Dear sir,

I had submitted my micromax aq5001 at royal service centre
Rani bagh delhi on[protected] with the job sheet
N[protected] and received after many call and mailed as on dated[protected]. But the problem not solved, battery not to be charged and weak signal. I think my phone will be not repairable so i request you to replaced my handset otherwise i have only one solution for this go with consumer court.
Current job sheet no - n[protected] and its also closed by service center without my permission and information and generate new complaint - n[protected]

After many call and mails no response so i have decided replaced my handset within 72 hrs otherwise i will register a case at consumer court.

i am also follow mentioned site http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. and registered many complaints thorough mi care but no response till to date. and he comiitted again anad again mobile repaired within 3-4 days. Please replaced my handset otherwise i have only one solution register a complaint in conumer court.

very bad service, not care of customer
In my A54, error is begin from some days. This is showing to enter your username and password but when i fill the those columns it shows re-enter your detail.
How can i use my mobile phone now.
Please help me.

      Dear sir,
      There is only charging problem (Charging shown but battery not charged when charger connected) in my handset micromax unite 2 (A 106). Other all functions work properly.
      Today i go to service centre (B. R. Services, lajpatnagar -2, delhi). There i have suggested to change motherboard of cost rs 4312. If such heavy amount is demanded by company for small problem, then what is the benefit of service centre for customers?
      Except charging, all other function work properly. If 1 or 2 components may damaged then you take time of 5-10 days and replace only it, instead of changing of motherboard (Of cost rs 4312).
      So i request, please repair my handset at geninune cost, so that we may interested to buy your product in future.

        Hi metromax,

        Today i purchased battery of mobile canvas 4 a210 in rs. 810 from your micromax mobile service center – devi palace, gurgaon (Phone number:[protected]. The battery given to me was open (Not packed) and when i asked about bill then you executive told me that they can't provide bill and there is no warranty too on battery. I want to know how micromax service centres are selling batteries without bills because there is no proof of their genuine product.

          Sir,
          I have purchased micro max q-392 mobile in dec 2015 which was not working within three months duration. It was deposited at service center named m/s lk max mobiles at visakhapatnam, andhar pradesh on 31 may 2016. The service center stated that my mobile was sent to company for free replacement purpose with making a job sheet no s[protected]dated 17 june 2016. Since then my mobile was not received till date. I was tele phonically communicate with coy they told me your device will be repaired/replaced with in 21 days. Whenever i check my job sheet status it was showing that dear customer, thanks for your query, we shall further be taking 21 days to deliver your repaired device. We are earnestly working towards resolving it asap and shall keep you informed.
          We appreciate your patience and understanding.

            my complain is your product quality is very bad when i am submit my smartphone i doubt is my battery is changed and phone heat very fast before submit my smart phone. when we submit my phone only one problem in my phone and when we recive my phone various problem in my phone

              We have purchased MICROMAX Canvas Wi-Fi + 3G LT666 LT666 Intel Atom Quad Core - (2 GB DDR3/32 GB HDD/Windows 10) 2 in 1 Laptop on 22.1.16

              from flipkart.com ( invoice copy enclosed)


              we have given the same for repair as power supply is not working to your New Tirupati Cellular on 4.6.16 for repair, it is not repair till date.


              when I called your service center, I got feed back that " don't worry, I will get repaired laptab within 21 days"


              this is the standard answer I got whenever I contacted your service Team.


              I don't want this repaired product, I want replacement since your team has not repaired after 2 and 1/2 month.


              I am very sorry to say but MICROMAX IS HAVING VERY POOR SERCICE AND NIGLIGENCE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.


              Pl. note if I didn't get any feedback within 24 hrs, I am going to consumer court

                It is sorry to state that I have purchased Micromax Q-380 in the year 2015 and after using it for eight months the phone has started problem and it was stopped. I have submitted to customer care in 23.04.2015, but till date I have not received my phone till date. I have done many complaints but all in vain. I have submitted it to MOBILE DOT COM, 111 SRI RAM TOWER, 13 ASHOK MARG, LUCKNOW 226001. But they have till not return my mobile.

