Suddenly display off

Ours is a central Govt. office located at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra had purchased a lapbook (details attached) from Mumbai. Within two months it became spoiled & handed over to the local Micromax authorised service centre at Ratnagiri for repair. Now two months have passed no repair has been done & pulling the days. Maine march 2016 me a 300 mobile nagpur k al raja service center me diya tha . abitak muj mobile mila nahi. service center valone mujse 1900 rs b le liy. muje sirf bulakar repair nahi huaa y bolkar vapas bhej rahe ha abhi b muje mobile mila nahii. coustmer care me b complaint di par kuch nhi huaa. aapka service center hoples service center hai. big hoples.

I alok had taken the mobile of your company by thinking its one of the best company bt ur service is too poor
I had buy ur mob in the mnth if dec and i didn't complete a year mob touch and display is not working. So i had given my mob in ur authorised service center in andheri west at cell care point with job sheet number[protected]-24518825 and i submit my mob on 21/07/2016 and on 29/07/2016 i had recieve the sms by saying ur mobile is ready by til today 03/08/2016after visiting service center they are telling ur procduct is not ready and it will take more one week to get ready..
Pls tell is i had buy the mobile to keep in ur service center
I need a proper responce and my mobile as early as posible

Micromax e481 battery issue
I have submitted my tab micromax e481 to your service centre noida on dated 5/07/2016. And from last one month its still pending on your end. I have called three times to customer care but they say it will be ok in next 21 days each time. I don't know when the twenty one days will finish.

I am a business class person and most of my works done during my journey,
I request to you please resolve the problem which is directly affecting my work and also creating a negative impact on mind towords micromax company.

This is my 5 time i have given my phone to service they will say it will be done through 4 days or 6 days and then they will sy it will go to head office and it will take 1 months but the condition of product will be some and i have the warranty also please help me through this or i should complaint to customer court

I have submitted my canvas5 e481 mobile for a little repair in your authorized service center at ss communication gtb nagar delhi on 18thjuly, 2016. They told me that it will take 5-7 working days to repair and give back to you. But it has been 15 days gone they didn't inform me about any kind of information.
I have also visited the service center they told me ask after a week.

Under warranty the set was not properly repaired as well as pass the warranty period now give the service on chargable basis, warranty of set is upto mar'`16 given mobile in dec'15 kept in service centre upto apr'16 after receiving the mobile again create prob. When going to deposit in service centre centre the gentleman told that now its not in warranty so it repaired on chargable basis

On 21.5.2016 i have deposited my micromax mobile a107 (which is in warranty period) for repairing.

But from the beginning they are taking 15 days time to dispatch my mobile to me. but its 74 days over till date (as on 02.08.2016) they are taking 15 days time more.

i have already shown my nearest service center-m/s pn service bhadrak, odisha, my problem is 5003 camera no functionality and tp not working-jobdate-23/5/16 and job sheet n0-10194.

Till now their is no problem shortout

pls as soon as possible taking action and warrenty will be extended

I have purchased a new phone (Micromax model no. [protected]. Imei/esn-[protected]/[protected]) on 10.04.2016 from m/s titli telecom and the same is not working properly. After checking by your repairing center named solution point, bally, howrah they have told me to take at least 15 days to repair the same. I am totally helpless without my mobile. But 15 day going 3 month, and whenever i ask you delhi service centre about my phone they told me within in 21 days i get my phone. After 3 month 29.08.16 i get my phone. But that time i realize that your service centre change my phone haddi. If there a software problem then how could they change my phone haddi. Please take necessary action for this problem

This is regarding job sheet # n[protected], i submitted my phone on june 18, 2016 and service center told me that i can received it with in 2 - 3 week, on july 08 i received an message stating that i will received my phone with in 21 days, on july 30 i received call from priyanka and she told me that my phone is dispatched to service center and i will receive it in 7 - 10 days, today aug 02 i received call from hemant and he told me that my phone is under repairing. I search the job sheet detail on micromax site and from july 08 to aug 02 it shows it will take 21 days from 24 days your 21 days not complete.

Sir, due to some technical problem we have given phone micromax model no q392. Jobsheet no-w[protected] to service center - 540, indira tower-ii, near car parking, mishra raja ji ka rasta. Indira bazar, jaipur on 20/07/2016. We not received phone back and neither we got any updation. Since 12 days passed.. We are getting many problems without phone so its request you to take some steps against this complaint.

I have purchased a new phone (Micromax model no. X 2050) on 10.04.2016 from m/s r. K. Telecom and the same is not working properly. After checking by your repairing center named m/s ananya infotel, baghajatin, kolkata, they have told me to take atleast 15 days to repair the same. I am totally helpless without my mobile set as i am an widow person and the only way to contact with my sons is the mobile phone. Please take necessary action so that i can use my mobile set again.

