Dear sir/ madam

I am using micro max hand set of your company from last year. Before last month my handset was giving some technical problem (Only battery prob.).in this way i visited your outlet at queen's road, amritsar on dated[protected], and they aver me that your battery will be replaced and handover within one week. But after passing a 13 days approx he did not provide me battery of handset. Rather, i visited many times. When i check my handset, there is step taken to change my battery, and my handset lying same condition as i given to them. This is such a ever bad experience with your company, such a naive staff degrade the company image.

I am attaching herewith slip of micro max office


Please solve my query as earlier possible

      I purchased micromax q349 canvas from uniservice telecom pvt ltd, malleshwaram bangalore, vide bill no mmvm0710/16-17 dated:[protected],

      At the same day evening i went their and showing the battery condition but they don't accepting and saying that we don't recomanded the product, we are not responsible & if you have problem through it out side,, very roude people and bad manners

      I submitted to service certer they promised to replacing in 7days than i called customer care they saying again 21days.

      I hate, tiered, terrible experience with micromax and i never ever use /recomend micromax, because i spend hard earned money rs 6300/- is dead...

          With reference to the above as i have handed over my mobile on Dt 27.07.2016 for
          repair at Amritsar LOCATION, Micromax Servie Centre .

          But it has been passed 27 Days and whenever i called to the service centre as well
          as customer care they always replied that it is under process .

          I am really fed up with MICROMAX for your service .

            Dear sir,
            I gave my mobile to your service center in bikaner, on 11/08/2016. problem in my mobile is only battery replacement. they give me a time of 7 days, and they said it will cost 1000/-inr.
            I call them after 7 days in there landline phone but they are not receiving there phone, after that today (22aug2016) i visited service center they simply give answer that after 30th aug it will come but they are not sure.
            I have only one question that if they are not giving prober time to customer what will be there service. if company is not providing there battery what we will accept from there side.
            I'am facing problems without handset. so it is gentle request to you that please arrange battery with 2 days. i am really fade up from your local service center.

            Now I am getting again good news from your micromax service center, on last visit company said that on 30 Aug u will get your mobile and battery, so I visited today 31 Aug 2016, but they simply said that . you have to wait for 4- 5 days .what the hell they are saying, and I am also getting a call from customer care they said that we will send you a. Mail I'd but still I am not receive a mail I'd from there side. .
            This is totally a mentaly harassment from your side . today I plan to visit other city my plan is spoil, because of your side I cancel my ticket .
            Really I am totally fade up .still no response from any resposbile person .

              Very bad quality product and worst service provided by micromax service centre. I bought a new mobile and after that i found that its battery is get 0% within 1 hr. If you one time switched off and on, mean 50% consumed. If not switch off device and even make 5 minute call. Phone will be switched off due to battery consumed 100%. If you do not do any phone call than simply put your phone and see after 1 hr, your phone will be switched off.

              So i went to micromax authorised service centre and waited for my number 6 hrs approx. There was crowd of people who are waiting for their turn. So i understood at that time, i purchased a wrong company product. If i can see crowd at service centre that mean simple. Most of mincromax product buyer are fed up with their product and getting problem in their device so came to service centre.

              When my turn came up. They told me that i will have to submit my battery and will be given to me within one week. I said ok. And after that it is about one month is being passed. When i call to their customer care. They every do not listen us. I was shocked how are bad behaviour, they are not listening me and, even make phone disconnect sudden with no satisfaction reply. I understand, big company may have some other factors like stock no available. Or some thing else. But if they show their intentions and treat us a customer, than i will not have more complain to them. But how are they reacting to us, that is very bad. So i am

                Job sheet no: s[protected], s[protected] and s[protected]. we had purchased micromax nitro 4g e455 on[protected] at manoj mobiles pondicherry. the invoice no.: 5080.in the invoice they have not mentioned any terms and conditions regarding warranty or guaranty. on the above mentioned mobile we have face three different issues for three times. we had given the same device to the m/s s technocare no-75 first floor, 100 feet road, ellai pillai chavady opp hdfc bank pondicherry - 605005. 1complaint on 16th june, 2nd complaint 21st july and the 3rd complaint on 19th aug of 2016 for the same device. but still they not yet resolved. ultimately we are requesting micromax to provide us the new replacement mobile against the faulty device.

