My handset Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 (E 313) has a display problem & submitted to your nearest service center “M/S WONDER NEXT”, Sodepur Road, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129 on 12/07/16.
Your representative provided me the job sheet having no: 24357820 & told me that it will take 15 days to repair, he said call us on mobile number “[protected]” for confirmation. After ten days when I called, they told me that it is under process; soon a message came from your side to my mobile that it will take 7 more days to get the handset repair. Now after waiting for 7 days, another message appeared on my mobile that your handset will be repaired “in days” followed by more 7 days yesterday. Every Friday I get a new message 7 days. Now what is the meaning of this??That means you are not sure when it will be completed or there are no spare parts? If so, then please provide me a healthy smartphone with suitable Ram & processor for multitasking. As I am a businessman & most of my work done during journey & without smartphone I cannot operate major task on normal phone.
I am uploading the and requesting you to kindly fix the handset within 7 days otherwise I am not going it to take, on the other hand it is also creating a negative impact on your delayed service.
