mujhe mera mobile aaj tak nahi mila. me apna experience kese share karu pahle mujhe mera mobile to de dijiye or mere old mail's ka jwab to de dijiye pahle . mere mobile ki warranty bhi extend karna he 2 month ka

micromax company ne mujhe(custmer) fir se cheat kiya. 75 din baad bhi mera mobile repaire nahi kiya mene form complaint ki to unhone mujhe kharab mobile hi return kar diya mene custmer care call kiya apni problem ko lekar to care ne mujhe fir se apna handset service center par jama karane ko kaha is company ko complaint close karna tha isliye mujhe mera kharab handset hi return kar diya ab me kya karu please help me

    I have purchased micromax q412 from trissur, kerala. After two months its started to going off mode alone and after few days device is dead. I took in to nearest service center the contact which i got from micromax website. They said power ic complaint, and they cannot fix it. They returned back.       I had purchased Micromax canvas nitro E455 in Nov 2015.The mobile was defective as it was having sim card slot problem.I visited the service center nearly 8 times in 7 months.Each time I handed the mobile in service centre they took nearly 21 days to repair.The problem is each time the mobile was repaired it would work hardly for 2 days max.I requested them for the replacement of the mobile but each time they would repair the mobile and deliever.I hardly used the mobile for 1 month..Its a request either the mobile should be replaced or else refund the amount.

        My set is under warranty for 1 year i had give to repair it in may... And from may to aug i had submitted 4 time every time they make give wrong one... Tthey have took my set for more than 3 month... My warranty end in 30 aug but still my set is with customer care and micromax company also not replying on any issue of warranty... I had contacted them many times

          I have purchased the micro max phone online on june 20 (Just @2 months from now). The manufacturer's warranty applies after 1-month of purchase.

          The phone's touch screen stopped worked working. I have given it in micro max service center (M/s reliable enterprises phone: [protected]) on 8th aug 2016. During the submission, i was told that it would take 3 weeks to repair the touch screen.

          Still now, after 3 weeks, the status says that it takes 21days to deliver the phone.

          When the phone itself is @2months old, more than a month of repair time is not justified.

          Hence, i demand the replacement of the handset as early as possible.

          There is no escalation Mechanism in Micromax. There is no response from Micromax in-spite of posting the query on their website http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/

          The call center does not have any information apart from saying that the phone will be delivered in 21Days

          I had got a call from Micromax Customer Care that they will replace my Phone with an alternate one a week back.

            Dear sir

            My name is sanjay kanwar from baddi (H. P). I have purchased micromax mobile q346 from rakesh cummunication baddi (H. P) dt 14/06/2016.. But after ten days its got off work. I think a month-long cycle in care centre chawla communication baddi (H. P). But mobile has not recovered yet. Then they sent to the mobile to micromax company for repair (Job card no. N[protected] dt. 05/08/2016). A few days later he returned to the mobile without repair and with the same problem. He then shifted to mobile care center again (Job card no. N[protected] dt.[protected]. But i still have not got mobile. Sir, i bought this mobile in 5100 rupees. But i am suffering from three months. Neither am i able to use my mobile and my money were useless. Sir, i am very upset. Please solve my problem or give me a new mobile or give my money back.

If i ask them they are not responding properly, first they have told me that only software problem, but after a week they had me and informed that your mother board of phone has been damaged, and it cost up to Rs.3500. I told them to repair it but still now they are not given my phone. Note: When i was giving my phone it was in working condition

                I have purchased Micromax canvas blaze recently in April 2016 from renowned online website snapdeal ...the phone was going well ..one day in month of June the phone stopped charging the charged percentage remain the same even charging for long hours ...then I visited service centre of laxmi nagar... There the executive listened my problem and asked to bring charger also ...I have told charger is perfectly fine the problem is with the phone charging slot but they not understand ...after two days I visited again on that Micromax service centre they checked and told me that I was right charging slot is not working. ...and recommended me to an other service centre of Micromax in laxmi nagar. ...then I gone there and on my 1st visit they even not ready to listen my problem...and asked me to come after 2 days ...after two days again I visited the laxmi nagar service centre ...but still they are not ready to listen my problem and accused that they are busy ...seriously hilarious...again they asked to come after 2 days ...I gone there and after waiting for many hours one of the executive listened my phone problem... After that they asked me for RS.2500 to repair my phone ..I was shocked my phone is in warranty not even 6 months old still they asked me for Rs.2500...then even also they not accepted my phone and asked me to come after 3-4 days ...after 4 days when I went there to give my phone for repair but they not accepted my phone for repair and told me that they don't have faculty to repair my phone not even they told me what to with my phone where to go to repair it...I was very disappointed .. I went so many times still my phone is dead my whole money purchasing Micromax canvas blaze is vain...very disappointed with brand Micromax... And there hilarious service centre ...now please tell what to do my phone is in warranty ..I have not even used it more than 2 months'...

