Now i'm using micromax e485 mobile. I'm faceing heavy heating issue when not phone use in internet and video player. Some time mic is not work properly and battery backup is not much get half day. I'm taken this phone 3 times to service centre in bangalore for this issue. They do only flashing so problem isn't solved by micromax service centre. So i request u to people. Pls solve my phone problem as soon as possible.

    Please noted to that to please inform my problem in new mobile, i have parched 8 jun 16, but mobile battery backup issue, your service centre complain register &10 day after replaced battery.
    Second time same problem but mobile not working, going service centre & issue explain, complain login & replaced 15 day after mother broad, but mobile not working.

    This mobile new problem rectifier insert sim.

    Last 15 day admit my wife hospitalise, but mobile not working than communication issue & my lost time & money last 2 months.

    I have not satisfaction your service & product.

    Please resolve my problem asap.

      Dear sir i bought a micromax mobile. That was faulty i took it to the sevice center for replacement but they again replace me a faulty mobile which was broken from behind again i took it to the service center. They gave me a date for my resolution but they r giving me time again and agin. And i still have not got my mobile lz solve my problem soon my mobile no is -[protected]

        This is to inform you that i have given my tablet p 680 for repair on 28/06/16 at service center m/s abc telecommunications at ramesh nagar metro station new delhi. But even after 38 days i have not received my tablet back. This is very very poor after sale service responce. So i request you to please hand over my tablet after repair asap. Very very poor after sale service.In future i will never buy any product of micromax.

          Sir my self kailash lohani from haldwani, nainital, uttrakhand pin-263139. My phone power key was break so i give my phone to user service center date[protected]. He charged me 550 rs for power key. And give me my phone date[protected]. But same day phone is not on after discharge battery, now again he send my phone to your company. Please solve my problem. Its take 3 month to give this phone to service center, i am very fed up from micromax service. No stand by phone given, no quickly service, no feed back, no customer care, its very irritating.             Whenever I dial any number from call log or from contact list then it will doesn't make a call..
            It display the calling screen then just shut it down..
            I am fed up of this micromax E455 mobile..
            Even at past, mobile just switch off then after one month of complaint the company took action and replaced my mobile..
            It's still in warranty & m having very bad experience of having this..

                  Unfortunately since purchase of this mobile I am not receiving any SMS from bank, CESC and other organisation excepting from individuals. I visited several times to your franchisee situated at Dumdum (near private Road Bus Stop) but no fruitful result is received.
                  Instead I have been neglected & avoided my request for solving the existing problem as above.
                  Today I contacted your helpline no.[protected] and informed about my problem. But here is also I am failed.
                  Sir, Did I do anything wrong by purchasing your product and to roam at your door again and again. If it be so then why? I think it is your duty to solve the problem at the earliest. Keeping in my mind mobile is very much useful now a days that is why It is very much essential from your part to look into the matter so that I donot face any further problem. Thank You

                    I had given my micromax canvas xpress 2 phone (E313) to M/s. Microtech Services, Santacruz. Job sheet no - W[protected][protected]. Issue with the phone - Person on the opposite side could not hear the voice. The phone was submitted for repair on 17Jun2016. I was told that a part on the motherboard need to be replaced and the same would take 20 days. The job status on micromax site always stated that the waiting period is 21 days. This message stayed for around 30 days. After 40 days I received a SMS from Micromax that my mobile is repaired. I even got a call from M/s. Microtech Services on 30th Jul 2016 asking me to collect the phone on 1st August 2016. I went to the service centre. They gave me the phone and asked me to check. Adding to my frustration, the problem in my mobile still existed. The staff told me they will check and call me back the next day.
                    Now even after waiting for 40 days and wasting 40 days of my warranty period, my phone is not yet repaired.
                    Call centre guys have only one thing to say - 'We assure you that your phone will be returned to you at the earliest'. My call has been already escalated earlier after my complaint but still the problem is not yet solved.
                    On 3rd Aug I got a call from Ms. Microtech to inform me that the part which was replaced on my phone was defective and the same has to be replaced again. They have now given me a new job sheet no W[protected][protected] and the waiting period is now again 21 days. God knows when my ordeal with end with Micromax.
                    I want a phone replacement.
                    Seriously thinking of going the Consumer court way.

