Charging money for handset repair which is under guarantee period, this is not accepted a brand like micromax, i was thinking for a micromax smart phone but this type of service is not accepted, i will tell in my friend circle to not buy any handset from micromax they have a very poor service. I have a samsung phone also but there service is really excellent. Overall i have a very bad experience with micromax.

Micromax com. apne custmer ko dhoka de rahi he please help us.mene micromax se puchha mera mobile kaha he kab tak repair hoga mujhe kab milega com. kisi bhi tarah ka jawab nahi de rahi 60 days se jyada ho gaya mene mobile 15-04-16 ko purches kiya com. ne service ke naam par mujhe 4 jobsheet essue ki but problem solve nahi hui

I got sms from the company that the set will be delivered in 21 days. I regret that still I have not received the set duly repaired.

Please confirm by return mail when should I get my set? Since the company has been taking unduly long time, I request for extension of the warranty period.

    I have faceing some charging and data transfer prob. Which i have serviced by an authorised service centre of micromax at chinsurah hooghly westbengal. But after getting the device i realised the sn and all imei no changed. I wish to lodge a complaint for this. Kindly help me to get out of it.

      With kind request / in reference the micro max canvas Q 380 we have submitted in micro max customer care at Rewari on 21/06/2016 for vibrator defect rectification.

      Its job sheet no-N[protected]. So far today has been called several times to Customer Care. Each time the customer care was refused by officials of not just your phone accessories have come. And he said he's not part of your house will, if the company will have access to the right it will not otherwise.

      And customer care executive is not exactly the way to talk to customers (very hardly loose talking). And he said, where do you want to complaint has nothing to me whether or not your phone repair . It is sad to me, speaks to me of your customer care officer. He will speak in favor of the company and what the customer will spot.

      Twice I called to Customer Care toll-free number, but the complaint is not resolved yet and complaint number is MNX[protected]. Requested you to please resolve the matter on top priority because my device for repairs has been stored more than two months time and is my request to you after the repair of the device we call the customer care center should be back.

        for resolve Battery issue, this company take my device on[protected] and call me in next day but now day going 40 days and company extend the date repediently and no response give me for my handset only telling me for wait wait and wait...

          Sir as my phone has network problem that it doesnt pick ups the network of sim. So when i deposited it to service centre they said that they will charge me for this minor fault. While i am having my bill in which warranty is available. Can you tell me what the hell is he doing? And one thing more sir...last time when i taken my phone at that service centre...his servicing is such bad that he damaged my back side of my phone...as my phone has inbulit battery so when i got my phone back then it was having scratches in its back...and its back was fixed with cheap type of greece instead of good fixing...is this type of service micromax provides?

          Sir i want to complaint that my phone is not getting sim network. When i gave it to service centre they said that it will charge while my phone is in warranty and it is said that it will charge only when there is physical damage while it is internal. Why they are charging? I m so disappointed with your service. Can you plz help me in anyway or that

          i gave my phone to micromax service center some day ago due to my lock button is not working properly they changed it but changing it they broke my back panel and suddenly my battery back up decrease so fast before that it is 10-12 hours but now it is 1 or 2 hours and they did not do right way to solove the issue
          Many probelm in this handset .charging problem and hang problem also battery life is less than 2 houres..pless contact me hemant nagar bhopal [protected]

            I registered my complaint about my micromax LED TV Model No 50B6000FHD in the customer care center of the micromax. next day one gentleman was turned up and asked to send some photographs to Shri Ajay Kumar Rathor, who is the owner of micromax west delhi authorised service center. Till date no response from his side has been received despite my repeated requests to him and through micromax customer complaint cell but of no results till date.

            I request strong action has been taken on micromax company as well as against micromax west delhi service owner Sh Ajay Kumar Rathor, who is so rude person and even least bothered about complaints

              Regards last 3 month back i have purched new micromax canvas evok - e483 model through flipkart on[protected].
              July month i found some software issue (Mobile put charge download cancelled, sequrity lock not working etc..)
              So i will given to my mobile micromax authorised service center in vellore - tn (Smart communication) on[protected].
              After 3 days i will ask he told my mobile send it chennai another service center another 4 days i will ask ur monile board issue send it delhi ho (Jop sheet no s[protected]).
              Again i will ask[protected] to local service center he told your mobile received but problem not resolving again send it to delhi ho.
              Still no status for my mobile. I will use 2 month only now 1 month put it your service center how long u could be taken for 1 mobile service.
              This is to much of time. Kindly replace my mobile for your delay service.
              Kindly taken serious action. It will be fail your name.

