I Devender Jindal, Buy a mobile phone of micromax Canvas Spark Q-380 for Rs. 4, 999/- on 15.07.2015. It got defected with in guarantee period and i approached to its customer care. They detect problem in it and demanding the charges of Rs. 3, 500 for repairing it. I said them this is covered in guarantee period. But they denied to repair with out repairing charges.