                  I had purchased a Lap Tab of Micromax on 25/07/15. By mishandling its screen got damaged form a corner. I had submitted it into authorized service center (M/S F-Tech Services) on 16/05/16 till date company had not available its touch display. If i had invested 14.5k in the laptab and company failed to serve a customer for spares there is no sense of buying such products.
                  Feedback from call center - You will receive your instrument in 20 working days. Till date i had not any call from company.
                  Request to kindly innervate in this matter, so that i will receive my instrument in good condition. Thanks

                    I have submitted my newly phone which is in warranty but when i get it for checking its changed which is white gold instead of white silver and mobile body is dent. So i didn't accepted the phone. They create new job sheet several times but still i didn't get the solutions from the company. Presently from service center call came and they demand for micromax warranty password. So i reached at service centre micromax and i asked about my phone status but they gave answer that more time required for the solution but i called customer care of company they tell your phone is delivered to the service centre but the service centre person telling that it will delay more time required. My phone is in company and service centre micromax baroda gujarat since from 3months still not get solutions. Please help me i demand for new phone replacement.

                      I would like to add this as I have experienced the same situation where I went personally to buy micromax A121 battery at Ramesh nagar service center in Delhi and was replied by the executives there on the desk that they can't book an order for the new battery as they are not getting this battery from the company.Then again I didn't stop, I called up to all the authorised service centers in Delhi and they had the same response and not ready to even book the order and more than that all the staff speak in such a way that they are god and the person who came at them is nothing in front of them .So, this is my extreme concern and i will raise this concern to the head of micromax and wherever i can reach.This is not about me.This is about all the other people who are cheated by them.They dont even bother about people.Micromax care is only caring to earn money in some or other way but let me warn this company, this will not going to run for long as the people of India are not foolish and all can raise their voice with freedom and you people have to answer them.

                        I am a customer of micromax mobile services and i purchased my phone one year ago since then it had some device heating problem. Two months ago its display and battery charging start malfunctioning. It has been more than two months since i submitted it to the micromax service centre and now only 15days warranty is left but micromax customer service is not taking the problem into serious account.
                        This process of visiting the service centre continously for past two months and contacting them is highly unaffordable and inconvenint for me.
                        I stay out of station and i am not able to contact my folk and this is highly inconvenient for me.
                        I want the phone to be replaced and a warranty extension.

                          service centre have estimated Rs 1800, tablet was given on 15/07/2007 and given back on 17/08/2018 they might have change parts of my tablet hence i may be help or i have no option to go in consumer court for justice.

                              I am totally disappointment with using Micromax Canvas Express-2: Because, my mobile is network problem+battery backup low+heating+hanging. problems

                              I am given to my phone in micromax service centre on 05/08/2016. Still they are not started to service. he said that mobile sent to company for the repairing.

                                My phone micromax bolt d321 which was under warranty, had a problem with its touch.
                                I gave my phone to the service center on 18th july 2016, and they said i will receive it within 10 days. When i contacted them again, they said there is some software problem it will be sent to delhi. So, it will take 10 days more.

                                I keep on receiving message updates that the product is ready. But, when i call back, they say msgs are sent by mistake.
                                Its almost 2 months, and i have still not received it. They don't even reply to messages. I think either i will receive it in a worse condition, after the warranty period is over. Or they are not gonna give it back.
                                Please look into the matter and take a strict action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                  This is inform to you that we have submitted Micromax A107 in service center AKS care on 08/08/2016 but still issue not resolved and this phone is not working properly hanging issue and touch is not working and more problems facing. but we are not getting any response from costumer care . He is telling me it will take 21 days more but 22 days already gone .I am getting very teasing but he is not replaced my phone . I request to you please help me .

                                    I have purchased a brand new phone(MICROMAX CANVAS Q417) from your authorized dealer(MUSIC WORLD) at sundernagar (H.P.) on dated 25th january 2016.I have gifted it to my friend but after 10 days from the date of purchase its screen has been automatically swithed off.I have went to a dealer regarding the complaint and he replaced it with new one on that time.Yesterday I have faced the same issue again and went to a service center.They checked it but did not found any solution till evening.Today morning I called him and asked for the update then he said there is problem in its software and they are unable to rectify it till now.My query is that in between the 6 months normal time period I am facing the same issue twice and now after repairing its impossible for me to trust on your product again.It is requested to you treat this matter urgently and take necessary action on this complaint.

                                      I have given this phone for repair on 10/08/2016, customer care center has promised me that my phone will be get repaired with in a week (I. E with in 17/08.2016). But when i visited after a week they have again asked for 1 more week and have not told that what is the status of my phone/work.
                                      Today (30/08/2016), it is 21st day. Is this the service you prove for your customer??? Tell me what is this? Dont you feel shame, for just a small problem you are doing like this.
                                      Hence i will never use micromax product or service.

                                        I have purchased Micromax x806 mobile on 10th of august 2016,
                                        on 11th august I connected mobile charger to mobile for charging mobile within few second it shoes message on screen " charging voltage over limit " and stopped charging .
                                        I have submitted mobile on micromax service center for solution on 12th august 2016. they said its problem of hand set we are sending it to company for repair. it will take 5 to 7 day.

                                        I contacted customer care on 15th Aug.-2016 they tolled me it will take 21 days. again i contacted on 18th Aug.-2016 they tolled me it will take 21 days
                                        again I contacted customer care on 22th Aug. 2016 they again tolled me it will take 21 days again i contacted on 25th, 27th and 28th of august of 2016 same replay it will take 21 days from today. i don't know what is the policy of micromax about customer . for company defect handset i am suffering form last 18 days but still they replying it will take more 21 days.

                                        This is to informed that i have an micromax mobile in guarenteed period not over.there is an problem arises due to that my mobile dispatched from your service center to head office.there is an over 25 days to my mobile still your feedbqck is not satisfactory.kimdly action on this.