                My name is R. Thiruvarul Prakash from chennai.
                My p702 tab was not getting switch on. I submitted the set in Micromax authorised service center at kandansavady, chennai, OMR, pin- 600096. They said the warranty is broken due to sim card damaged.

                Actually i used the sim slot 2 and used for the past 2 months and the tab worked good. yesterday 25-aug-16, my set was not getting switch on. So there is no connection for the issue due to slot damaged. But they are linking this to uncover my warranty. Is they correct? I bought this set 2 months before only. I have my bill and warranty card.

                Please tell me does the warranty is really broken? Will i pay money to repair it.

                  I wish to state that i have purchased a micromax mobile set for rs.7699/- on 9.1.2016 from reliance retail limited, no.15, s. I. Towers, melapudur, main road, trichy - 620001.
                  My old set eanh no.[protected] imei number [protected]. New set micromax mobile set 9342 battery burnt automatically on 24.02.2016. I have handed over the same at your service centre m/s. Sri balaji, electronics, d. No. C-95, fort station road, 5th cross, thillainagar main road, trichy-620018 (Near kap viswanathan high school) for replacement of the mobile - job sheet dt: 24.02.2016-no. S[protected].
                  After my prolonged approach, after 5 months on 8.7.2016 - micromax mobile set was given as replacement q 392.
                  But the battery in the mobile was burnt at 7.25 hrs. On 27.08.2016 (Q 392)
                  Now i suspect that whether your co. Is original or duplicate and the faith i was having is also lost. Please treat this letter as notice and needful action taken immediately. If failed to redress my grievance within 5 days from the date of this notice, i will prefer a case against you in the consumer court, which please note.

                    I purchase micromax canvas 5 in november last year,
                    My phone was not working properly in terms of camera, flash light, battery issue and screen related things.
                    I went to ur authorized service center at gurgaon they sent it to main center and told me about 14 days, today is 23 rd days and still ur customer servics center need 10 days more is this a kind of jok,
                    After 14 days i called them and asked about they said with in 10 days it vl b with me but still msg came tk another 1days.
                    Ur customer care service is pathetic in whole day not even once that no is connected.
                    And no one's knws nthng
                    Even with a newer phone i[censored]r not able to rectify mistake god knws wat about old phones.
                    It's a very big jok on ur make in india and nthng like micromax
                    Truly nthng pathetic like it
                    I vl never advise anyone to purchase any micromax products
                    My request from u is to give my phone back i[censored]r not able to repair gv me new one as still it's in warranty period.
                    Don't force me to go consumer court
                    It's vl very harshing for me to daily cal u or every days hearing 10 more days

                      My name is Chandan Raj and I purchased a Micromax smartphone Model q350 (canvas spark 2 plus). After a month or so after receiving the device on 3rd may, 2016, i realised that there was a small blurry portion in the camera image that i saw only when i tried to click a pic of a bookpage. I reported the same problem to authorised service centre M/S Galore services, sector 22, NOIDA, an authorised service centre of micromax for in warranty repairs.They gave me a jobsheet and reported the problem as 5001: camera - bad image. They took the device for repairs for about a week. When i went there to recieve my device i found that no repair work was successful as the problem remained same.
                      After that they told me that it had to be submitted to send it to company for repairs. They told me that it would take month to repair and deliver my device. I gave them my device on 15/07/2016 and recieved a jobsheet again with reported problems - 5001: camera bad image and 5003 - camera no functionality.
                      On 5/08/2016 when i tracked my jobsheet status, it said that it will take 21 days to deliver my repaired device.
                      After 15/08/2016, I tried to contact the service centre every 2-3 days but they said the same thing every time that my device was not delivered and i should wait for 21 days period that is till 26/08/2016.
                      On 19/08/2016, i registered a complaint on micromaxinfo.com that i have not recieved my device yet. They contacted me and said that i should wait 7 more days.
                      Today, i.e 26/07/2016, I contacted the service centre and they said they still cannot repair my device as the problem would reoccur every time.When i asked for a specific date on which i can receive my device they said i should wait 7-8 days more, otherwise they have to replace my handset.
                      You can calculate that it's almost 1 month and 11 days and haven't received my handset yet. They are just replying 7 more days, 7 more but i'm really tired of waiting.
                      If micromax cannot repair my device, i want my handset to be replaced A.S.A.P.

