Micromax Informatics — Already complaint given -Service center ask for money as phone is under warranty . For a minor issue of keypad centre ask for Rs 350/-.

Refernece – Discussion with Micromax service centre and micromax customer care on dated - 24/08/2016
Dear Mircromax,
I am your customer and we always support micromax beacuse it is a indian company it does not matter that manufacturing unit is in china.
We always advise our friends and other to buy micromax phone to support india, but as per the recent interaction with your service centre in Nagpur, Buldi (Maharashtra ). I am deeply dissatisfied.
There is a small problem in my keypad only two button is not working. He told us it is due to moisture and it voids warranty but i wanna ask to micromax why you are not taking care of such circumstance before design/manufacturing/Quality inspection of these handset.
It is not our fault it is the fault of yours and then tell me how it voids warranty.
Your customer care are also not satisfied me when I ask him this question.
Please tell us what is the means of warranty and if you are doing business like this and asking money for customer for repair . We think there is no need of warranty itself.

If you really want to do business in india you should have to lookafter at your services. This is the only reason your sale of handset is lowered.
It is fact . Kindly consider it .
We spend money it has value at well.
Note - Also micromax do not try to mark complain as resolved till it is not solved and do not try to remove complaint also, in complaint board. Since i have already submitted complaint and no response is received from your end.

I got sms from the company that the set will be delivered in 21 days. I regret that still I have not received the set duly repaired.
Please confirm by return mail when should I get my set? Since the company has been taking unduly long time, I request for extension of the warranty period.