                  Hello,
                  My name is animesh mishra i had purchased the micromax yureka in march 2014, but due to some software issues i you replaced my micromax yu and give me the other one. Now the issues i am facing.
                  1. When i power on my device its showing samsung logo in place of cynogen or micromax.
                  2. My idea as well as my airtel sim card cant detech network in this device.

                    I have micromax canvas 2, when i started to experiencing some problem in my handset i went to the service center and they tried to update my phone os to latest one to resolve the problem.in this process my handset got dead by service center only and now they are saying since my handset out warranty thay can not help me to resolve it. So i called customer care they also not providing solution even they hang my phone twice and didn't take my complaint.

                    I[censored]pdating phone officially in authorised cervice center cause such issues then why micromax release official update?
                    Why should consumer suffer without their faults.

                    I am expecting some convenient solution from mucromax.

                    As per company suggestion we posted our queries on Micromax forum. After that we got call from customer care of Micromax and they asked me for job sheet number but I realised I don't have job sheet as service centre not provided me. so I went to the service centre and ask them for job sheet but they refuse to give me job sheet by saying "we are providing job sheet only if your phone is submitted for 2 to 3 days".
                    So I register complaint regarding this to the customer care service.

                      I have given my mobile for repair on 01/08/2016 whose imei no is [protected] & [protected] which had a problem in its touchscreen and touchscreen was not working.
                      It has been 16 days now and still i dont know any thing on repair status or when i will get my mobile phone back.
                      It has only been 3 months and i had to submit my mobile for this long for which i am facing problem in my daily chores.

                      Additionally, i got a sms from bh-microm on[protected] that the battery which was ordered for my mobile will be available on 11th september. now if my touchscreen was at fault so how do am i getting message for battery repair.
                      What a botched service centre micromax has.

                      Kindly escalate this matter and look into this matter and get my mobile repaired as soon as possible otherwise i am ready to take legal actions for the same.

                        As a customer i purchase a mobile name as micromax canvas juice 3 q392 (8gb, cosmic gray) from snapdeal through cash on delivery as on 11.08.2016 by home delivery through ecom plus with tin no.[protected], and ther seller name is onesto retail - hyd_mandal-voi1 and the tin no. Of the seller is [protected]. All details given below the attachment file.

                        Actually important fact is this product is defect, when the product takes on my hand after one day product seen defect like : 1. Without using the application handset becomes too heat, 2. One ray created on left side full home display always, (Very important fact) 3. Set created hang sometimes.

                        So kindly returns and replacement of micromax canvas juice 3 q392 (8gb, cosmic gray) as soon possible its too urgent.

                          I have submitted Micromax CanvasTurbo A250(Blue ) addressed to M/S PERFECT SOLUTIONS, E-3 LOWER GROUND FLOOR KALKAJI NEWDELHI, TIN- [protected], PIN- 110019 for repairing after expiry of warranty period dated 16.07.2016. PERFECT SOLUTIONS has checked the product defect and issued a receipt with BAR CODE No. N[protected] and a verbal conversation was made with repairing engineer and it was told to me that, the phone will be repaired and delivered within 7 days. After 7 days, no response was received from PERFECT SOLUTIONS about the status of product and on 24.08.2016 I have visited the service centre to check the status, Centre informed that, it will take 7 days more due to non availability of the parts. After 7 days same things was happened. Dated 12.08.2016 Mr. Islam (Manager) told that, regarding the issue, The product will be handed over to me after repairing and in good condition on 16.08.2016. After telephonic conversation on 16.08.2016, he told me that it will be handed over on 17.08.2016-18.08.2016, till now I have not received my phone. I am very upset from your service and this types of behavior, kindly confirm me the exact date whenever it will be handed over to me and current status of my product.