                        I had deposited my micromax s301 mobile at anand gift & mobile centre jhansi for change of display and had deposited rs.800/ in cash there.
                        Vide invoice no.[protected] dated[protected]
                        I am still waiting for my mobile. I have visited the centre at jhansi three time and they have told me to wait. Without mobile i am very troubled. After expiry of one month, my sent has not been returned after proper change of display inspite of depositing advance money in cash to the centre.

                          I am your customer and we always support micromax beacuse it is a indian company it does not matter that manufacturing unit is in china.
                          We always advise our friends and other to buy micromax phone to support india, but as per the recent interaction with your service centre in Nagpur, Buldi (Maharashtra ). I am deeply dissatisfied.

                          There is a small problem in my keypad only two button is not working. He told us it is due to moisture and it voids warranty but i wanna ask to micromax why you are not taking care of such circumstance before design/manufacturing/Quality inspection of these handset.
                          It is not our fault it is the fault of yours and then tell me how it voids warranty.
                          Your customer care are also not satisfied me when I ask him this question.
                          Please tell us what is the means of warranty and if you are doing business like this and asking money for customer for repair . We think there is no need of warranty itself.
                          Why we support micromax?
                          No support from service centre!
                          Bad behaviour of your customer service!
                          Asking for money for what?

                          If you really want to do business in india you should have to lookafter at your services. This is the only reason your sale of handset is lowered.
                          It is fact . Kindly consider it .
                          We spend money it has value at well.

                          Note - Also micromax do not try to mark complain as resolved till it is not solved and do not try to remove complaint also, in complaint board. Since i have already submitted complaint and no response is received from your end.

                          Micromax Informatics — Already complaint given -Service center ask for money as phone is under warranty . For a minor issue of keypad centre ask for Rs 350/-.

                          Please tell us what is the means of warranty and if you are doing business like this and asking money for customer for repair . We think there is no need of warranty itself.

                          If you really want to do business in india you should have to lookafter at your services. This is the only reason your sale of handset is lowered.
                          It is fact . Kindly consider it .
                          We spend money it has value at well.

                          Note - Also micromax do not try to mark complain as resolved till it is not solved and do not try to remove complaint also, in complaint board. Since i have already submitted complaint and no response is received from your end.

                            I have purchased micromax canvas spark q380 8gb 17 nov 2015 it means right now my mobile in warranty so my problem is my mobile touch is not working and i have submit my mobile micromax service center noida sec 27 (Satguru communication shop no.1 first floor veeravti palace) from 02 jul 2016 and first job sheet no is n[protected] and one more job sheet no n[protected] from 02 aug assign this job sheet again.
                            I have received may time sms from micromax your mobile is ready and pls collect you phone from service centre but when i go to service centre he sys to me your mobile is not ready.
                            Now my mobile is submit in service center from 2 month but i'm not getting resolution pls resolve my problem asap.

                              I have submitted my micromax handset e-455 on dated
                              23/06/2016 for problem network not access, after 23 days i have
                              Received the handset but still my problem has not resolved & micromax
                              Customer care center says again submitted for 21 days for repairing.

                              I have submitted handset again dated on (15/07/2016) but i
                              Have received the handset on 12/08/2016, after 4-5 days again same
                              Problem arises in my handset, i have many time requested to your
                              Ervice center that my handset is replaceable but not heard anyone

                              I am very disturbing mentally for this reason, & i am tired for this
                              Because i went ten to eleven time in service center and do call 70-80
                              Times to service center but no response given by them,

                              I have purses Micromax evok mobile in Flipcat with this (order no-Invoice OD[protected] in 11 july 2016 but as the same day,
                              i facing so many problem in mobile, i have 3 time's to visit service center in
                              1 month for the mobile issue and still my mobile is service center in last 8 day's.

