      My micromax phone model A311 was displaying home screen(micromax welcome screen) again and again and was not getting started after that so i visited in micromax service centre for professional help.
      It was soo shameful that after charging 100 rs for testing for half an hour they came to a confusing conclusion that it has some charging issues which can be resolved if i pay 1000 rs and i can pick my phone after 7-10 days which may take longer, no guarantee and the phone may or may not work, no guarantee.
      If there is no guarantee than why are you making a fool out of yourselves by appointing employees which are not literate enough to resolve the issue.
      I dont think after this issue i'll let anyone in my family to buy from micromax.

        The service team is held responsible for their job being assigned to them. I was called by micromax team to collect my faulty handset, which i had given to solve my camera related problem, but it was not been solved and Mircomax is trying to handover me the faulty handset by giving their false and fake promises, after I make pressure on them to check my phone again then they accepted the problem still exits, this is the poor team of Micromax who are dumb and deaf which are not ready to listen to the customer problem, and asked me to submit the phone again for altst 30 odd days and if I asked them for stand-by phone excuses arises, I mean what is this yaar, and the store manager itself committed in written to deliver the stand-by handset to me, but he himself say's he can't provide.

        I have written a mail to micromax staff Mr Ravi Mehra (ravisingh.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com) the next day to solve the issue and guide their staff to behave well with the customers but nobody wish to revert on the mail after 7 odd days. this is your team dear Micromax on which basis you are clamming that you are becoming the large no of cell phone provider.

            I purchased micromax mobile believing to use indian product, everything was fine until i gave my mobile for service as i was facing some internet connection problem. I submitted my mobile at the hoshiarpur, punjab service station firstly they kept my mobile for about 15 days and kept lying to me that they sent the mobile to company for repairs, when i called company they said they did not recived the mobile the rest story you can see in below emails. I believe they are the most most corrupt, dumb and their moto is to loot the cutomer. When i received my mobile phone back its body was totally damaged and is not able fit properly, service center is saying company is responsible for this and company is saying to contact the service center.

            See i am complaining about service center and they are suggesting to contact service center for the issue. They are just blindly replying to all emails.

            1. Why i was not provided with job sheet number at the time of submission of my handset from the local service center?
            2. Why the local service station was reluctant to provide job sheet number?
            3. Why your records says the you received handset on 03 may 2016, while i submitted the handset on 11 april 2016? Where was my handset for 21 days?
            4. I believe it was used my local service center, without my concern. I am using mobile phone on rent and paying rs. 200 per day, so i must charge a rent of rs. 500 per day to micromax for 21 days, if not why?

            If i did not get satisfactory answers to these questions i will lodge an affidavit to consumer court, and harassment case against micromax and local service station.

              The same thing happened to me as i was asking for a refund from shop clues.
              he asked me send my Account information through SMS.
              I have informed the cyber crime office regarding the same.
              who is this person who is using the above number and fooling people.
              i spoke to him and told him that what he is doing a cool fraud.
              he said since you know this now...i will not call and hung up the call.

                        This is to inform you that I purchased a new Moblie Canvas 6 from Baljeet Store, Gandhi Nagar. But after two or three days its touch became inactive. So I reached the Micromax service centre Laxmi Nagar, Delhi where I complained regarding the same and they informed that mobile has to be repaired. So. I deposited the mobile in service centre on 22nd June 2016. Repair receipt number is no[protected].


                        Now more than one moth has passed but I have not received any information regarding the mobile. I contacted the Service centre but they are not giving any satisfactory answer.


                        This is very harassfull situation for me. You are requested kindly send me a new set of Micromax Canvas 6 or repair the same within two days since it already too delayed. I am very surprised over such type of poor service of your reputed Brand.


                        Please do the things immediately on very urgent basis.

                          I had purchased new Micromax phone and after one month this mobile is completely stopped. In guaranty period i had shown this phone to care center for repairing, they submitted my phone in care center for repairing but not given any response about my mobile from last two months.when i was visited the care center they says we don't know any thing about mobile we had sent it for further repairing in main head center and says come after one month but when i reached after one again they says same problem.

                              Sir my phone E481 is under warranty and i submitted my phone before 2 months at micromax service centre, Luxmi nagar and now the condition of my phone is worst I can not afford it . No body notice the consumer problems.
                              they exchanged my phone's touch panel and camera and called me four times but always give excuses. I want strict action please. I have all the evidences and complain numbers. Sir Please take strict action I am feeling totally harrased.

                                      I hand over cell to service center for touch screen problem that was at 4.7.2016 and that was repaired. Now i have problem about that cell is dead and not on. I handed over the cell to your service store l. K. Max, vizag. What they are saying is cell will be repaired after 30 days. How can make calls to any body. This type of repairs are occuring.. Kindly give me new one.

                                        Micromax ek bahut hi ghatia compny hai jo logo ko bewkuf banati hai.warranty me agar koi problem ho phone me to khte hai ye aise he hota hai or jaise he warranty khatm tab sub problm dikhti hai or mujhe to lgta hai k jab micromax ka koi phone kharab hota hai to wo mahino tak Micromax k he paas rhta hai jaise humne paise dekar phone micro max k lie he kharida hai.ye bus make in india k naam pe logo ko bewkuf bana k paise loot rahe hai ya kahu to logo k sath fraud kar rahe hai.3rd class mobile or usse bhi ghatia service.
