I am complaining about service center and micromax is suggesting to contact service center for the issue. I believe they are blindly replying to emails.

This is the worst experience I ever had. I purchased Micromax thinking to promote Indian Brand mobile phone, but I was wrong, you people are just waste. Will never suggest anyone for Micromax. Moreover I think you people never read the emails, but you have set autoreply and giving same reply to all emails.

I am a user of Micromax mobile model A-300 (Gold), I faced some problem related to mobile data in my handset as the data connection was working well on wifi but not on mobile data network, so I submitted my handset to the Authorized service center at Hoshiarpur (Friends Telecom) on 11 April 2016 (deposit slip enclosed), after checking for few minutes service center executive said they can’t repair the handset so need to send to Company for repair.
After a few days when I followed them but did not received satisfactory answer, so I called to Micromax customer care, customer care executive asked me for Job sheet number which was not provide the local service center, I asked service center for the job sheet number then initially they denied that there is no such number given to out of warranty handsets even if handset is sent to company, then I took customer care executive and local service center owner at conference call after doing many efforts local service center provided the job sheet number on 03 May 2016.
I called to Micromax customer care on 04 May 2016, executive said your handset will be delivered in two days, I called to Micromax customer care again on 07 May 2016 this time executive said it will take approximate 21 more days to repair the handset.
I am feeling harassed from local service center as well as Micromax customer care.
I need clear justification for
1. Why I was not provided with job sheet number at the time of submission of my handset from the local service center?
2. Why the local service station was reluctant to provide job sheet number?
3. Why your records says the you received handset on 03 May 2016, while I submitted the handset on 11 April 2016? Where was my handset for 21 days?
4. I believe it was used my local service center, without my concern. I am using mobile phone on rent and paying Rs. 200 per day, so I must charge a rent of Rs. 500 per day to micromax for 21 days, if not why?
If I did not get satisfactory answers to these questions I will lodge an affidavit to consumer court, and harassment case against Micromax and local service station.