मैंने दिनाक 22.03.16 को करनाल से माइक्रोमैक्स कंपनी का E-455 मोबाइल लिया था ! जिसमे लगभग 1 महीने बाद कुछ प्रॉब्लम आ गई ! जो मैं करनाल कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर पर लेकर गया तो उन्हनो मेरा मोबाइल खोल कर उसकी सील उतार कर चेक करके बिना ठीक किये बिना सील के मुझे वापिस दे दिया ! जो पिछले कई दिनों से मेरा मोबाइल अब ख़राब चल रहा है मैं दोबारा कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर करनाल में ठीक करवाने गया तो अब उन्होंने बतलाया की आपका मोबाइल तो पहले बाहर से खुला हुआ है जो यहाँ से ठीक नही हो सकता ! कृपा मेरा मोबाइल ठीक करवाया जाये !

My name is kashif rizvi i m from delhi i want to register my complaint against the employees of the mobile care center of micromax in nirman vihar delhi. I submited my device at the mobile care center in nirman vihar delhi to resolve my device's problem on 21st jully 2106. Now i m regularly try to know about my device's status i m continuously calling them but the phone is regularly engaged when some time the phone connect by chance then there is no one to pick my call it's all have been done permanently. I m getting frustrate its really ridiculous.

Sir, i am parmjit singh from jalandhar, punjab. About 3 months ago, i suggested my brother to buy a micromax mobile q450 for his wife. He did so and it worked fine for two months. After that it started freezing sometimes on lock screen and the front red light turned on continously without any reason. The worst part was still ahead. About 15 days ago, it started showing "emergency calls" or "no service" on the same sim which she has
Been using since the mobile was purchased. On any other phone the same sim showing 80% to 100% signals in my area but this mobile shows "no service". I visited the local service centre. The employee updated the software and i was assured that the problem will be sort out. But when i came back to my area, i saw the same problem still exist. I called customer care from mobile number[protected]My temporary number) and explained my problem that the all other mobiles showing 80% to 100% signal on the same place but this phone showing "no service" with same sim at same time. The executive heard my problem and suggested me to visit the local service centre again and after that i may call the customer care again and let them talk to the employee at the service centre. So, i visited again and called the customer care and again explained my problem. The executive said that i have to select 4g network. I cant select the 2g network. But i want to ask the executive that how this phone has been working fine on 2g mode only for 1 and a half month. He said that network fluctuates and so so on. The call hang up in between. So i give the mobile to one of the employe at service centre as it was still showing "no service" in the urban area where signal strength remains 100%. He started using different network modes and said that "a 4g sim can't cathes the 2g signals!!!". It was one of the worst solution to my problem. It means if you have a 4g sim but no 4g coverage then you won't get signals. I want to tell micromax company that india is not as developed as every village could get 4g signals everywhere. It is hard to get 3g signals in many rural areas yet and if all other smartphones catches 2g signals when selected with 4g sim then why micromax can't do so. Somehow he managed 2g network after selecting 4g/3g/2g mode but i knew that it won't work again. Certainly, they didn't want to resolve the problem. I request to micromax to visit my home where i could show them the difference between their mobile and other mobile's signal strength at same place. I don't want to waste my time by going further at any department for my issue. I have attached an image of two mobile phones with same sim operator at one place where in the left hand is micromax q450 has "no service" tag and the on the right hand an old nokia mobile with full network. I request to call soon as we have spent around 10k on a mobile with whcih we can't call or use internet on it. Here is the detail of my contact number and brand:

I Tushar Kondawar, Nagpur having Micromax Canvas Plus 2 / Model A110Q, Which was purchased on 01.02.2014 vis Online. It was in good condition. On 28th July 2016, Battery of the phone which was not taking boost. If I put another battery mobile was working properly. Solution to this which I found after worst experience with AL RAZA Micromax service centre 1st floor, Block no 8, Janki market complex, Behind Janki Cinema, Sitaburdi, Nagpur Maharashtra. They kept my mobile for testing reason and issue one slip. On 30th July 2016 they informed on phone call that Charging IC and CPC was to be replaced which costs Rs 1150. When I was there to collect my mobile phone I paid Rs 1100 in cash and ask for bill/ receipt, they have shown all slips which they have collected on delivery and told that we never give any bill/receipt for repairing.
After payment the problem of the battery was same. I told that because of battery mobile phone was not started, they insisted the solution after taking Rs 1100 that you should keep your mobile on charging for next 2 hours, the battery will boost and mobile will work properly. When I tried to contact them, they have blocked my mobile no. It is a complete fraud service. They have broken the mobile phone seal also.
If this kind of services is there with literate people, we can imagine the condition with my brothers and sisters of my beloved country “India”
Hope you being the authority are capable of taking appropriate action.

I have a mobile of micromax canvas A99 after 6 month got a small problem. I gave in micromax care korba, 28 days after I got my mobile in bad condition. I resend that office my phone because I am not suttisfied . but problem not solve. I have send 3 times continues micromax care but my problem same as.
I want my mobile repaired work as first condition.