                        Micromax is the indian mobile company so that why i purchase micromax mobile but after use i saw their product and service is worst. I have a very bad experience with a350 phone, even under warranty they replace my mobile with 2 month efforts and now again after 7 month same issue is happened again. Some time its touch is non responsive, some time power button is not working, some time it repeatedly auto power on off and so on. I see the lot o[censored]ser review they also facing same issue and they are also frustrated. Even their service center taking 2-3 month to replace mobile. There are lot of issues in there mobiles and service. Why they cant look in the mobile quality. If their any solution then please suggest currently mobile touch is non responsive??                           I brought a tab model p690. But after 2-3 month i submit it because of technical problem they asked for 15 days but they return me after 3 month after i again submit my tab and again they asking for 15 days and now 51 days already spent but still they not return, they customer service is worst they have no resposible person who can give u right information. When ever i call to their customer service center they again ask me for 21 days and it already happen 3 time. I emailed them 3-4 times but they not solving my problem.

                            Sir i have brought micromax canvas doodlex4 mobile on dated
                            [protected]. I have face the problem of battery within 5 month.
                            I requested to custamar care office in my citie chandrapur. They solved the problem but within 14 days i have same problem of battery regarding charging . Battery could not charge properly.
                            I again wisted the nearest care but they take me waiting for soving problem but did not solve the problem. I repeatedly requested him. But care handlar can speak with rash language
                            and he say to me that i can not solve your problem. Even my mobile have 1 year warranty period. And he had much time of solving my problem of battery .

                              Dear mam, this is to inform you that i had handed over to m/s s. K traders of silchar for repairing my micromax q391 on 03/05/2016 which is still under warranty period. Accordingly they had issued me a receipt mentioning the problem — 4101 power does not switch on. But till now i have not got my my mobile even though i have visited the service centre several times but they could not confirm the status of the mobile. Hence i request you to kindly take the matter seriously or otherwise i will be compelled to take the help of court of law & this may result in the loss of your company's reputation

                                Sir i give my phone to micromax service center sector 35 a, chandigarh due to audio problem. They give me time for 10 days. After 10 days again they give me time for 15 days. Such as horrible executive they are. No time limit nothing at all. Even delhi head office they also not giving any satisfied response. Seriously very bad experience with micromax. Pls do something asap. I already 3 times give my phone to your service center. And also complaint it in consumer court. If you are unable to help me pls at least return it back...!!!

                                  I am neeraj from moradabad.
                                  Sir i am using micromax a120 mobile but automatic he switch off and does not on. My mobile is out of warranty but i submit our mobile in micromax service center name : m/s aarush world link in[protected] he said my mobile mother board is dead so i submit our mobile in center he told me new mother board price so i submit our mobile in service center. He give me only 15 days time for replace my mother board but after completed 15 dsys he does not give my mobile. He said that company not sending my mobile. Now today i goes to center but result is same he said that company does not send my mobile.
                                  I fully disappoint please help me to get my phone for your good service.

                                    I purchased micromax lapbook l1160 from amazon in may 2016 after one and half month a problem encountered in the display and then i approach service centre in ludhiana and they asked me to submit my lapbook it will take 21 days to repair. I submitted my device on 11 july 2016, but till today i do not get my lapbook back from service centre. On asking about the delivery of my product they straight forward told that it will take 21 more days. But can not commit that how many 21 days they take. I dont even know that whether i will get my device back or not. Its highly frustating. I chosed this company as it is indian company but i think i committed a mistake. Now i will never suggest anyone to buy micromax product. My jobsheet no is n[protected]

                                      I had went to Micromax service centre for repair of my canvas 2 but they refused to do so and told me that I should go to local repairers for the same. I think you should suspend such service centres who deny to do their assigned duties. I am helpless and now approaching to service centre, Panipat despite having my residence in Karnal. lots of problems and wastage to time and money.

                                        I have bought this phone on 04/04/2016 and within few days my power key became loose and then it was lost. I went to your service centre they said it will take more than 10days. I have a complaint that just for such minor thing why i have to keep my phone for 10days and in service centre they should have such accessories. I dnt have any other phone and can't leave my phone for so many days.
                                        Kindly provide me the key.

                                        i have changed my power key for my MICROMAX CANVAS5 once for Rs 150 by waiting for 10days for one simple switch. After 3 months it became loose and lost somewhere. Now when i went to another Micromax care (old care has closed) they are saying it cost 350Rs and i should wait for 2 weeks. what a pity service is this
