committed any crime by purchasing phone from snapdeal and not the local dealer due to which I am not getting any replacement for that either? I need my phone back at the earliest and these people are just testing my patience is this the way of doing business?

          I have attached two pictures with the message one is invoice letter of phone purchase and other the claim that company does that repair or replacement in 24 hours. I need either a better functioning phone that is for my use and not be given to service center all the time or refund of my money so that I could purchase some better company's mobile.

          Kindly help in resolving this issue within this week. I promise I will neither myself buy nor advice any other to buy micromax products, if buying there products is a crime.

            Hello, I am B Sarma, I bought a Micromax Canvas Selfie Q340(Black) phone on 11/09/2015 but after 6(six) months it started a problem while switching on. It doesn't switch on and just gets hanged on the Brand Name. So I took the phone to the nearest Service Center 'M/S S.K. Traders' located at Idgha Market Complex, Itkola Road, Silchar, Cachar Silchar, on 05/07/2016, but till date there's no sign of getting my phone back. In fact whenever I used to call the Customer Service they just make lame excuses. And from recent some days they don't even pick up the call. I already gone there twice physically and got nothing but lame excuses. So it's very frustrating and unacceptable. I hope this message would do some good regarding that. Thank you!

                Last some times (02 Months approx) i faced problems from micromax company repairing and service process.
                Actually this mobile is totally faulty piece and i can not do the properly use and every time give to micromax service center for repairing. So, please give me replacement and solve my all times occurred problems. Their are nobody responsible and co-operate with me and faced problems service center give me company's responsibility after then call to customer care then he said me service center responsibility. Now you give me suggestions where i go ?

                Yesterday I got my mobile from service centre but I am not satisfy properly because after I checked my mobile my body cover is broken and also handfree socket not properly working also.

                  I bought micromax tv from Amazon last august and then company official contacted me and other extended warranty for payment. I agreed for same and their local person came and took cheque paymentfor same. However the extended warranty so not given. The person doesn't respond of Mumbai service centre who's name is Akbar who took money . Feel very cheated as company says you go and find them. I have original receipt signed by them for same and cheque payment also.

                        I Devender Jindal, Buy a mobile phone of micromax Canvas Spark Q-380 for Rs. 4, 999/- on 15.07.2015. It got defected with in guarantee period and i approached to its customer care. They detect problem in it and demanding the charges of Rs. 3, 500 for repairing it.                           Hi team,

                          I bought the Micromax canvas juice 2 on 11 october 2015 from Sargam Electronics, near aditya mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad . On the very next day it started hanging and the touch stopped working properly. On the third day it did not allow me to take any calls as it stopped displaying the incoming phone screen. I went to the seller where they told me to go to the service centre and refused to replace the mobile unit. After one week, the battery of the phone started draining out in 2-3 hours and it took the 9-10 hours to charge completely.

                          I went to the service center located at Bhilwara Rajasthan and told them the complete story, the service center person named Anees denied to replace the unit or giving me the DU letter . He was very rude and mistreated me by shouting at me. He told me to come after 3 hours again and did not take the unit. On sunday when I went to his shop again he not only misbehaved with me by saying abusive words but also pushed me out of the shop and closed it from inside. I am sending you the pics of the service center with the contact number of service center.The contact number of service center is [protected] .I am also sharing the IMEI number of the phone.
                          It had not even a month and this phone has started so many problems that I am unable to use it right now.

                            My LED stopped working suddenly, I called for agency.They came and took the LED and called us to tell that it completely damaged n will cost ₹9000.we told them we can't afford right now n send that back. They returned it on the service charge ₹400.one of my frnd from samsung company opened it to check what's the problem n he found that the series number on the led n on the bill receipt is different. We enquired about it agency they told us that it's the company fault n they are doing this mistake in manufacturing.

