I have purchased the micro max phone online on june 20 (Just @2 months from now). The manufacturer's warranty applies after 1-month of purchase.
The phone's touch screen stopped worked working. I have given it in micro max service center (M/s reliable enterprises phone: [protected]) on 8th aug 2016. During the submission, i was told that it would take 3 weeks to repair the touch screen.
Still now, after 3 weeks, the status says that it takes 21days to deliver the phone.
When the phone itself is @2months old, more than a month of repair time is not justified.
Hence, i demand the replacement of the handset as early as possible.

Updated by plpatil There is no escalation Mechanism in Micromax. There is no response from Micromax in-spite of posting the query on their website http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/
The call center does not have any information apart from saying that the phone will be delivered in 21Days
