I bought this phone about 1.5 month. Since then i have visited customer care 3 times. The phone just gets switched off every now and then and now it's not even starting up. Customer care center has no electricity, so has to spent 5 hours there. They just updated the software first time and didn't do anything for the second time. Now the phone is just crap for me. Custome care is in sec-14, gurgaon. Micromax should turn their business off instead of making these crap phones and trapping the customers while.

    Its regret to inform you that you have made a worst phone canvas 5
    I buy on 14.2.16 suddenly on 27.6.16 phone shutdown i gave to micromax centre at Jai Ganesha mobile point Ghatkopar Mumbai 400086, they given back on 10.8.16.
    They replace my handset with faulty one
    First charging issue was there they resolve on 12.08.2016, Thereafter display issue was there, shown to micromax centre, the technician said its minor fault u can use it, Again i found speaker problem there is no sound

      I khema jhunjhunwala have ordered a battery for q391 in mobile care which is in cuttack state orissa bearing slip no - 177 and reference no for battery as e[protected]. I have ordered it on 20/7/16 but still i have not recived the battery on a advance of rs 100/-. Such a late service to procure a battery. Make in india and made in india micromax company should see how there customers are not happy with the company. Such a poor service without a warranty on their assecories and parts and even if not able to deliver the products on time.

      Will never recommend micromax. Modi should see how the co is not able to give service who is shouting make in india and these co. W ill take india in new dimension.

      Sorry but not satisfied.

        I m really frustrated with it.it is tge second time i have submitted the phone for cleaning the dirt from front camera, firstly they cleaned it but transferred all the dust in screen then after that they said " we can fix it but in case the screen got damaged u have to pay"
        Really your department creates d shirt n we have to for it?????
        Then in end of this july 2016 i have submitted my mobile for d same issue but again neither the screen was property cleaned nor the front camera.
        What do i do?
        Why the hell micromax is dealing their customers like this.

                    I bought micromax juice 3+ in month of feb 2016 and in july 2016 i noticed a line on display
                    i gave it to service center as my phone was in warranty hey gave my phone 3 days back but after coming home while inserting my sim card i noticed that my phones body was damaged so i went to gallery and showed dem the phone next day and they r not ready to accept it i want to lodge a complaint and want u to take legal action

                      I had purchased a Micromax Canvas Gold A300 for Rs 18000 but its battery started giving problem after only 13 months of purchase. Suddenly getting restarted and getting switched off automatically were the problems i was facing so i visited my nearest service center in mohali phase-2 where i faced the worst service experience of my life. when i reached their the customer executive told me that its the battery problem and on asking why it happened the answer was "it happens normally in every phone after an year or two". Then i just agreed to get new battery as their was no another choice. In that also when i asked about the warranty of new battery, First the executive said "Life time warranty ", I just doubted that how can someone give a lifetime warranty so i asked him if he would provide me the bill of life time warranty, Immediately the guy changed and said that company only provides 15 days warranty for battery. Than i questioned him why is he fooling customers in companies service center, if you are doing this how will customers trust your company so the great guy answered that I have not told you to buy Micromax phone. So i just left the service center as i was not able to trust that guy. so i went to Chandigarh service center, their they changed my phones battery and then they said their is also a problem in charging jack so they replaced it too and i paid them Rs 1300 for that and after one day of that again my phone is giving same problems.
                      I have experience the worst service in this world from Micromax. I really want to advice everyone reading this Please don't buy Micromax product ever. Its products have very low quality only after 13 months a phone worth 1800 INR is not working and moreover its service is Pathetic.

                        I ordered a battery (A310 )of mobile phone from Micromax Service center in Borivali west, Mumbai Shop name( D.R.Telecom). I received my battery IN A SEALED PLASTIC PACK OF MICROMAX within 10 days from date of payment (Rs 1200), Now that battery which i ordered again was defective (was not working after 2 months) and i went to store & ordered for replacement since it was under 6 months warranty, They told it will take 10 days to get it replaced, After 20 days since i didn't receive any calls from them to collect the battery i went to shop and they still didnt get it, I again went after 10 days again they told the same thing. I went around 1st August & the manager Mr. Shroff told me that micromax does not send any sealed batteries which is very hard to believe because when i paid & ordered battery they got it in sealed Plastic bag, Now they say it does not come however he still will try, So again i went on 12th August to collect but again this time he was rude & told that company does not send any battery in a sealed plastic bag, he told that he cant get sealed battery & if i want refund i have to submit the bill, When i got the bill he now says to come after 4 days to get refund even after having the bill, Basically he i trying to buy time & is avoid to give battery in a sealed pack, This is a serious issue which should be looked into. Please guys somebody help me.

After repeated visit at Dealer, they have told me that you will get warranty service, no need to worry. But, when I have submit the Said Mobile to service centre. They told me to that according to JOB SHEET, you will get the Repaired mobile within 7 days. But, its already 14 days over, I have yet not get my Mobile.                               I am a regular customer of samsung mobiles (s series). on 21/06/2016 i orderd for a micromax e484 through snapdeal and i got on 23/06/2016 and with in 25 days the mobile got a complaint "sound is not playing" i submitted my mobile with micromax service center near by - jb solutions, pollachi.
                              They told me its a software problem ok i waited for couple of days and after they telling its due to speaker failure and again i waited for 7 days after they telling they cannout find the problem have to sent company back for servicing i again waited for 15 days now they telling it again take 21 + days to solve. sir i dont want micromax phone and worst service. please give me back my spend money 14000 /- inr.
                              With in 20 to 25 days one mobile got complaint and i wanna wait for couple of month is not digesting for my theory.in future again i am going to face as problems. to avoid please sent back my amount as the needful.

                                I was went to micromax service centre on 02/08/2016 for micromax doodle 4 battery the employed told us you will take your battery between 4 to 7 days but today is 10the day the campany is'not responding when I was call on service centre they told meet my branch manager when I say okay give me they end call it is very wrost campany of India I hate this campany

                                My new TV model - Micromax 43T6950MHD/43T4500MHD/43T8100MHD/43T7200MHD 109 cm(43 inches) Full HD LED TV stopped working after a week. The TV doesn't switch on.

                                        I had a horrible experience in one of the service center named sri sai tele communication (Malleshwaram).. I had bought a battery form this center on 18th may 2016 and there was a problem with that battery.1st time when i went they told it was a problem with software we have changed it. Later again i had problem still they gave it back saying it was a problem with software. But today when they replaced the battery and i checked it there only it was not working... Again i gave it back they gave me another one saying if this is also defective there will be problem with mother board. But they gave me the same old battery which i took on 18th may. They are trying to fool the customers... And i doubt that their products are genuine. And they are giving the defective products. As soon as i asked them about their wrong doing they gave me the money back. And the manager even told you have to check weather the product is genuine or not. We go to authenticated shops to take original products when they are saying you have to check yourself whom should we believe. So please take the action against them. So that other consumers are not fooled by them..