                                I am posting this complaint because of no solution provided by company till now.I have purchased a brand new phone(MICROMAX CANVAS Q417) from your authorized dealer(MUSIC WORLD) at sundernagar (H.P.) on dated 25th january 2016.I have gifted it to my friend but after 10 days from the date of purchase its screen has been automatically swithed off.I have went to a dealer regarding the complaint and he replaced it with new one on that time.Yesterday I have faced the same issue again and went to a service center.They checked it but did not found any solution till evening.Today morning I called him and asked for the update then he said there is problem in its software and they are unable to rectify it till now.My query is that in between the 6 months normal time period I am facing the same issue twice and now after repairing its impossible for me to trust on your product again.Now my phone is at service center and I have contacted again and again with service center regarding further update of my phone and I m really shocked to hear from their side that is they will send my phone to company for further repair process and it will take more than 21 days for final resolution.i just want to know if your process of repairing takes so many days than what is in customer favor from your side because it's not his fault but he is suffering from that type of process.its really a very bad experience with those customer whose go for your brand and suffering like this.It is requested to you treat this matter urgently and take necessary action on this complaint.Scan copy of bill and job sheet is attached here for your reference

                                after receiving the reply on mail from micromax customer care i have called service center and asked about my phone but they said they send it yesterday to the company and after 20-25 days you can receive your phone from here than i told him about your mail but they said they did not get any communication from the company.If you have no clarity whats going on than why are you send the wrong communication to me.I dont understand what the hell is going on there.You people have no clarity about my phone and i think may be its a normal issue for you but its not for me.Now its all clear to me you dont have a proper process for customer care.You can just make your customer fool for selling your defected product.

                                i have not received any information till now and its surprising why company is not agreed its product was defected ?That is the reason they dont able to give a solution till now.They dont able to find out the problem from last 2 weeks and in between this only customer suffer but they dont care about the customer feelings.

                                  I am using miceomax canvas 5 . i am facing battery issues . initially my phone use to take so long to charge but now it hardly charge not more than 44 percent .
                                  It take full night to charge 44 percent .
                                  And it also drainout very soon .

                                    Sir, my mobile yu5010A was got damaged and as it is under warranty i submit it in fancy bazaar, guwahati, micromax service centre on 30/07/2016. then they give my phone on 25/08/2016. but in it there was no network. so i requested them to make my mobile repaired again but they said me to come after 2 days, when i come and submit my mobile they said that u can come tommorow and can take your mobile from here. i went there on the very next day but they said it doesn't get repaired. and now also they are saying that it will take time to get repaired and not giving me full details.
                                    i requested u to get my mobile repaired as soon as possible.

                                    My mobile is not charging properly so i gave my mobile to the customer care in aug 13 yesterday i received my mobile. still i'm facing same problem so you want to replace my mobile and i want new mobile.
                                    I submitted my handset at authorized service center for a problem found on my handset, but they returned me the set un-repaired, They kept the handset for 7 days, and also they often tell different things that it is your sim problem and try to confuse customers. And make people come and go

                                      I have purchased a new micromax e313 phone almost 6 month ago.The problem with the phone is that the slot 1 of the phone does not work so i have deposited it on to the service center for repair.The phone is still in warranty period and they had deposited it in the service center for almost a month and informed that they would send it to Delhi head office for repair.Later on they returned my phone at my hometown service center named Meghna Infotech, express road, Kanpur and said it could not be repaired and told that the phone is again sent to Delhi headoffice for repair.I need my phone to be repaired as soon as possible or exchange my phone with the new one.

                                        I am frustrated of micromax services.

                                        I submitted my phone (Micromax mobile service center in old delhi road, gurgaon
                                        Name:shree sai telecom (Gurgaon)
                                        Address: shop no-a3-a4, f. F, devi palace, opposite to raj cinema, old delhi road
                                        City: gurgaon
                                        State: haryana

                                        Phone number: [protected]) on 22 aug 2016 and i was promised my phone back on 30th aug.

                                        Now when i am trying to call them no one has an answer to when will they fix my phone. Everytime i call i get a different date of return.
                                        I called the service center a few times but a rep name kanchan was so impolite and did not knew how to even talk properly.

                                        I called the customer care but there too i had to face the same old sinical tone without any willingness to help. I was promised call backs and call backs and no one has called me yet.
                                        None of the rep (Gaurav, nitesh, rupesh, arvind etc...) even tried to help me out.

                                        Not even a single one helped.

                                        I am totally frustrated by the service. I thought make in india would have helped or at least put the firms in right direction.

                                        But indian brands can not be trusted, especially micromax.
