I bought a micromax tab p666 in april, 2015. It stopped working by end of august 2015. It was under appsdaily insurance. The tab was collected from me on 19 september 2015. I still have not received either the repaired tab or the money in lieu of it from the insurance. Appsdaily informed that the tab will be repaired by micromax and hence money will not be given. But micromax has neither given the money not the phone. Repeated contacts with them gives me the same reply that they have forwarded my complaint to the relevant department and the resolution should come soon. It is almost an year since my tab went into repair. If the state of their service was known, never would i have bought any micromax product. I just hope that they deal with my complaint quickly and honestly.

    I had submitted my micromax handset at Tirupati Infotech at jaipur on 06.08.2016, the estimated date of delivery was 13.08.2016.
    There is still no information regarding the job status.
    I am not at all satisfied by the customer care service.
    Send the details regarding the job status as soon as possible.
    I am facing problems without my phone and I am planning to go to customer protection cell located in jaipur.

      Sir, i have purchased micromax p680 tab, this tab totally worked two months
      And found repaired. I was admit with micromax service center at gujuwaka
      Visakhapatnam andhra pradesh m/s bright solutions last three month

      Or service center. Please waht happend with tab.

      I hopefully purchased the good micromax tab p680 but today not hope
      In this company.

      I request issue instruction micromax company and issue new tab p680 at the earliest. I paid hard money to this company why we are suffering.

        I Have given my mobile in H.S.R communication Service center in Raipur Pandri branch last one month ago.
        There was some touch & display problem they was taken 2500 rs for repair.
        After repairing threre was no signle in mobile once again given to that branch from last one month they not returned my mobile by telling its replacing by new.

        I was going bhopal mp nagar service center then he say to me pcb will be change then i was change its and pay 4200 rs and i pick up phone and back to home after 1 day mobile again off and doing swich on not . after 1 day i again gone bhopal service center but care not respocible for it ?

          I brought a canvas phone six month ago, but last month i faceing a problem on display(HAZY). So i took it to Micromax service centre at Burdwan in 2August, 2016 . They recived it and said that this problem will solved with in 7 to 10 days, because its a problem of display, so they order to company and it will arrived in between those days. so i called to them in 12 August . But they reply me that they gave order to Micromax but the display not sent, and also said wait for some days for it. so i waiting... But today after 16 days, today (18 August) i called again about my phone, but today they told me the same story that the display not sent by the Company and i should wait for it...

          sir, please i brought phone for use. so how many days take to repair the display?? plz take a action for it, and take me return my phone as early as possible...

            In context above subject i have deposited handset micromax canvas a096 on dt 6th june 2016 second time already it was received after repairs from ur head office that too after one month. Immediatly after using for two weeks the handset multiple problem arised. Again i submitted the handset on 6th june 2016. With job sheet no w[protected]. Its almost above 45 days after taking to call back with technical person almost 5 times each time giving assurance that ur hanset will be received after 10 days. And still im receiving messages that ur hanset is under repairs will receive in 21 days. Regularly. Till present there is no confirmation on my handset.
            It seems that u have totally failed to deliver the requisite customer satisfaction reagardring the work.
            It is clearly seems that u r not caple of repairing the handset and replacing the handset either voilating customer satisfaction.
            This is consumer forum compalint will be submitting at the consumer court chandrapur maharashtra. If hanset is not replaced if not replaced thjen refund the amount.
            Consider thisas consumer complaint.

            U have already voilated the customer satisfaction.
            The complaint will entered in legal court if proper response is not obatined in 48 hrs.

              Window is not loading that's why laptab is unable to start properly and it is not connected As well with the key board it is inside the ON SIDE warranty period it was purchased in month of January with a warranty period of one year but it's started getting problem from the 2nd month by not properly connecting as it is detagibal laptab I request to resolve the problem as soon as possible

                I have submitted my mobile phone for repair to m/s techtrics technologies pvt ltd, a-wing 209-210, vashi plaza, sec 17, navi mumbai, vashi

Around 40 days is completed but there still i didnot receive my phone fromagency there always say come on monday but lot of monday come and go i didnot receive my phone, if this monday i will not get my phone back i will make a police complaint & the no is mention on job sheet is not connecting is not valid.

                Software failure and booting problem is there. Problem reported is Power boot failure . Employees in service center show irresponsible reaction
                They cant find what is the problem and fix it by time.

