At the same day evening i went their and showing the battery condition but they don't accepting and saying that we don't recomanded the product, we are not responsible & if you have problem through it out side,, very roude people and bad manners

I gave my mobile to your service center in bikaner, on 11/08/2016. problem in my mobile is only battery replacement. they give me a time of 7 days, and they said it will cost 1000/-inr.

Very bad quality product and worst service provided by micromax service centre. I bought a new mobile and after that i found that its battery is get 0% within 1 hr. If you one time switched off and on, mean 50% consumed. If not switch off device and even make 5 minute call. Phone will be switched off due to battery consumed 100%. If you do not do any phone call than simply put your phone and see after 1 hr, your phone will be switched off....