                          मैने दिनाँक[protected] को एक मोबाइल Q4101 खरीदा था, जिसका IMEI-[protected] व [protected] है।दिशा निर्देशिका के नियमानुसार मोबाइल चार्ज व प्रयोग करते समय मैने सभी नियमों का सही से पालन किया था।उसके उपरान्त भी मेरे मोबाइल की बैटरी व डिस्प्ले टच खराब हो गयी है।मेरा मोबाइल इस समय VINAYAK INFOTECH चन्दौसी जिला-सम्भल के सर्विस सेन्टर पर दिनांक[protected] से जमा है।जिसका वार कोड-N[protected] है।उक्त सर्विस सेन्टर वाले ने मेरे मोबाइल की बैटरी बदलने से मना कर दिया है।सर्विस सेन्टर वालों ने बताया कि बैटरी फूलने की कोई गारन्टी या वारण्टी नहीं होती है।इस सम्बन्ध में मैने आपके कस्टमर केयर पर 3 बार फोन करके जानकारी ली।तो कस्टमर केयर वालों ने तीनों बार मुझे बताया कि बैटरी फूलने की भी वारण्टी होती है।जिसकी रिकॉर्डिंग मेरे पास मौजूद है।
                          अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे मोबाइल की बैटरी को भी बदलवाने की कृपा करें।अन्यथा मेरी मजबूरी होगी कि मैं कम्पनी के खिलाफ उपभोक्ता फोरम में वाद दायर करूँ।जिसके समस्त हर्जे-खर्चे की जिम्मेदारी आपकी होगी।

                            I purchased yu 5530 on 7-aug-2016, the speakers of device started malfunctioning on 13-aug-2016, and the phone started over heating when camera is used for more than 10 minute,. When i asked the service center to replace the phone on 14-aug-2016 (Sunday), they said that they cannot replace it on holidays. And they deny to replace it on 16-aug-2016, saying that the replacement warranty holds only for 7 days including holidays..

                              Next day submitted to another center in panchkula, sec -11on 1 st july-16 and was told display needs to be replaced.
                              Returned after 11 days after visiting 4 times.
                              After reaching home again same problem occurred.
                              Resubmitted phone to same center and were informed phone will be replaced by a new one if not returned same day evening, but the was neither repaired nor replaced. We were called next day to collect the phone but it was sent to head office.
                              We were not getting any information about our phone for 3 days as latest job sheet was not provided by repair center. Again visited for collecting sheet but they refused and told to bring the previous one before getting a new one.

                              After 30 days there was a call from service center on sunday to collect the phone on 14-8-16, else phone will be returned back to head office.

                              Leaving all my important work i went to collect the phone but was told battery warranty is out, but my battery was giving 2 days back up before submitting the phone and i was sent back without anything. O

                              After visiting 8 times and spending 4000 on traveling and leaving my office for 3 days without salary
                              It coast me around 8000 rs just for getting repaired a 6900 rs phone.

                              Now i need my 8000+6990 + 15000 for (Mental & physical harassment) = 29990 rs back from micromax.

                                Unfortunately i bought the micro max led last year, since last 1 year i punched complained 10 times, that time i had requested to naveen (Ghaziabad manger) pl. Do replaced it but mr. Naveen assured me that sir in future if problem will retain than he will replaced the product.

                                3 month back again i faced black spot problem in my led than naveen ji arranged a pickup and convey to concern department for repair.
                                That time i requested to naveen pl. Do replaced it, its a faulty one.

                                Now again 20 days back i faced the automatic shut down problem in my led for which i called to naveen. He again arranged a pickup from my ghaziabad vaishali location. Almost 1 year has been gone and with in a 1 year this product has been repaired 10 times.

                                From last 5 days i m requesting to ramakant (Your techinal eng) if my set has been repaired than pl. Do install it. But he is not listing me from last 5 days. Neither he is not picking my call nor replaying me.in 20 days duration he arranged pick and doped 3 times but still he was unable to repaired it.


                                Today i called him for led that time he started miss behaving with me, either he dunked or he did not know how to talk with customer. He told me ritesh mera mut le jayega tumahra led.

                                This kind of people working in micro-max. I already recorded his voice in my phone which is i am sending you for necessary action, and i will complain the same to my near by police station.

                                Pl. Do take a strictly action against him if company have wiling to grow in market.