                  I bought a canvas spark, model no. Q380 on 26th august, 2015.
                  Since last couple of months the phone is being very slow and almost all the apps become not responding including basic apps like music, gallery or fm. Very often mobile connectivity features like bluetooth, wifi do not open or do not get connected. The phone gets hanged a lot of times. It has happened several times that the screen has blacked out or stopped responding. The earphones have stopped working three months ago.
                  This was one side of the problem. The second part is completely non co-operative customer care service. The google map shows there are micromax service centres in
                  1) keshtopur, rabindrapally
                  2) 17, ganesh chandra avenue
                  3) chandni market, opposite canara bank
                  4) bowbazar, near central metro
                  Whereas there is no service centres at these locations. Why haven't the company yet updated these information?
                  There is one service centre at teghoria, kolkata but they do not do servicing for "warranty period items".
                  The harassment does not stop here. I called up a lot of service centre numbers but most of them were switched off or completely unethical behavior. Inspite of calling for 5-6 times they were not even ready to give their proper address.
                  The customer care number they provide is also useless. I called them up and they asked me if there are no service centres then how can they help me?
                  The warranty card is actually making a fool of their customers. If noservice is available what is the use of "warranty"?
                  I want a replacement of this product.

                    I purchased cell on february 2016. From june 2016 onwards iam giving my mobileto your service center, viskhapatnam. Andhrapradesh. They are giving after 1 month in open condition but when came back to my house and opened the mobile is not opened. I am restlessly going to service center for repairs and i vexed. Kindly give me new mobile worth rs.10000/- why because i restlessly vexed with your service. If you are not agreed by this offer. I will go by cunsumer court.                       Dear recipient,

                      This is very unfortunate to write that i am disheartened by the misguiding behaviour of your technical staff on the authorised service centre.

                      It's been a very disappointing experience from the date of purchasing the mobile phone micromax a107 on 23rd july, 2015 (Details attached). I had been suffering to visit the service centre repeatedly for the very similar issue.

                      For around 50 days back, i left my mobile phone at the authorised service centre (Details attached) on 27th june, 2016. And i was told that it will take 21 days to get the phone repaired. But there is no satisfactory response from the service centre as yet.

                      Here is the brief summary of the issues that i had been facing till date:

                      First service - after 15 days of purchase
                      Issue reported - touch was not working properly

                      Second service - after 2 months of first service
                      Issue reported - touch was not working properly (Same as previous)

                      Third service - after 4-5 months of previous service
                      Issue reported - touch was not working properly (Same as previous)

                      This time, the phone was retained by the service centre for around 2 months.

                      Again, after 2-3 months of the previous service, the same problem persisted and then i spoken to the customer care officer, named bhawana on 17th june, 2016. She assured to get the issue resolved at the earliest possible. Post that i had been trying to approach and follow the customer care officer many times, but there is no satisfactory response from their side.

                      Eventually, i had to visit the service centre again. This time they asked to retain the phone for 21 days. But still they are saying that the phone has yet not received from their higher centres.

                      Many times, i have insisted to replace the phone as i am totally fade up of carrying a defected item and repeatedly visiting the service centres right from the very first month of purchase.

                      Here are the details for your reference:

                      Retailer - g. R. Bhambani mobile shop, near bank of baroda, sadar bazar, firozabad
                      Service centre - m/s, shiv shankar electronics, near sant tiraha, city plaza, firozabad, pin-283203, up, india

                      I would appreciate your kind attention towards this much inconvenience caused by the misguiding behaviour of your technical/non-technical staff. Please do the needful and get the phone replaced with a new one.

                      I would like to replace my Tab with the new phone of same cost because in just 6 months the Micromax has given me free replacement of 3 tabs and all these 3 tabs are under repair in Just cause of one month so I decided to replace my Tab with a phone or same cost or I will complain case in consumer court thank you.

                        I bought this phone 9 months back since then it had alot of issue with it, to be precise the phone had
                        - heating issue
                        - application always stop working even though i have only 3 app
                        And the phone hangs.
                        -the phone frequently switchess off itself.
                        -it all shows that plz reboot phone because sim card cannot be detected.
                        -the battery back is really poor, i have to charge my phone minimum to about 3 times a day.
                        Not have any problem regarding the company the is really good just the product they are selling are not that satisfactory and promising as they claim.
                        I just want say that i really love the phone i just want it to work properly and without any problems because it is very difficult i[censored]r phone is not working properly nowdays and its not possible to go service stations now and then.
                        Please i hope that my problem is heard and taken care off i would love buying products of your company as far the services and product provided by are upto the mark and their is good customer care.