Hum unke pass gae bhi nahi or unhone bina hmare permission ke new joobsheet bana diya or mera mobile company de diya fir maine micromax ke company me call kara to unhone bola ke aap ka mobile 21 days me aap ko mil jae ga fir maine 2 din pehle call kara unhone bola ki aap ka mobile 1 or 2 days me aap ko mil jae ga tabhi unhone mobile pe message kara ki aap ka mobile 15 days me mile ga.. Maine jb bhi call kara hai vo bolte hai ki mobile company me hai hum kya kr sakte hai muze bolte hai ki aap ko main call back kr kr batati hu mobile ka status fir unka kaoi phone calls nahi aata hai muze hi krna padta hai. Sir en logo ne muze pareshan kr diya hai. Ye muze mera mobile nahi de rahe hai natak krte hai... Plz aap action le... Sir service center ki detail hai...

                          My handset Micromax Canvas Xpress 2 (E 313) has a display problem & submitted to your nearest service center “M/S WONDER NEXT”, Sodepur Road, Madhyamgram, Kolkata-700129 on 12/07/16.
                          Your representative provided me the job sheet having no: 24357820 & told me that it will take 15 days to repair, he said call us on mobile number “[protected]” for confirmation. After ten days when I called, they told me that it is under process; soon a message came from your side to my mobile that it will take 7 more days to get the handset repair. Now after waiting for 7 days, another message appeared on my mobile that your handset will be repaired “in days” followed by more 7 days yesterday. Every Friday I get a new message 7 days. Now what is the meaning of this??That means you are not sure when it will be completed or there are no spare parts? If so, then please provide me a healthy smartphone with suitable Ram & processor for multitasking. As I am a businessman & most of my work done during journey & without smartphone I cannot operate major task on normal phone.
                          I am uploading the and requesting you to kindly fix the handset within 7 days otherwise I am not going it to take, on the other hand it is also creating a negative impact on your delayed service.

                            The slot for sim 1 was damaged a few months back, I took it to customer care and they fixed it. But I had the same problem again after few days and I again had to take it to customer care. Its been 6 times that I took the phone to customer care but still now the problem still arises.                               I am purchase micromax q392 mobile handset on 17/2/2016. The cost of device is 71000. The shop name is city collection which is placed in nagpur, maharashtra.
                              The address of shop is - shop no.-2, neel kamal complex, mahajan market, sitabuldi, nagpur-12.

                              But after four months the device is not working properly. Which is in warenty period. So i give my device in service center on 20/6/2016.
                              They will give me my handset on 12/7/2016. But they did not repaire my device.
                              I am again give it in service center on 13/7/2016. But they did not give my device. And even my device is in warenty period. But they not replace my device also.
                              And service center is not repaire my device. And also not give my device also.

                                I submitted my micromax mobile on 22nd of june for software problem like my mail Id was repeating . I was having warranty for the mobile, they told they will return it in one month but till now there is no trace of it.

                                        Dear Sir, I have Submitted My Micromax Handset E-455 on dated
                                        23/06/2016 for problem Network not Access, after 23 days i have
                                        received the handset but still my problem has not resolved & Micromax
                                        Customer care Center says again submitted for 21 days for repairing.

                                        I have submitted handset again dated on (15/07/2016) but till date i
                                        have not received the response, i am very disturbing mentally for
                                        this reason, & i am tired for this because i went four to five time
                                        in service center but no response given by them,

                                        Micromax not given service of repair in time and not replace the
                                        handset. So please look in to the matter and resolve as soon as
                                        possible