                                At the time of mobile submit to micromax service centre (Authorised) due to many big issues faced while handling the cell. I submit my cell with back n flipcover n battery also but after 4 months it repaired n give it to me at that time they can't give me back my original back n flipcover to me. After asking where is my back n flipcover, they took there hands off n said that it is not them responsibility to take care of your back n flipcover.

                                  This brand new phone is gifted to me by my daughter on 17th of this month, unpacked box, though purchased through Flipkart about one month back. After inserting the sim (Airtel), started receiving the message "cellular network not available}. Sim recognized by the phone, but not receiving signals. I tried changing sim slot 1 and 2, but nothing happened. I took it to service center, and as per their advice, I changed the sim and got a new sim. it worked for about 10 minutes and again not working. If I change the slot, (Micro to Nano, since the sim is compatible to both) it works with week signal for a while and stops working. Factory reset is also done and tried with other sims also without any results. Any solution?

                                    On the 1st week of August 2014 i have purchased your product Micromax Canvas A120, from Trivandrum Twin mobiles, after taking so many reviews and with a slight pride of having a Indian based Company's Product. And suggested many of my friends too.

                                    Being a student, having this as my first phone, it was pretty satisfactory. 5 days after the warranty expired, my dear phone started having its trouble or should i say i got a minor attack seeing my phone stuck with the logo. With no delay i took to the nearest service center in Marthahalli, Bengaluru. Software issues thats what they named it and cured it. Charging Rs 300. For a month later same issues along with some speaker issues occurred again and the service center re-installed it. And this repeated again and again for 3-4 times. And the 5th time even they could help they said its the mother board issue will be costing Rs 3500, for the sentiments i had for my phone, i even considered it then the shop persons of Trivandrum said its difficult.

                                    Being a student and after making my family spent this much on single product i decided to take the pain of writing my discontent and disappointment on the product and the company service. As a customer, Am expecting you to take the needful regarding the same. Else i would prefer to move further legally thorugh proper channels.

                                      I have purchased two Micromax X071 (Black) from Amazon. The delivery date of these two mobiles are 2 June 2016 and 30th may 2016. After one month I have found charging problems. Immediately I went to the service center Techno World. The service technician told me that one of these two mobile was not eligible for warranty and the other is eligible. So I left only one mobile for service in that service center. Days were passes but they did not contact me whether the service has done or not. So after 35 days I went to the service center and ask them for that mobile. The service technician came and told me that the service has done and the mobile is okay now. But I told the technician that before leaving the service center I want to see whether the device is working fine and able to take charge, but he refused to do that and told me that I should charge the mobile in home and there is nothing to verify. So I have to leave and went back to home. But when I connect the charger into the mobile, it is again unable to take charge. So after two days I went to the service center again and told the technician about the problem. The technician took the mobile from me and enter inside and after sometime he went back and told me that the mobile is no more eligible for warranty and he suggested me that if I want further service I have to pay for this. I argued with him but he did not listen anymore and finally I have to leave the service center without any service. I am still unable to find out why these two mobile are not eligible for warranty whereas they have one year warranty. I want not only your attention in this matter but also want justice.

                                        I am your customer and I always advise our friends and family members to buy micromax phone to support Indian firm, but as per the recent interaction with your service centre, I am deeply dissatisfied. In this context I want to tell you that I had deposited my Micromax phone to M/S Electronic Home New Bus Stand Palampur distt. Kangra HP as the mobile was some problem since May, 2016. I have shown my mobile to the said service centre and the Jobsheet date for the same is[protected]. It was told to me that the we cannot solve the problem and it has to be sent to Delhi for repair and it will be repaired in 15 days time period. But since than it has been more than 70 days and there has been no update. Every time when I call the centre they update me that the mobile has gone to Delhi and they don't know the time it will take. It has been a sheer harassment from their part and above all from Micromax service centre. I am facing a lot of problem without mobile. I'm just fed up of this situation and the brand of micromax and it's services. I request you to kindly help me.