                          I have purchase one micromax q334 mobile from shivam communication shop no. 28, opp. Tirathram hospital basai road gurgaon ([protected]) on 7/8/16 @rs 4800. After four day problem observed that the voice can't hear by call receiver any phone. I have given phone to shivam communication on 12.8.16 for replacement as per his commitment that if any issue observed within 7 days, he replaced with new set. Now he says set can't replace. And after repair issue not resolved till today. Now what i do?

                            I am still not getting any response from micromax service centre.

                              I bought micromax canvas spark 3 (Q385) 2 months ago. And it stopped working. I have given my phone to micromax service center. They said that there was water logging in that. There was no chance for that. Sweat may be eneterd. So i given for repair. They said that they will call when the phone is ready. But they didnt call for 16 days. So i went there and asked. They said that they unable to repair. They are not responding properly. They returned my mobile without doing anything.

                                Hi, my name is naveen kumar, on 21st july, 2016 my micromax q 380 mobile touch not worked... And battery problem also there.

                                I went to your service care centre at ramesh nagar matro station, and gave the phone to service centre in warranty time and they gave me job sheet.. After taking long period of 22 days my phone repair and handed over to me on 12.8.16, on delivery time i told the boy that how i can check the battery and saw him the problem to charging, he told me that if there is any problem i came to service centre. But after one day there is same battery problem and jack problem. Now my phone taking 12 hours to charge and not properly working. But now the warranty time is over, but the problem is already is there.

                                Please help me and take action on my complaint, so that my phone can be repair on the basis of warranty period complaint.

                                  Sir i buy a mobile on 21/10/2015 at chennai saravana store. but that mobile phone is not working properly. that mean simcard insert plase not working properly. so i submit it at VELLORE M/S ADVANCED MOBILE SOLUTION service centre. On-20/06/2016. still not ready my mobile. it also having one year service warranty But they ask service charges seperatly. so kindly request to you please advice to the service centre without service charges do the work properly... yet they not ready my mobile please recover me my mobile.if you do not take any action i would be ready to file a complaint again your poor product and cheated concumer court and lok adalat

                                    I live in biharsharif. I have gone to micromax service centre, service centre staff is very rude and arrogent as well as mad behavior to every costumer. Shanaya infotech biharsharif is wrost service cenrtre of micromax. This service centre destroy the name and fame of micromax company.in my opinion micromax should cancelled with partnership of sanaya infotech biharsharif..

                                      Bad service from your side and from your service centre (tvm).

                                      I purchase yu 5010a on 2/12/15.
                                      Imei 1: [protected].
                                      Imei 2: [protected].

                                      After 3 months (8/3/16) its board get complaint. i contact shop and gave my phone to service on 14/3/16. then i get my phone after 2 months (9/5/16). my phone is changed.
                                      Imei1: [protected]
                                      Imei2: [protected].
                                      But i doesn't care.

                                      But after two weeks its touch doesn't work properly. i contact shop again. they advice me to contact service centre karamana, trivandrum.
                                      I submit my phone in service centre on 20/7/16 for change display.
                                      They told me that they need 20 days to change display.
                                      I also agreed.

                                      On 9/8/16 they call me and told that phone get ready and collect ma handset from their service centre. then i go to collect my phone. but i noticed that its display is broken and battery is changed by your staffs of service centre. so i resubmitted on that day itself.

                                      On 13/8/16 i came there and collect my phone. its battery and display changed. its in working condition. but that day itself my phone's display doesn't work and i can't use it.

                                      So i contact service centre and gave my phone on 16/8/16.

                                      I can't use my phone from 8/3/16.
                                      And their is no proper service from your side.
                                      So i'm going to file a case to consumer court. (cheating case). if you replace a new phone i'm satisfied and doesn't move to legal procedure.
                                      If not i file a petition to consumer court.

                                        Myself submitted my mobile (Q380) for the problem solving of on-off switch problem at your service centre b. M. Trading, patna on 25.07.2016. Its message is also come on 05.08.16 to resolve this within 7 days. But after a long time taken. They can't to solve the problem till today.

                                        So kindly solve my problem.

                                        In the phone their are no network found, since two month. I have facess more problem since two month. No any incoming call as well as out going calls. I want replace a my mobile phone.
